  1. Wow.

They actually cut Peggy’s dialogue. 🤬

    ALL. OF. THIS.

Soaps can still pull certain things off, but they either don't have the time, money or desire to pull it off.

I will always want Lumi. Always the better pairing. Always. I'm so bitter they made EJ Sami's "soulmate". THAT WAS LUCAS! But I will also always love their friendship.

I know folks have declared the person a troll, but I actually don't think they are. I recognize them from Daytime Royalty. They feel how they feel. (Though, sorry, I do see why they feel that way about you)

But I think we all could be handling each other better ;)

I hope no one has me blocked because I dared to engage ... that's a little petty.

Thanks, I appreciate your thoughtfulness. ☺️

As someone who has lost over 100lbs all I can say is keep hope alive, it's never too late as long as you're still around.

    Thanks.

I’m not obese by normal standards but I am by gay standards (5’9 and 165 lbs).

I have been a vegan for 9 years and eat healthier than most but I’ve still got unwanted body fat that makes me undesirable.

I think he's absolutely right about American's diet and lack of any kind of exercise.  You don't have to want to be buff, but you should want to be healthy.

Look, no one chooses to be fat. There are forces beyond our control that determine the kind of life and body we have. I’d love to be slim but it’s not going to happen at this point in my life, and that sucks.

I understand your plight and know it's not easy, but I also know that to achieve and maintain a fit body requires work, determination, sacrifice, and commitment. Yes, America has an obesity problem because their diet consists of greasy fast food and cheap processed crap from Wal-Mart (or most other grocers, if you choose the fast 'n easy stuff). Yes, it's unfair to see a burger sold at $1 while the salad next to it is $5, but it's all about choice and understanding what you're putting into your body.  Also, many just get home from work and plop down on their sofa or stare at their phone screens for hours upon hours. No exercise and a sedentary lifestyle equals a gut, love handles, and multiple chins.

Okay, stepping off soap box. But to clarify what I said earlier, although it'd be great to have high caliber new actors on soaps, the reality - especially on DAYS - is there's little to no time to prepare for scenes and really get into the emotions of it all, because they're up to shooting NINE episodes per week! Whether it's good or bad, they just want it done so they can move on to shooting the next scene. Performance expectations are at an all-time low, although IMO, the majority of the veteran Y&R actors can still put out some great emotional performances.

Your entire attitude is why I can’t stand muscular guys. You have no empathy. The last thing I want is to go to a gym and find myself surrounded by guys like you.

  5. He looks like Brenda, and Brenda and her son are desperately needed on the canvas.

No one is saying Willow is Serena. It’s just that Willow’s story could’ve gone to Serena or Brook Lynn or Lila Rae instead of creating a random newbie with no legitimate ties to the canvas (and being Nina’s daughter is still not a legitimate tie).

  6. The focus on Miller, Muhney, and Stafford was my least-favorite part of MAB’s run, which is what made it so easy to stop watching when they fired Tricia Cast.

Also, I liked Sean Patrick Flannery’s character. For me, that was the best of her casting former primetime and film actors.

+1 preach!  I work hard to maintain what I’ve got and I’m still just as big a soap nerd as I’ve always been.

And let’s face it, with soaps as they are today, they’re not looking for the next Tony Geary or Larry Bryggman. A reformed serial killer with an im-pec-able body will do just fine 😹 as long as he can keep up with the hectic shooting schedule.

It’s not possible for everyone. Muscular people are in the minority. Remember, America has an obesity problem. I’ve struggled with my weight since I was 10 years old and it’s still a problem for me in my 30s.

I would disagree with that.  My husband maintains a nice muscular body and has a heart of gold.  Do all pretty and fit women have horrible personalities?  A muscular body is nearly impossible to attain?  LOL.  Well, go to your local gym (make sure it's a real one) and you'll see alot of fit, muscular people.  It's not that hard to attain if you apply yourself.  And these are people who are paid to act and have nothing but time on their hands to eat well and work out.

Not every male soap actor needs to be a generic, cookie cutter muscleman. Certainly not Reed.

Dude or ma’am or whatever you are, IDC! No one ask for your unnecessary reply anyway! Bye! ✌🏾You two hydrocodones and a benedryl with a straight glass of Gin...

Anyway back to Days of Our Lives! Why no one mention the BRIEF scene with Maggie and Marlena after about a good 7 or 8 years! I am playing catch up!

What is wrong with this person? lol! 🤣😂
