An emotional day in Springfield.............




Day Care:



Lis stares in shock.
The little girl is laughing.
The other kids keep calling to the little girl, "Sarah! Your it!"
Liz is complete shock.
The little girl even looks like her Sarah.
The children all run inside.
Liz stands at the gate, "Wait! Wait!"
One of the women in charge walks over, "Can I help you miss?"
Liz nods, "That little girl! Sarah! She's.... where are her parents?"
The lady sighs, "There are three Sarah's here sweetheart. One of them belongs to the Samson family, other belongs to one of the other employees."
Liz is out of breathe, "But three!"
The woman nods, "Oh yes and the third Sarah belongs to me. Which one were you talking about."
Liz looks down, "Nothing. I just... I can't.... I don't feel good. For a minute I thought...."
Ms. Willis walks back out, "Liz? Are you okay?"
She doesn't know what to answer.




Cemetary:



Michelle walks through the cemetary.
She walks over to her mother's grave.
Michelle sits by it, "Oh Mom! I wish you were here now. I mean I always wish you were here. But right now.... I could really use you!"
Michelle cries, "You see.... everything is falling a part. Robbie and Hope are devestated. This divorce is so horrible. I hate it! I love Danny and he loves me. But we just can't seem to make it work. I hate what is happening to us. But I know in my heart that we will be back together. But I hate what will happen to Marina. Oh God! Is there sign you can give me?"
Michelle stares sits her flowers down.
The wind starts to pick up.
A flowers starts to fly away.
Michelle goes after it.
She chases it around and it falls in front of another grave.
She looks at it, 'Tony Santos'.
Michelle stares. She never forgave herself for what happened to Tony.
Just then she sees Danny standing a few feet away.




Carriage House:



Blake is in her livingroom.
There is a knock at the door.
A part of Blake hopes that it is Remy.
She runs to the door and answers.

Dinah is standing there, "Blake we need to talk."
Blake sighs, "Hi Dinah."
Dinah walks past her, "It's important."
Blake scoffs, "Walk right on in I guess."
Dinah stops for a minute, "Wow. I haven't been here in a.... a long time."
Blake nods, "Yeah. It's different without your father. But you know Clarissa and I are having a good time. And Jason and Kevin have been over a lot."
Dinah is reminded of why she came over, "Yeah. We need to talk about that."
Blake gets nervous, "What? Your father? Why? Did you talk to Remy?"
Dinah shakes her head, "No why?"
Blake looks down, "Never mind."
Dinah changes the subject, "Okay let's not worry.... I need to tell you. It's about Rocky Cooper."
Blake nods, "Is he okay?"
Dinah sighs, "He's fine Blake. But Mallet has gotten a tip on who attakced him and I think you should know."
Blake is confused, "Who Dinah?"
Dinah sighs, "Blake.... Kevin. It was Kevin."
Blake is speechless.



Road:



Kevin is driving on the road.
He ran off from Maureen and Jason.
He thinks to himself, "Why are they doing this? The two people I trust have turned on me?"
He keeps driving.
Kevin freaks when he hears sirnes.
He thinks about pushing on the gas. Or jumping out and making a run for it.
But Kevin pulls the car to the side of the road.

Mallet turns out to be the cop.
Kevin sighs, "Mallet. Hi Sorry was I speeding?"
Mallet nods, "Yeah. But I'm a detective. I was looking for you."
Kevin is nervous, "Oh yeah. What for?"
Mallet sighs, "Kevin I'm sorry but you are under arrest."
Kevin scoffs, "For what?"
He sighs, "The attack on Rocky Cooper. Kevin Marler you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law...."
Mallet reads Kevin his rights.



Reva Bend:




Reva sits with Marah, "You got a rose too?"
Marah nods, "Yeah. I thought it was from Jeffrey at first. But then I thought it was from a secret admirer. But now...."
Reva nods, "It was Annie."
Shayne sighs, "Oh God! Why is this happening now? I mean we haven't seen or heard from Annie in years and now we are dealing with all of this all over again."
Josh nods, "But we are a family and we will get through this together."
Reva looks at her children, "I know this is going to be difficult. But we need to be prepared. She has already used roses as messages for me and for Marah. We don't know what she'll do next."
Shayne sits up, "Okay I'm confused. How do you know that these roses are from Annie?"
Reva turns to him, "Who else could it be?"
He nods, "Okay. But what do they mean? I mean they don't seem threatening to me. Marah said she thought they were a gift."
Marah shakes her head, "Shayne I don't get what your saying."
Shayne sighs, "I just don't know if Annie is as bad as we think?"
The family can't believe the words that are coming out of Shayne's mouth about Annie.



Cross Creek:



Billy and Vanessa sit with the baby.
Bill walks in, "How is my little guy?"
Vanessa smiles, "Oh he's just to precious."
Billy laughs, "He tough. Just like his Daddy, His Grandpa, and his Great Grandpa HB."
Bill smiles, "It's nice to see you two with him. I'm glad that I'm able to give him this nice home."
Vanessa gets up and hugs her Son, "How did things go with Olivia?"
Bill sighs, "I think I'm gonna have to fight dirty."
Billy nods, "Well you know we can help you? We'll do whaterver we have to in order to protect you and your son."
Bill hugs his Dad, "Thank I appreciate that."
The three are standing together when the doorbell rings.
Vanessa answers.

Cassandra walks in, "Hello Lewises."
She walks right past them.
Bill walks to her, "What are you doing?"
She grins, "Oh Bill. You will soon see."
The family gets nervous.

PART TWO:

Cemetary:
Michelle looks up and Danny, "What are you doing here?"
Danny sighs, "I don't know. I guess I just felt like seeing Tony's grave."
Michelle nods, "Yeah. Tony. I miss him so much."
Danny sits with her, "Me too."
She sighs, "It's horrible. If only I had chose you in the first place... Tony would still be with us."
Danny turns to her, "Don't say that Michelle. It's not your fault that Tony died. You know that right?"
She takes a deep breathe, "Danny. I'm trying to tell you. The last time we broke up we ended up getting back together and look what happened."
He is confused, "What are you trying to say?"
She shakes her head, "Who are we fooling Danny? It's only a matter of time before we end up back together. But who is going to get hurt this time? I don't know who but someone is."
He shakes his head, "No. Okay you need to drop this."
She looks at him, "What about Marina? Do you want her to get hurt?"
Danny gets up, "I have to get out of here."
She calls to him, "Danny! You are the love of my life. That will never change. I don't want anyone to get hurt this time. Please don't make the same mistake that I made."
Danny pretends like he doesn't here her and keeps walking.

Reva Bend:
Josh turns to Shayne, "What are you saying Son?"
Shayne sighs, "I don't know. I mean maybe Annie is better now? We don't know we haven't actually seen her."
Reva is shocked, "Shayne you can't be serious. It's Annie Dutton, can you remember all of the horrible things she did?"
He nods, "But maybe she has changed. Everyone makes mistakes. I'm not trying to excuse it but maybe she isn't dangerous."
Marah looks at him, "But what about the roses?"
Shayne turns to her, "What does that mean? It sounds like a gift to me. Maybe a peace offering? I don't know but it not like she left a dead animal inside of your car!"
Josh is confused, "What brought this on Shayne?"
He sighs, "In the peace corps. I learned so much. I just think that we shouldn't just jump to conclusions. Maybe here her out first?"
Reva shakes her head, "Shayne. I know you want to see the good in people. That is one of the things I love about you. But you need to remember that she is dangerous and you can't trust her."
He gets up, "I know Mom! I'm not saying that I trust her or anything! I don't love her. But I don't want us to be held back by this! I want our family to be happy."
Josh gets up and hugs his son.
The four of them agree to not go looking for trouble.

Cross Creek:
Bill walks over to Cassandra, "What the hell are you doing here? This is our home and you can't just walk in?"
Vanessa stands up, "You are not welcome here."
Cassandra laughs, "Oh you people are adorable. But this is a lot more complicated than any of you realize."
Billy walks over, "What is this about?"
She hands them some papers, "A few years ago Phillip took Cross Creek. He left it to Olivia. Then Olivia sold it to me in exchange for my half of the Beacon."
Bill is confused, "What are you talking about? You sold it to Josh who gave to Reva who gave it to my parents."
She shakes her head, "Apparently the papers didn't go through properly. And Cross Creek wasn't Josh's. Which also means that this house wasn't Reva's. And this Cabin doesn't not belong to any of you."
Vanessa looks at the papers, "Oh my God!"
Billy is in shock, "Wait. Are you saying?"
Bill walks towards her, "You mean this house...."
Cassandra corrects him, "No no..... my house!"
The Lewises stare in shock.

Day Care:
Ms. Willis walks over to Liz, "Are you okay?"
Liz nods, "Yeah, I'm fine thank you."
She sighs, "I don't know you look pale. I mean are you sick? Do you have anything at all?"
Liz shakes her head, "No. No. Well I was sick a while ago but I'm much better now. Thank you."
Ms. Willis sighs, "Are you sure?"
Liz sits on a bench, "Yes. I'm fine. I just thought I saw something that I could not have possibley seen."
She sits next to her, "Do you want to talk about it? I mean I know we just met but I'm a good listener."
Liz shakes her head, "I don't want to talk about. I just.... I'm trying to move past these things you know?"
Ms. Willis nods, "Sorry. I shouldn't have asked. I just hope you are okay. You seem very odd."
Liz gets up, "I'm fine. I need to go."
Liz rushes away.
The little girl stares out the window as she walks down the sidewalk.

Carriage House:
Blake stares at Dinah, "How the hell could you make up some horrible stupid lie like that about your brother?"
Dinah shakes her head, "It's true Blake. I didn't want to believe it myself but I think we need to look at this and understand that it is serious and that Kevin is responsible."
Blake turns to her, "What the hell are you talking about?"
Dinah sighs, "Blake.... the night of the fire, Kevin wasn't with you."
Blake nods, "He was with your sister Maureen!"
Dinah shakes her head, "No. Maureen said that Kevin left her alone that night. And he didn't show up at the house until hours later."
Blake scoffs, "What the hell are you saying? Are you saying he went out to go find Rocky and attack him?"
Dinah sighs, "No! But I think maybe he saw Rocky and maybe he.... I don't know. I didn't think Kevin was that kind of person..."
Blake gets angry, "He is not! He is a great man just like his father. He would never hurt anyone, especially over somthing like....."
Dinah takes a deep breathe, "Maybe Kevin just wanted to show how tough he was or take out some anger I don't know. But the police are calling this a hate crime."
Blake cries, "Oh my God! What is happening?"
Blake starts crying.
Dinah tries to comfort her.



Police Station:


Mallet walks Kevin inside.
Jason and Maureen run in.
Maureen follows them, "Kevin I'm so sorry. I didn't want it happen this way at all I'm so sorry."
Kevin scoffs, "But you did want it happen. You wanted me to get arrested. Now you don't have to be with me anymore."
Maureen cries, "No that is not true Kevin."
Jason turns to her, "You don't have to apoligize to him."
Kevin laughs, "Oh this is great! Now Kevin gets to swoop in and save the day for Maureen."
Jason shakes his head, "You brought all of this on yourself."
Kevin nods, "Congratulations brother. You got what you wanted. Now I might be out of the picture and you get Maureen all to yourself."
Mallet takes Kevin to the other room.
Maureen turns to Jason, "What did I do! What have I done!"
Jason lets Maureen cry in his arms.
