God, every single time I see Ronn Moss now, all I see are these like redneck flags you see on people's porches with a cobra or a rattlesnake of some sort that says: "Don't Tread On Me."

Oh, I'm about to tread, henny! We're about to have some serious words.

All joking aside, umm .. there are SO many memorable lines. I think the one that stands out for me is when my sweet little Annie Dutton (after finding out her fetus was dead) said: "Reva Shayne! I'm going to make your life one living hell ..."

Annie and I have been the best of friends ever since. Well, Annie and Queen Kristen, of course.

  2. After watching today's episode, I've decided that it's time I make some fried chicken for Liam and Brooke. Yep. I've said previously in a DAYS thread that it's fried chicken time. Do you know what I'm sayin'? I'm gonna get myself a nice heavy iron-metal skillet, some Crisco, and I'm gonna get that stove all nice the way it needs to be. In fact, the way God intended for it to be: all snap, cracklin', and poppin', cuz it's about to be some fried chicken dinner time up in my crib. Hope you're hungry!

The B&B episode is NOT a classic one.

Yeah, I'm trying to remember what I was doing back in 2018. I know I was still in graduate school, but in my life, I do not consider an episode back in the year of 2018 as "classic" if it was 5 years ago. In 1992? Yeah, dawg. That's a classic treasure in your trousers.

  4. I didn't even know JMW was pregnant again, and I guess it just seems like yesterday when she had a baby. Wow. Time does fly, lol!

I'm a fan of female antagonists, but give me someone to root for and an antagonist that viewers will come to understand. Viewers may not like them 100%, but at least they'll have a different viewpoint. For example, I wanted to like Megan Hathaway on DAYS, but this part of me was hesitant and distrustful, given how villainesses are written in soap operas nowadays.

Going back to B&B, this show is so choppy, as recent events don't seem to add up, or potential storylines are not being introduced underneath the microscopic lens that they should. I'd love to see more of Don Diamont, Heather Tom, Jennifer Garseis, Sean Kanan, and the younger actors who seem to have vanished within the crimson sunset. The balance on this show seems nonexistent. I don't want to hear the excuse of it being a 21- to 22-minute show.

  5. I'm trying to remember what happened with Shelia and I'm assuming the conversation she had was with Finn's biological father. I can't think of his name right now, but this was for May Sweeps. So, if this was for May Sweeps, then why the Hope/Thomas overload and hardly any Shelia at all? Why not balance it out?

And if there are any shocking kisses that truly need to be talked about perhaps storyline-wise, why haven't they talked about Bill and Katie's kiss?  Was this ever brought up? Did I miss an episode? Does Carter even know?

Selfishly, I'd like an apology, lol! No, I know it's just a soap, but when storylines abruptly come and go and they don't add up, it makes me question if there's backstage drama that we are unaware of.

I dunno. I'm so puzzled with this show.

  6. Eric is so two-faced, lol! What he said to Brooke today is the same spiel he gave to Taylor about how they are meant to be with Ridge. I forgot how long ago that was, but it was around the time when all of Ridge's kids and grandkid's on Taylor's side of the family had this reunion of some sort at the Forrester mansion. I think Steffy was a little annoyed that Hope showed up, but given the fact that Thomas and Hope share a child together, I guess Steffy was okay for the most part, but a little annoyed. Anyway, it was around that time when Eric said the same spiel to Taylor. I hope I'm not mistaken, but then again, he could of said it to Steffy. Regardless, I remember him saying it.

I wonder why Steffy didn't tell Finn about her surprise kiss with Liam? For me, I don't think that I wouldn't have been that much of a big deal. She could've made it comical by bringing up how his horrible breath smelled like Redbull or Ranch Doritos. Seriously. I don't see the harm in sharing that with her husband. Who knows? Perhaps Finn would have given Steffy a "Dutch Oven" by trapping a fart while Steffy is underneath the covers.

Oh, wait. I see what's going on here. The writers are trying so hard to make Liam and Steffy's kiss a big deal too. Okay. Let's look and evaluate both of their kisses:

Aftermath of Thomas and Hope's Kiss: They toasted cheers over a shot of espresso.

Aftermath of Liam and Steffy's Kiss: They went back to Los Angeles in different private jets.

What's the big deal here? Am I too liberal with monogamous relationships or something?

  7. Yeah, I know this is a terrible analogy, but I told a member here (via PM) that I find new headwriters (who come from a previous soap) similar to a NFL head coach. Like, they have all this zest, rigor, and aspirations with what they hope to accomplish for their team, but then after awhile (if their team still sucks), head coaches don't really care anymore.

I never understood why she was so afraid of Sheila. She should’ve been beatin her ass too 😂😂😂

I dunno. Shelia did manage to fall off an upper-balcony at the Spencer mansion splat on the pavement, and the next thing Bill knew, Shelia was already in a car. 😁🤣

  9. I'm so lost on this show. I mean, Ridge and Brooke were on an airplane, and then a second later, some dude is playing on a piano. Like, he's currently got an album out or something. I swear if I ever have someone serenade me like that, just put me to sleep already. No, this is not euthanasia by any means, okay? That song was so uncalled for.

  10. Gwen has depth. She's from the United Kingdom or something, she definitely has the expertise of being a nanny, and she's an exceptional journalist who works hard, and she takes pride in her work.

Gwen is umm ... well ... she makes exceptional banana zucchini nut muffins for starters, she likes to go on long walks by the beach during sunset, and also likes taking luxurious bubble baths while in France.

What do you MEAN when you say that my homeslice Gwen has no depth?

  11. I love the Pit Stop. I always find it entertaining and getting to hear the queens sassy-ass mouths and get updates on what they're currently doing. With Bianca Del Rio, I think what she's doing is strategic as I hear she may be a contender for RuPaul's Drag Race: All Winners season. I think her hosting the Pit Stop may be an opportunity for Drag Race fans to see a "softer" side of her instead of the notorious insult comic that she is. However, I've heard some more rumors too about Bianca's willingness to go on Drag Race if "certain requests were made". I'll leave it there.

But yeah, so far, Valentina and Mistress Isabelle Brooks have been an absolute riot. I'd actually like to see Sasha Colby be a guest of the Pit Stop for the All Stars finale. The more I'm thinking about Alexis Michelle, the more I'm beginning to think that what she's trying to do is make good television. I still like her, but there's this part of me that cannot stand two-faced people. I watched Untucked after I posted my "fury" post on here, and then I had to re-examine things. I think Alexis Michelle wants an Emmy. Being a theater queen, I think it's more important to her than the individual $200,000 prize itself, but she also cares about how's she's interpreted by the crazy Drag Race fandom.

It should be interesting. I believe Alexis Michelle and Lala Ri are going to be the special guests for the Roscoe's Viewing Party in Chicago next week. Usually (not all the time), their special guests have either won or lost the maxi challenge (and sent home) for that week.

Heidi N' Closet and Kahanna Montrese have made up after their silly on-line Twitter feud as she was a special guest at Roscoe's last night. Heidi also talks about why she left and if she were to return for a Canada vs. The World or a U.K. vs. The World opportunity. Her special guest appearance was funny though as she was eating hot chicken tenders and a little piece of the chicken went through the wide gap of her teeth and it landed on Batty Davis, lol! I can't remember if it was actually her face or dress. 😆
