  1. For me, the two that hold up the best in repeat viewing are Knots Landing and Melore Place. I still get totally invested in the story about Val's twins and Abby's first few years clawing her way to the top. I still get chills when Kimberly returned from the dead, and Sydney was up to her antics. I watched and enjoyed many of the soaps talked about in this thread, but those two stand out. I wish TPTB would put out more Knots on DVD.
  2. Big Screen- Land of Women, which was okay. Small screen- Imaginary Heroes which was excellent. Tragic, very deep, Sigourney Weaver is excellent. It's also very funny.
  3. I just watched This Film is Not Yet Rated. The fact that the director hired private investigators to uncover the hidden members of the MPAA ratings baord, and then the appeals board, was kind of shocking to me. They are shown and named, and it is very interesting, I kind of knew the topics being talked about in the film, but I had no idea he would take it that far. It was fascinating.
  4. Serenity. It was pretty good, and I bought the DVD of the show Firefly. I really enjoy that one too (had not seen it before I went to the movie).
