  1. Thank you. We are an Apple home, but I do have handbrake which I used to rip my compilation DVDs. I will have to look at it and see if I can work out how to split it. The quality for 962 was good because it was an original recording off the TV. Unfortunately, the compilation of the Faith stuff means I used two VCRs back in the day to copy from the original tape to another tape, then because I was young and lacking $$$ I recorded in LP to get maximum tape space so the quality is diminished from the original. Oh well, it’s better than nothing, as those scenes are not out there until hopefully Videoland gets up to them. Can you give an example of a google group post Link so I know what to search for? That would help a lot as I don’t like to impose on people to help me if I know how to do it myself. ‘Thanks again! You LEGEND thank you so much!!! Thank you! It certainly fills a gap!
  2. You are welcome! I also found a tape I forgot I had because I didn’t label it, with 4 hours of scenes regarding the introduction of Faith, from the moment they showed Bill Snr thinking about her when he took the portrait of Margo down and put the one of Caroline up, through to Faith/Karen revealing herself to Bill and to Ridge. Lucky I had a little slip of paper inside the case and I’d written down some other stuff that was on the tape plus the Faith stuff (sadly recorded in LP instead of SP, so not the greatest quality but perfectly watchable). I really loved Joanna Johnson back in the day, so created a compilation of all her scenes when she returned, plus the ones tied to her story inc Blake, Bonnie, Bill, Ridge etc. Only problem is I’ve managed to get from the tape to digital in two files by creating two DVDs and then ripping them, but they are 2GB each, and will take forever to upload (and will likely fail) with our terrible upload speeds from Australia. Is anyone interested in seeing these? If you can tell me of some free program I can download to split the files, that might do the trick, but I don’t know of any...recommendations would be great! Also I kind of had to guess at where the scenes came from and I’m estimating around episodes 1181-1295... does anyone know of a webpage that lists all the episode numbers, maybe episode summaries and dates? IMDB isn’t that helpful especially the back half of the scenes. This would help me a lot with working out where the scenes were from. thanks for any help!
  3. Hey all I found some B&B footage at the end of a VHS tape in a clear out of my garage that I didn't know I had. It's 15 minutes worth of episode 962, in English. This is part of the Stephanie being homeless storyline. I've popped it in 1991 in the Clips section of the vault. Enjoy.
  4. I'm not convinced any of those guys are there for Kristen, except for Stormy! 🤣 That must have been some after-party! 😜
  5. I estimate the funeral is around episode 1770, so April 94?
  6. I know exactly what you mean...I like to watch in order too on re-watch but with a history like B&B it's so hard...I'd been watching Amy's at the moment too but now I see I can watch 101-249 in English on the vault, I have jumped back to start watching those as I really wanted to re-see the Ron Deacon trial, Caroline turning to Thorne etc that happened during this period. I own 1-100 on official DVD and then skipped to 250 with Amy. It's only delaying me watching the only period I have NEVER seen of the entire 33 years of B&B which is the Deveny Dixon / Queen Mary storyline as I was in Italy for 3 months during this time so missed about 60 episodes...but the wait will be worth it, even though I hear the resolution was meh. Caroline's death is a super critical part of the storyline, and is about the only thing for me in TV and movie history that has had me crying bucket loads...I don't cry easily unless it's animal or children related...just the thought of those scenes gets me teary, and thankfully I recorded those episodes on VHS back in the day so I have them in some form...let's hope our mysterious benefactor keeps adding to the vault so we can reach that point, and beyond!
  7. Scenes leading up to OG Caroline's death have been added to the 1990 Clip folder... 😩
  8. Yes I can see the five playlists she has but doesn't the fact that I can see them mean they are listed and searchable as opposed to unlisted? Just a bit confused, thanks.
  9. With unlisted on YT, I don't understand how you're meant to see the videos unless someone is prepared to share the link with you? is that right? I've subscribed to Nikki N and there are a ton of Tridge scenes in the playlists, but are there unlisted ones also or is the fact that I'm subscribed mean I have access to the unlisted ones? I wouldn't have thought so... thank you...
  10. Thanks for the reply! I’m from Australia so in PAL and definitely no subtitles! I’m fairly confident I can do it. I’ll keep you all posted when I can get some up. It makes sense to put the clips in the Clip folder even if they are a large chunk of the episode...I basically kept the Caroline story bits. Still cry after all these years when she dies...that’s a death that stuck that just hasn’t been topped on this show...Stephanie came close, but no cigar...
  11. Hey there! What a wonderful vault you have here! Thank you so much to all the contributors who have given us all a pathway to the glory years of B&B. I am new here while waiting a week or so to get my userID approved to comment. Back in the 90’s, I did record some clips and whole episodes to VHS, which I think I can find a way to get into a digital format. Of course being on VHS and not the greatest of reception back then, the video isn’t amazing but is perfectly watchable. I have in full 833, 834 and 835 - the lead up to and events after the death of Caroline. I also have clips from 828, 829, 830, 831 and 832 showing scenes of Caroline and various members of the show finding out she is dying, plus scenes regarding the charm bracelet and the plants for Ridge. I know we might eventually get these in full and better quality by our mystery benefactor - but would the person in charge of the vault be interested in me getting these into the vault if I can get the episodes digitised in the meantime? If yes, would you prefer the clips in the Clip folder, or altogether in a folder in 1990 marked “Caroline’s Death” or something like that with the 3 full episodes I have? Or just the full episodes separate in 1990 and the clips in the clips??? Some of the clips are half to most of the episode, all edited free of ads. Please let me know, and I’ll try to work some magic. If good enough and people are happy with the quality, I can look into getting some more clips on here as I recorded very many of early Sheila including a lot of her time on Y&R as I absolutely loved her character too. Thanks again for this fantastic vault.
