I was JUST thinking that last night. She reminds me of Season 1 Bethenny. She's hilarious, going on awkward dates and laughing about them... she brings to the table what Bethenny did on S1.

Man, that OC finale was amazing! Best finale ever (I agree!). Between Heather kicking Sarah out, Jim's random arrival and quick exit, Alexis running after Jim's car and leaving the party without being part of the cast photos at the end, to Vicki vs. Tamra. That [!@#$%^&*] was great! I'm totally team Tamra/Briana - Brooks is so creepy and weird and Vicki is totally brainwashed. I love that both Tamra and Briana stand their ground with Brooks. You could sort of tell that Tamra was scared of Vicki though - she was not screaming back like she would have with Alexis or any other girls. That Vicki can get in your face and be scary! Congrats to the OC girls though - they brought in a great finale that has me wanting more! That's a sure sign of Season 8 with most likely all the ladies, with perhaps Alexis being cut. NYC was great too - love Carole - can't say that enough. She looked gorgeous at Sonja's party! I'm loving the Heather vs. Ramona too --- and y'all are right - Ramona feels like she HAS to go bc of all the potential backstage implications. But Heather is new and powerful/rich, so to her it really means nothing... I wonder if Bravo eventually 'made' her invite Ramona. Should be interesting...

I didn't realize they could drop F bombs in Canada! If that series ever gets picked up in the US, they'll have to do some editing, I suppose. I'd love to watch Vancouver - sounds really good!

I like Heather and her husband seems nice/cute... but she does seem to put on a fake smile a little too much. I'm interested in seeing her progress after she gets used to cameras being around. I think right now she's too aware that she's on TV and her business and reputation could be hurt by drama. We'll see. I think she's really smart, and I really enjoyed the scene with her family and sister remembering her father (from 1st or 2nd episode). Heather's got credentials - Dana is just a pathetic wannabe.

I was amazed by how much Kara and Jeana looked alike in the OC finale! Wow! I'm happy Tamra apologized and they had closure on the wine throwing from last season. That was great. That Sarah chick seriously needs to go. She's not funny, she's obvious with trying to start drama, but has to get drunk first... it's just pathetic and she's not entertaining. I LOVE Carol from NYC - that woman is hilarious and so refreshing. She's the wilder, downtown NYC girl they TRIED to have with Cindy from last season, who as we all know FAILED. Go Carol!

Oh Lord - Gretchen needs to stop... she probably has the worst vocals of any "singing" RH. Her entire storyline this year was her pussing out of singing for anyone because she screamed too loud and it affected her throat for months. AND Andy asked her to sing on WWHL one time and she was totally thrown off and didn't even know the lyrics and refused. Even Luann will sing when asked!

Ah man! Andy Cohen has fooled us! I just got Andy Cohen's book in the mail --- I can't wait to read! He and I are so much alike - grew up loving All My Children and Susan Lucci, and having my mom tape the soaps while I was at summer camp! Haha! He has a whole chapter about the Housewives and Reunion shows, so that should be a fun read. I skimmed it and he discusses DC, which is interesting.

Aw, I like Alexis. She's harmless and funny. Yep Cheap, that lady that Heather kicks out of her party is Sarah Winchester --- Gretchen's friend that got owned by Vicki at Heather's bowling party. She's officially a 'Friend of the Housewives' if you look at Bravo's website for the OC ladies, which surprises me because we barely got a glimpse into her life and family, and she barely had any talking head interviews... but I guess because she caused enough drama at a few of the events, she qualified. I doubt she'll ever be back though. She's also an heiress to the Winchester Rifle fortune. I love how they are promo'ing the OC finale - as a Part 1 and Part 2, similar to reunions. This is the first time they've ever done that on any series, right? Can't wait!

I loved what Chris said in his talking interview about Jamie being gay and how he is fully supportive, etc. And the little shrug at the end was pretty cute... you could tell he really meant it. I'm actually looking forward to the Miami revamp - with new ladies and the fact it was actually filmed as a RH series. Interesting that Marysol is not in those pics above... I've read that she stopped going to a few events towards the end of filming bc she couldn't stand the new ladies. But Bravo won't dump her bc they love Mama Elsa. Should be good! One of the housewives was on Dancing with the Stars - Joanna Krupa.

I just finally watched the finale (I've sadly been behind) --- AMAZING! Wow what cliffhangers - and that song they played at the end. Very dramatic and spooky. I just loved this entire season - so soapy, so dark, so entertaining... We need more shows like this! If someone is confirmed dead for Season 2 - my guess is Charlotte - that actress is horrible (only horrible actor on the show) - and I wouldn't mind seeing her whiney ass go.

^So then you think he's gay? I'm just surprised, especially after watching the last two episodes, why they don't just reveal it. The family is obviously supportive of it... and I don't see it hurting his reputation. Wow - the NYC ladies are not doing well in the ratings. They dropped another .2 million viewers to 1.4. I don't think any Housewives series has been that low in a long time (except Miami/early DC). I wonder if cutting out too many of the housewives alienated/pissed off too many fans? I'm enjoying the new season so far, anyway.

Well Albie could do WAY better than Greg - so I hope that's not true for Albie's sake. haha

Yeah, I think there will be a pretty big break though after OC and before Miami premieres. I think Miami and the end of NJ will overlap a bit. They rarely do 3 at a time like this, so I'm surprised they started NYC early (or really, that OC is so long). I'm getting tired of the brother/sister feud storyline on NJ - it's like the Danielle storyline of Season 2 - nothing ever happens, but everyone just talks about it, and drags on and on and on. I'm looking forward to the blowup next week though! haha --- I did like the wedding this week though - very well done. I'm loving the new girls on NYC! Carol is a wild lady and very funny to me. I also like Aviva - she seems to be the one with most airtime so far. I like Heather's husband - but I don't think I'll like her kids after seeing that little clip of them mishaving at dinner - what a handful! Ramona is just BSC - I love her, but I was on Team Luann in their argument at Central Park. Ramona just doesn't shut up and she's putting it on for the cameras - like when she randomly started talking about her nails when arguing with Luann

I actually love the Season 5 cast photo - that looks good. Even Sonja looks great in her opening. I'm just not a fan of the black and gold - isn't very NYC chic to me - looks tacky, like Atlantic City or Las Vegas. Especially the graphics during the show - when they introduce someone's name - the black and gold skyline is so bad. Do you have a still of that? Nothing will beat Miami for worst graphics and opening though - LOL!

I just caught up on my Housewives! NJ: The "gay episode" was pretty good - but really sad that Jamie's entire family wasn't there to celebrate. At least his mom was there. And Teresa, but not Dina? I'm hoping they had a separate ceremony without cameras where the entire family could be there. I just love Kathy's kids! OC: WTF was wrong with Vicki??? Now it's ok for her to throw out words like 'anus', 'dildo' and 'dick'.... but when Tamra does it back in Orange County, she runs away like a prude little girl? Crazy Vicki. I'm probably in the minority, but I actually like Alexis and I really think she's a good mom. Can she be a little over the top? Yes, but it's usually endearing and she doesn't have a mean bone in her body. NYC: I'm really enjoying the new girls! I thought it was funny watching Heather and Ramona out-do each other with the constant rambling and talking over each other. I also thought it was hilarious when Heather thought it was pathetic that Ramona was happy to be on that free/cheap magazine. I'm starting to see how these women might be slightly above Ramona and Sonja. R/S are starting to look more like OC's Tamra and Gretchen -- and the new girls are more like the BH housewives (if that makes sense). I have to say though - I appreciate the effort bc it shows that they tried to completely revamp the show - but the NYC graphics are HORRIBLE now. Very tacky and cheap looking. The idea is good but the gold and font just looks tacky. Seems more fitting for Atlantic City - not NYC. That big NYC logo is bad.

Well Kim is a success. Her last episode of Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding earned over 2 million viewers - getting higher than average OC episodes. Guess she'll get another season like Bethenny? I'm Team Melissa all the way --- she totally owned Teresa in that argument/fight at the 'third eye' party. Melissa did nothing wrong and Teresa couldn't even back up her stupid arguments. I love Kathy and her family! I can't believe we're getting all this Ashley crap, but otherwise Jaci wouldn't have much to do I suppose... other than being Teresa's friend, which we know how that turns out. I wonder if they could focus on Jaci's other kids, or are they still too young?

There is huge drama about this --- Eddie and LeAnn are working hard to make sure Brandi doesn't get what she wants... but Bravo loves her.
