After the funeral ends, inside of St Luke’s Church, Marlena approaches Bo and Hope "Hello you two" Bo "Hey Marlena how are you?" Marlena "I am good. I mean what more can I ask for? The devil himself is finally dead. I think this calls for a celebration." Bo "Well we all know he is the Phoenix. I am sure he will rise again. Just like he always does." Marlena "I don’t know Bo, I like to hope and pray he is gone for good. It keeps me going." Looking at Hope "Hope, are you ok? You haven’t said a word?" Hope, arching her eyebrow "I’m not drunk if that’s what you’re asking." After saying that Hope storms off, heading outside. Marlena "Oh my, I didn’t mean to upset her." Bo "It’s not your fault Marlena. Something is seriously wrong with Hope. The scariest thing is, I don’t know what’s wrong with her nor do I know how to fix it." Megan Hathaway, hiding in one of the confessional’s has just witnessed Hope’s latest outburst. Having seen her enemy walk outside, Megan decides to not pass the opportunity to strike at her arch enemy. Megan sneaks out the confessional and goes to confront Hope. Episode: 225, Megan vs. Hope Written by ML Cooks Victor holding Celeste and with Lexie on the other side of him walks up to the front of the church to view Stefano’s picture, which is taking the place of Stefano’s body. Stefano is smiling, deviously in a pin stripe suite looking into the eyes of his mourners. Even in a picture, The Great Dimera still sends chills through Celeste’s spine Lexie "I can’t believe my father is really dead." Celeste "Alexandra darling, you shouldn’t believe it. He’ll be back. He’s not done with us yet." Victor "Celeste, the paper said he out of a moving ambulance and rolled down a mountain. Surely the old man could not survive that." Celeste "You’d be surprised. Stefano is full of surprises. My cards tell me he has more in store for the residents in Salem. Evil hasn’t left Salem yet. He’s waiting, for the right moment. He’ll be back." Then they all hear a voice say "Still up to your old antics I see." Victor, Lexie and Celeste turn around and see Peter Blake with Kristen. Celeste "Peter Blake. Stefano’s adopted demon seed." Kristen "You better watch your mouth. Peter has never been found guilty of anything." Victor "Kristen Please! Your as bad as the next one. Faking a pregnancy! Hiring a bucked tooth dummy who believes in vampires to impersonate you. You held Marlena hostage. The list goes on." Peter "And who are you supposed to be? Shouldn’t you be in a retirement home? You look like you’re about to croak any minute." Lexie "Alright Damn it that’s enough! This is my father’s funeral and I will need everyone to respect that. Take the drama outside. Have some dignity Please!" Lexie storms off. Victor "This isn’t over son. Not by a long shot. I may be old, but a force still to be reckoned with. Don’t let my silver lining fool you. Your old man is dead and you are nothing with out him. I’m a Kirakis and don’t you ever forget that." Looking at Celeste " Come Celeste let’s grab a seat." Celeste and Victor walk off. Maggie walks over to Marlena and Bo Maggie "Hello Bo, Marlena" Marlena "Maggie, it’ nice to see you." Bo "Yes it is." Maggie "I saw Hope storm off. Is everything ok?" Bo "That’s a good question. No one seems to know. Maybe I should go after her." Marlena "I don’t think that’s such a good idea. Hope may just need some space right now to get through whatever it is she’s going through." Maggie "I agree with Marlena. Hope seems so disturbed these last few weeks. I really noticed it when she came back from that island." Bo "I did too. Something must of happened on the island that’s making her act this way." Marlena "Indeed. She’s hiding it and doesn’t know how to handle it. That could be why she’s been drinking." Maggie "We have to do something. Being an a drunk doesn’t help anything. I should know." Marlena "You’re right." Bo "It all sounds good, but how in the hell do we reach out to her if she just pushes every one away?" Maggie, looking out in the guests to see who else has arrived, "Well would you look at that." Marlena "What?" Maggie "Peter Blake has come back to Salem." Bo, Marlena and Maggie watch Peter and Kirsten talk. Peter "We haven’t gone to see Tony yet. Let’s go over to say hi." Kristen, having a flash back in her mind of Tony/Vince raping her "No! I don’t want to go anywhere near that Bastard!" Peter, looking at his sister with concern "Kris, what’s the matter? What did Tony do?" Kristen "I don’t want to talk about it. Don’t ask me no more. I’m just glad you’re here now." She says hugging her older brother. Peter wonders what is going with Kirsten and Tony. He tells himself he is going to find out. As Tony and Anna mingle with other guests, Anna looks on at Kirsten, wondering what did she walk in on that day at the Dimera mansion when Kirsten shot her in the stomach. "I need some answers. And Tony or Vince or who ever in the hell he wants to be today is ginving me any." She says in her mind. "Tony, I’m going to talk to a few friends." Tony, smiling at her pecking on the cheek "Hurry back." Anna walks over toward Kristen. Just as Anna is about to say something to Kirsten, she sees Nicole Walker..DiMera walking into the back of the church. Nicole smiles at Anna "Damn it. Not now Nicole. Not today. Please don’t tell the world you’re a Dimera today." Before anything else can happen, a voluptuous woman wearing a form fitting red dress, with big over sized glasses to cover her face and a red scarf walks into the church. Everyone wonders who is the glamorous, out of place woman. Meanwhile, outside St. Luke’s, As Hope walks past some statues, taking in the cold air, Megan walks into her path. "Lonely and cold out here isn’t it Hope?" Hope ignores Megan by turning the other way. Megan "Aww what’s the matter? Not feeling so fancy today ugly face?" Hope turns back around to face Megan with a look of rage in her eyes. Megan, reaching in her coat pocket, pulling out a small bottle of gin "I got something for you. I knew you would need it." Hope "You thought wrong Bitch!" Hope takes her two hands and wraps them around Megan’s neck. Hope has a flash back of Killing Gina by smothering her. Hope felt so much rage and anger that she’s having those same’s feelings right now as her grip around Megan’s neck gets tighter and Megan’s once pale white face is turning blue. Megan takes the bottle she had in her hand in the face of a death grip, bashes Hope in the head with it, causing it to shatter and the alcohol soaks into Hope’s clothes. Hope passes out from the blow to her head, falling to the ground. Megan "I win. Ha Ha! Megan says and walks back into the church to spy on the deziens of Salem once more. Hope continues to lay on the cold snow filled ground, unconscious....

It is the day of Stefano’s “funeral”, and at St.Luke’s, Celeste and Lexie walk into the empty church and all that is there is Stefano’s coffin and his picture. Celeste asks Lexie why Theodore could not come today, and Lexie says with a sigh that Abe still won’t let her see him. Lexie then says to Celeste: Lexie: He wants to pursue custody of Theo, Mom. I don’t know what to do. Celeste: If Abraham does not come around in time, then you must fight him for Theodore. A mother should be with her son. Lexie: I know…its just all of this is so confusing right now… Voice: Oh so you’re afraid to fight your puny little ex-husband but you’re not afraid to betray our father? Lexie and Celeste turn to see Megan Hathaway standing in the doorway of the Church… -Tony and Anna are getting ready to leave the DiMera Mansion, and Tony tells her he’s glad she was able to be released from the hospital so early. Anna agrees, and comments she wishes she could find that Kristen woman so she could give her a piece of her mind. Tony nods and says he wonders what is wrong with her, and Anna says they shouldn’t worry about her, they just need to concentrate on their lives. As Anna and Tony walk outside to their car, Anna asks: Anna: So, how did your therapy session with Marlena go? We didn’t get much of a chance to talk last night after we got home. Tony: Well enough…I suppose…we did make some good progress… Anna: No other details? Tony: Not really. Anna raises an eyebrow at Tony but he assures her everything is fine as they get into the car and drive off… -Maggie and Marlena are in Maggie’s car together, on their way to Bo and Hope’s house because they are riding with them to St.Luke’s for the funeral, and Maggie says that this funeral is really a landmark. Marlena says it could be, and Maggie says with a laugh that the infamous Stefano DiMera is dead and that this is definitely a landmark. There is a moment of silence and Maggie asks: Maggie: How have you been since Roman went into that catatonic state? We haven’t gotten to talk much because I’ve been wrapped up with Chez Rouge and my family. Marlena: Oh its fine, I’ve been busy with my psychiatrist job as well. Anyway, I am doing…as well as I can be. I have to be strong for my family, and I have faith that Roman will come back to us. He’s done more amazing things before. Maggie: You definitely have a good point there, but are you absolutely sure he’ll come back this time? I don’t want to be negative but as your good friend, I don’t want you to get your hopes up too high. Marlena: I will admit that in the back of my mind, part of me is afraid. Afraid that he’ll be like this for the rest of his life…but if I, his own wife, do not have faith then who will? Maggie: Very true. But hopefully Roman can be at ease knowing his rival is dead. Marlena: *If* he is dead. -At Bo and Hope’s house, Hope asks Bo if they really need to go to this funeral, and Bo says while he may not want to, they probably should, also to make sure no one gets out of hand there. Hope points out that things could get even more out of hand with them there, and Bo tells her he’s going to try to keep his cool, and she should too. Hope then says: Hope: Well Bo, I can’t exactly be the calmest person there after all that man put us through. Lets see, he blamed us for murdering Megan when we didn’t even do it, and then it turns out the bitch was never dead. He put your older brother through hell, he kidnapped me and made me think I was Gina. He stole your and Billie’s daughter, and if he hadn’t, Zack wouldn’t be dead right now. Not to mention how he toyed with our lives when he switched Zack and JT. And I have no doubt in my mind that if Gina hadn’t killed Shawn, Stefano would’ve. Bo: Fancy Face, I know. I hate the bastard too but we can’t let our anger take control. Hope: And you know what, Bo? I think mine already has! *Life in Salem Opening* -Celeste coldly snaps to Megan to stay out of this, and to get out of the church or go hide somewhere before she calls the police. Megan tells her not a chance, but before Celeste can say anything more, Lexie tells her to just go sit down and that she can handle this. Lexie looks at Megan and says: Lexie: Now listen, we may be sisters, but you mind your own damn business. Our father deserved me turning my back on him, and he’s not the great man you make him out to be. And while I don’t love Abe anymore, he sure as hell is a great man. Megan: Father is much better than him! If your ex was so clever he would’ve caught Father a long time ago. But you know, I hope he does keep that little son of yours, because there’s no way in hell that in twenty years or so that some little black boy is ruling the DiMera Empire. Lexie’s eyes flare up in hatred and anger, and she curls her hand up into a fist and PUNCHES Megan, and tells Megan to next time keep her mouth shut. As Megan holds her face in pain, Lexie goes and sits down… -Kristen sits outside St.Luke’s as people begin to arrive, and she sheds some tears as she flashes back to all that has transpired over the past month, specifically Stefano’s death and her rape. She tells herself to not think about the rape today, and just focus on her father and honoring him. Suddenly she hears a voice say “Kristen? Is that you?” and Kristen gasps and turns to see a face and says: Kristen: Oh my…Peter?!?!? Peter: Yes, Kristen, its me. I’m home. Kristen rushes to hug her brother and they embrace, and Kristen tells him she’s so glad he’s back, and Peter assures her he’ll be back for a long, long time… -Maggie tells Marlena that who knows anymore, but hopefully he’ll stay dead this time. Marlena agrees, and says that she has more to worry about than just Stefano DiMera. The car pulls up to Bo and Hope’s house, and both women get out and head inside… -Bo tells Hope that what she’s been doing lately has been out of anger and pain, but he thinks it’ll pass in time. Hope tells him he didn’t have that attitude the other night, and Bo says “Exactly, because I was angry.” and Hope tells him that they just need to go, and right then Marlena and Maggie walk in, and Hope simply tells them that they’re just about to leave as she walks out the door. Bo sighs as Maggie frowns and Marlena looks at Hope with worry, and Maggie tells both of them they have to do something about her. Bo and Marlena both agree as they walk out the door. -At St.Luke’s, people slowly arrive and gather inside the church, including Kristen, Peter, Tony, Anna, Marlena, Maggie, Bo, Hope, Victor, Vivian, Celeste, Lexie, Megan at the back of the church, and others. Father Jansen then arrives, and says its time to begin…

Two Suprise Faces Show Up in Salem! Life in Salem has just broken huge news!!! Apparently, Jason Brooks(ex-Peter, Days) and Andrea Evans(ex-Tina, OLTL, Rebecca, PSSNS) are coming to LIS in long-term roles! Brooks will be reprising his role of Peter Blake, which he played from 1993-1996, and then 1997-1998. The role is contract, and Peter will get mixed up with his sister Kristen and the rest of the DiMeras, as well as some other people in time. Evans will come in a new recurring role: diva Valentine Heart. Valentine has two surprising connections to Salem, and will be a major player in one huge story! Expect both of these people to show up in the next few episodes. Also, look for three more surprise casting announcements very soon! ALSO, MAJOR LIS ALERT: The HeadWriters/Executive Producers, Tara Smith and ML Cooks, have planned a huge story to coincide with Feburary Sweeps! This story will be the biggest story to hit LIS yet, and it only lasts for one month! It will be bigger than The War even was, and will give fans what they have waited for for MONTHS and MONTHS! Written by: Tara/Daysfan Episode#223: Tony learns who really killed Kate -Jan is at the Spears Mansion alone, and as she reads a magazine she hears a knock on the door and gets up and opens it to see Bo. She asks him what he wants, and he says he’s here to talk with her about Shawn’s child. Jan asks what does he need to know, and Bo replies: Bo: I want to discuss custody rights. -Nicole tells Anna to bring it on because if she can fry Victor Kiriakis in his bath tub than she can take on some woman like her, Anna warns Nicole that just when she thinks she has the upper hand, she’ll swoop in and throw it down. -Marlena sighs, and Vince says “Not shocked?” and Marlena says that she expected an answer like that, because of the circumstances. She then goes on to explain it didn’t match up since Helena wouldn’t have logically had enough time to escape the DiMera Palace right after the hostage crisis ended. Vince tells Malrena she is without a doubt, a smart woman. Marlena asks: Marlena: Now, what other notable crimes have you pulled? Vince: None, really. However, enough questions, because you know basically what I have done. I have something else in mind… As Vince begins to stroke Marlena’s cheek, Marlena immediately snaps her fingers and Vince begins to fade away as he puts his hands to his head, and Tony re-emerges… -Vivian tells Celeste fine, but she hasn’t seen the last of her. Vivian stomps out angrily, and Celeste smirks as she puts the gun back in her pocket. She turns to the will and whispers: Celeste: Now…let me change this will to how I desire… *Life in Salem Opening* -Jan says “EXCUSE me?” and Bo tells her that he hasn’t been able to talk to her because of Gina running rapid a few months ago and then problems with Hope, and Jan snaps: Jan: I’m NOT sharing custody of MY child with you and your wife! Last I heard she was guzzling down alcohol. Bo: And you are psychotic. Much more dangerous than my wife. Jan: Not a chance, bastard. Jan then slams the door shut. -Nicole snorts and says that she’ll be waiting for Anna’s wrath, and Anna just tells her for now to stay away from Tony and Marlena, and if she doesn’t she’ll regret it. Anna walks away, and Nicole then laughs and says; Nicole: Fine, “stepmother”…I’ll play along…for now. But this will only make my revelation even more sweet… -Marlena asks Tony if he is Tony, and Tony slowly and even a bit shakily says “Y-yes?” and Marlena says she was able to talk to Vince. Tony sighs, and asks her what she learned. Marlena replies that she has learned most of the crimes that Vince committed. She explains that most of them were regular DiMera crimes, being a henchman for Stefano, but also…she says it was Vince who killed Kate in Italy. Tony’s face suddenly becomes pale, and he stares at Marlena, and says: Tony: Th-thank you…Marlena…I must go no- Marlena: No, Tony, wait. I know this is painful, and it hurts so much…but its not your fault. Tony: But I was the one who created that damn disaster! Marlena: You weren’t consciously doing it though! Marlena puts her arms around Tony and she says she knows its so hard, but she will help him through this. Tony gently pushes her off of him and says he can’t take all of this, and quickly leaves the room. Marlena sighs… -Celeste later puts Stefano’s will back where she found it, and says quietly “There we go…all as I wanted. Now, I will truly get what I deserve. As will my daughter, and my grandson… A mysterious figure watches through the window and says “Not for long Celeste, not for long…”

Written by: Tara/Daysfan Episode#222: Celeste’s New Extreme -Anna tells Nicole to shut up and that she doesn’t know what she’s talking about, but Nicole says that now that Marlena’s husband is a veggie she’s free to be with Tony, and Anna snaps that Tony would never leave her for Marlena, and Nicole says: Nicole: She already stole Roman from you, right? Even when you had his saintly daughter Carrie, and you don’t even have a child with Tony, so he’ll drop you like a hot potato. Anna: You bitch…I’ll kill you. -Marlena writes the information Vince gave her down, and then she says “I see…interesting, now onto our next question.” and Vince asks what that would be, and Marlena answers: Marlena: Now Vince…what things have you done over the years? Vince: Oh such a big list it is hard to count…many many crimes for Stefano, mostly what I have done over the years… Marlena: Was it you or Andre that orchestrated the Salem Serial Killer? Vince: Andre. Marlena: And did Helena really murder Kate in Italy a few months ago? -Vivan tells Celeste to answer her, and Celeste tells Vivian it is none of her business. Vivian shouts that Celeste is holding Stefano’s will, and its not like Stefano would just hand it over to her. Celeste again says: Celeste: It is none of your business, Dahling. Now go. Vivian: Not without that will in my hands! Celeste: I am afraid you are going to leave, Dahling, and you will never tell anyone. Celeste then pulls out a gun from her pocket, and points it at Vivian! *Life in Salem Opening* -At Maggie’s house, Nick comes downstairs and tells Maggie he has news for her. Maggie is sitting in the living room and she asks what kind of news, and as Nick sits down he says: Nick: Well as you know I’ve been in Salem for about a year now, and lately I’ve been trying to find a job, or a career, to do here, especially since Great-Gran died. And I’ve finally decided…I’ve want to follow in my other family members’ footsteps and study to be a doctor! Maggie: Oh my gosh Nick, that’s great! Maggie and Nick both smile and hug…. -Nicole says with a sarcastic tone “Awww, did I set off my stepmother’s nerves?” and Anna walks right up to Nicole’s face and as she points at Nicole she hisses: Anna: Now you listen, I don’t care if you are Tony’s daughter or not…you do not toy with me, and I am warning you now, Anna DiMera doesn’t play games like you do. So, new stepdaughter, you’re either with me or against me, and if you are against me…you won’t like it for long. -Vince laughs and asks why Marlena would ask that, and Marlena tells Vince that she must make sure, because no matter how much she hates Helena, she doesn’t want the finger pointed at the wrong person. Vince smiles and says: Vince: Oh Marlena, my dear Marlena…you are so smarter, much smarter than the rest of these fools in Salem…you know that Helena didn’t really kill Kate, don’t you? You figured it out the moment you put all of this together… Marlena: To be honest with you, yes, ever since Tony walked in here looking for help I knew that Helena didn’t really kill Kate…it was you wasn’t it? Vince: Of course it was…I was the one who shot Kate Roberts in the DiMera Garden. -Vivian nervously asks Celeste what she’s going to do with that, and Celeste says she is going to fire it if Vivian does not leave. Vivian says: Vivian: C-Celeste…you are one of the good people in this town…you shouldn’t fire a gun… Celeste: I don’t care when it comes to Stefano’s will. Now, you have five seconds to leave. Five…four…three…two…ONE!

Vivian then says: Vivian: Oh please…you are being ridiculous. I am wiser and more cunning than you, I shall have Stefano’s will. Celeste: Dahling, if you were cunning and wise then you would have Stefano’s will changed to what you wanted by now, and you wouldn’t be here. You are only here because you have failed at finding his will. Vivian screams in anger, and tells Celeste that she hasn’t seen the last of her, and Vivian quickly turns and stomps out, as Celeste smirks and mutters “The poor foolish woman.” -David walks into the graveyard in Salem by St.Luke’s alone, and he looks at Renee DiMera’s, his ex wife, grave. He stares at it, and as a tear falls from his eye, he leans down and says: David: Well…its been a long time, hasn’t it? I know we weren’t on good terms when you died but….I still care about you Renee, deeply. And I think about you every day…and your death still haunts me. -Anna’s eyes widen in shock and she trembles “Wh-what the hell are you talking about?” and Nicole laughs and then says: Nicole: Oh don’t play dumb with me, Anna. I know I am the child of Marlena and Tony. I heard Mike Horton telling you the good news. Anna: This is insane. Why do you seem to be taking it so lightly? Nicole: Because somehow I always knew Faye was not my mother, or that pig Paul. Brandon isn’t even Paul’s child, I had a feeling I might be some other person’s child too, or as it seems other people’s child. So I’ve been preparing myself for this moment. And get ready because the heir of the DiMera Empire has arrived and her name is Nicole Walker DiMera. Anna: Well I’m afraid you won’t be able to go public with this information, because I…I…I can’t let Tony and Marlena know you are their child! -Marlena begins the hypnosis process on Tony, and as it begins in its first stages Tony says while he has his eyes closed: Tony: Marlena…no…I can’t do this… Marlena: Shhh…it’ll be fine…leave it all to me… Tony begins to breathe heavily but Marlena shushes him gently, and for a moment he is perfectly still as Tony fades away, and then his eyes snap open and he says: Vince: Well well well…Marlena Evans…oh my it has been so long since we’ve been alone and face to face…you were always my very favorite woman. *Life in Salem Opening* -David caresses Renee’s grave, and several more tears fall from his eyes, and he exclaims in anger: David: Damnit Renee we could have worked out, but you had to try to kill Anna and Tony’s baby…and I couldn’t stay with you because of that…I couldn’t…but…I still love you to this day and will never be able to stop…I would have come to that party if I knew you were going to die…and….I would have finally told you how I felt deep down…. -Nicole looks at Anna angrily and snaps “How the hell are you gonna stop me, bitch?!” and Anna says it would just make Tony, Marlena, and her own lives so much more hectic than they already are, and goes on to say that Marlena is trying to cope with the fact that her husband is catatonic, and Tony is battling an evil alternate personalty. Nicole counters her by saying: Nicole: Well this would be a joy and I could comfort them both. Anna: Oh, really? Listen, Miss High-And-Mighty, I’ve been back in Salem for over a year now, and I have definitely heard of you. You weren’t some goody goody to your other parents, or to anyone in this town except your bed buddies. I think you could care less about Tony or Marlena and you just want that DiMera Money and power. Nicole: I just think you don’t want to lose your husband to my new mother because you’re scared I’ll bring them together. -Marlena says “Well, you are Vince, I take it?” and Vince says he is here in the flesh, and Marlena tells him that she has a few questions for him. Vince tells her as long as its not too personal he will play along, and she nods and then asks: Marlena: First, how long have you existed? Vince: Since about 1985 or 1986, when Tony split into another piece. Marlena: And why did he do that, Vince? Vince: Because Tony was torn over losing Renee, and wanting to hate Stefano but love his father at the same time…and his emotions were so fragile after disappearing of the pier, I was born, and took control. I became my father’s perfect child, his heir, his loyal servant…I did whatever he asked, no matter what it was. -Celeste walks around her house, cleaning a bit with her vaccum, but suddenly she puts her vaccum down and looks around, making sure she is alone, and then she walks over to a small chest and pulls out a key, and unlocks it. She gently lifts the top of it, and there is a piece of paper inside of it that is rolled up in a bow. As she undoes the bow, she stretches the paper back to its full state, and stares at it and then says: Celeste: Yes…at long last…I view Stefano’s will… Suddenly Vivian bursts in, saying she forgot her purse, and Celeste looks up at her in shock and as Vivian walks over to her, she sees the paper and exclaims: Vivian: How the HELL did you get that?!

Celeste opens it, and groans and asks: Celeste: Vivian Alamain, what more do you want? You already gave me and Victor a blasting at the Penthouse Grille, and I have enough on my plate with Stefano dead, and my daughter fighting her ex-husband for her son, so I am not in the mood to deal with you. Vivian: I could care less about your personal drama with your daughter and grandson, I want to know why YOU want Stefano’s will. Celeste: This again, Dahling? If you really must know, Alexandra and I deserve Stefano’s money and possessions! She is his daughter, and I served him at Maison Blanche for years! Sami tells him to not give her that bull, and that he killed EJ just because he was a DiMera and of course everyone in town always thinks every DiMera is evil just because Stefano was. Steve tells her that’s not true, and that EJ also helped take everyone hostage last October and November in Italy at the DiMera Palace. Sami then tells him to just shut up and get out. Meanwhile, the mysterious figure in the other room begins to snoop around, looking through pictures, files, and anything else… -Nicole takes a heavy breath and says this is it, and inside Marlena tells Tony “One moment” and goes to answer the door, but suddenly Nicole is taken by surprise when an up-and-around Anna grabs her arm and pulls her into a separate hallway. Nicole looks at a bandaged Anna and asks her what the hell she’s doing, while Marlena answers the door and raises an eyebrow when she doesn’t see anyone. She shuts the door and turns back to Tony, and then says: Marlena: Now, first of all, Tony…I have a very important question, although you might not know the answer. First I will ask this: Your alternate personality, Vince I believe to be his name from what I hear, he was in control from late October to late November, correct? Tony: From what I know, yes he was. Marlena: Then I ask you this: Was it really Helena Cassadine who killed Kate in Italy last November? *Life in Salem Opening* -Nicole asks Anna what on earth she’s doing up, and Anna asks how she knew she was shot, and Nicole lies that she was here to visit Marlena and saw her rushed to the ER. Anna says she should be fine so she was allowed to get up and be released, and then says that she can’t let her speak to Marlena. Nicole then asks: Nicole: Why the hell not?! You have no business saying what I can or can’t do! Anna: You…you just can’t! Nicole: Oh, is this because I’m Tony and Marlena’s missing child? -Vivian tells Celeste to quit her sob story, and that she could care less. She tells Celeste to back off, and that some low-class servant woman will not get Stefano DiMera’s will, and that she, her daughter, and her grandson will get NOTHING when she takes control of the DiMera Empire. Celeste then suddenly slaps Vivian and Vivian yells out in pain, and Celeste says in a monotone: Celeste: I’m afraid that won’t happen, Dahling. -Steve tells Sami he’ll respect her wishes and will leave this time, he knows she needs time to grieve over EJ’s death, and he’ll give her that, but he’ll be back. Sami then snaps: Sami: Don’t bother…because next time you come back…I’ll be here, waiting, this time with a gun, just like you were when you ran into EJ on that island. Steve turns and leaves, and Sami slams the door shut, while the mysterious figure hears it and begins to climb out the window of the Inn… -Tony tells Marlena with a sigh he wouldn’t know, and Marlena says that Kate was Helena’s ally and helped her try to kill Sami, so she’s not sure Helena would kill her unless Kate tried to turn on her. Marlena also then says that Kate was killed in the garden of the DiMera Palace, while Helena may have still been inside while Stefano tried to chase her down after the hostage situation ended. Tony thinks back, and Marlena sighs and says: Marlena: Tony…to discover some answers, even more answers than just Kate’s mysterious death, I might have to put you under hypnotism. Tony sighs and thinks for a moment, and then says: Tony: F-fine…do whatever it takes. I just want to find out all of what my alter has done in these past few months, not to mention years… Marlena then prepares to put Tony under hypnotism to bring out the evil Vince DiMera…

Downtown Salem, Salem Place As Julie and Maggie walk along the store fronts, they talk about Julie’s son David Banning coming back home. Julie “I just don’t know Maggie. Something just seems off about him. I can sense something is wrong? Maggie “Mother knows best.” They see Jan Spears walking in there direction Julie “Would you look at that. I confronted her about being with Lucas last night. She was so rude. Little snotty twit.” Maggie “Oh I know. I already talked to Lucas about that Spears woman and he doesn’t want to hear it. I think he’s really falling for Jan.” Julie “I can’t imagine Jan Spears, being a part of the Horton family. I will never let a woman like that share a last name with me.” Maggie “Jan is carrying a Horton baby. Hope was Shawn’s mother” Julie “I know that Maggie. She stole that sperm. Kristen has images of Tony(Vince) raping her. They replay over and over again in her mind. She wipes a tear from her cheek. She holds Roman's hand and begins to talk to her ex lover “John, I mean Roman, It makes me ill to see you like this. You have to wake up baby. I need you. Something bad has happened. I don’t know what to do John.” She says trying to fight back tears. “Tony has done something horrible.” The mention of Tony’s name gets Kristen going. She breaks loose a river of tears. That is until Marlena announces her presences with the slamming of the door. Back at Salem Place Jan “Not you two” Maggie “I beg your pardon?” Jan “Hard of hearing in your old age Mags?” Maggie “How dare you! I will not have you speak to me in that manner. It didn’t go well at all.” Maggie “I am so sorry to hear that.” Abe “Don’t be. I think it was a blessing in disguise. It’s like a light switch went off in my brain. It’s more clearer then ever that I cannot let Lexie be apart of Theo’s life. She’s unstable and unbalanced and I don’t want my son around that.” Maggie “Where’s little Theo now?” Abe “He’s with Celeste. I told her to steer clear of Lexie.” Maggie “So did you tell Lexie you are suing for sole parental rights?” Abe “Yes I did. She was none to thrilled. So I expect this custody battle to be a long drawn out war.” Maggie “Do you think that’s best for Theo? Abe “You know Maggie, it may not be but at the end of the day it will be worth it. I don’t want my son to be influenced by the Dimera’s.” Maggie “Poor Abe. You got a lot on your plate. I bet you haven’t had a good meal in weeks” Abe “You know, you’re right. I’ve been so busy down at the station and with Theo that I really haven’t. Thank you.” They get up and head to Maggie’s restaurant together. Back at The Hospital Marlena is doing paperwork in her office when Tony knocks and enters Marlena’s office. In a far away place, Stefano is hooked up to iv’s and respirators As the machines work over time to keep the Phoenix alive, a person walks over, it’s a man because we hear his voice “Soon father, things will change” Another figure walks over to him and it’s a woman She speaks as well “This war is not over by a long shot. It’s just the beginning.” They smile, Who are these peoples, and which one of Stefano’s sons kidnapped him and faked his death…

The Horton House Mike with his son are sitting in the living room talking. Mike “I been back in Salem for over two weeks now and I can’t believe this is the first time I am seeing you. I have been doing fine for myself these last few years without you in my life so don’t think for a second that your just going to pop back up in town and expect me to put my life on hold just because you’re here?” Mike “I will not have you talk to me like that.” Jeremy “Well get used to it dad.” Jeremy gets up and leave. New year, new beginning’s” Victor “And Maybe new romances too.” Suddenly they hear “Over my dead body.” They both turn around and see Vivian. University Hospital Dr Mike Horton walks into Anna’s room. Anna slowly opens her eyes and looks at Mike Mike “Hey there. How you feel?” Anna “Like I got shot.” Mike “There. I see you got your sense of humor still. I’d say you’ll make a full recovery.” Anna “Great.” Mike Now how did this happen to you?” Anna has a flashback of walking into the Dimera mansion and seeing holding Kristen at gunpoint, Tony walks up to Kristen and they struggle for the gun. The gun goes off and Anna is shot. “I really don’t remember.” But what Anna really does remember is getting Jan’s DNA samples, or so she think she did. “Mike I need a huge favor.” Mike “Sure, what is it?” Anna “I have some DNA samples in my pants pocket. Please take them to the lab and tell me who’s DNA it matches too.” Mike “This is a bit odd. Anna, what is going on?” Anna “Please, don’t question me. I really need those results” She says pulling the hair samples and saliva filled q-tips to Mike Anna “The sooner the better” Mike, frowning “I’ll have the results by the end of the day.” Anna “Great. And keep this between us.” Mike “Sure” He says wondering what in the hell is this DNA thing all about. Back at Chez Rouge Julie approaches Lucas and Jan Lucas “Aunt Julie. It’s good to see you again” He says hugging her. Julie “I wish I could say the same Lucas. Your going out with your cousin’s baby’s mother.” Jan “Excuse me? What does that have to do with anything.” Julie “From one Horton to the next huh.” Jan “How dare you!” Julie “No how dare you? Don’t you have any self respect? Any class for yourself? I mean who in their right sane mind would steel sperm? Lucas I urge you to think twice before dating this little trouble maker.” Lucas “You know Julie, I have. I’m a grown ass man so please respect that.” Lucas grabs Jan’s hand and they walk away as Jan looks back at Julie smiling. Pent House Grille Victor“You again. Are you stalking me?” Vivian “Of course not. It just so happens every where I am there you are. Salem isn’t that big you know.” Victor “I wish it were. The less I see of you the better. You make me sick Vivian. Your like a vulture. Always looking for easy prey. Stefano is dead and the first thing you want to think about is his will and the Diemera millions.” Celeste “I suggest you preoccupy your mind with other things besides the Dimera’s Vivian. Like keeping Alamain afloat. You have no business being worried about Stefano’s money.” Vivian “Like hell I do. Stefano owes me. I did a lot for him.” Celeste “And I gave birth to his daughter.” Vivian “Your not the only woman has woman he has evil spawn with.” Victor “Vivian that’s enough. I want you to leave know before I throw you out myself.” Vivian “This isn’t over Celeste. Stefano’s money belongs to me.” Celeste “We’ll see about that darling.” Vivian walks off. She thinks to herself “Celeste and Victor? What is the world coming to? I just know in my world, I will win Stefano’s millions. Celeste doesn’t stand a chance against me The Carver House Abe, who was playing a video game with Theo pauses it as he gets a knock on the door. Abe gets up and answers it. He sees Lexie Abe “Lexie, I wasn’t expecting you. You should have called. What are you doing here>“ Lexie “Abe, you really have to ask me something like that. Why else would I be here. I’m here to see our son.” Abe steps outside and closes the door behind him so Theo doesn’t know his mother is here Lexie “Abe, what are you doing? I want to see Theo?” Abe “Lexie, I don’t think that will be best.” Lexie “Why not?” Abe “The less of you he sees the better off it will be for him.” Lexie “I am Theo’s mother. You just can’t cut me out his life.” Abe “If it means Theo will have a better life then yes I can. I’m suing you for full custody of Theo.” Lexie, tears forming in her eyes “Abe, no, you can’t do this. I am Theo’s mother. He needs me. You can’t cut me out like this.” Abe “I’m sorry but yes I have too. Your not a good mother and I don’t want my son anywhere near the Dimera name.” And with that Abe walks back inside his house. Lexie stands outside with tears rolling down her face. She says “You can’t do this to me Abe. I won’t let you take my son away from me.” Back at The Hospital Dr Mike Horton walks back into Anna’s room Anna “Please tell me you have the DNA results back.” Mike “In fact I do. The DNA you gave me did not match Jan Spears or Tony and Marlena‘s DNA, but some other DNA strands mysteriously appeared that seemed to have come from Nicole Walker, and that DNA matched Tony and Marlena‘s as well.” Anna is stunned as she realizes Nicole is the missing Dimera child. Outside the room is Nicole, over hearing everything. A devilish grin appears on her face as she says “Jackpot”……

Episode#216: Nicole’s Plans -After Lucas leaves Maggie’s house, Maggie keeps worrying for him. She thinks to herself that Jan had better not hurt him, or Jan will have her to deal with this time. She hears a knock on the door, and sees Abe! She then asks: Maggie: Abe! What brings you here? Abe: I need advice. Maggie: On what? Abe: On whether I should pursue custody of Theo or not. -Vivian walks up to the grounds of the DiMera Mansion, and looks around. She says to herself it looks empty enough, and slowly begins to walk forward…and then heads around to the back of the mansion! She looks at the back door and tries to open it, but it is locked. She groans and then takes out a nightstick from her purse, and slams it right through the glass door! As the glass shatters, she reaches her hand inside the hole and unlocks the door, and then opens it, an enters the DiMera Mansion with an evil chuckle… -Bo walks over to Hope and asks her what the hell she thinks she is doing drinking herself to death, and she could have gone right back to the hospital like she did before Christmas! He says that something’s been wrong with her ever since they came back from Italy, and Hope says: Hope: Bo, listen, I’m fine. Its just Alice’s death is still affecting me and the anniversary of Shawn’s death got to me…I am sorry…but please stop being so worried. Bo: You’ve never been like this before, Fancy Face. And I understand that, but you haven’t been like this before and at first we were trying to get through their deaths together, but after we came back home you keep running off to drink. I keep feeling like something’s going on that your not telling me. -Tony is sitting nervously at the hospital while Anna undergoes surgery, and he flashes back to when Kristen shot her earlier at the DiMera Mansion. He wonders what he did to Kristen to make her act so insane, and then thinks to himself he just hopes Anna comes out alright. He then thinks to himself: Tony: We’ve already been through so much…what more can happen to us? Vince: Oh, you’d be surprised. Tony: Wait…what the hell…who are you?! Vince: I’m your alternate personality, Tony. I am Vince DiMera. *Life in Salem Opening* -Nicole lurks around University Hospital while Anna is in surgery, mainly around the waiting room but making sure Tony doesn’t spot her. Nicole looks forward at Tony for a moment and then at the ER where Anna is, and whispers to herself: Nicole: Well…this is the perfect chance. The perfect chance to become Tony’s missing DiMera child. -Maggie tells Abe with confusion in her voice that she thought Lexie was in jail for Tek’s murder, and Abe says that it was discovered that Tek’s death was an accident by a security tape, and Lexie was released. Maggie then says that should be a good thing, and Abe says: Abe: Well, I am glad she’s released, but I don’t feel comfortable with her around Theo with how she is known to embrace her “DiMera side”, if that makes sense. She already did it in 2002, and she did it again last year when she gallivanted around with Stefano. She may be better now, but Theo is just not safe around her. But I still don’t know…it would be difficult, and I don’t want to tear Theo away from his mother so suddenly. Maggie: Well, Abe, this will take some time if you decide to do it, and you have to make sure you take it slow for Theo’s sake. However, if you think he is in danger around Lexie, then I think it might be best for you to try getting custody, maybe at first giving Lexie some visitation rights just to keep her in his life. Abe: I just…don’t want to lose time with another son like I did Brandon. And I don’t want Theo being the next Stefano or Andre in twenty years. -Vivian slowly walks through the living room, checking Stefano’s desk for anything suspicious. She says to herself: Vivian: I will find that will…and I had better be in it…but if not…I’ll fix that. Vivian continues on, and she walks towards the staircase, only to hear sobbing. She raises an eyebrow as she walks up the stairs slowly, and once she gets to the bedroom door where the sobbing is coming from, she peeks in there to see Kristen! -Hope snaps that nothing is going on, and tells Bo she’s sick of his worrying, and that she’s just sick of it ALL! Hope tries to stomp off but Bo grabs her arm and tells her they need to talk about this, and Hope shouts: Hope: NO! I am not going to tell you, my family, friends, or anyone ANYTHING! Megan Hathaway was just here, you should be chasing after her, not badgering me! Bo: I don’t care about Megan, the cops can find her. I care about you. Hope: Listen, we should just go… Hope breaks free of Bo’s grip and angrily walks off… -Tony hears Vince in his head, and thinks: Tony: What…so you’re the one who Anna met in Italy?! Vince: Of course…I’m your protector, your guardian…not to mention Father’s star son and true heir. Tony: You mean Stefano? What the hell are you talking about? Vince: Unlike you, I am loyal to my father…I do his bidding no matter what it is. Although, he thinks I am you, but that is only a small complication… Tony: I want to know what you have done that I don’t know about…you seem too dangerous. Vince: That I am, but if it weren’t for me you would be much more of a wreck than you are now…you should be thanking me. -Vivian ignores Kristen, and simply continues on.. She sneaks into Stefano’s office, and begins to search around. She digs through the shelves, in his desk, yet finds nothing. She mutters “Damnit” but then she hears Kristen walk out of her room, and Vivian curses again. She says she’ll have to come back another time, and quickly climbs out the window to escape the DiMera Mansion… -Nicole peaks into Anna’s room, and overhears the doctors say she is stable for now, and they have the bullet out. As they leave the room and Anna lies unconscious, Nicole sneaks over and pulls Jan’s hair out of the pocket of Anna’s clothes as well as the stick with Jan’s saliva. She then switches it with her own, and says: Nicole: Well, this will prove that Jan is not the true DiMera child, and that I am…

Written by: Tara/Daysfan Episode#215: Anna’s shooting -Lucas goes to Maggie’s house, and knocks on the door. Maggie answers with a smile, and asks Lucas what brings him to her house. Lucas says he wanted to come visit since he didn’t get to go to the Horton House on Christmas, and Maggie says they all missed him. Lucas asks how it was and Maggie says it was very hard without Alice, but Mike and David Banning came home so that helped. She asks how his was, and he says he went out on a date. Maggie gasps and with a laugh asks: Maggie: Lucas, that’s fantastic! With who?! Lucas: Jan Spears. Maggie: Lucas…please no…tell me this is a joke… -Belle is at Salem Place, getting some clothes for Claire. Once she is done she turns with a ton of shopping bags in her hand, and she mutters to herself shopping is always good therapy for all the drama that has been going on lately. She keeps thinking of her father going catatonic, Gina dying, and everything else occurring in Salem, but she thinks on it so much she doesn’t see where she is going and bumps into someone. As she drops her shopping bags she says: Belle: Oh I’m sorry-wait are you Nicholas Alamain? Nicholas: Why, yes, I am. Belle Black, I presume? -Hope tells Megan if she went to the police she’d just be going straight to jail afterwards because of the crimes she’s committed. Megan tells Hope that if she ever goes down, Hope will go right down with her. She smirks as she says once Hope drinks herself to her death, Bo will just come running back to her! -Kristen’s eyes widen and she whispers “No..no…what have I done now…” and slowly the gun falls from her hands as Tony rushes to Anna’s side, and says: Tony: Anna…oh my poor Anna…Kristen what have you done?! Kristen: Its nothing compared to what you did to me… Kristen rushes up the stairs in tears and shock as Tony dials 911 while cradling Anna in his arms and Nicole watches in shock from the bushes outside… *Life in Salem Opening* -Lucas says its not, and he actually likes her a little. Maggie exclaims “Lucas, have you lost your mind?! Jan Spears hurt your cousin so much over the years…first she had him pretend her child with Nicole Walker’s father was really his, and then she came back next year, stalked Shawn, and later held him captive in a cage, and once he escaped and lost his memory she got him into drinking, and caused him to crash Belle and Philip’s wedding, and then when Jan woke up from her coma in 2006, she impregnated herself with Shawn’s baby! Lucas then says: Lucas: That’s why I’m doing this…for her baby. I’ve realized that we are losing family members by the year, and I want this new one to come into the world safe and sound. I am wary of Jan, Aunt Maggie. But she doesn’t seem as evil as Victor or Stefano. I worry for that baby’s safety if she gives birth alone and takes care of it, so I need to be there since the rest of you guys are busy. Maggie: Lucas…that is so sweet of you…but I just don’t know, I fear for you… Lucas: I can take care of myself, trust me. -Belle says yes, yes it is, and Nicholas apologizes as he helps her get her bags from the ground, and she says she’s had worst things happen. Belle asks what a high society resident like him is doing at Salem Place, and he says he’s not high and mighty like his aunt and uncle, and he doesn’t like to hang out at all of those rich places, and Belle says her family was always the same way. Belle says she should get going, and Nicholas tells her it was nice to finally meet her, because he heard some about her father when they thought he was Forrest Alamain and when they thought he was adopted, even though all of that, even the adoption part, turned out to be fake. Belle thanks her, and says the same to him. After Belle leaves, Nicholas thinks to himself that some women may not be like Vivian always was during his childhood and adulthood… -Hope tells Megan that will never happen, because Megan has done much worse things than drink. Grabbing some boy and making it out to be that he was Bo’s son, trying to kill her in a hottub, not to mention help Stefano get those prisms…she is just a spoiled low life. Megan sees Bo off in a distance, and simply says: Megan: We’ll see who comes out on top this time, Hope. Megan turns and darts off, while Hope turns around to see Bo! -Tony tells Anna that an ambulance should be here soon, and she tells him to please not let her die as she moans in pain. Tony promises that he won’t, and then the ambulance arrives. The paramedics come in and get Anna onto a gurney, and Tony says that she was shot. The paramedics nod and walk back outside, and Tony gets into the ambulance with them as Nicole follows after it drives off…

In the past couple of weeks some semi-significant casting changes have hit LIS, with a few exits and some stayings. Coming: Bree Williamson(Alexis Kefer): Expect the minor character to turn up on LIS again soon! Going: Julianne Morris(Greta Von Amberg): The actress and character exited on the Christmas Eve episode of LIS, but she could return in coming months, because there is still a story there with her being Steve's daughter! Charles Shaugnessy(Shane Donovan): The actor last aired on the New Years Eve episode of LIS, when he had one last chat with Steve before he and Kim headed off to London. Patsy Pease(Kimberly Brady): The recurring actress last aired on the New Years Eve episode of LIS, after Kim said goodbye to sister Kayla and then Shane and Kim headed off for London. However, both could make guest appearences in the future! Staying: Stephen Nichols(Steve Johnson): At the last minute he and Kayla(Mary Beth Evans) were decided to be kept on LIS, to continue to tell the story of the aftermath of EJ's death! Mary Beth Evans(Kayla Brady): Like Steve, her character will be staying in Salem.

Ugh, whoops I forgot to edit that. But yes, he is Roman Brady. Sometimes either MC or I forget to call him Roman, or we have a character who hasn't been around much since John found out he was Roman(like Kristen, for example) call him John. Hope that helps.

Victor, after a hard days work downstairs on the Titian floors, walks inside the Pent House Grille. He walks over to the bar and sees Celeste. He grabs a seat next to her and orders a scotch. Victor "Celeste, It's been a while. How are you?" Celeste, after sipping on her white wine "I am wonderful. The devil is dead." Victor smiles "I can drink to that." Celeste "I can too Darling" They toast to Stefano's death Celeste "That means one less enemy for you." Victor "Indeed it does. I wonder who's going to inherit the Dimera Dynasty." Celeste "With any luck and hope, I hope it's me. I have been by that's man side for years and he never gave me nothing." Victor "I didn't know you wanted his millions. I've never known you to be into greed." Celeste "It's not about greed darling. It's about getting what is owed to me. Stefano owes me his life. Me and Alexandria. I think it's time I collect what was owed to me." Victor "I would like to help you get what you deserve Celeste." Celeste, looking at the old tycoon "You're offering me help? It seems odd, you and I teaming up. Who would have guessed it." Victor "It's a new year Celeste. It's time for new beginnings. The Horton House Julie takes out some fresh doughnuts from the pot of grease as her son David Banning sit's a t the Kitchen table quiet. Julie breaks the silence "I'm so glad your back home Davy. I've missed you so much." David "I've missed you and Salem too." Julie, as she sits down next to him "So tell me what brings you back?" David "Do I need a reason to see my mother and family?" Julie "Of course not. No reason at all. I know we didn't get a chance to really talk good on Christmas day with Hope's outburst." David "Yes, what is up with her? I've never seenher act like that before." Julie, thinking of when Hope confessed to her that she killed Gina "Hope has had one hell of a year. From grand ma Alice, to losing Shawn Douglas to.." She stops David looks at her David "To what? What else is Hope going through?" Julie "Look, just never mind. Hopefully Hope can find the help she needs before it's too late." David "Sure mom" He says with uncertainty as he think's his mother is hiding something from him about Hope. Meanwhile, outside of Chez Rouge, after watching Hope drink glass after glass of wine, Megan decides to make a call. "Hello? Salem Police?. Yes I am a good Samaritan and I wanted to tell officer Bo Brady that his wife is getting totally wasted at Chez Rouge….She's sloppy drunk. Tell Bo to come get his sloppy face before she gets hurt." Megan hangs up snickering. "Oh what the hell" She says as she calls the Salem Police Dept again. This time Police Commissioner Abe Carver answers the phone Megan, this time disguising her voice to sound like a man "Hope Williams Brady is sloppy drunk. Tell Bo to get his drunken wife off the streets. The Brady's should be ashamed of themselves." Abe "Who is this?" Megan "Hope's wasted. Get this low life off the streets." Megan hangs up, snickering once more. She turns around and is shocked and a bit nervous as she sees Hope standing right in front of her Megan "Hope, my God, I didn't hear you sneak up on me." Hope out of no where decks Megan in the jaw and walks away. Megan loses her balance and falls to the ground "You self righteous Bitch. I'm going to press charges on you." She says wiping blood from her mouth regaining her balance. Downtown Salem, Anna Dimera Designs Jan is sitting in a barber chair as Anna is applying make up and giving her a make over. Anna slyly clips a few strands of Jan's hair and puts them into a zip lock bag. Anna smiles as she remembers what Marlena told her what was needed for DNA testing." Marlena said hair would do but saliva would be better. So I got to get in Jan's mouth. I don't know how I am going to pull this off." Anna pulls out a q-tip from a drawer As Nicole, wearing huge black sunglasses sits on a bench, with a newspaper in front of her face, slowly eases it to the left she can spy on Anna and Jan's encounter. "I know what your up to Anna. You want to find Tony and Marlena's missing child. A missing Dimera heir. And now with Stefano gone, I can help you Anna, I can help you find out what you really want to know." She smiles as she continues to stalk Anna, watching her every move." Somehow, I have got to get my hair samples and-"She pauses her thought as she sees Anna walking towards Jan's mouth with a q-tip. She continues her thought "And what ever else kind of DNA she's going to get" Back inside the shop, As Lucas walks in, Jan looks at Anna while she is getting closer to her mouth, "Anna, what are you doing?" Anna "Don't move, you got something on your lip." Anna inserts the q-tip inside Jan's mouth and rubs it around to get plenty of saliva. Jan pushes Anna away. Jan "Crazy Bitch. What in the hell do you think your doing?" Lucas, walking over to them "What's going on?" Anna, turning around to put the q-tip in a different zip lock bag "I'm so sorry. I don't know what came over me. Please forgive me. I am not feeling so well." Lucas "Come on Jan, I think it's time for you to leave." Jan "I'll say. " She spins Anna around. "Stay the hell away from me. I don't need a weirdo's like you stressing me out during my pregnancy." Jan and Lucas walks out the shop. Anna breathes a sigh of relief as she finally has got what she was out to get for. Some of Jan's DNA, hair samples and a swab of the mouth, Anna is sure she is about to find out if Jan really is indeed the possible heir to the Dimera Dynasty, the long lost child Of Marlena and Tony, . Anna closes up her shop and leaves. Nicole puts her paper down and continues to stalk Anna. University Hospital Marlenai walks into John's room. She sits down next to him. Marlena takes his hand and holds it. "My dear sweet John. I got some good news for you baby. Stefano is dead." Marlena "I need you to open your eyes sweetie. Come back to me. We can live happily ever after. The evil is gone from our lives forever. You don't have to battle him no more. We can live in peace and breath a sigh of relief." Anna hesitates before she opens the door to the Dimera Mansion. She wonders who is she going to get when she walks inside, Tony, or his alt personality Vince. Nicole, not letting her prey out of sight, is camped out around some bushes where no one can see her. She wonders why Anna is not going in. "Something is very off." Nicole thinks to herself. Anna opens the door and she is stunned to see Kristen, holding Tony at gun point. Kristen, crying hysterically "Stay away from me you sick bastard.!" Tony "Kristen, please let's talk about this. You act like I did something to you." Tony begins to walk towards her to retrieve the gun Anna "Tony..Kristen what is going on?!" Kristen "I'm going to shoot!" Tony tries to grab the gun from Kristen and the two tussle. The gun goes off and Anna is shot in the stomach. She collapses to the ground………

Downtown Salem, Titian Victor, who has just finished up a meeting with shareholders walks out the main conference room and sees Vivian, waiting for him with a newspaper. Victor "What is it this time Vivian?" Vivian smiles, and turns the front headlines so Victor can read. In bold and large print, it reads "Stefano Dimera Dead!!..Again.! Victor smiles "That will just make things easier for me. My arch-rival dead. There is a God." Vivian "Now that you got that out the way, how about you help me get the Dimera Millions" She says as she walks over toward him and plants a kiss on him. He blocks the kiss "Have you gone mad old woman? What in the hell makes you think I am going to help you get Stefano's millions. He has a lot of family. I am sure the Phoenix didn't leave you a dime." Vivian "I wouldn't be so sure. I'm a woman on a mission and if you don't help me, you'll be sorry." Victor, chuckling "Your amusing. A woman is isn't working with a full deck telling me she's going to get me. You're a nutcase Vivian. You stole Kate's embryo, buried Carly alive, helped crazy Kirsten. I don't want to have anything to do with the likes of you. Now get the hell out my office before I throw you out. And this time Don't come back!" Vivian "You sorry son of a Bitch. You'll pay for this. And to think I once loved you. Go get some Viagra you dirty bastard." And with that Vivian leaves. Victor sits behind his desk and smiles, as he thinks of Stefano being dead. Billie "I don't know why I did after you cuckoo Aunt insulted my mother." Forrest "Again I apologize about that. Vivian didn't take her medication that night." Billie smiles at Forrest sarcasm. They are escorted to there seats as they enjoy a romantic evening together. Marlena, Hope, Lexie, and Celeste all meet up at Chez Rouge for a girls night out and to celebrate Lexie's freedom. Maggie greets them and escorts them to the bar. Marlena "Oh Lexie, I am so happy for you." She says giving her a good friend a hug. Lexie "Thank you Marlena. That means a lot to me. And I wanted to say I am sorry about Roman." Marlena "Oh Thank you. I believe in my heart he will awaken from this catatonic state. He has too. He was recently transported to a sanitarium out of Salem." Celeste "He will darling. I can see it in my cards." Marlena "Thank you Celeste. That really gives me something to hold on too." Everyone notices Hope is quiet already half way gone with her beer. Marlena remembers Bo coming into her office and asking her to talk to Hope about her recent erratic behavior. Just as Marlena is about to ask Hope something, Maggie walks back over to them and tells them Stefano is dead. All four women are shocked. Hope "Serves that evil Bastard right." Lexie "Excuse me. He is still my father Hope." Hope "What kind of father lies to their children. Stefano is scum and I am so glad that heartless bastard is dead. Good riddance. I pray it's for good this time" Lexie, Marlena and Celeste are stunned at Hope's vicious words. Lexie "Hope, with all do respect you are talking about my father." Hope "Don't tell me your trying to defend him. Ask yourself Lexie, what has Stefano ever done for you. Besides lie to you and play games with your life, tell me one damn good thing he has done for you."Lexie is at a loss for words. Marlena tries to intervene "Hope, I think you have had enough to drink." Hope looks at Marlena and says "Who are you, my mother?" Hope grabs her beer and grabs a table by herself by the window. Marlena and Celeste both look at each other Marlena "Hope is certainly a different person tonight." Lexie "Yes she is. Something is very off about her. I have never known Hope to be so blunt and ill-mannered." Celeste "Hope is going through a lot of pain darlings. She fight some kind of inner demon. She's fighting for her soul." Marlena "Bo did come to me earlier and expressed she has been acting very erratic." They all watch Hope as she now sips her red wine relentlessly and wonder what is driving Hope to behave this way. As Megan Hathaway is reading her father's obituary, she walks past Chez Rouge and Hope sitting in the window drinking catches her eye "Well, Well, well, what do we got here. The honorable and never do wrong Hope Williams Brady. Drinking her sorrows away." Megan watches Hope drink glass after glass. "I'd never thought I'd see the day when the high and mighty have sunken so low. My old enemy, getting drunk like's there's no tomorrow. Some one has to know about this." Megan pulls out her cell phone to kick a devious plot into action against Hope Tony walks into the Dimera Mansion. A look of sadness appears on his face as he calls out for Anna. He hear's silence in the old mansion. He then hears what seems like a woman crying upstairs. He walks up the stair case and walks towards the room the cries are coming from. He opens the door and sees Kirsten, balled up on the bed. Tony "I didn't think you would take Stefano's death this hard." He says walking towards her. Kirsten sits up and looks at him with fear in her eyes Kirsten "Don't you come any closer! Stay away from me!!" Tony frowns, not knowing why Kirsten is acting this way toward him "Kirsten, what's the matter? You act like I did something to you?" Kirsten jumps up from the bed and pulls a gun out on Tony. "You come one step closer and I'll kill you!!"

2008 PREVIEWS!!!!! "2008 will be Life in Salem's biggest year yet," tells LIS EP/HW Tara Smith "MC and I have cooked up alot of drama, and it will blow the residents of Salem away. Romance, drama, schemeing, all of that will play a role this year on LIS as we explore stories that we've never attempted before!" Marlena: "While Roman remains catatonic for some time, Marlena must try to get through life without him. On New Years Eve, Stefano was kidnapped, and that will draw her into a whole new situation. But as the year presses on, Marlena will have some drama when a situation from twenty years ago rears its ugly head to her and many other people, particularly being Jan Spears." Bo/Hope/Megan: "Hope's drinking begins to become a problem as the deaths of her loved ones and the murder of Gina haunt her. Bo tries to keep control of her, but it gets out of hand as Hope gets worse and worse. Megan re-enters this story, which will cause even more trouble for this couple. But don't fear, for Gina's killing will not remain a secret for a year...but once it is revealed, don't think this storyline is near-over." Abe/Lexie/Celeste: "Lexie may be off the hook for Tek's murder, but her problems with Abe are far from over. They may be broken up, but Lexie encounters a new problem when Abe seeks custody of Theo. Abe will meet a new love interest, but faces from the past will turn up in his life later in the year. Meanwhile, could Celeste be the one who kidnapped Stefano? She seems to have something in his "death" for her, and later on in the year expect a mystery to begin for her, but also she has a new romance." Sami: "She will try to get over EJ's death, but its hard and her bitterness is showing more and more by the day. She is extremely distant from her family, however Sami will have new problems when a face from her recent past comes back to cause trouble for her." Steve/Kayla/Helena: "Steve tries to get over killing EJ on the island, but its not easy considering he is hated by his niece. Kayla tries to help him through this, but when Helena returns for revenge Steve and Kayla will face a problem that will rock them to the core." Tony/Vince/Anna/Kristen/Nicole: "Tony and Anna continue to try to fight Vince, but it gets harder and harder, and Tony's disease and why he was in Aremid will slowly be explored. However, all of that drama causes Tony and Anna to have relationship problems. Anna continues to try to find out if Jan is the true DiMera child, but Nicole has her own plans. Kristen's rape has an affect on her like never before, and that story takes a shocking twist in Feburary." Forrest/Billie/Vivian: "Forrest and Billie continue dating and grow closer and closer, and Forrest continues to try to snatch control of Alamain away from Vivian. Vivian however dissapproves of Forrest/Billie, and will not have a Roberts woman be in the Alamain family. And we all know how a woman can be in danger when Vivian dissapproves of them. Carly Manning and Lisanne Gardner, anyone?" Belle: "She'll meet another man, and we'll see a classical love story between these two people." Victor: "Victor will be cold as ever, but also he will begin to try to strengthen Titan, as he brings back Bella Magazine. This causes a huge business war later down the line, that has been in the set-up stages since late 2006." Lucas/Jan: "They will grow closer and closer, as Lucas guides Jan to her labor date. However Jan will have much drama throughout this year, one of those her being Tony and Marlena's child, and she might just become the next 90's Sami. Jan has alot of skeletons in her closet, and Lucas will have to find out about these someday. Lucas has his own problems when his family dissapproves of his relationship with Jan." The Hortons: "This family is being re-established, starting with the returns of Mike and David Banning on Christmas last year. Maggie and Julie will be shown alot as they enter new stories, and look for Alexis Kefer to come back with more airtime and mix it up with the Horton males." The younger set: "More additions will be made to this set, and there will FINALLY be a story for these people, including romance." Returns: "Look for ALOT of returns this year, and they all will have huge impacts on LIS." The Will Storyline: "This story was sparked on the New Years Eve episode. Stefano has been kidnapped by a mysterious figure, and it could be anyone in Salem. Many people want Stefano's money, power, and possessions. Victor, Vivian, Celeste, ANYONE. This storyline will be frontburner but rather short, but it will have a lasting effect on many characters." Feburary Sweeps Storyline: "Sources on the LIS set have been reporting that Tara and MC have been cooking up a huge storyline for Feburary Sweeps, and it will turn the tides of LIS FOREVER, and in it fans will see the conclusions, turning points, and beginnings of many old and new storylines, and the drama will be intense."

Written by: Tara/Daysfan Episode#212 -It is New Years Eve in Salem. Kim and Shane are together at the Pub, where Steve and Kayla are. A few tears go down Kayla’s cheek as she asks Kim if she really has to go, and Kim says she feels like her time in Salem is up…for now. And she needs to get physical therapy for her leg problems, and Shane knows people in England who can do it. Steve is silent, sipping on a drink at the bar. Shane walks over to him and pats him on the back, asking if he’s alright. Steve says: Steve: Yeah…but that guy EJ’s death keeps taunting me…I can’t stop thinking about what happened on the island last month. Sami lashed out at me on Christmas Eve at EJ’s funeral…I can tell I hurt her. Shane: Well Steve, Samantha obviously saw something in EJ that none of us did, its going to take her some time to get over this. Steve: I just worry that, adding to the fact I killed a man, I may have driven my niece away from her family even more. -Jan is walking through the Salem Inn, and she bumps into Sami. Sami asks her what she’s doing at the Salem Inn on New Years Eve, and Jan slowly says she has come to see Lucas. Sami comments she seems awfully down tonight, and Jan says with a growl: Jan: it’s the anniversary of Shawn’s death. I’m not gonna be happy. Sami: So why would you be going to see Lucas? You don’t even know him. Jan: For your information, he’s a friend. I went out with him on a date on Christmas. Sami: Looks like you’ve found your next Horton boy-toy. Jan then slaps Sami HARD, and hisses: Jan: I know you are mourning your super-villian killer boyfriend, but don’t take it out on me. Jan begins to walk off, but Sami looks up at her with anger in her eyes and then attacks Jan! -Hope is sitting on the couch with Bo, her leaning into his chest. She is silent, as is he, as she flashes back to New Years of 07 when she found out Shawn had died, and then flashes back to her and Bo looking down at his body in the morgue of the hospital. Bo looks at her, and he kisses her and says he knows its hard to believe…and Hope says it shouldn’t have happened. Bo says with a few tears: Bo: I know Fancy Face…I know. Hope. I lost both of my sons on New Years Eves…who will we lose this year? -Abe is at the Salem Police Station in his office, and one of the officers come in and tell him Stefano DiMera is about to be transported to a medical facility outside of Salem. Abe says good, the drivers just need to be careful. None of Stefano’s known allies are known to be alive to rescue him, but many of his nemesis’s are still alive and in Salem, and Helena could pop back up at any moment. The officer says he will warn them, and Abe nods. He then thinks to himself he has a bad feeling about tonight. *Life in Salem Opening* -Shane tells him Sami will come around, he just has to focus on himself, and not let EJ’s death get him down too much. Shane however then asks: Shane: But before I leave Salem…I want to know…why did you kill EJ? Steve: He attacked me, my wife, my friends and wouldn’t stop…what was I supposed to do? Shane: You shot him several times. Steve: He kept coming at me. Shane: Steve, I know you. You don’t just kill for no reason. Steve: I had to get my anger out in some way, ok?! My former lover just came back from the dead and then died AGAIN and I could barely take anymore of it, ok?! Steve gets up and stomps off as Shane sighs. -Jan kicks Sami, and tells her she’s pregnant with someone who is related to her! Sami says “Do you think I care? I don’t care about anyone anymore.” and Jan angrily comments “No wonder Lucas dumped you. Hell, no wonder the only man that loved you died.” and Sami is about to attack Jan again, but Lucas comes out of his room and asks what the hell is going on out here. Sami then runs into her own room, shuts the door, and breaks down in tears. -Bo tells her no one, and looks at the time, and suddenly says he has to go down to the station. Hope says in confusion “NOW?! Of all times NOW?!” and Bo says he has to, there’s some unfinished work he has to do tonight. Hope sighs and frustrated says fine, and he kisses her and says he’ll be back soon. After he leaves, Hope slams her fist down on the table angrily, and looks around since she is alone because Maggie and Julie took the girls thinking she and Bo need to be alone tonight. Hope suddenly gets up, grabs her coat, and leaves! -A few hours later; 11:50 P.M. A van is seen driving out of Salem, and two men are driving. The man in the drivers seat is masked, and the other man says with a snort he can’t believe they were the lucky guys who got to transport the infamous comatose Stefano DiMera to some other hospital. The mysterious driver nods, and after a few more minutes while on the highway out of town, the driver pulls over. The other driver asks what he’s doing, and the mysterious driver suddenly grabs the other driver, and throws him out of the van! He then throws him down a hill, and the driver rolls into the woods. The mysterious driver chuckles as he gets back into the van, and turns around…heading back to Salem! Minutes later, once the van is back in Salem, it parks behind a building. The mysterious driver gets out of the van and opens the back, to see Stefano still alive. He says in an unrecognizable tone “Good…he lives.” and takes out his cell phone, and dials a number and says into it “Hello…I am afraid…Mr.DiMera’s heart gave out tonight…we tried to revive him once we stopped in the middle of the road but it was…too late…”

Written by: Tara/Daysfan Episode#211 -At the Alamain Mansion, Vivian walks into the kitchen and tells Ivan she is going out for a bit, and he nods in acknowledgement. She grins evilly as she grabs her purse and leaves… -Kristen continues to lie on the bed in tears, and Vince walks in and with a smirk says: Vince: You poor poor thing…you need to be stronger. You are a DiMera! Yet instead you lie here in self pity…you make me sick. Kristen looks at Vince, and tearfully yet angrily says: Kristen: You bastard…you evil bastard…get away from me…get out… -The whole courtroom waits to here the verdict, as Celeste, Abe, and Lexie all stare at the jury…and one of the people on the jury rise, and says that the jury finds Lexie…NOT GUILTY! Lexie sighs in relief and cries tears of joy as Celeste hugs her. *Life in Salem Opening* -Vince tells Kristen that she does not order him around, and that she needs to get up. Kristen slowly stands and screams “GET OUT!” and runs over to him and pathetically tries to shove him out with not much effort, and he grabs her arms and growls: Vince: I will put you in your place… He tosses Kristen to the floor, and she continues to cry, and Vince then says he’ll let her lay down and whine…for now, but he will make sure she never tells anyone about what he did to her…it will interfere with his plans. He leaves and shuts the door, and locks Kristen into the room… -Judge Fitzpatrick declares the trial over, and says Lexie will be released from custody promptly. As everyone slowly leaves the courtroom, the handcuffs are taken off of Lexie, and she says to her mother this whole situation is finally over. Celeste says yes with a smile, and they can get back to regular life, although she does have something to take care of. Lexie then says: Lexie: Well…I am just going to see my son. What do you need to take care of? Celeste: Stefano DiMera. -Later on in the day, a woman who is masked and has a dress on walks into Stefano’s room. She says that on New Years Eve…it all will begin. She whispers “Soon….I will have the power.” but her voice is disguised. This mysterious figure then walks out of the room…but who is she? Vivian? Celeste? Marlena? Or someone else?

Its its...oh goodness I know who he was on SL I just keep forgetting his name.... He was Andre's right-hand-man, or something to that manner, I think! I wonder if we'll be seeing an Andre return soon! Loved the episode, guys!

Written by: Tara/Daysfan Episode#210 -Jan walks into the Spears Mansion after Lucas goes back to the Salem Inn, and whispers to herself she wonders what everyone’s fascinations with her are lately, first Lucas Roberts asks her out on a date on Christmas and then Anna DiMera wants to meet with her. She however then whispers: Jan: But you know…Roberts may not be such a bad guy. -David is with Julie at the Horton House, and Julie says with all the drama on Christmas she never got to formally speak to him, and she asks him how he is. He says he’s been alright all in all, just glad to be back in Salem. Julie assures him he’s allowed to stay as long as he likes, and David says good, because its going to be a long time. -Vivian is at the Alamain Mansion, and Forrest walks in, telling her to get out. Vivian asks what he means, and Forrest tells her after what she pulled yesterday she will no longer live in his house. Vivian laughs, and says soon she won’t need to, and then says: Vivian: Once I take care of Stefano DiMera and have his will, I will be living in the DiMera Mansion. -Vince holds Kristen down and tears her clothes apart, and kisses her furiously. As he leans up, she shakes in fear and is crying, and he tells her: Vince: That is why you never mess with me… Kristen: Wha-what did I ever do…to…you… Vince: Let me let you in on a little secret, darling: It was I, NOT TONY, you cheated on. Tony doesn’t even know you, but I remember you quite well…yet you played me for a fool. And now, you have paid for it… Vince slowly gets up off the bed, and walks out of the room as Kristen screams, having been raped by Vince/Tony DiMera… *Life in Salem Opening* -Inside the courtroom, Lexie looks on nervously as the tape is put into a TV. It is played, and Judge Fitzpatrick says that is the same tape that cleared Abe Carver for the murder of Tek. Lexie’s lawyer however says to watch the tape slowly, and then puts it in slow motion. Lexie painfully watches as Tek tries to come on to her sexually, and then the struggle begins. The lawyer points out that Tek and Lexie were in a struggle, and slows it down even more when the gunshot goes off. Abe who is sitting in the back of the room, Judge Fitzpatrick, and the rest of the courtroom watch…. -Julie asks David if there is a particular reason why, and he says no, he just thinks its time to come home. She smiles and then asks how Scotty is, and David says he hasn’t talked to him too much but he seems fine from what he knows. Julie says that’s excellent, and tells him she is glad he’s home. David says he’s glad to be home. -Forrest laughs and tells her that’s rich, and he says he knows she was married to Stefano once, but she wouldn’t be in his will anyway and Stefano lived through being shot and is only in a coma. Vivian snorts and says before walking out of the room: Vivian: But not for long, dear nephew. Not for long… -Kristen continues to cry hysterically and flashes back to when Vince angrily raped her, and whispers to herself how it didn’t happen. Her wails can be heard all throughout the mansion, and she curls herself up into a ball and rocks herself back and forth… -After the gunshot is seen and Tek goes to the ground, the lawyer says as demonstrated in the security camera tape, Tek’s murder was accidental and caused by a struggle HE provoked.Judge Fitzpatrick looks at the jury, and is silent for a moment, and after two minutes says the jury and herself must discuss this privately. All of them exit the courtroom, and Celeste continues to assure a very nervous Lexie it will turn out alright. Only Minutes later, Judge Fitzpatrick returns, and says a verdict has been reached…

Salem Police Dept. Celeste walks over to Lexie's holding cell. Lexie "Thanks mother for supporting me today." Celeste "Alexandra darling, did you expect anything else?" Lexie, smiles "No, I guess I didn't. I'm a little bit nervous." Celeste "Don't be darling. Sami said she would turn the tape over. Once she does that, this who trial we be thrown and then you can focus on putting your life back together." Lexie "I'm not so sure. This is Salem we are talking. This is the town that possessed Marlena Evans." Celeste "Alexandra darling, if something was going to happen today, trust me, my cards would have told me." And with that Lexie holds her faith as she is escorted to the court room Episode : 209, Tony attacks Kirsten! Anna has a flashback in her mind of yesterday, Christmas, outside the Brady Pub, her conversation with Marlena. "Marlena said I have to get DNA samples such as hair. I have to know for sure if Jan is really Marlena's and Tony's child. " After saying that, Anna walks into the store to try and set a trap. Meanwhile, Nicole sips on her latte as watches Anna work her scheme through the big glass window. Nicole, luckily has big sunglasses on and a scarf around her head to somewhat conceal her identity. She thinks to herself" I have to stay one up on Anna and her quest to find the missing Dimera child. I have to be the one that test reveals as the long lost and forgotten about Dimera seed. I'll have money and power." Nicole has a devilish grin on her face. " Sorry Jan, since it seems you are this hidden child, I can't let you inherit the Dimera name." University Hospital Bo walks into Marlena's office. She smiles and greets him. Bo "Hey Marlena, I hope you don't mind if I dropped by like this." Marlena "For a dear friend, I don't mind at all. Is everything ok?" Bo, hesitate a little before answering "I don't know. It's Hope." Marlena "I see. Her behavior yesterday was quiet irrational. Almost downright shocking. She was in such a hurry when she left the Pub yesterday." Bo "Well it didn't end there..." Marlena "Oh..." Bo "Yeah when we got over to the Horton house. Everyone was concerned about her and when Mike Horton and David Banning walked in to surprise everyone, she flipped out and stormed out." Marlena "Hope has had a very tough year. She's lost some of the people that mean the most to her." Bo "I know. Marlena, what I am about to tell you has to remain between us." Marlena "Absolutely." Bo "The other day, Hope was missing and Nicole Walker found her on the pier passed out sloppy drunk." Marlena, gasps "Oh my." Bo "Yea, tell me about. I think she hasn't really dealt with all the loss she's had this past year. I was hoping, maybe you could talk to her." Marlena "Bo you know I will." Bo "See the thing is, she doesn't seem to respond well to people asking her lots of questions. I don't think she's expressing her feelings in the right way." Marlena, smiles "Bo, This is what I do, this is my profession. You have nothing to worry about." Bo "I was hoping you would say that. Thanks Marlena." After he says that Bo walks out Marlena's office hoping she will be able to get through to Hope. Dimera Mansion Tony "Vince" is going on a rampage through the Dimera estate trying to look for Stefano's will. "I have got to find this will. I have to make sure I inherit the Dimera power and name. I will continue this Dimera war against Salem." Kirsten walks up behind Tony. "What in the hell are you doing Tony? You look like a mad man on a mission" She says to him Tony "Vince", startled "Don't ever sneak up like me like that. But I do like your choice of words though. A madman on a mission..yes I am Dear Kirsten." Kirsten "Tony, are you ok? You don't seem like your self." Vince, snickering "Oh Kirsten, if only you knew." Kirsten "I don't have time for games. Tell me what's going on. Stop with all these puzzle pieces you are giving me." Vince "I'm going to take over the Dimera's. Stefano must die. It's the only way." Kirsten "Tony you're joking right?" Tony steps closer toward Kirsten and grabs her arm "Does it look like I'm joking?" Kirsten, trying to shake free of his hold "Let go of me! You're hurting me!" Vince steps behind Kirsten and covers her mouth with one os his hands and whispers "It's time to have fun Kirsten, just like old times." He drags her to one of the many bedrooms and locks the door behind him. Salem Court House Judge Fitzpatrick pounds her gavel. Court is now in session. "Is Alexandra Carver present?" Before any one has a chance to say anything, Lexie's attorney speaks up "Your honor, last night we received a video tape of this entire shooting tragedy and we ask you to look it over and after doing so, you will have no choice but to throw this case out." Lexie's looks at her mom and Celeste smiles at her, reassuring everything will be ok. Inside Bryant and Layne Anna "Jan, it's nice to see you. You too Lucas." Jan "If you say so. We hardly run into each other." Lucas "How are you Mrs. Dimera?" Anna "Oh please call me Anna. Jan you know I am coming out with a new line of maternity clothes and I would love it if you would come by office and tell me what you think of some f my designs. I'm a little nervous. It's been a long time since I've done this. I figured with your youth you would be the perfect person." Jan "I guess I would say yes then. I'll be over later on today." Anna "Ok then great. See you soon" She walks off thinking "Missions accomplished. I can pull a strand of her hair or something. One down, one to go" She thinks walking out the shop. Nicole, still lurking around talks aloud "I wouldn't be so sure Anna." Nicole smiles and walks off m" I will be named the missing Dimera heir. And with The great Stefano Dimera on his deathbed this could have come at no better time for me." Back at The Dimera Mansion Vince has Kirsten pinned down onto the bed still covering her mouth. He speaks to her "Just like old times huh Kirsten. Remember how you played Tony for John, or Roman or whatever in the h ell is going by these days. Tony was blind, or so you thought he was and had an affair with John with no regard. You know, Tony never got over that. And it's payback time. He slaps her across the face. Stunned Kirsten rubs her cheek. Vince then rips Kristens clothes off and has his way with her. Kirsten tries to fight out his strong hold but it's no use, Vince rapes Kirsten.....

YAY!!!!!!! JOELLE HAS DIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hated that bitch. Her scenes kept reminding me of some of Jan's scenes in 2005 with Mimi and I really loved those so I loved this too. Great episode.

Episode#208 Snow flakes gently fall from the sky, piling onto the 2wo inches already on the ground in Salem on this Christmas morning Bo and Hope's House Bo surprises Hope with bed in breakfast when he enters there bedroom with a tray of french toast, a hash brown and hot cocoa. He sets the tray down on the night side. The smell of food awakes Hope. She opens her eyes and looks at Bo. He smiles at her "Good morning fancy face" Hope smiles back at him" Good morning Brady. What do you got there?" Bo "A good hearty breakfast to get your day going right. And by the way, Merry Christmas." Hope "Merry Christmas." She says sitting up in the bed. Bo "How do you feel?" Hope, taking a bite of her french toast "You mean am I hung over? No Bo!" Bo "That's not what I mean fancy face. I don't want to upset you." Hope "I don't want to talk about what happened last night. I don't want none of the family to find out what happened to me last night." Bo "I won't say anything. I'm going to hop in the shower so we can get going to the pub." Hope doesn't say anything. As Bo walks out the room, she thinks to herself "I am not in the mood to be around all these people. I have got to keep it together. I have to" She gets up to check on her twins, Pam and Addie. Already there, Kim, Shane, Steve, Kayla, Stephanie, Cassie, and Rex. Abe "Merry Christmas" Everyone "Merry Christmas" Abe walks into the Brady crowd and mingles with the family. Kim sits with Kayla by the bar. Kayla "So how are you feeling?" Kim "As well as to be expected." Kayla "Well you know if you need anything. You don't hesitate to ask." Kim "I know that. I thank God everyday I have a sister like you." Kayla hugs her as Kim wipes a tear free falling down her face. Kayla looks into her sisters eyes and can tell something is wrong. She asks her, Kim replies' she's leaving Salem. Just as Kayla is shocked to hear that, Shane, having heard the entire conversation announces he's leaving Salem too, and that he would like it if he and Kim could leave together. Marlena and Belle bump into Anna who was about to enter the pub. Anna "Oh I'm sorry. Merry Christmas." Marlena "Merry Christmas. A little surprised to see you here Anna." Anna "It is isn' it?" Belle, sensing oddness in the air breaks the silence "Merry Christmas Anna it was great seeing you. Mom, I'm going inside." Marlena "Ok sweety." Belle walks into the pub, as Nicole is around the corner eavesdropping on Marlena and Anna's conversation. Marlena "So where's Tony?" Anna, having a flashback of "Vince" roughing her up at The Dimera Mansion the other day before she managed to bring Tony back out "I really don't know and at this point I don't care." Marlena "Oh...is something wrong?" Anna "I don't want to get into to it. Listen while I got you hear I wanted to talk to you about DNA testing." Marlena "DNA testing?" Anna, wanting to make sure that Jan indeed really is Tony's child, hoping what "Vince" said wasn't true that Marlena and Tony share a child "I need to know who's Tony's missing child is. I need proof." Nicole, continues to eavesdrop as a grin ripens on her face, she thinks, "A missing DiMera child? This is my chance to strike it big and finally get my proper place in this town. I'll be the missing DiMera child. This is a great Merry Christmas." Salem Police Department After getting her bags checked thoroughly Celeste is allowed to see her daughter, Alexandra. Lexie is escorted into the visitors rooms and smiles when she sees her mother. She hugs her. Celeste "Merry Christmas Alexandra Darling." Lexie "It's good to have you here. Did you see Theo? Is he happy?" Celeste "I have not seen him yet. Abraham called and said I could come by after he got back from the Brady Pub." Lexie "Ok good. Mom, please tell him I love him and I said Merry Christmas, and when I get out of here we will be together." Celeste "Alexandra darling you need not worry. Everything is going to work out. Here sit. I brought a few things." Lexie sits down, wiping tears from her face. She smiles when sees her mom pulling out a radio from one of the bags she brought with. Lexie "Mom.... What is that? You look like a bag lady. How did you get that in here?" Celeste "Never mind darling." Celeste pushes play on the radio and The Temptations Christmas Carols begins to play. Lexie smiles, as she has warm memories from her childhood as she listens to the classic motown jams. She hugs her mother. Lexie "Thank you. This means so much to me." Celeste pulls out some of the food she's cooked. "I got all your favorites darling." As Celeste finishes putting the food together, they see Sami approaching them Celeste "Samantha. Merry Christmas Darling. I sense you come here in good ....faith?" Sami, rolling her eyes "Yes. I come in good spirits. I lost a lot in this life. And contrary to popular belief, I'm not some super villainess. Lexie, yes I will turn the tape over of Tek's accident. Merry Christmas." Lexie smiles, and jumps up and hugs her. Sami is caught off guard. Celeste smiles, happy that her daughter will be released from jail soon. Back at the Brady Pub Steve and Bo look at Hope sipping on a beer at the bar. Steve tells Bo he's never seen Hope drink before, and definately not drinking like she is now. Bo responds by saying "I know, Steve.. She's just had a lot to deal with this year. Losing Shawn and Alice all within one year. I am sure it's taking it's toll on her." Steve "Well Bo, make sure you be there for her. Don't let her drinking these few beers here and there turn into a habit." Steve "I know, Steve." At the Bar Hope continues to sip on her beer as she continues to think of her dead son Shawn. She then thinks of losing Alice. Her thoughts are interrupted when Bo approaches her. Bo "Are you ok?" Hope "Bo, I'm fine. Please stop asking me that" Bo "Are you ready to go over to the Hortons?" Hope "The sooner we leave, the sooner we can get this over with." Hope grabs her coat and walks out the pub without saying a word to any one. Bo looks over to his mother and gives her a "I don't know Look" Bo then leaves and Caroline waves as she hopes Hope will be ok. Chez Rouge Lucas and Jan are dining in a nearly empty dining room. Jan "You know, I've never had a Christmas date before." Lucas "Well you know what they say. First time for everything." Jan "Yea, I have heard that once or twice." Suddenly Jan touches her belly. Lucas "What's the matter, is it something wrong with the baby?" Jan "No ..no.. I mean it's nothing. It's moving." Lucas smiles. "You mind if I feel?" Jan smiles and grabs his hand and places it on her stomach so he can feel the bay inside of her moving. They smile at each other, enjoying each other's company. The Alamain Mansion Billie and Forrest, who have just finished having a long conversation by the fireplace, walks to the dinner table when the maid announces, Christmas dinner is served. Billie and Forrest join Vivian, and Nicholas at the table. Everyone gets there plates and no one talks. Billie "By all this silence, you could never tell this was Christmas. They say dinner is a way to bring the family together" Vivian "Billie, what in the hell are you doing here any way? No one invited you. You look just you mother. I can't stand it." Forrest "Damn it Aunt Viv, Please don't start your armature theatrics today. I invited Billie. She's my date so I beg you please don't be rude about it." Vivian "Don't be rude. Her mother is the hor of Salem. She stole Victor from me. She turned my own nephew against me to steal stock from the our company." Billie "Oh give me a break Vivian. This coming from the woman who buried Carly alive. Go to hell and don't you ever disrespect my mother like that again you miserable old hag." Billie gets up and leaves the dinner table. Vivian "Good, the trash has been taken out." Forrest "You'll pay for this Vivian" He says as he gets up and chases after Billie. Nicholas "That was not right Aunt Viv. Kate is dead." Vivian "And it's a good thing she is." Nicholas is even more disgusted with his aunt's cruelness and gets up and leaves the dinner table as well, Vivian takes a sip of her wine. " I always could clear a room" She says with a smile The Horton House Julie, and Abby along with Jeremy are hanging the Horton ornaments on the Christmas tree, sharing memories of yesteryears gone by. Maggie brings some of Alice's favorite donuts from the kitchen. Bo is holding Hope. Hope wipes a tear from her eye as she thinks of her son and grandmother again. The pain is unbearable. No mother should have to bury her child. Julie looks at Hope and can tell she is fighting an inner storm of emotion and guilt. Julie walks over to her. "Hope are you ok?" Hope, blowing up "Would everyone stop asking me that! Yes I'm fine! How do you all expect me to fee? I lost my son, we lost Alice. I can't take this no more" She says hollering. Everyone then hears two male voices from the front door "Surprise" Hope "Everyone just leave me the hell alone!" Hope hollers at everyone, grabbing her purse and storming past David Banning and Mike Horton. Mike "Did we come at a bad time?"
