I saw a message KA tweeted to her fans to not give up and to hang on. Oh well...#ShadyTay

I had to respond because this tweet can go both ways, I think. 😁 Do her fans like Ridge and Taylor together or do they love the "blossoming relationship" that Taylor and Brooke have developed? See? I honestly don't know. For me, I thought it was going to be a lesbian storyline like Olivia and Natalia on Guiding Light. Ugh. God, I hated Natalia in general and that lesbian storyline did nothing for me.

Anyway, so who are most of her fans? I don't think I would want to go to an meet n great at either one of them. I would definitely be an event if it's just admiring her work in general. She's so hot and we'd be like really good friends.

  2. Yeah, I don't know what to quite think about it. Not that I think the show is great, but there was this part of me that wished Taylor would've told Brooke that she spoke with Ridge. Didn't she ask Ridge if he and Brooke came close to kissing or something stupid like that? And he made this face and said that he couldn't affirm or deny? It was something really stupid. I know that much. Anyway, Taylor told Ridge that he didn't need to say anything and blah, blah, blah.

As preposterous as this show is, it made me think of two possible explanations. I could be wrong.

    1. Taylor could be a two-faced hoe. (For sensitive readers, Taylor is a fictional character on B&B and she's not a hoe, okay?)

    2. Maybe Taylor was being genuine when she was trying to set Brooke and Deacon. Maybe the events of Ridge's nonconfession and Brooke demanding that Thomas stay away from Hope set her off. It could be why Taylor was talkin' smack in the office and Brooke overheard it as she was eavesdropping.

I dunno. It's all stupid. I guess on a brighter note, I was glad to see Hope and Thomas have some time off - even for one episode.

Just spit it out. The storyline has happened so fast anyway, so just spit the sh*t out and quit prolonging it when it has already been rushed. If #2 is right, it could've prevented the hurtful things they both said to each other.

Yeah, I ain't got nothin'. 😀 I just wasted 18 minutes of my time typing this up that I'll never get back. Who's the schmuck now? Yep, that would be me. 😁

No such luck.  Colin threatened him and broke Leo's phone.  I don't even blame Colin.  After listening to Leo babble for long periods I think it's actually a normal human reaction to threaten Leo and break his phone.

Hahaha! Honestly, I couldn't understand the reason why these two forces had a scene together anyway. Was it a way for the writers to throw in a comedy one-liner by having Lady Whistle Tits tell Colin that he's been a naughty, naughty, naughty boy?

Other than that, I would much rather have seen Chloe’s first day at the Spectator rather than just hearing about it. And I would much rather have heard about Leo crying about Colin rather than seeing it. They really need to sort out their priorities on this show.

I love that office set and I wish we could see more of it. I forgot the verbal exchange between Lady Whistle Tits and Colin. What was the outcome? Why was she crying? Did Colin clock her over the head and stick a mini LGBTQ flag in the middle layer of her eardrum?

Hahaha! The word 'more' could've been removed, but all in all, very funny! 🙂

Friday's episode was sort of good in the sense that we saw Hope have a different interaction with someone else instead of Thomas. I like the actor who plays Ridge and Brooke's son. This is going to sound so weird, but when I first saw the actor, his teeth kind of reminded me of corn niblets or corn nibbles. No, no, no - not the color but the shape. For me, I found them unique. He seems to play a decent character so far, but I'm just over these fictional sons and daughters who want their mommy and daddy back together again. Like boo-hoo-hoo. Ya, big crybaby.

  6. I don't think so, but then again, I don't tell members here what or how to post as they can feel free to post whatever they want. After all, it's a community board. I mean, if you don't like it then just breathe and get on with life. Better than making molehills that's for sure. 🙂

Whenever I hear people say: "I don't mean to be rude, but ..."

I'll interrupt them in mid-sentence and say: "But you are anyway, Mr./Miss Passive Aggressive."

  7. Here's a link to a recent Roscoe's Viewing Party where Naysha Lopez along with the rest of the hosts talk more about the producers of Drag Race. Because it went from Naysha's comment she made about her time on Drag Race All Stars 8 around DragCon at the Los Angeles Convention Center on Friday, May 12th to Yvie Oddly. Basically, Naysha said that one of the producers came up to her at DragCon and it felt to her that the producer was threatening her. I'll post a link to that at the end of my post as it seems like Roscoe's doesn't allow video embedding. But, with the first (and most recent viewing party) link, Naysha tells the audience that there's a familar or similar pattern going on because Yvie Oddly just recently sounded off on Twitter exposing how she was treated by the producers on All Stars 7.

I think there are more stories to be told by other queens who may be speaking up about it. I honestly don't know. It's interesting as Yvie Oddly is a Season 11 winner. Sorry that I'm always posting in this thread, but given the political world that we currently live in, I try to keep this thread alive. 🙂

  8. I'm in. Season 1 of Just Like That left a bad taste in my mouth. It had nothing to do with the lack of Samantha's presence (although the way they wrote or explained Samantha's absence somewhat bugged me). No, what really irked me was the character of Miranda. She was my favorite back in the day as I could easily relate to her. I hope I get to see a different and likeable Miranda in Season 2.

  9. LOL! This Nicole pregnancy is like the worst kept secret. I mean, the moment Anna found out about it, I knew Nicole was toast. 😄

Megan's presence inside the Dimera mansion feels so natural. I would like a true Queen to grace herself and snide at the common villagers of Salem, but I'm afraid if I get too attached to this fictional character, then I'm in for a let down as she'll probably be written like a Jan Spears or something and go looney tune bat sh!t cray, cray. It was nice to see Megan pour Stefan a drink as Stefan was the neurotic bartender several weeks ago making gimlets left and right for his brother. And he wouldn't stop with it either.

Here's the thing about camp, you can't write camp. Camp simply...is.

All deliberate attempts to write camp fail.

Fo realz. I mean, camp happens organically and it's a moment to treasure in your heart. This, however, ain't it. At first, I was fooled as it did look somewhat nostalgic. Then cue the 3D wall paneling, wallpaper, and diapers.

Well, I hope they had fun at least. 🙃🙂
