And I can't stop thinking about how Margo Channing's husband in All About Eve was also called Bill. Maybe there isn't a connection... maybe there is. I just love it.

P.S. I'm seeing so many people saying they are back watching after these past episodes. MVJ and her team need to take notice of these things. Hayley is fire and she needs to be front and center. I hope we see a huge ratings increase. Crossing my fingers!

God this show looks 1 million times better now. Bradley Bell needs to retire. It's a shame to have this studio and production for his drivel. THEY DESERVE F-CKING BETTER.

The sudden excitement this Hayley twist triggered... proves how much potential this character and actress have. The entire soap world is talking about it. She is the moment. And I hope they do good things with this opportunity. Just think about it... MG/Hayley could be a legend in 10 years... and we all will remember how she began and how some people were underestimating her. I believe MG is capable. MORE THAN capable. My gut tells me Hayley is one to watch. ❤️

I can't help but wonder... how much more incredible story we could have seen if Bill Bell had been 10-20 years younger and had kept writing the show for years to come. He handed over the reins to Bradley... just when Bold was reaching its peak... It was a show in perfect condition. And we all know what Bradley did with it. 1994 was a very hard year to swallow after 1992-1993.

Just when I was ready to give up... they pulled me back in. That's the way to do it. Fingers crossed the ratings sizzle. Daytime needs to heat up. And then in a year or two... we NEED to see a reboot of AMC or a brand new soap altogether.

Hayley is closely following the "All About Eve" playbook of manipulation and opportunism. She spins a sob story about her struggles and acts like a pitiful, lonely orphan. Once she gets taken in by the sympathetic rich folks, she starts leeching her way deeper into their lives and home. Naomi opened the door, everyone else greeted her, but she ended up in Bill's bed. Now she’ll push her scheme even further. What’s her endgame? Who knows... If done right, these characters are layered and complex. They’re not just one-dimensional villains. Way more than Leslie and her shtick. I just hope they stick to the long game. P.S. I give them credit for taking their time with this. From day one, it was clear to me that Hayley was one of the most crucial characters. She was the ultimate wannabe, a dark cloud coming into town, triggering chaos and destruction. Positioning her in centre of drama in the first five episodes signaled to me that MVJ has a VERY big plan for her. That's why I was beginning to get restless in waiting. But they didn’t let me down.

I pity Taylor. She went from... stalking her ex and agreeing to be his second choice... to now... getting entangled with a serial killer's husband. You could almost see it... that when Sheila starts tormenting her... (the scenes with Kimberlin Brown overacting and saying "STAY AWAY FROM HIM. STAY AWAY FROM MY HUSBAND.") Ridge would have to run to rescue her... which would put Bridge in turmoil again. Brad, you are predictable hon.

Deke has been very bland and forgettable... like a male Electra. That psycho stalker sure has a type. The actor? Meh. Average. But too good for this show. Never forget that... Bradley Bell IS SIMPLY INCAPABLE of crafting new characters anymore. I fully expect Deke to be written off in a couple of months. Perhaps a ridiculous plot with him and the psycho will be tossed in here and there. We'll see. But let's be real, this was all orchestrated so Bold can have the 10 news articles about how they’re so progressive... a pro-gay show now. LOL Just wait, in a year it’ll be about Ridge dumping Brooke because she clogged the toilet, and he just can’t get over it. Hashtag-trash.
