  1. Seeing the dailies for BTG definitely put a smile on my face. I pray this momentum continues.
  2. We all have our opinions and likes and dislikes. With that being said, the fact BTG has only been on a year and has been so consistent in the ratings, with the upward trend happening now, is a major accomplishment. Even on it's "slower" days there is always something entertaining in each episode. The fashions, the hairstyles, the witty/sharp dialogue, and the character development has been a welcomed change of pace for me.
  3. Oh, I also forgot to mention I love the updated scenic direction at Will's beach house. It looks way better than it did before.
  4. With Y&R's ratings seemingly going up, CBS/Sony will never get rid of Josh Griffith. Y&R just seems directionless. What is the show even about anymore??
  5. I like that we have multiple stories happening as opposed to one storyline being featured ad nauseum. I like Will/Electra/RJ/Dylan. I think it's a good thing to feature the next generation. I wish they would somehow integrate Deke more with them but I guess that can happen in time. Deke, Hope and Steffy talking about their parents love lives is ridiculous. Steffy comes off like a controlling shrew and Hope & Deke need to get their own lives. Ridge finally accepting his role in Eric's feeling of being put out to pasture is growth for Ridge. But, will it last??? I will say those scenes with Sheila/Deacon/Taylor were absolutely cringe worthy.
  6. So, I finally finished this week's episodes. I enjoyed them and I can appreciate the seeds being planted and some payoffs coming soon. I like Derek more now than I ever have. He goes off contract and he becomes far more interesting, go figure??? 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ Dana/Leslie is becoming a fly you can't swat away. I still find her somewhat entertaining but I thought after the Valentine's day episode we would have seen some growth from her. I don't know what to think about that reveal with Grayson & Jacob. I like Grayson and want to learn more about him. I need something dramatic to happen with this Impaler story, like someone getting hurt (Jacob/Smitty/Kat/Naomi) in a drop off gone bad.
  7. I'm three episodes behind and from the recent comments I've seen here, I can't wait to watch.
  8. BTG: A- B&B: B DAYS: D GH: C+ Y&R: D
  9. Brad Bell better not muck this up, Harrison Cone is a definitely a find for sure.
  10. Leslie is a needy, narcissist, psychopath. She doesn't like herself much. If you recall from the Valentine's Day episode, at the end, she broke a mirror in disgust looking at herself. She knows she's a joke. She just needs/wants to be seen and the center of attention at all times. Eventually, I do think she will pay for what she did to Laura. They showed the flashback again for a reason. And I couldn't agree more, Mike Manning was looking exceptionally hot yesterday.
  11. What the hell with the new Chancellor Park Cafe??? I know we've all been clamoring for new sets or better use of the current sets, but they are outside in Wisconsin, in the dead of winter at night??? Give me a break. Also, I can't help seeing Tripp & Ava when Lucas Adams and Tamara Braun are on screen together and it totally grosses me out.
  12. Yes, it's ridiculous having a Gen Z write a letter, but I am enjoying the drama unfolding. I will say I'm surprised at Ivy. I've always liked her but she is totally going way too far. I'm like, Ivy, get a life of your own and stop trying to live vicariously through your "niece". It's all so suspect to me.
  13. I truly believe DAYS is making a mistake letting Michael Roark leave. He's not a bad actor and he's also not bad to look at. But nonetheless, what really was the point bringing the character back??? We have two months left to find out, I guess 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️
  14. I think this has been a first that not one of the core four being featured for 2 consecutive episodes. I think it's great the show has become a well rounded ensemble.
  15. Thank you Errol. I truly appreciate your comprehensive analysis. I'll take BTG improving in the 25-54 as a win this week.
  16. I don't even know where to begin expressing how much BTG has meant to me. From the initial announcement that is was in development, to it getting picked up to series, the entire process helped me during some of the toughest times of my life. Immersing myself into all things BTG helped distract me when my Mom was very ill. My Mom got to see my excitement and in turn she became excited. Throughout 2024 my Mom was a warrior and fought to get well. We would have our conversation about the soaps, blocking out all the chaos of the world and as my Mom slowly began to build up her strength 2025 rolled around and the premiere happened in February. My Mom thought Dani was a hot mess but she enjoyed Dani's madness and all of her antics during premiere week. Sadly, my Mom passed in July, 2025 but again, BTG in some odd way gave me comfort as my heart shattered into a trillion pieces. Grief is definitely a weird thing but for an hour a day I looked forward to visiting Fairmont Crest and I felt like it was something I was still sharing with my Mom. Happy Anniversary, Beyond The Gates and thank you so very much. Here's to many more years of anniversaries, celebrations and mayhem in Fairmont Crest.
  17. How is it possible Josh Griffith has been at Y&R on and off for TWENTY YEARS??? That is nuts to me. His imprint is forever woven into the fabric of the show having been there so long. You would think he would have a better handle of things but sadly he does not. He definitely needs to go but who should be the replacement?Who would even be qualified at this point?
  18. B&B, I don't know what to say. I've watched from the beginning as a teenager and what I find so insane, Brad Bell has been headwriter for like 30 years and he conveniently forgets major story points he created that could take the show into so many different exciting directions. I know the majority of the time I watch out of habit and the episodes are only 19 minutes, sans commercials. There are episodes that fully pull me in and then others are head scratches. Honestly, I want the younger generation to be featured more (Will, Electra, RJ, Dylan, Deke). They have a good group and they need to garner interest for new fans and maintaining the audience they have. Oh btw, I have never despised Ridge & Brooke more than I have this week. I am enjoying the Spencer's gain more prominence story-wise but I don't want Brad Bell to screw up 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾
  19. I'm all caught up on GH. The show is still entertaining me for the most part. I can't wait for everything to blow up in Chase's face for being an idiot. The Anthony Geary tribute was done well IMO. I enjoyed the scenes and flashbacks very much. GH's increased ratings are very much deserved and I hope it continues.
  20. 👀👀👀 I would love to know if this is true.
