The show is definitely on the upswing, by B&B standards of course, LOL. They are finally using different characters and moving story in other directions, instead of the rinse and repeat drivel we'd been getting for YEARS. Thank God it appears the Ridge/Brooke/Taylor or the Steffy/Liam/Hope/Finn merry go round has finally stopped.

What??? Cane can now suddenly activate something in the AI program to attack the host holding it??? Huh??? I am really trying to find something remotely redeeming and interesting about this farce of a storyline.

I don't know the specifics, but I believe I read somewhere Ben Gavin has another role on an upcoming show or movie. Maybe he asked to go recurring to do that and they will still take Derek to the dark side once Ashley & Grayson are a thing, down the line. Just a guess on my part but who knows? 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

I love everything you said. I had similar thoughts about the foreshadowing, too. I think you're 100% right. Someone mentioned the specificity of detail with the lighting throughout the entire episode, that yellow hue representing the sunrise and beginning of a new day. That just magnified my love for this episode. The attention to detail is so on point. While I completely understood why Vernon lied to Anita about the test results coming in, I think it's not going to go over well when Anita finds out and you know she will.

Today was absolutely heart-wrenching. I loved everything about it. So well done by the entire production.

I really like Deke. I hope we get to know more about the character. Carter is just pathetic and in love with the idea of being in love. Carter was most interesting when he was with Quinn. I wish that had continued. Ridge & Brooke are the worst. They are no Eric & Stephanie by any means. They are just horrible. I'm looking forward to the fashion house drama between Forrester and Logan. That's going to be fun. Let the games begin.

I honestly think I am hate watching Y&R at this point. I hate Phyllis, Billy & Sally are boring, and Jack bringing Matt/Mitch to the Newman mansion is beyond idiotic. What leverage does Jack think he has by doing that? All Victor needs to do is have his security team jump them all and kidnap Matt and there goes Jack's leverage. I don't get it. Make it make sense.

Wow, GH is fire today. I love how it is all playing out. I hope Willow is found not guilty even though we all know the truth. The web the writers have weaved is so messy and delicious. Kudos to GH 🥳🥳🥳

Yeah, I totally miss seeing DAYS in the top 10 on Peacock, too. The show has been awfully boring and nothing is really happening and the "stuff" that is supposedly happening is dumb. I hope things really start to pick up soon because the past year, with a couple of exceptions, has not been good.

Wow, yet another very entertaining family focused episode. BTG continues to impress me and fill that missing piece the other soaps hadn't been providing. I have seen a couple of remarks about the Duprees reminding them of the Capwells of Santa Barbara and I couldn't agree more. Santa Barbara was my favorite soap opera. I still miss it but BTG and the others soaps, to some degree, are truly making me smile again. I do think Kat will regret not showing up to the Mardi Gras party today. She is selfish, but I totally get where she is coming from. In time, I believe she will come around. As for Ashley, I have actually been loving her the past few episodes. JJ has truly grown on me and I can finally say I really like Ashley now.

BTG is so good. I remember when my brother was chosen to escort a family friends daughter to her cotillion and all that entailed. It's definitely a big deal with some families. I am still feeling out Eva & Izaiah but I don't dislike them like some posters do. I think they have potential. I think the show is handling Anita's cancer story perfectly. It is informative, it is also demonstrating what a powerful, close family the Dupree's really are. I am very much enjoying it. Everyone has their opinions about things but I completely disagree with the assertion that because Joey is white makes his storyline invalid or biased.

Billy Flynn is sexy as hell. As for the rest of Y&R, I've got nothing else. It sucks.

OMG, I have to give CM all the praise for his portrayal of Drew, because I truly cannot stand Drew. He's absolutely vile and CM is playing the role sublimely. Also, it's been said many times before but Rory Gibson is so so good as Michael. He's the best recast in a very long time. I have to give credit where its due but GH has been consistently entertaining for months now. I hope they keep it up.

Thank God season 1 is back on Paramount+ and PlutoTV. I'm glad Paramount made the right decision.

BTG is starting season 2 firing on all cylinders. My only complaint, where the hell is Greg Vaughan??? The two episodes we saw of Dr. Kial Rollins I really liked. He fit in seamless with the cast and he has great chemistry with Daphnee Duplaix. I really hope that it turns out Vanessa is playing Joey and this is all part of an FBI sting or something. A boy can hope.

IIRC, Tessa is bisexual. I've never liked Tessa but Mariah has been treating her like crap for months and her seeking comfort with Daniel isn't completely far-fetched. This story with Mariah attempting to smother "Duncan" from ATWT would have been more plausible if Camryn Grimes was actually on screen as opposed to it being played offscreen and discussed once a month. In 2026 CBS/Sony needs to FIRE JG.

Today was really awful. Everything about it was incredibly bad. I was actually embarrassed.

Though the subject matter in today's episode was heavy, it was a almost perfectly executed episode. It's no secret how much I love BTG, but episode 200 hit all the notes. It was previously mentioned about the establishing shots of the different mansions in Fairmont Crest but I hope we have more of that to clearly differentiate between them. MVJ is a goddess and deserves all the accolades. If BTG isn't your cup of tea, great, but it's definitely mine. Here's to an amazing season 2 and 2026!!!

Seeing this classic episode really does validate aĺl the harsh criticism of today's Y&R, that it so rightly deserves. From the beautiful direction, camera work, extras in the background, the use of multiple sets, demonstrate how sorely lacking and pathetic what we are seeing today. I didn't watch Y&R regularly back then, however, I always kept an eye on the show. I think I have watched all the episodes since 2011/2012. The different regimes over the years have all tried to leave their marks, modernizing the show, but failing and stripping the show of it's true identity. Josh Griffith needs to go. There should be no ifs, ands or buts he needs to go, literally right now.

The ratings are so weird. For several weeks Thursdays would be the lowest day of the week for BTG and the other CBS soaps. Now it looks like Fridays. I've said it before, there is so much more data that we're not privy to. Apparently, all three CBS soaps do very well on Paramount+ and all three are always trending shows to watch on the APP. This week, I'm going to take the total viewers increase as a win and be happy BTG is still doing better than The Talk overall.

BTG 😭😭😭 I hate that 18-49 demo so much. But I guess I should be happy with the total viewers rising this week.
