It does appear it is Clay, not Jeff, who is breaking into the Willows. Here is the cast and set list. 

Furthermore, the episode description for the date in question:

Monday, February 4, 1985 (Episode #106): Lacey and Mike argue. Eddie receives an offer of freedom from Clay. Nancy decides to steal Mike from Lacey.

I'm sorry, I don't know the story very well. So, there is no reason for Jeff to break into the Willows ?

It's always sad to see a soap opera leave the airwaves, especially when it has as many wonderful people as Rituals did. Telepictures, the producers of Rituals, decided to go out with a bash. The party was held on the set upon the completion of the 280th show, which, ironically, was probably one of the most powerful for the actors who wanted to give this last episode everything they had.

Tim Maier (Jeff) had been preparing for some time for this day, systematically having his picture taken with each and every cast member. At the party he presented all of them with a picture of him with them, sort of as a forget-me-not.

I've bought online an old TV magazine edition 25-31 March 1989 (Télé Star n°651). There is a French article and a quiz about Rituals. 
Excluding weekends and public holidays, TF1 broadcasted two episodes per day of "Rituals" from February 13, 1989 to July or August 1989.

I contacted TF1 two months ago. This French channel broadcasted "Rituals" from the February 13th 1989. I've received a response to my email that it was'nt possible to access on the 260 episodes (copyright). So, I've contacted Telepictures Productions (Warner Bros) but not reply yet.
