Shout-out to Keith--thank you so much for talking to Fey today. She's pretty shell-shocked (we lost two of our puppies in less than 24 hours), and I really appreciate your taking the time to keep her company.

No problem. It was great talking to her, after only hearing about you talk about her. Missed Days, but I didn't mind at all, which is only compounded by the fact that it wound up to be a sucky show. I call that good Karma on my part, heh.

I do NOT want to see such a story play out. I do NOT trust TPTB with Tracy; you expect me to trust them with a social issue? Bah.

I got to thinking of something, a segway between comments of DL's Eddie Q and JE's Tracy's incest vibe and Tracy's daddy complex (mostly her issues with daddy and never being accepted). I wonder, and wonder more why I've never wondered it before, if Tracy was victimized by Edward as a child, perhaps even molested, either by him or by people he may have been making connections with. I could hardly see it with Ingle's Edward (I almost said Mickey ), but between Tracy's desperation to be in the best light as far as Edward's eyes go and, at the same time, her constant disdain for the man, I can't help but wonder. Though, a lot of her daddy issues have to do with him ignoring, so I'm not sure if that would be an appropriate segway. And I know I just opened a can of worms in this thread. Have fun, Lol.

The biggest difference between Anjelica and Tracy? Well, this is hard, as little as I've seen from both sides. However, I think a major difference is the ways they were humanized. They're far more similar than different, but I think Anjelica is very much not a Daddy's girl, liek Tracy is. She loves Lila very much and I think she's almost equally Mommy's/Daddy's girl, but her penchant for wanting Eddie Q's attention and acceptance is undeniable. I don't think Anjelica had much of a human bone in her body until she gave birth to her child with Justin. Later on, her and Tracy once again shared something, as she ran away from Salem with a big secret, hiding out from those who wanted her head. Of course, Tracy was banished from the castle, and eventually she came back with the Skye paternity thing, meanwhile Anjelica promised to come back and unveil this huge secret but never did. Meanwhile HER kid's being raised by Justin and Adrienne somewhere in Texas and Anjelica? Who knows where she is now.

Justin and Anjelica did have zero chemistry. Maybe Wally and Jane were just that uncomfortably on a romantic level

Then again, maybe the writing wasn't there for them at Days! It sure didn't seem like it in those scenes. It seemed almost forced.

Keith, I just watched the clips (MinervaFan, Geena's clips are at Save File. Do you want them in that format, or should I SendSpace them?), and yes, SQUEE! That last scene? Tears. In. The. Eyes. The music was perfect too.

I loved Tracy's look after Luke kissed her and then left.

I just watched again on Soapnet. Only up until Jane's last scene this time, but OMG, so much squeeage.

Here is a post where someone mentions a clip of JE and WK doing the Angelica/Justin thing on Days. You know, the bed and kissing thing. I never watched JE on DAYS, but it sounds like he/she watched it recently, and I was wondering if there any chance you can ask the poster where he/she found the it since you have an account there? If not, no big deal.

That goes double for me. I'd love to see JE stuff from Days.

I'm not nearly optimistic as you and Keith, but I can be positive: Tracy was ON today. She wasn't wearing (and I must quote MinervaFan) "10 miles of floating jacket," and she got to do drama. Plus, she had super awesome hair and we got TWO Lacy kisses...TWO! I can't complain.

Word. Spread the love. Our girl rocked today, and being on only half the episode is all we have to complain about? I'm gonna celebrate.

Maybe I'm optimistic, but the writing for LuNacy today was...different. Could we have hope, after all? *beats down hopes aggressively* I loved that the day our girl is finally on managed to be overall enjoyable. What did everyone think of our girl's hair today? It was different, but daresay I liked it. It added to the softness Jane brought to the character in this episode. *SWOON*

Aw, Ms. Q, don't be afraid. No actor or aqtress doesn't make poor acting choices every once in a while, especially in the soap world, with it's fast pace (at least the work schedule is fast paced, LOL).

Jane deserves to be criticized for such times as much as she ought to be loved for the glory she achieves when she does work these days. I definitely attribute her worst work to when she was younger, but even that was probably ten times better than some of the speel we get on soaps these days.

I think I want Jane to come to Days.

I can't help but wonder if this will be the way of writing off Luke that was hinted at last year. It sucks for our girl, majorly, but I see it happening, especially with Laura's return being temporary.

I could totally picture DL's Edward the whole time.

JI's Edward is just not Edward to me and probably never will be.

He just can't do the oily,slimy part of Edward and make it believable.

But DL LOOKED like he could have just crawled out from under a rock...not a bash against his looks, he was an okay looking guy. I think ya'll know what I mean.

I've seen DL in only the banishment clip, and I know what you mean!
