Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
That OC finale music really strikes a chord, of time passing, and relationships changing, and HWs coming to terms with that change. I am instantly transported to Jeana clutching her eye after Tamra threw a drink at it. BH also had an iconic finale music. Takes me right back to Kim Richards, the back of a limo, golden-era LVP, Taylor Armstrong and dark secrets. I can't even remember if they use it anymore, that franchise has gone so far downhill. It would be great if SLC could secure excellent finale music, but maybe it's not that kind of show. It doesn't have that current of melancholy or painful secrets running through it. RHOC reunion looks! The fact that the OC women tend to conform in all things fashion is actually one of the unique things about this franchise. The only 'standout,' if I can put it like that, is Shannon, an 80-year-old dressed as Shirley Temple. IMO, Emily, Tamra and Katie look great. 20 years in, and Gretchen continues to SWF Tamra's look. Gina's dress is phenomenal TBH.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Ugh, why am I so behind on RHs? I've finished Miami (I'm going to miss those girls), but I'm about 3 episodes behind on London, 2 behind on Potomac, 2 behind on SLC, and about 25 episodes behind on OC. Catching up as fast as I can, but I also want to savour them. In the meantime, enjoy this map of where the Real Housewives of Miami, OC and SLC actually live. Kiki LOL.

It is not. But neither is WWHL and she is gracing it with her presence. I just love the fact that she and Luann seem to be having a laughi together.

This is literally the pairing I did not know i needed in my life! Why are La Lucci and the Countess so perfect together? I need a Hamptons spin-off with the two of them.

Those people online are quite often 'Rinna fans,' and given Rinna's fingerprints were all over the hate-bots attacking Jax mess, I'm side-eyeing this sudden surge in Garcelle haters claiming she was 'boring,' 'brought nothing to the show,' 'the friendship with Sutton was fake,' etc. I loved Garcelle from the get, she brought something grounded and honest to this highly self-produced show. As she pointed out many times, there are deals done between the Coven about what to talk about and distract the audience with in order to hide dirty secrets. Garcelle was often asking the questions on the show that Andy Cohen was tiptoeing away from. The fact that the main cast never really accepted her, she could feel it, and as a viewer I felt it, too. Erika's hatred for Garcelle was especially visceral and I'm not surprised with what Garcelle said about her this week. It is a fact: Erika was a b!tch to her face. Garcelle looked absolutely gorgeous on WWHL and the sad, haunted look in her eyes has gone. She seems reconciled with life and much happier with where it is going. I felt a pang when she talked about the now-dead friendship with Sutton, but only because Garcelle was acknowledging the hurt and emotional sacrifice she made being on the show. One thing I didn't expect was how Andy hung onto her every word, it's actually quite rare to see him treat a HW with lowkey reverence. And as everyone here has pointed out, Sutton was a fool to choose these vapid witches over her truest friend. She will pay the price for that this season, no doubt about it. And so will Boz when she is no longer of use.

I remember that. I said at the time that Larsa was trash for spreading that rumor. How the tables have turned. It looks like Larsa was letting Julia know that she knew her secrets. Interesting how after that season was done, Yulia did an about-face and started kissing up to her 'new frrrriend' Larsa.

I can't wait for SLC, for Potomac and for Miami! (London too). The Miami reunion has been insane, in the best way. Julia thought she was exposing Adriana with her big reveal, but she only exposed herself to be a serial cheater. The Haitian Mortician getting a coffeemaker for services rendered was wild. Was it just me who was momentarily surprised when Adriana referred to the mortician as a 'he'? Just look at the way Adriana does that hair shimmy when she says "HAIshen MOR tee shen." She did the exact same head shimmy in S3 when she said "Leemp Penis." Queen.

Woof! I knew something huge must have happened -- overnight posts on this thread totalled 3 pages! And that tea was piping hot! Dr Wendy and Happy Eddie, felons?! As soon as she said in Sunday's episode that Eddie's pot business was bringing in tons of $$$, I thought, really? I know cannabis is popular, but it is also a saturated market of sellers. Turns out they are in "substantial debt" trying to fund the RH lifestyle, non-starter candlewick businesses and surgical procedures. Let it out, DaytimeFan! My thoughts went on the same journey as yours as I read through all the posts and links. At first I thought this was small-fry, but it was clear from the indictment that the Osefos had long gotten into the habit of casually claiming 'refunds' for anything and everything. Seems like the officer investigating the break-in sussed things weren't making sense from the get go. No movement recorded on the security system. No evidence of break-in, no prints. Within two weeks they had traced some of the items claimed on insurance to the stores where they had already got refunds. Also within two weeks, Wendy was on Instagram with the ring she claimed had been stolen. One quick search of their home, and they easily found most of the items on their insurance claims. This is the arrogance and foolishness of people who blithely assume that they are way above everyone else in terms of intelligence. No need to hide my jewellery because the keystone cops will never think to look for it in my home. Calling them is just an insurance formality, right? I hate to say it, but this arrogance was on display during Wendy's first season when she threw her doctorate around and sneered at other HWs for not finishing college. As someone who had always been told how smart and accomplished she was, the pushback from the audience seemed to have dumbfounded Wendy, to the point where she got an expensive (and unnecessary IMO) physical makeover in order to feel better about herself. The irony is that Potomac has never really been That Show about uber-wealthy lifestyles. That was the beauty of RHOP -- the financial honesty of their lifestyles, the potential precariousness of a post-2008 upper-middle-class life. It made Potomac a standout show. Even Gizelle never tried to pretend her bungalow was a Heather Dubrow mansion. I don't know why Wendy felt she had to spend her way into debt on a show focused on personalities and cast chemistry. Maybe she felt so insecure next to the Karens, Gizelles, Candiaces and Moniques that the illusion of money was her only card left to play. Her VT asides weren't always landing, and neither was her air of moral superiority (see last reunion). Ultimately, though, I've said it before and I'll say it again, there is no greater fool than the fool who thinks they are smart. This has left the Osefos no choice but to let Bravo televise it all so that they can pay the two-bit PR who drafted that ridiculous statement making them sound like Greta Thunberg back from the flotilla.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
That two-month spring hiatus was tough. Last year, too. Not least because I love coming onto this thread to read everybody's comments. Fall is def my fave time of year, and a lot of the RH airing now are solid. For example, this hasn't been Miami's best season, but I still love the show and am invested. BH is about to lose me. Kyle, Erika and Dorit have basically sewn it up between them. Manufacturing fake SLs while hiding and blackmailing each other with their secrets. The way they tried to gaslight Garcelle really bothered me. I will check out the season opener, because I'm a glutton for punishment, but RZ will no doubt be carrying the show on her back. M2M too?? I wish you guys had access to London also because I would love to read your comments about it. Good or bad, I always enjoy everyone's take. I'm really behind on OC, too. Like, I'm only 5 episodes into the current season. They must be at reunion by this point.

That's right. Bravo worded that chyron confusingly, but no way Ashley is getting $20mn from the Cryptkeeper. She wouldn't be bedazzling that terrible denim outfit with synthetic feathers if she had. She indicated in her VT that she got a portion of one of his investments. It was a fun RHOP opener, not dark or too mean-spirited. Stacey's delusional ass drove story and that's fine with me. It's nice that she's back with her ex-husband (a man she actually has chemistry with) but... what if he doesn't want to remarry her and just wants to 'date' her? BTW I cannot keep up with all the RH shows coming at me. I am prioritising Miami and SLC, and third comes London. OC has fallen by the wayside but I will get back to it. And now Potomac. Can't Bravo pace this out a little better? Before we know it, BH will be upon us again.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I agree about Guerdy, even though like you I've been on her side throughout. But she was trying to litigate 5 different issues at once, and at 120mph, and she got lost in a word forest. The most worrying part is that in her interaction with Adriana afterwards, she thought she did great. It didn't help that she had Larsa, Alexia and Marysol, gaslighting her like crazy. Alexia painted a picture of Todd as a highly insecure, petty individual who was probably jealous of Alexia's fame. Which i totally believe. As for the Julia bombshell? I couldn’t clock it one way or another. However, in S4 Adriana was an enthusiastic participant in the Are We/Aren't We SL with Julia, and at the time, I thought they had been together. Even Martina looked miffed seeing Adriana around. There have also been longstanding rumors about Martina & Julia's swinger marriage. Now I'm wondering how come Larsa, Alexia and Marysol didn't know about this bombshell beforehand. To give Adriana her due, in the trailer for next week, Adriana denies they ever slept together, and quite convincingly, too. I also don't think Adriana would have a problem admitting it if they had. "Yes, we slept together once. So what?"

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I'll be curious to read your thoughts! I enjoyed the finale, but honestly, i was disappointed in Adriana. And you know that I am ride-or-die for Adriana, since S1. Certainly throughout this season, I've been firmly on her side. The boo-hooing about not attending Julia's 'concert'? Yeah, no, Adriana could not send home a 12-person band just to accommodate Julia's caterwauling. However, i did think that Adriana was a total Bridezilla at Stephanie's event. She was doing too much. And when she told Julia "I'm not their godmother," I understood why she didn't go to the opera event. She is smarting because Julia has pulled away. And it's always heartbreaking to be in a situation like that because it feels like a rejection of everything you are. However, I also believe Julia when she says she couldn't handle the anger from Adriana and the pressure about getting Adriana her mojito back. I believe all that to be true. It must also be challenging to be friends with someone who struggles with dark, angry moments. As I believe Adriana has gone through. Julia is simply not someone who can deal with that, perhaps because of her own sad history. It struck me at that moment how alike Marysol and Adriana are in some ways. They are both leaning on their best friends to bring them back full-time on RHOM. The difference is, Marysol is sneakier and more artful about it. She knows how to subtly handle Alexia, her longtime BFF, who is a lot like a sister now. Adriana, by contrast, is an explosive volcano. Those are my thoughts from a first watch. I'm ready to hear another opinion on this, though. Honestly, I did not expect to feel like this after this season of being firmly on Adriana's side.

Yolanda Hadid is selling her Pennsylvania farm which she bought after her divorce from David Foster. Yolanda -- what a HW. Full of secrets, much more strategic than she initially let on... and then there's the accusations of Munchausen. Which have resurfaced again recently. I kind of miss this kind of RH on BH. Her era seems like a long time ago compared to BH's current lacklustre state. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-15133953/Gigi-Bella-Hadid-safe-haven-mom-Yolanda-lists-family-farm.html

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I cannot wait to watch. I feel kind of protective of Adriana (even though I think she really did say 'ratchet') because Marysol is gunning for her so hard. Lest we forget, Marysol kind of ran Nicole off the show, or at least Nicole alluded to her machinations being a factor. IMO, Adriana and Kiki are long overdue a mojito on this show. 1,000%! Heather made it sound like she was the only one supporting Lisa Barlow and that was not true. Then she turns around and treats Angie like a buddy. Heather really has it in for Bronwyn, it is obvious that she doesn't like her and (I believe) is threatened by her. Bronwyn is not a perfect HW to be sure, but she ate Lisa up at that Saturday Social party. I loved every second of it, and loved the fact that this seemed like a real party involving actual denizens of Park City. It gave me classic RHONY vibes. The best was watching Mary's expressions through-out. Also the build-up to the confrontation, with Lisa and her husband in the car, silently looking at each other while suspenseful music swelled. Top-tier editing. Playing the return of Lisa Barlow was a smart move by Bravo. They don't shy away from the fact that she's a deluded narcissist, but she came in activated and ready to confront. She knows what is expected of her. As far as a feud is concerned, she and Bronwyn are rather evenly matched. Another part of the episode that struck me was Mary's conversation with Robert Jr. It breaks my heart a little when Robert smiles but his eyes look so sad. You could tell he was high and Mary knew it too. I appreciated that she didn't try and cover it up with "Everything is fine now! Robert Jr is cured!"

The way the podcaster was talking, he made it sound like RHOC had undergone a BH death spiral. Im glad its not that and I will continue watching, so thanks for confirming. He did say Gretchen was a flop, which I could have told him months, ago wouldn't work out. Im on Episode 5, and Tamra is not breaking a sweat in the face if a Gretchen-Slade brain trust. Naked Wasted was a huge transgression, but Gretchen doesn't have the brain power to litigate that one.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I am so behind RHOC, its not even funny. Is it as far gone as people have been saying? The other day I heard a podcaster called Zach Peters say it needed to be put on pause for at least a year. Yikes. RHOM: A calmer 'HWs in their natural habitat' episode ahead of next week's finale. It kind of underscored how a lot of the same SLs at the beginning of the season are still unresolved. I don't know what the hell is going on with Alexia and Todd, and I don't really care, but WTF Alexia are you giving him the milk for free? She needs to lock this down or move on to a richer husband. Todd ain't all that. Stephanie is also trying to draw out this Marysol rivalry stuff. I doubt Marysol thinks about Stephanie as much as Stephanie thinks about her. Larsa's new house is a concrete Kanye Box, a Kardashian rip-off. Give me Marysol's white, rented cottage any day, it is way more charming. The talk between Cody and Lisa was honest and I was impressed by Cody. I buy everything he said. He seems like a good guy but he's not going to put up with Lisa taking out her anger on him. The other ladies warned her about this last season. Adriana lost me a little with her lashing out at her event. She was OTT about (checks notes) an algebraic equation written on her cake. At the same time, i get why Adriana has been feeling lost and sad. Its been plain the last few episodes. She's depressed, largely because she feels abandoned by her closest friend, and everything is now colored by that feeling of abandonment and loneliness. I hope she and Kiki make up because really, the cake is no big deal.

It definitely could have stayed the normal 43 minutes. The Blair Witch stuff was totally unnecessary.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Regarding your last question, I think it was a mix of Lisa Barlow and Jen Shah connecting the cast. I don't agree re: a couple of the HWs -- Heather is so manipulative in her VTs! I can appreciate what a great storyteller she is, and the way she controls the narrative in her VTs is top-tier and should be studied. I also, for some reason, am rooting for Bronwyn this season? I think Lisa and Heather were unsettled by Bronwyn's money and have tried to guide the rest of the cast against her. While I don't mind them revealing things Bronwyn would rather stay hidden, I do think she has been mean-girled. She is also quite insecure and would love for Lisa and Heather to bring her into their circle. That sets up some interesting dynamics for this season. Lisa, Lisa, Lisa... ITA -- this season, Lisa Barlow IS dominating the show. Do I think she is a superficial narcissist? Yes, yes, I do. Lisa Barlow is not substantial enough to be a Queen Bee for the ages (Nene, LVP, Gina Liano). BUT she does have dirt on all these women, and she can fight dirty and effectively, as last reunion proved. LB is underrated at reunions, she is a total sniper and usually has her facts locked down. Totally agree about Little Girl and Brittani. Whitney is a wannabe who thinks she could be a RH great. She couldn't. Like Lisa Barlow, she collects dirt on the women, but the difference is that she collects gossip and spreads it and when it turns out to be untrue, it boomerangs back onto her. Brittani is just thirsty for a spot, and not exceptionally smart, but that can be fun to watch in small doses.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHOSLC: An unusual opening episode, straight into a 'cast trip' on an RV, and I enjoyed every moment. With Lisa Barlow's absence (apparently she was still 'negotiating pay' when SLC started filming), you can see Brittani doing Thee Most as she senses a spot might be free. Still, I'm fine with this being a 7-8 person cast. From the opening credits, it looks like Lisa finally got her hair cut into a long bob (Bronwyn: 'She's coming for my look!'). Heather is still the narrator (sigh) and while she instigates against Lisa Barlow in her VTs, during the trip she was baiting others to say something bad about Lisa so she could 'defend' her 'friend' and accuse them of being mean. Heather is so transparent. We've seen this game before, back in the Jen Shah days. I also noticed in her VT that her mentions of Jen Shah are no longer as forgiving as they were last season, so she's clearly read Housewives Twitter and now realises that Jen Shah coming back to suck the energy out of this show serves nobody, least of all her. Bronwyn laid it out there regarding the lawsuits besetting the Barlows, and I'm OK with that gossip being discussed. I hate when RHs are coy about gossip that's out there (BH, I'm looking at you). Angie lowkey had her back on releasing all that info. It was nice to see Mary so light and happy this episode! When Brittani said "We're near my house!" and Mary said "We can drop you off," I

RH of London is really fun. I'm two episodes behind, but I love the Cotswolds scenes with all the gorgeous tweeds, Sir Henry, the difference between North (nouveau riche) and South Cotswolds (old money), and Nessie being the concert pianist. Juliet Angus (my nemesis!) joins soon and I know she will go after Amanda -- before sucking up to her, probably, because Juliet Angus is a born minion. Where Juliet goes, I imagine Caroline Stanbury must follow, and that would probably be no bad thing for the show. Oh, Panthea is the definition of cringe! She's from Mil Hill?? Hello, suburban. 😅 Not even a Hampstead or St John's Wood address. Panthea is so insecure with regards to these women and it shows in every interaction. She is determined to bring Amanda down but she hadn't counted on Karen making a beeline for her. Now, do I think that Karen is making a mountain out of a convo with Panthea? Yes, I do. Karen recognises that Panthea is the villain of this show (and Panthea has no problem playing the villain role, to her credit), so Karen is positioning herself as the villain's nemesis. That could get old quick. However, someone had to call Panthea out because she sucks the oxygen out of a room. Nessie blandly won't say anything; Amanda is cool under pressure but won't strike unless you come for her; Aussie Juliet has recognised that Panthea is poisonous and is politely distancing herself, waiting for Panthea to shoot herself in the foot. I can only co-sign in your assessment of Buckingham palace garden parties vs private sit-down dinners with the Royals. There is no question that the latter is more up-close-and-personal. The garden party is a large-gathering public service: it always includes at least 100 people being honored for their work in charities.

Looking at the full-length shot, I think Kiki actually nailed this look, Mrs. Roper though it may be. I also think the metallic wine color on Adriana looks fabulous. Marysol looks good, I thought it was Lisa at first glance. Alexia pops in the yellow, but I've seen her in this type of dress before. Guerdy, Julia and Lisa are just ok. But those are terrible outfits on Larsa and Stephanie. What a pity the reunion theme was Virgin Cruises and not Sevilla! Richard Branson must be paying a ton for the sponsorship.
