I don't go by any of it, including how much each regime seems to "love" JE and her work yet it's still all about the men. It's all fodder for the mill. Regardless of who's information I read, I'm not intrigued to see the show. Even Douchebag Insider is no longer entertaining.

I think Luke still has potential, they just have to remember who this character is. He's not a romantic lead, he's not a hero, he's not a bar tender, he's not a manager, but unfortunately since almost the minute Monty left the first time, that is exactly how he was drawn. The reason he works with Tracy better than anyone else ever, is because they both have hearts of gold that they don't want anyone else to know, they have loyalty to extreme that they don't want anyone else to know, and they can outsmart anyone else around them. They are kindred souls that set each other on fire. Now show me THAT and we'll have a power pair that no show has ever done before.

Rumour today is that TG wants nothing to do with a reinvisioned Claire Labine version of Luke who is domesticated so he will walk before that, and also pissed that Ethan will be made a Scorpio out of some twisted attempt to appease LnL fans, and with that goes any reunion of that long overdone pairing. Who knows, but Tracy and AZ would never logically co-exist. I do wonder what they plan on doing with those two and the blackmail. I don't watch the show as it is, but that would completely end even a casual observation on my part. IMO Luke and Tracy give something to each other that alone (or with others) has been sorely missing. If they destroy that pair - honestly without really even seeing what they are capable of - I don't see the point of either character continuing. I certainly won't be.

What happened today Lane? I haven't seen GH since Tracy's last scene. Just withdrawal or was there something significant?

Love those previews. That's two - what does SOD have to say? Given that they really only cover a short period of time, we should continue to see this play out (since they are already doing this anyway).

With the rewrites we might be surprised and see her/him/them. Luke will do anything to win back his Spanky - he's proven that a few times. I really like the sound of that one, even if SID is full of sh!t in most ways, that would be from the horses' mouths.

Nothing to write hope about today, two scenes are all I counted (but then again I was FF through them). Edward did seem to turn to Tracy at one point for agreement/approval, which I thought was a nice touch. But I don't care who you are, no father should refer to his daughter as "Lady" with that tone. Just…. yuck…..

Well, as the saying goes about material, if you're going to steal, steal from the best. I guess that goes for writing teams also. If you're going to incorporate them, incorporate the ones that have the goods. I just hope we get what was good about OLTL and not another hodge podge.

Another Luke reference from Tracy today. Kinda cute how she keeps bringing him up and rubbing AZ's face in it. No rings either, lol.

Yeah, I see an insider said most of that was gutted because of RC's changes to the storyline. Also seeing that Tracy/AZ's wedding isn't legal - which I never thought it was. It's only a matter of finding out WHY it isn't legal (so many options in that one, and I'm hoping it's because Tracy was married to someone else). Less time with AZ and more time with Luke, and I'm good.

ROFL, that was worth the laugh. I remember when we all wore those oversized blazers - weren't doing ourselves any favours in the fashion world, to be sure. Jane learning the Macarena on stage was hilarious! I wonder what a person who wanted to be a Musical star things when they do that…... But the saddest thing of all…. look how many shows were represented on that stage and how few there are now in just 15 years.

That's a conversation I'm looking forward to. Writers have a wide open field on this one since Gino was not a well known individual for GH fans (not even sure how developed he was on The City). I always love BB/JE scenes regardless, but this particular exchage will be rather informative I would imagine.

<p>Going back I can appreciate what she did… now. Year ago she just scared me (Tracy is far too much like a couple of aunts of mine - I kid you not. If her name was 'Barb' or 'Joyce', I wouldn't have stuck it out). From an artistic POV I think JE is brilliant, as is TG, and their love for each other in r/l carries into their relationship so completely that one can't help but be drawn in (so long as you haven't been stagnated on the LnL merry-go-round). But outside of her work with Julie Berman, Anna Lee and Tony Geary, that knowledge of her brilliance just isn't enough to keep me around. Yeah, I think I'm the only actually LuNacyFF on this board. Everyone else came as a Tracy or Luke fan, but I never could stand them individually or in other pairings so for me no LuNacy truly means no GH. I don't think you know my story, but I left GH for years and then one day I was vacuuming and saw LuNacy on my screen and I never turned back. I caught up on things and have been a huge shipper since. I'll go down with that ship too, if I'm forced to. Has it really been 7 years? Wow, time flies. I remember the early years when my kids called it "Tracy" and had to give Mommy her one hour of sanity every day, lol.

Great Luke and Lulu today. I hope the new PTB keep up these relationships between the original Spencermaines. IMO Lulu doesn't have a problem, nor did Luke. Alan and Monica had problems, Lucky had problems, Lulu and Luke are not and were not alcoholics and I'm so glad they are continuing with that reality. Also nice LuNacy propping. Lulu is so right, Luke is better with Tracy - and she's better with him. On their own or with others they are just…. plain….

It's all insider stuff that may or may not have been accurate. Michael "inheriting" might not have translated into MIchael running the company, but would be another slap in the face to Tracy who is the rightful inheritor/CEO of ELQ. As for them looking alike, I have noticed they've been darkening Michael's look - but personally I don't see the similarity other than hair colour. Even though I didn't post, I did read it. I love these articles you keep popping in with.

Seriously? Boo hiss…. I don't think they even spoke to each other. They just aimed conversation at each other that was meant for Tracy.

So what we got on Thursday was "Edward and Luke's conversation"? That had to be cut somehow because their interaction didn't deserve the moniker "conversation". Outside of LuNacy, I'm really looking forward to the Tracy/Johnny conversation. JE and BB have always been great in scenes together, and with their long history through Lulu, they are pretty familiar with each other's backbone.

That was what I wanted for Claudia in the beginning, before the character was sacrificed for Sonny. The early Claudia with those red shoes and something to prove worked with JE/TG instantly. They could have pulled off the mother/daughter thing without a hitch, and it would have made more sense then Tracy having an abortion. But alas…..

That's a conversation I want to watch. Tracy had no use for Claudia, but the two were so similar. But for the Grace of God…. and all that rubble….

Hey, if you're right I'm not going to complain. My bottom line is LuNacy working together, playing together and being TOGETHER. If they are doing an end run on Za-crazy, I am more than happy. He can't be gone soon enough for my liking anyway... …. and come to think of it, if Tracy is legally (or assumed to be) Mrs. Z when AZ dies, she becomes the Godmother of Port Charles, making it impossible for Sonny to take out the competition because she's Luke's Lady and that's serious No Fly Zone. Could be interesting and shift the dynamic in the Chuckles.
