  1. I like some of B&B's dramatic music too.

This one's a bit cheesy but I love it. LOL

    Starting at 6:27

  2. The past two episodes were pretty good (except for the Cheryl stuff). What an emotional episode with the Ashworth's, and yeah, Andrew Moss was amazing. Why is he still with the show? He has the looks and talent to make it big. Kyle's scenes with Anita, then Theresa made today's ep.

  3. Blah!-_-

Nadal never wins the US Open and Federer is on the downside of his career. I don't see them meeting in the finals.

Federer being on the downside of his career just means he's not winning grandslams regularly anymore - he still won the Aussie Open and reach the US Open final last year.

Nadal never winning the US Open doesn't mean he's not going to make it to the final or win it. It took Federer a long time to win the French Open. Nadal has the skill, the talent to win on all surfaces.

These two just need to meet in the finals. There doesn't seem to be someone who's willing to challenge these two on a regular basis. Who's the next big star? I can't think of anyone. Until someone consistently steps up and wins multiple grandslams, I will continue to hope for the best final match possible and that's Federer vs Nadal.

  4. Federer drops to #3 in the world. He didn't give Berdych any credit. He said his back hurt and his right leg too. I've always respected Federer but to say that Berdych won cause you are injured. Come on Roger!

I doubt he said that. Roger has more class than that. Roger just said he was injured and not able to play the match he wanted. That's so different than saying, "Yeah, he won because I was injured." I do think he's career is going down, which is natural due to his age, but I also think he's got at least one more grand slam win in him - heck he won one of the last 3 grand slams and reached the finals in two of them. That's still pretty good for someone whose career is going down. LOL

It sucks that the final won't be Nadal vs Federer or Federer vs Murray. The finals will probably be pretty boring with Berdych/Djokovic vs Nadal because Nadal will beat them for sure...probably in straight sets too like at the French Open.

  5. Both Venus and Kim Clijsters are out! Serena's got this tournament.

I'm not a Roddick fan but that question by the reporter was stupid.

The final match has got to be Federer vs Nadal. Anybody else would be a disappointment.

  6. Ah, Toups, the mirror falling on Warren was actually the last Bryan Kirkwood credited episode (I believe). The episode that followed was the first episode Lucy Allan was credited with.

IIRC, Kirkwood had said in an interview that as long as he was in charge of Hollyoaks, Warren wouldn't pay for his crimes or die, as Warren was a character he had invested so much in. When Kirkwood, and then later Jamie Lomas, decided to leave, it was decided that Warren would leave with Kirkwood's end on the show.

Ah, okay. I gueses there's nothing from Lucy's era then. LOL

I was hoping Allan might have some potential, because by the time she took over I thought the show had been, creatively, bombed out. Kirkwood had kept the ratings up and I guess they were still doing well after Tina's death but the show was pretty much empty. Unfortunately, Allan just seemed to take this as an opportunity to bring in teens and more teens and make everything stupid. There were also stories which were handled very questionably -- what they did with Anita is especially unsettling, as they seemed to just throw a lot of serious problems at her (racial self-loathing; learning she was adopted) only as an excuse to turn her into a scheming shrew. There also seemed to be a lot of random couplings which I still don't quite understand, like Ste/Teresa.

I hated the stories for Anita too. I really like the actress who plays her though, she's really good.

  7. They stopped it!! At 59 all. Fans were pissed!!

2 days and still no winner. It's beyond stupid that this match was not moved to central court.

Yeah, if I was there watching, I would be pissed too. I agree about moving to centre court.

  8. I was about to post about this...LOL. They need to move this match to central court to finish it tonight.

    ESPN3.com has the match on!

I so wish I can watch this match! In in Canada so ESPN3.com isn't working for me. And none of the Canadian sports sites are streaming it. :(

    59-59!!

  9. Finally caught up! LOL Everything up to Calvin's murder was painful to watch, but after that, the show's been pretty good. Poor Steph...and poor Tom - everyone around him dies.

What's up with Loretta being a psycho now - it came out of nowhere.

Theresa being Calvin's murderer surprised me. Anyone know who the original murderer was before PM changed it?

  10. The last two episodes were really good, especially the musical numbers. NPH was great as Bryan Ryan (such a good name!). "Dream On" was damn good. "Bad Romance" was wicked too - this was the first time I really noticed Naya Rivera (Santana) as a singer. I was really impressed by her. And of course Lea Michelle and Idina Menzel's duets were spectacular. I thought Shelby/Jesse were out to get Rachel but it turned out Shelby wanted to a bit closer to Rachel. Loved Artie's flash mob dance at the mall fantasy. Kurt's dad has got to be the best TV dad right now. His speech to Finn was amazing - kudos to Ryan Murphy for writing that.

During the winter break, I think TPTB (probably FOX) wanted the show to become less soapy (the fake pregancy; Quinn giving the baby to Terri). I definitely noticed the shift in tone (storyline wise).

  11. Wow!! What an amazing episode. It was definitely top 5 all time episodes of GA. My jaw dropped when the Mustache gunner shot Reid IN THE HEAD. :o I had a feeling she was going to get shot, but now IN THE HEAD like that. That was pretty violent. LOL Then Alex gets shot and drags himself to the elevator. Stupid, stupid April....why couldn't she die? She barges in while the Mustache Gunner was pointing his gun at Derek? I hate her rambling. Miranda losing it was so sad and Percy's death was even sadder. Poor Meredith. :( Had a feeling she was going to lose the baby. "I'm trying to save your guy, now go save my guy." I love Meredith/Christina's friendship. What an intense and emotional episode.

Sure there were plot holes, like where the hell was the SWAT team? And how did that SWAT member only shot the Mustache gunner in the shoulder? Oh well, those things didn't really matter since the episode was kick ass.

  12. HAWAII FIVE-0 is a contemporary take on the classic series about a new elite federalized task force whose mission is to wipe out the crime that washes up on the Islands’ sun-drenched beaches. Detective Steve McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin), a decorated Naval officer turned cop, returns to Oahu to investigate his father’s murder and stays after Hawaii’s governor persuades him to head up the new team: his rules, her backing, no red tape and full blanket immunity to hunt down the biggest “game” in town. Joining McGarrett is Detective Danny “Danno” Williams (Scott Caan), a newly relocated ex-New Jersey cop who prefers skyscrapers to the coastline but is committed to keeping the Islands safe for his 8-year-old daughter; and Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim), an ex-Honolulu Police Detective wrongly accused of corruption and relegated to a federal security patrol, who is also a former protege of McGarrett’s father. Chin’s cousin, Kono (Grace Park), is a beautiful and fearless native, fresh out of the academy and eager to establish herself among the department’s elite. McGarrett vows to bring closure to his father’s case while the state’s brash new FIVE-0 unit, who may spar and jest among themselves, is determined to eliminate the seedy elements from the 50th state. Peter Lenkov, Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci are executive producers for CBS Television Studios.
