I love that the 1,000th post in this thread was that wonderful news ;-) very symbolic, as B2ST has to be my all time fave and the group we most discussed once upon a time! That's so cool they released a new album; I am feeling the Guess Who track a lot! Is there a Korean version? I always like comparing the two. I need to listen to all the tracks but so far I'm also loving Stay Forever Young (most of those songs/vids have been on YouTube for awhile...guess I've been out of loop? LOL)

I can't with them bringing bum ass Mandy back! I've NEVER liked her since the recast. Both the actress and character are horrible and I don't like her & Lip's relationship

 

Lip is an alcoholic! I'm really liking the cinematography choices for his character this season and despite my dislike of him, I really think the actor is doing a great job

 

 At Fiona/Shawn. I was actually excited with the Gus/Fiona divorce developments until Shawn came and extinguished all the fire that was ensuing. He is a complete buzz kill and does nothing for me!

 

Oh, I loved how they wrapped up the Carl gang member life crisis and it was really great how they brought Fiona/V/Kev into it at the end. I didn't get the point of the guy taking Carl and Shawn's clothes though? WTF was he going to do with Carl's clothes...lol

 

Carl and the girl from school are very cute. Love how they lost their virginities! LOL. Carl/Ian/Lip condom scene was awesome

 

OMG. Frank doing Carl's runs was so wrong. Rick Fox's guest role was pretty funny and I loved the cocaine binge sequence...LOL

 

It's really unrealistic how Frank's ass hasn't been killed on the spot yet by the drug dealers. How did they not catch him and stomp him out the first time??

 

V & Svetlana possibly getting married...WTF?? NO. Why is so much energy put into the Svetlana character? SMH

 

WTF at the random quick pregnancy fetish guy who was creeping around Debbie. WTF??? That story literally lasted about 3 scenes and it was really awkward

 

The commune story now...WTF??? I don't care for any of it

 

"I'm bipolar" "I'm HIV positive" scene really caught me off guard! Was not expecting that at all and it was really well done

Yes. Me & my friends caved & got tickets to her Rose Bowl show. Formation is too good and I need to see it live. I need to familiarize myself more w/Beyonces music bc I've never been too much of a stan for her til recently. I get it now, she's queen. LOL

I'll see what everyone else has to say about this latest ep. I just found myself wondering "Why am I watching this?" I think the quality has reduced significantly, and it's just extra racist and offensive this season. As per usual there are very bright spots sprinkled throughout (Ian/Caleb won me over this last round; I enjoyed the church family angle & how it was handled. Also in last weeks episode there was a really sweet line by Frank during Debbie's ultrasound appointment that caught me off guard.)

Saw last weeks episode....anyone else think this show looks really cheap lately? In earlier seasons it had such a distinct, dynamic look. These days a lot of the scenes look really amateurish, almost student film looking. Very indie. It's clear they shoot really fast

 

I'm glad Ian is seeing a new side to what love can be too, but I'm still finding him & his new guy REALLY boring!

 

The Debbie story is disgusting!

 

I find this season to be a bust overall so far. The spark is completely gone!

I agree about Svetlena; why on earth is she still on? Talk about useless!

 

I find it really disturbing how every woman Frank encounters & put in story with these days is sick, vulnerable and taken advantage of by him. Disgusting.

 

Him encouraging Debbie to be a Thot Predator is beyond gross and I can't believe Debbie is going through with pursuing this grown ass man! Also did they cut some scenes?

 

I'm shocked they actually went through with phasing out the Gallagher home. How could they do that?! It's been the main landmark of the show since the beginning. I really wonder what the story behind this is behind the scenes. It's going to be weird not to see it anymore. I liked Fiona taking one last look inside the house, but it would've been even better if there were flashbacks and if she'd gone upstairs as well.

 

LMAO! Tony the cop from the earlier seasons is gay? How random! I remember really pulling for him & Fiona to work. I didn't like his line about Fiona turning him gay.

 

Not interested in Ian & his new guy. I already see it being REALLY kinda boring! I don't want to see Ian get watered down. I personally prefer slut Ian. Sorry. LOL.

 

Good for Amanda returning and sabotaging Lip like that. I loved it.

 

Just...no comment on the Carl stuff and the random Myanmar refugees. I can already see what's coming and it's horrible. I did really enjoy V ripping into Carl.

 

OMG. They forgot all about Chuckie. Where is his ass going to go?  LOL

I loved the song/beat & lyrics! "I work hard & I want all you women to do the same. And I love my daughters afro & husband's nose" + The statements she made regarding Katrina & police brutality were powerful. Oh and she even tackled the illuminati rumors. I just love it! LOL

Saw the latest episode...pretty boring. 

 

Was the guy Frank found for Debbie supposed to be like cute ? Or some kind of hot dad?...LOL. I thought he was average at best. Why did Debbie instantly go with the deal when she saw him? I'm so confused and bothered by this whole story.

 

Why do the gay firefighters have a separate shift from the straight ones? Is that a thing? I wasn't sure how to feel about that. I found the whole thing a bit much and way too convenient for Ian. It was ridiculous! I guess Ian is going to seduce the married firefighter somehow?

 

Sean admitting to being a murderer right in front of Fiona & her still accepting him? Wow!

 

The last scene was very well done with Fiona losing the house bid. Damn.

I agree overall that was a really great episode. The progression of the Ian scenes was wonderful. Was that last scene supposed to mean he fell for the paramedic? LOL

 

  GUS  OMG. He is sooo hot. Is it just me you guys? I was so happy to see him back. It's too bad he trimmed his beard. It sucks this was probably the last time we'll ever see him though, as they went and RUINED his character with The F Word song. Damnit! I was hoping him & Fiona would get a second chance.

 

But, Fiona is "f-cking" in love with Sean? A druggie? OK. Whatever. I can't stand Sean and what he does to Fiona. Also he looks half asleep in all his scenes

 

I agree, with all the mentions Fiona is making about how not too far along she is, I'm almost positive it will indeed be too far and she'll have to stay pregnant.

 

The reaction shot of Fiona when Frank said Monica never wanted her stood out to me too, and I wish that moment had been a bit elongated. 

 

The Carl scenes were once again unbearable. Is this show serious? Now the principal and teachers are buying guns from him? That is [!@#$%^&*] vile and not funny. The mock cafeteria shootout scene rubbed me the wrong way. The dialogue is absolutely atrocious, and I can't believe they had Carl say the N word again (referring to himself as one). WTF???? I can't w/this blatantly racist story. I do like that the girl he's crushing on is different and wants to see better in him; there appears to be some sort of underlying positive message here after all which I appreciate. Hope it continues.

 

I wish V & Kev had a better story right now bc I'm not feeling this current one which is mostly filler. I'd rather see them dealing w/nursing their babies not this loud ass ham guy.

Tonights episode...disgusting

 

Carl selling guns at school is the biggest WTF. I was disturbed and offended by those scenes. Just NO. I also cannot get over the racist dialogue and undertones in all of his scenes. It's even spread to other characters like useless Svetlana who referred to Carls partner as "scary colored person" or something like that. It's just wrong and not comfortable to watch at all. This sh-t is horrible. What's most baffling is the tone...the upbeat rap/rock music, the cinematography, etc...all seems to indicate that these writers/producers are playing this off as hip, cool, "haha" funny. 

 

I appreciated some of the Debbie/Fiona scenes and where they were going, but the flour angle was absolutely unnecessary and came off mindless to me. Debbie freaking out when she left it on the train  I mean I get it, but, no.

 

Fiona being pregnant really caught me by surprise. That came out of nowhere! This show is sooo messy

 

When Debbie and Fiona were fighting in the grass, was that supposed to mean something more, like did they both lose their babies right there? Or could they have? By no means was that hinted at at all but I wondered. Fiona preceded to have unprotected sex with doped up Sean in the next scene which had me even more perplexed

 

Ian is soo annoying to watch this season. What on earth have they done with him? What a huge mistake turning him into a Monica bot. 

 

Fiona needs to fire every last one of those obnoxious people working at the diner if she continues to work there. I can't with those jealous hags always taunting her and talking back. And the chef dude who can't even cook his food the right temperature? Sh-ts out of control!

 

The Frank scenes were garbage. I'm not here for stories that back handedly make fun of and dismiss cancer. And the scene of him pretty much murdering that poor woman on the train tracks while trying to get her to have sex with him & do drugs was [!@#$%^&*] sick

 

Thank god for Kev and his body, tho. Thank God. Him & V are refreshing and the only saving grace, though their "story" isn't much.

 

This show continues to go downhill!

I don't watch this show anymore, LOL, but shout out to my friend Mell Bowser -- he was in the latest ep!!

   So wonderful for her. Sometimes I forget she's over 40 damn years old. It's soo weird to me she'll be playing a Mom to two teenagers still, she looks so youthful to me ;-) Anyways, get it girl! I'll be tuning in!

I don't listen to or observe Beyonce too often. Or watch this show. But I saw this clip (she appears towards the end) & every last one of my follicles were snatched from the root !
