It was a somewhat boring show, but it is starting to tell the story lines for the rest of the season!

Here is what I think will happen by the end of season 3.

Merle will die either Daryl will kill him or the walkers will. Woodbury will be over takin by zombies by the end of the season.

i am so over this show. Its boring and the new cast members suck! they are just crappy versions of the old ones that graduate. The terrible ratings that they are receiving is reflecting on people are over this show. I would be very suprised if this show makes it to a 5th season.

Right now they are the top rated scripted drama in Primetime. They are beating everything on network tv that isn't football. This is a basic cable show!

Who is watching Carol?

Good news with people that have Dish Network. Dish and AMC have settled and all Dish network customers can watch tonight!

That's higher than last year I think and that's without Dish customers also. Amazing.

The season 3 premiere now reigns as the biggest telecast for any drama series in basic cable history among all viewers.

People were saying that in the comics, Dale makes it to the prison and gets his leg chopped off after being bitten. So they staying true to it with a different character.

But remember when Lori was having a talk in the cell with him about shotting her and the baby if they become walkers? Is Lori the one that will shot him if he turns?

But loved the show and recorded it to watch it again!

Can't wait for the governor to show up!

Last night's premiere was seriously one of the best episodes out of its 13 years. LOVED it.

Yea.. I predict it will be canceled this season. The show was good in the beginning, but has lost its touch. I don't care for the new characters at all! Where is my SANTANNA!

Unique is horrible. For a moment there I really thought it was Mercedes.

The Walking Dead shatters records!

It drew 9 million total viewers, including 6 million in the advertiser-coveted adults 18-49 demo, 5.3 million in adults 25-54 and 3.2 million in 18-34.

These numbers way WAY better than pretty much anything on the big 4 lol and its cable!

Rick needs a hug...plain and simple...and i will be delighted to give him one

I also hate that Shane is dead mainly in part bc of his infatuation with that biyatch. He was definetly my favorite character and its sad to see him gone

I was highly disgusted with how the group was out to kill Randall, especially Rick. He's upposed to be the noble one but there was nothing honorable in that at all. How sick to save the guy from walkers, only to try and blow him in the head themselves

Their is a reason why Shane dies in the first comic and why he had to die this season..we will be intro to two badass and fan favorites next season.

Randall had to die for the safety of others. Its all about survival and Randall was bad news. I think they should have left him for walker bait.

The virus must be in their blood. Remember Jenner testing them and saying that it was what he expected.

Yep..its airborne.. As so as you die, you become one of them. Thats why Jenner didnt want to leave the building! They are all infected.

It is not over, but I am just loving this episode. Shane is a real SOB. Daryl has got his number good. I can't believe that Rick is going out there with Shane alone. When will that man learn? Okay, I take it back. I notice that Rick is carefully staying behind Shane. He is watching him like a hawk.

OMG, the walker is Randall. This kill should give Glenn confidence.

Oh, and those comparing Mad Men to TWD promos were hilarious. AMC is so desperate to get people to watch it

OMG...this episode was amazing and thrilling! It gets you thinking about the infection and what Dr. Edwin Jenner told Rick last season. I think the infection is airborn and you dont have to be bitten to be a walker.

AMC wants Mad Men to have good ratings, however they will never be near what The Walking Dead gets. Dont care if they won awards, the show is boring and it sucks!

I understand that Dale was the "voice of reason" but I am so glad he's dead! LOL I'm in the camp of there's-a-zombie-apocolypse-do-whatever-to-survive. I expected the zombie that Carl to come back into play but didn't expect it to kill Dale.

I'm disappointed that this teen is still there. I didn't want Rick to save him in the first place, when they first met him. Zombies were coming and Rick was still trying to seperate his leg. Then Rick and Shane almost die because Rick wanted a safe place for him to be let go.

I don't know what freeballing is, but Mad Men did get the vast majority of AMC's budget. It was in the news awhile back and Kurt Sutter when off about it on twitter causing a stir. Some say that's the reason WD lost it's original show runner. I don't know about that, but I know the guy who runs Med Men got a sweet deal by all accounts.

I dont know the deal is with Mad Men, just bc it wins awards doesnt make it a hit. Winning awards doesnt make a show popular, look at 30 Rock and all those shows on NBC. I find Mad Men to be extremely boring.
