I get the humor, but it is totally fallacious

The average cost of cable tv is $217 per month (https://money.usnews.com/money/personal-finance/saving-and-budgeting/articles/how-much-is-cable-per-month)

Hulu is $7, Netflix is $10, Peacock is $6 (1.99 during the promo), Appletv is $5 (free year with every new Apple devise, which you have to buy every two years any way), Paramount+ is $5 and Disney is $8, so simple math would tell us that the sum is $41, (plus $50 for avg internet) would be $91, or still less than half of the average cable bill.

Also the average household only has three service subscriptions https://www.cloudwards.net/streaming-services-statistics/

Umm, okay. Thanks for the resources. I'm glad you get the humor, lol!

Still not $217, and people can't expect DAYS to be renewed if they download it illegally

    Why u mad?

  2. What's so funny about this tweet is that it's TRUE! As far as DAYS, I'll download it for free once it becomes available. 😁

Now, I just love & adore the wholly unintentional entendre you just did (underlining mine) where Orpheus took his vile not his vial! But I'd really prefer we not have the Sneezing Sickness of 2022!

Hahahaha! Actually, I was thinking about Donald Trump while typing that. See? I meant to type vial and then I type vile. I won't waste my time talking about that orange turd on here. I can do that in the Politics Thread, lol! 😆 Thanks for highlighting that grammar error. Clearly, I was distracted.

  4. LMAO! I would have left off the "double-dog dare" reply as I haven't heard that term in forever, but this is Rick Wilson's reply on Twitter when the orange orangutan posted on Truth Social that he was going to sue The Lincoln Project:

Here's The Lincoln Project ad that the orange orangutan is pissed about:

  5. Dr. Rolf doesn't seem to care that Orpheus took his precious vial that may start the beginning of Heinekenvirus (Hovid-19) or Guerillapox. Instead, his only focus is making Stacy happy and Stefan to remember Chloe Lane. Is this airborne or blood-borne? Cause if it's airborne, John, Marlena, Kate, Roman, Jada, Eric, Kayla, and Steve are all in trouble and possibly many more. I wonder if we'll start seeing characters wear regular masks and social distancing themselves 6-ft. away. Crap, and just when I thought we were done with the magical face mask mumbo jumbo.

But, if I see ONE character put their face mask on their chin, I'll bitch about it to high heaven. Because that serves no purpose being socially responsible. No. That's called a diaper bag. Nobody ain't got no time cleaning up poopy ass diapers on your chin.

  6. LOL! That's funny. I was reading a comment from a poster on Instagram and they mentioned something that the Regina Hall interview was actually taped yesterday. We all make mistakes, but dang! I wish I got paid that much money to make mistakes. 😆

Apparently they were Douglas's paints.  I agree that the paint seemed very color-coordinated!

The show released a bunch of photos of the paint fight here:

Yeah, if Taylor had laid off the red, yellow, and blue paints, the purple paint that she accidentally spilled on Brooke would have blended very well with her Sears blouse. In fact, Brooke could've passed it off as a "tie-dye" and think nothing of it. 🙂

  8. No, I would check into a Super 8 before thinking about sleeping on that bed, lol! At least at the Salem Inn, I could get some yogurt. The 4-inch foam mattress wasn't even fit to cover the actual box spring. And the bed skirt was so starched, lemme tell you. No, the ship painting just needs to keep on sailing away - away from that room and away from the flea markets and yard sales. 😁

  9. I know I talked some smack about that studio apartment set of Jake's (or now Stacy's), but this dump motel set of Leo's (or Gwen's) tops the Pepperidge Farm cake! Oh, dear sweet baby Jesus. Or Lucifer, or almighty universal power. From the wall paneling to the fleeting ship painting, or from the 4-inch foam mattress to the bed skirt, this was extremely alarming and shameful. No, seriously. This room would give me nightmares.

Is it me, or does it seem like Rafe and Sloane have sexual tension? Their scenes didn't exactly carry off as let's say ... a scene between Rafe Hernandez and Melinda Trask. The mask is now in the possession of Melinda Trask, so I'm hoping that this will be the final demise of that stupid thing. Probably not. Ava will probably find another face mask lingering around the DiMera tunnels, lol!

What if you have paramount plus already? Are they changing rates for those that have it already?

Good question. I suscribed to Paramount + on my Fire Cube as Amazon had a .99 cent Paramount + deal  for two months on Prime Day. However, this deal doesn't seem to be available on Amazon subscriptions. I was curious about the ads because on Amazon, they only have the $9.99 monthly plan, but now I see the difference between the plans. Honestly, I don't watch Live TV, so the local CBS station live feature they offer doesn't mean squat to me as I can easily watch live television on Kodi. I guess for me, I would have to cancel the Paramout + subscription on Amazon and sign up using the regular Paramount + app. Oy!

No, but seriously. I'm going "all retro" watching Season 1 of The Bold and the Beautiful, lol! With Katie Logan and her cute zits! 🥰

Sometimes I feel like Salem's abodes should be entered via turnstile.

If I had the chance to redecorate Belle and Shawn's home, I would easily get distracted, have a short attention span from my diligent work ethic, and I would take the vase with the sunflowers and I throw them out the window. And although I don't smoke, I would put out the cigarette on their wallpaper.

    Donna/Eric
Donna and Eric settle into couples life and get involved with their family's drama.

Don't they all? Hahaha! I swear these family members have nothing better to do except poke their noses into other people's affairs and then talk smack about them behind their backs by gossiping the news to a third party person (in most cases).
