What a load of crap! Not to mention incredibly hypocritical, since I don't think he has any children himself.....

The practice "is a denial of fatherhood and motherhood and diminishes us, takes away our humanity", he added.
Funny that he should feel this way about having pets instead of children, but be perfectly ok with the practice of chastity for Catholic monks and nuns..... Does that make them lose a part of their humanity as well?

For what it's worth, I actually agree with him on that. It shouldn't take that long. Either he has a valid visa and a valid medical exemption or he doesn't. A six hour detention like that is ridiculous.

And does anyone believe that this medical exemption would have been granted if the player had been some unknown qualifier from Austria named Faber Gstrein.... or anyone else not named Novak Djokovic?

Hmm, medical exemption.....
I can't help but wonder about this. It could be legitimate, but it could also be an easy way out for the organizers to avoid banning the #1 player in the world from participating.
