Remember when Marland also recast Linc?

Yeah, he told the media that he wasn't going to worry about winning. That the media needed to stop pimping him because he wasn't going to play their game....LOL. I don't think either that he cares about winning. His game is too mechanical for my tastes. I don't think he is that great in the way that the media portrays him. I don't even see him as a top 20 player. Is he going to be a father too???????

I had forgotten about the Channing murder that also happened in 1986-1987 season. I only remember the 2nd Tad. I don't recall the first. I think there are a few of the first Tad on youtube. I need to look for them. The Channing and Cummings storylines were both very good. After Marland passed in 1993 ATWT felt like Y&R does now.....vets on with no stories going on. The breakdown and script writers that were with Marland at the time had no idea what to do or write. They had his bible for the remaining year and a half but after that the writers were clueless.

Yes it was a great year for them. They ranked #4 in the ratings and won the daytime Emmy that year for best soap. The writing went to GL that year. Two days later the academy called WJB and told him that his soap had not won the Emmy but that GL had. Yes, a lot of great scenes. I like ATWT and Y&R scenes over GL. If I were a voter though I would have voted for Y&R. Of course that was just a sample of what the soaps submitted. I dont know what else was on those reels. ATWT had Barbara sleeping with Tom storyline.....GL had Vanessa running over Reva in her car I believe thus losing her child...and Y&R was power related story with who would run Jabot.

Hadn't heard that name in a long time. Was he still overacting?...LOL

A great Barbara/Margo scene from 86. Y&R was awarded the winner and there was a mix up and the winner was actually GL.

I also liked her relationship with Emily. I doubt that would have been explored had she stayed married with Steve.

Del Po plays tonight! Novak has asked for a wild card and will be playing next week in Acapulco. Shocking since he always plays Dubai before the US spring hard court swing.

He is down to #135 in the world with loss. Time for him to go back to diaper changes...LOLOLOL If he doesn't defend his points next week he will probably be out of the 200's in the rankings. Commentators blame his injury for his drop in ratings but I blame it on his hanky panky leading to a child and a marriage that has derailed any process he had. He was way too young to get hitched and have a kid.

I am so leery of Hispanics/Latinos. The majority care about the entitled white rich and ignore their fellow hispanics/minorities. The AA always for the most part stick together and support each other. A friend of mine which is latino helped a fellow latino get elected for a position in my state. My friend called him shortly after his win because he needed some help and he wouldn't take his calls and totally ignored him. Talk about lack of gratitude. And they have been friends since childhood.

Was there a point to them? They lost and I find it foolish for CNN to continue carrying these meaningless debates. I didn't see it though so I have no idea who appeared.
