I started watching Dallas as a teen when Duffy returned for S10. I just, for the first time, watched through from Episode One thru S9. 

Patrick Duffy return was announced at the beginning of 1986. I remember looking at the ratings to see if Dallas would get a boost from the news. It never did until the cliffhanger. The last half hour of the show that featured Pam's wedding to Mark, the two explosions and Bobby in the shower peaked at 26.2 in the ratings. 

I don't believe any of the stories were changed due to Duffy returning. All the stories were played as planned until the cliffhanger. One scene that was edited/cut was when Pam opened the shower door. It was Mark in the shower and not Bobby. And the scene with Pam and Mark in the shower was suppose to appear towards the middle of the show. I recall VP mentioned that she wondered what had happened to that scene. But then recognized it at the end only to be edited with Bobby in the shower.

That POS got exactly what he deserved today and I couldn’t be happier. There’s nothing better than when an awful character finally pays for their awful behavior. Now, if only GH would make their awful character pay for her awful behavior. 

And hopefully, this’ll be the end of this gross, cruel and just horribly bad storyline. I just hope Uncle Ron’s not angry about this because when he gets angry, the writing suffers.

As for Johnny and Chanel, I actually didn’t expect what we found out today and I don’t mind it. Maybe this’ll make Paulina vs. EJ watchable. 

And, I also like that Eric/Nicole are both gonna be working at the Spectator. Maybe the writers should have done something like that a few months ago, but I’m looking forward to what may happen. 

Looks like I'll be watching later today!

Sheila is alive. The story is so convoluted and makes no sense considering what happened on Y&R.

I really hope CBS moves B&B to the 2:30 time slot and gives The Gates the 1:30 time slot after Y&R.

I complain on how awful RC is as a writer but Bradley Bell's father is WJB. There is no excuse for the embarrassment that is B&B. WJB would be horrified at what his son has done to his legacy show.
