It's nice to see all the Gloria love; I've always liked her. It's sad that she was rarely mentioned after her departure. She played a key role in some major storylines. It seems Miss Blake abandoned acting after leaving AMC. Does anyone know what she's up to nowadays?

Yeah, it's not like I wanted to see everyone having rough sex, LOL. In the case of Alec & Arlene, however, it totally made sense. Soaps did get too tame, although, I think AMC did pretty good with the Bianca & Marissa scenes from last year.

I remember how their sex would be pretty rough. You probably could never do that on a soap today (or in the last 10 years or so). What happened?

Hell, I even remember finding Alec & Arlene hot together.... and I was still in elementary school. I would feel dirty/guilty for thinking it, too. HAHA! BTW, I love how they're playing "Justify My Love" by Madonna in that scene!!!

I think - but aren't 100% sure - that he was put in there after he faked a kidnapping. This was when he was running for the Senate. Erica got freaked that Travis' political rivals could potentially harm/kidnap Bianca, so she took off and assumed the false identity of "Sally" - a waitress at a hick diner.

A part of me would have loved the "Janet-is-Brooke" storyline... but I guess it's for the best that it never happened. I actually do remember the very first parts of it - like Janet trying to get a lock of Brooke's hair and recording her voice. LOL.

I don't think it was weird. Dixie loved Will a lot, and Janet brutally murdered him. As for Janet and Tad: I believe Janet (when she was still 'Jane') worked as an accountant for Orsini. She developed a crush on Tad, and she flirted with him, ect. It didn't last long, if my memory is correct.

She was on bad terms with him, yes, but I don't think she wanted him bludgeoned to death.
