Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Those reports... I'm pretty confident Rinna and Brabdi have filmed together. And there's def a RHONY without Sonja. And Luann did get paid.

She loves being a star in the way one should. She's always wanted it, worked for it, and got it. But she's working on keeping it. She has fun being famous and that's rare. The dancing at award shows, the glee of meeting idols. I love it. A lot of country stations are playing her new song despite it being country and if not they are still talking about her in a positive light. She never said for country to go eff itself - at all. It's not tho. The song is literally about how everyone has something to say about you and not caring. Just be you and do your thing. Literally, shake it off. It's not all that deep or complex and isn't presented as such. Those songs won't sell. They won't chart. All to well, the lucky one, and Ronan are her best songs. All to well got known cuz fans pushed it but it was never a single despite getting radio play she bring performed at the Grammys.

Hot pants are in. It was a bold choice fir her. She's doing this 1980s pop thing right now and I see why she went with it. It's bonkers and what better place than the vmas? I hope she has shoulder pads at the Grammys tbh. It was ugly for the record. And she sidnt pull it off. But she had fun so you do you. Haters gonna hate.

Watched the end of rhonj before below deck, man it sucked. Dina seems totally pointless, Teresa is as phony as ever, Melissa is boring, all the new girls were just trying too hard.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Boring part one tbh. Crazy lady is crazy. Tamra is a lying liar who lies. Vicki is fronting so hard it's painful to watch. Lizzie was irrelevant. Heather was flawless. Re the kicking Shannon out, she did kick her out - but she did it in one of the nicest ways I've ever seen. Crazy lady is lucky she was even invited in because she was legit insane that night and she's obsessed with being kicked out. It's sad and pathetic and amusing. That's literally the only interesting conversation from part 1. No shocker there. At all.

Oh Nancy! I love this girl. She just really jumped I to bed with the twins father as quick as she could. So messy girl! I love her and Darren. And her and Robbie. And her and Robbie's dad. Who's the girl that has Finns baby? Sienna is crazy and I am loving it.

I loved Sam and Danny when I started watching, and I started around dec/jan. However, by the John Paul kiss and prison story I was over Danny and by the Cameron reveal over Sam. Sam was a great character that quickly became not great. I don't miss them and I don't think they should have lived, but I was shocked that they both died. I loved that it was sudden and unexpected and that them and Leela were not on hood terms because that's joe life is sometimes. The fallout has been great. Grace. I don't like or hate her. She's just there. This baby story is a bore. Maybe it's because I have no history on the show at all but Cindy is annoying. I don't know who this ghost is nor do I care. I like holly and hate her at the same time. But I just hate Cindy. The actors who play JP/Ste have a really good natural chem. I think they work better as friends but I am open to seeing where it goes. I just got to Maxine and Patricks return. I'm really into this story since the wedding. And tony is the sexiest. Then ziggy. Darren is cute tho. I love Darren and nancy.

I don't think Taylor is eying to represent herself as this weeping willow innocent victim. But like - John Mayer and joe Jonas did her wrong. That's not her playing a victim role. It's her being honest. We don't know a lot about her relationship with Jake but she wrote all too well about him and she's not a victim nor is he seen as a bad guy. It's just a failed relationship. Furthermore she made herself the bad guy in her songs about Taylor L from twilight. The media play her as a wronged victim but she can't control that, because that isn't represented in lol her songs. Toups, I am a bit more than a. Casual fan but I'm not a die hard. I know about her personal life, I like her singles, and a few swift super fans have turned me onto the Joni Mitchell song and all too well. I really respect her as an artist and a person and her ability to genre hop is truly rare as is her ability to speak so honestly through her music. Plus I love a girl who doesn't play by the industry or society rules.

Hollyoaks: Discussion Thread
I watched this entire year this month and... Let's start with that little butch perri. I wish she was in the car and had died. She's a whinny spoiled little brat and I don't even feel for all she's going through because she's insufferable and needs to be beat. Yeah I said it. Now Lela, in the other hand, is perfection. I am in love with her. I loved the parents and was shocked when they both died. Teegan is an interesting character but they don't seem to know what to do with her since the fraiser story. Fraiser black. Fantastic character. Great death. Mercedes, Freddie, Lindsay, etc all really work well in this story together. I love the entire roscoe family. I forget the eldest brothers name but he and Linds are good. Linds and Freddie are good. Freddie and Mercedes are great fun. I am obsessed with Robbie and nancy. The other twins body issue storyline is interesting. The mom can go tho. Ziggy is so hot and I love him and Leela. John Paul's rape is a good story. I like while it's gone on for 8 months it doesn't feel dragged out cuz we had so many other stories with him and then his time in jail. It was nice that he finally told Ste about it. I like him and ste a lot. John Paul is one of my favorites actually. I expected to be obsessed with the entire McQueen family but they all can go except for John Paul and Queencedes. I have zero interest in this crazy woman dating a ghost and her annoying teenage daughter. The domestic abuse story was boring. I really like the girl tho, Maxine? The actress is good. The man abusing her is a good actor and an interesting character but I don't really know a lot about him other than he's the father if those twins who clearly think twincest is best. The twin girls daughter is annoying. This whole family is creepy sexual tho. Sinead. Jesus this character is insufferable. It takes me a lot to not feel for a character when their baby dies but her? I was hoping it's leading to her killing herself. Then they go and pair her with the sexiest man on the show tony? I was pissed tho I hate his wife who's her mom I think. Her brother Finn also needs to die. And then she sleeps with ste? Jesus I hate her. So. Much.

Trying to shame a woman for woman doesn't go with you being all for it though. Not at all. She's a songwriter and a singer. Should she make up songs about unicorns and write about Wall Street? No. She writes her emotions, and shocker - in her early twenties most of her emotions come from dating and relationships. Good, bad, sexual or platonic. You talk about her like she's this evil, malicious villain. Maybe she's not pretending to be an innocent ingenue? Maybe what the media makes her out to be doesn't change who she is? Go after her for whatever lack of talent you see. That's fine. Butdont claim to be all for sleeping around then try to south shame a girl for doing it and talking about it. Exactly. This is nothing new. Men and women have been doing it forever and will forever. Some artists just have a way of connecting with a huge, wide range of people by singing and writing about very relatable issues and relationships. Swift is one of them.

She's a whore? How disgusting. She's a girl who dates a lot. She may or may not sleep with some, all or none of them. She's single and successful so I say you go girl. Date around. Sleep around. Good. For. You.

I just don't feel bad for Vicki. I mean this monster is sleeping with a man who encouraged another man to beat Vicki's daughter. And she blindly, devotedly supported him. Go on ahead Bri and get as far as away from that piece if trash mother if yours! Sane to Ryan. Run as far as you can from Tamra. Tahead cane off the wurst this season, along with Shannon who'll forever and rightfully be labeled as insane. Vicki is a draw. She tried to sell this act of being somewhat sane and normal but we all know it's an act. Heather came off good with a few missteps. As did Lizzie. I think next season will be heather, Shannon, Lizzie if she wants, Vicki or Tanra - depending on if Vicki wants yo return, and a new wife. I just can't believe how boring the finale was given the great season. It also felt like it was filmed much, much after their vacation. Like months later. Perhaps after the show even started airing honestly.

Yes to this. I can't with the crazy lady still going on about being kicked out of heathers house. That was the politest kick out I've ever seen not to mention more than deserved. She's lucky she even got invited in.

It felt like they did a flash forward tbh. I wouldn't say it failed tho. Viewers in large part just flat out hate her bow bit love to hate anymore. But heather didn't play into it and Vicki was over it by the time they were home.

Of course Lisa forgave Brandi. They are far more similar than all the Lisa stans would like to admit, because Lisa is great at her classy rich bitch persona. they are all signed onto the same show and it takes a particular type of person to keep coming back after more than one season. That rhoc finale was the most boring, pointless episode of the season.

Love it! Artists like her shouldn't have to pick a genre. No artist should have to remain in one genre. You can hear her country influence in this at parts.

Vulture always the best RHONY recap, and this part was so spot on- "This is not necessarily behavior that is unique to Aviva, but what I find to be especially loathsome about her is that there is there is no philosophy or guiding principle behind what she does. She is just doing it to win in some vague way. She is doing it so that she will look good (question mark) and be right and be on a reality show. That is her only drive, and it is crass and craven. There were two truly telling parts of the reunion last night that had nothing to do with Aviva’s leg (which I will only discuss to say that it was totally planned and rehearsed, and no matter what she says, she scripted the m—er f—er out of it). The first was when she attacked Heather for talking like she’s “from prison” or “from the ghetto.” What Heather was really doing was swearing. Heather has a bit of swag that might come off like she’s trying to be hip-hop, but it’s really hip-hop in the way that it has been appropriated by white people for the better part of the last decade. She’s not trying to be “street,” she’s trying to be modern; and that modernity, for better or worse, contains more than a smidgen of black culture. Heather is not trying to fool anyone into thinking she’s from Compton (though Copiague is no Lindenhurst or Massapequa Park). What Aviva is really accusing her of is swearing and pretending like she’s over it. But then, when discussing the leg toss, she says she felt, “Well, F word this S word.” Now, does that mean Aviva thinks she’s street? How does she accuse someone of something in one breath and then do it the next? Because she is awful. The second thing was when Ramona asked her a very appropriate and very insightful question. Ramona asked her how Aviva can be so nice and so vile at the same time. Basically, what Ramona was saying was that Aviva was nice to Ramona and then turned on her. Then she was nice to Carole and Heather and turned on them. If she has done this twice, what can we see in the pattern of how she treats people? Well, all Aviva heard was the word vile, and then she said, “The conversation ended when you called me a name.” This is after she has spent the last three hours calling people all sorts of names or somehow impugning their character in different ways, but then when someone calls her a name, oh, the conversation is off. The only reason she ended it is because this conversation would entail her to have some sort of insight into herself and how she thinks and acts towards other people. I would hate to say that Aviva is incapable of doing that, because I would hate to think that any human is incapable of looking at herself and her behaviors and accounting for them. I just think that Aviva has no interest in doing it. There is no good explanation for why she behaves like she does. She has no real reason, and if she had actually answered Ramona’s question, the answer would have been found lacking. Instead of saying all that, she just deflects the question on a point of order." http://www.vulture.com/2014/08/real-housewives-of-new-york-city-recap-season-6-reunion-3.html

I'd say the if wines this season in terms of adding to the season would be heather, Shannon, Tamra, Lizzie, Vicki.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Heather has made this season. Not alone, but it was built around her. Her issues with Vicki/Tamra (or theirs with her really) is what lead into Shannon being obsessed and hating her. It was her Bali trip, her Hawaii trip. She was absolutely the star and everyone was so convinced early on it was all about her as a villain but that wasn't the case at all. Her calling Tamra out in private was a good scene and Tamra was being redic, as usual. I also love how on the flip side she called Lizzie out in front of everyone on the comment she did make. She's also the only rational one who understands the truth isn't coming from either side here it's a bunch of she said, she said manipulative and vindictive [!@#$%^&*] talking from all around. Shannon is a great addition, as is Lizzie. Vicki or Tamra need to go. They had no reason to spill before. Lizzie came into this show and got to know people and when she saw tamras true colors she called it out.
