BSG--you around for a few? I just ordered my pizza today instead and am waiting for it to come! Then it is a huge homework project this afternoon for me...a 10 page autobiography my son has to do for school. Complete with photos and it has to be bound in some way or in an album. At least it is a writing proiect so it is one I can help with!!

Hey, strangers. I finally saw Tuesday and Wednesday's episodes, and I have to agree with Remos, rather than MsQ and ILTQ on this one. I thought the LuNacy scenes were flawless, beautifully acted, exquisite. My only complaint is that they kept being interrupted (even momentarily) by other characters. As many issues as I have with TIIC, they have quietly given Tracy and Luke the most realistic, grown-up love affair on the show. Ya'll know I hate soap operas, and won't even pretend that I watch this show for anything other than LuNacy. (Okay, Tracy without Luke if she has a good storyline.) Even when they're over the top, they're entertaining.

But this storyline, this beautiful, real, poignant storyline--this is what I've been waiting for since the day I started watching. Two larger than life people dealing with a very mundane, very unavoidable, real life drama. Money can't buy their way out of this. Heroics of the Ice Princess variety are useless here. This is real life, and Luke and Tracy are facing it together, alone as a couple, as we so often do in our lives. When I was in the ER with Fey the other night, her family wasn't there. Our friends weren't there. It was Fey and me, alone in that room. That's what marriage is (whether you're straight or gay), and Tracy is no less of a Quartermaine for staying with her husband than she would have been had she gone to the house.

I have issues with Ned and Dillon not at least visiting their mother in the hospital, but that could easily be fanficced away--we didn't see everything, and it's quite possible the boys went their first (in the "real life" section of GH that doesn't get shown).

I loved their moment in the montage. I don't think I've ever seen Tracy more beautiful, more honest, more real. It was a great couple of episodes, and I'm glad I've finally gotten to see them.

Deb--I agree with your analysis 100%!!! I think they have handled this situation with grace, humor and the most real life emotions I have seen in a long, long time. It must be the one good writer who has handled their story thus far during sweeps. Of course I know I am biased, but this sweeps was not about Nik/Em, not about the mob or that madman Zacharra, but about Lunacy finally facing a real life situation and realizing what they have together and that they desperately need each other. It was apparent to me that Luke needs Tracy every bit as much as Tracy needs Luke. THey were clinging to each other for dear life in that montage. IT was the most amazing scene and like Ms. Q said...they were the only ones who didn't need chatty dialogue to convey their sentiment during the montage...I think that was my new favorite Lunacy moment ever. No matter what happens from here....we will always have thanksgiving montage!

Hope Fey is all better by the way.

okay I am back..most hilarious scene at my house...trying to make s'mores outside wtih this fire pit thing....my little one comes out in ski goggles cause the smoke is bothering him...he is holding his marshmellow like 3 feet above the fire as he is such a chicken [!@#$%^&*]...the others are wearing sunglasses to ward off the smoke...and they are listening to christmas music. I am like well this is a nice turkey day scene.

Plus chinese is closed in houston on T-giving also. Poor planning on my part. I had a veggie patty for dinner. Kids had easy mac. Okay so this was a pretty lame turkey day for us. Next year we might have to do something!!!

Just one small tiny comment...anyone who thinks Lunacy is boring...OMG were we watching the same show???? They were so sexy and cute with their innuendos and the kiss and the snuggling--oy!

I just really can't believe it!!! Wed was just delicious!!!! Tuesday the Skye thing was hilarious. It seemed like a couple of her lines were edited in cause they were loud and the sound almost jumped like the widow line from tuesday in the triage part...maybe that had to relay that line in or something

Loved her saying "caught you staring" and "your heart needs to tell your libido it is down for repairs!" And the best of all wa sthe "I don't do gentle...you should know that by now". Classic TQ!!!!!!!!!!!!! And just what we all have imagined in all our fics--ha ha.

Okay so the frozen pizza was very lame. And to make it even lamer...I watched the GH live today of LnL from last year while I was feeding my kids and doing a book report with Adam on sharks. It was not the wedding, it was Laura's relapse. Our girl was on for a few shots...I loved her face when Nik came in and annouced that Laura had relapse.

Notes: Wow how far lunacy has come in a year....Luke kissing the EWCBO and telling her wherever she is he is there with her (also TG's hands shake so badly...what is up with that...drug withdrawls from Amsterdam??). Two Qs now dead who were there last thanksgiving...Alan and Em. He is still shaking now with those hands (TL and I alwasy notice that)

Genie so did not deserve that emmy...okay she might have deserved in another year in the past and didn't get it so it was her lifetime achievement emmy or pity emmy whatever....but her performance was just not that stellar. I will give her some credit...she has perfected that blank stare look! Too funny...my husband walked in and said "who is that girl supposed to be? Her daughter? (referring to lulu) and I said yes. He said "Damn she looks just like her." Then he said he hopes that the writer's strike finishes out GH for good and it goes off the air so I cand spend more time with him! LOL!!! As if that will happen either way--ha ha.

TL--It is 4pm but I can't post a link cause I have been banned from the chat room until I watch Tues and Wed. episodes, so I will have to go do that now. I tried, but my husband fell asleep in there and I didn't want to be slow mo'ing a hundred times with him in tere, and then I had to feed my kids and do a book report and supervise Justin's project he was working on. Then fold laundry, etc. The Cowboy game is one so I am hoping that he will par himself on the couch right bout now and free up the bedroom tv and tivo!!!

I am resorting to two frozen California Pizza Kitchen pizzas that I have had for months in my outside freezer. And two frozen totinoes pizzas for the kids. Hmmm...maybe this wasn't such a great gameplan!

I am seriously ordering pizza tomorrow for us for thanksgiving. And pretending in my own mind that I am a Q!! Ha ha.

So even though I haven't watched, here is my take on the Spencer/Q thing. Tracy basically summed it up today...she has waited all of her life for someone to love her like Luke does--for who she is....I am sure she is sad about Emily, and sad for Edward and Monica, but her HUSBAND was about to possibly die!!! She will catch up with the Qs and be there for the funeral. I wish they would at least have Tracy have some scenes with Dillon or Ned alone or have them to come to the hospital next week to see her, but it doesn't seem likely. I think the only day she sees them is on Wednesday (during the funeral) if that one insider was right who dropped who everyone has their scenes wtih next week.

Can I just say that I am doing the happy dance that she is going to be on three days next week again.

No Sonny, Jason, Sam today? OMG!!!

Bobbie consoling Monica--that sounds great. Lesley with Nik--awesome. But wait...Bobbie doesn't even go to Luke at all??? Now that is just plain stupid. She would never never never NOT be there for her brother.

I don't think the spoiler about Luke missing from his hospital room is for his exit. We would have heard something about it in the magazines. I think he just tries to escape and then they find him and do the surgery...because there were those spoilers about him trying to get alice to sneak him stuff and Tracy putting her foot down, etc.

Bummer no ILY, but you know what...they don't really need that cause it is clearly obvious that they both know it. I am curious if the spoiler about him asking her to marry him again is true. Probably not.

I havent see anything much new on soapidsh, but I haven't been scanning it like I usually do.

HOpe tomorrow is the ILY day. Oh and Dr. Julian was on Nightshift...he was a heart surgeon who saved Maxi on that show. He listens to his i=pod all the time in the hospital and is like a long-haired guitar playing rock doc! Dr, Kelly Lee slept with him on night shift along with everyone else.

Apparently there was a LC interview that she said how it broke her heart that she is not used anymore and is never in the hosptial, etc so she has divorced herself from it all and has been travelling the world. She is very vocal on her feelings of the IIC!!

Can't wait to watch all three days when I get home. The best part is..knowing we have three more days of lunacy the following week.

Lainey..Rachel..would lvoe to chat for a few...tomorrwo night for sure. I am at my inlaws and don't want to mess with it on their computer with them walking in and out of here. Will be home all thre rest of the week.

Still in Dallas. Hung out with my cousin last night and her 18 month old and her 4 year old. Makes me very very happy to be past that stage!

So today we are going to see Fred Claus with the kids. Then taking my kids to play with some friends of theirs who moved here a few years ago. Dinner tonight with Michael's grandma who is 91 and the most amazing, spritely person around.

Nobody is answering on soapdish about whether or not they actually will renew their vows. Probably not I would guess. It would be probably too much for luke, unless something funny happened. Hey they could make his next vacation their honeymoon which she returns early from cause she has to work or has some ELQ emergency--yeah that is the way they need to segway him off this time!

Ok...I am already a bit bored here. Inlaws are stay up til 2am ers...which normally I could do...but not in the mood to chat with them all night. Kids are swinging from the chandeliers at their house...up playing xbox with my father in law. Michael is asleep. My dog puked on me the last 1/2 mile of our 250 mile drive here. SHe couldn't have waited for another 2 minutes to get here. OY!!

@hookedongh: That information means Tracy has 11 episodes and Luke 15 in November. That is not bad, but the other episode count was wrong. It seems no Q is on on Thursday or Friday. I really think this sucks, the fall out of Emily's death should be about the Qs and no one else!

Exactly SeanM!! Yeah the episode count was off I guess. But at least it was pretty good for TQ! 11 is way better than normal.

When you see the list of "spoilers" that the LuNacy one was with, it doesn't seem true. The way they're worded sound very made up and someone just wanting to "be cool" and give out spoilers. They're very vague and sound like speculation. Now, I could be TOTALLY wrong, but that's just my take on it. However...

As hooked and I discussed, we can see Luke asking Tracy, only to leave her at the altar AGAIN...time for TG's next vacation, you know? But as with all these possible spoilers, time will tell...

TL, that thread is getting some action by non-regular posters! Nice to see all these Jane/Tracy fans come out of hiding.

nex, thanks for the clips! I watched the final scene again and that last "Ohh" from Jane is really sad!!!

But some of those spoilers sounded plausible, so I don't know. I could see Luke maybe offering or asking her before his surgery, but I really doubt they would actually go through with it. It would be a nice gesture though on his part to solidify that he really loves her.

Also, I bet that Luke disappers spoiler could be that he leaves the hospital and they find him missing and that he shows up at Em's funeral to support Tracy and Nik--have no basis for that...but just my take...

Yeah rude people on soapdish reaming them saying scenes like today should never happen again with Lacy. That no way is she his soul mate and it is making them gag!!! I just replied with "well that is what makes the world go round as they are the only reason I watch GH!!!"

Also, what I meant guys, was not about how Logan told Luke/Tracy today and that he was so bad and flat, but there was some quote or something that Tony Geary was stopped cold in his tracks with how bad Josh Duhon's delivery was (I think it maybe was the "Mr. Spencer are you okay" when luke was clutching his heart and on the floor shaking). Now they refer to it as he "Duhon'd it" meaning someone did something so lousy. It is was on soapdish so who knows if it is true at all.

They seem to think on that board that Luke won't be leaving til end of December/end of year cause it would be in the mags already and they are done shooting through mid december already. I like that scenario...he can leave for the month of January (remember we got TQ 8 days in a row last January and we were all freaking out!!!) and come back February for sweeps. Let me guess....we have had a train wreck, we have had a hotel fire, a hostage crisis in the metrocourt, an epidemic...what is next for Feb?? February is typically the big catastrophe crisis.

What is your guess for the next huge GH crisis????
