It's so quiet in here I almost feel like tiptoeing in so I won't disturb anyone. At least we know for sure that Tracy is on this week. We've had very few Tracy-empty weeks since October, but they are extremely long. Looking back how did we ever manage 5 months with no LuNacy and practically no Tracy? Anyway, another round of Holly spoilers this morning - ES will be here at least 13 weeks (which will be well after TG leaves for vacation so I don't think we need to worry about LuNacy) and she knows Sam's father (and possibly that whomever it turns out to be IS Sam's father). As always GOS, but as one who always liked Holly, I must say I'm looking forward to it. EDIT This sounds fun.... from SD It's Holly, it's the same scam she has been pulling overseas, sleeping with rich old men and then conning them, blackmailing them. Patrick may not be "rich" but he's wealthy, being a neurosurgeon and all. She will also be after Edward and the Q money. The show wants to give the Q's and scrubs a storyline together, Holly is the bridge. Patrick will meet up with holly at Jakes, get drunk and she will sleep with him and then blackmail him. It's a con of sorts. Ethan will be in on it as well. There will be a video set up in the room, and Holly will hold this over Patty's head. It's going to be all about money, a scam. This is why ES has been extended Don't know if it's believable or not, but how many ways can they have Holly pissing of Tracy. That alone will be worth the price of admission. EDIT AGAIN SZ spoilers for the week... # Tracy gets in Luke’s face, reaming him up and down for his and Ethan’s current con job against Edward. # Luke and Tracy arrange to infiltrate Edward’s coffers, with considerable help from Ethan. # Nikolas and Luke quarrel regarding their differences of opinion on how to handle Rebecca. Rumour of LuNacy kidnapping with Luthan to the rescue (in a sham marriage) is still being bandied about. I've gotta say, these spumors are a heck of a lot more interesting than last year's "Luke goes to work for Tracy and ELQ/ $100K check received by Tracy with conditions).

The only Tracy spoilers around seem to be about Tracy/Luke/Ethan/Edward and come in three varieties. 1 - Tracy arranges with Ethan to swindle Edward and Luke is left out. 2 - Luke arranges with Ethan to swindle Edward and Tracy is pissed. 3 - Luke and Tracy arrange to swindle Edward and use Ethan to do it. You never know... one of these might actually be accurate. And was 'walls of Jericho'? I ignored LnL back then so I don't remember most of it. EDIT These were new overnight. Holly makes a surprise visit. Luke and Holly's reunion will not make Tracy happy in the least. And a shocking twist about Ethan's parentage comes out. Michael wakes up. Carly, Sonny and Jason are surprised when they face Michael's anger. Carly fights to re connect with her son. As Jason admits his guilt and attempts to keep his distance. The Quartermaines will quickly step in and offer Michael a safe haven. All I can say is a big D'uh there - Tracy is never happy with Luke's 'reunions', but you know JE will play the hell out of it. If it's true that ES extended her contract, we could get some serious Diva fighting while Luke/TG is on vacation. I wonder who is to be shocked about Ethan... us or them.

I wouldn't jump to conclusions yet - just a few days ago the site had another one liner that said ES had backed out, so until we see something confirmed I'm not going to assume anything. Besides, LuNacy overthrew ewcbo. Holly wasn't that significant in the scheme of things. She asked him to leave Tracy once before and that was prior to love declarations. We'll have to see. All I know is that every time LuNacy has been on this year Luke has either been eating Tracy and/or telling her how much he loves her. Holly will probably work out to be nothing more than another speed bump.

GH has been entertaining of late, but today it's really the most boring I've seen it this week.... Just copy everything I said yesterday and that's pretty much it. But seriously - LuNacy needs a vow renewal like CarJax is getting today. And anyone who loves men with babies is going to love Patrick/Emma and the one hand hold. You never realize how big a man's hands are until he holds a baby. Funny line - Alexis tells Jason about Spin in FBI headquarters "He's dressed like a Blues Brother." Alexis is on a roll. Sonny tells her there is a mob party that night Alexis gets really excited. "RSVP or Die. You could play Bobbing for Body parts... Pin the Tale on the Squealer... Musical Chairs and the last one looses a Limb". Mac sighting. Oh... and still no Tracy.

I read that as Luke's out as her main scamming partner and Ethan is in. Spanky isn't going shopping for cabana boys just yet.

That's great, Hooked. I imagine you are both very relieved. No Tracy today, and this being Other Wednesday I guess the possibility is now slim to none for the week. Thanks for the scans, Hooked. The first one gave me an error message, though. I hope it wasn't extra important. Personally I don't care what they are doing but I would like to see LuNacy happy for more than one episode. Then she sees DVD mailed to Jax and recognizes the design. Coleman sighting - NASCAR guy's in town.

We are getting Tracy spoilers but no dates. Tomorrow is traditionally 'Vet Wednesday' or 'Others Wednesday', so that's our best day to see her. I think the 'next Laura' thing was something bandied around on other boards. TPTB tried it last summer and it fell flat. She's Luke's daughter - and far better with Tracy/JE than she ever was with or copying Laura/GF. EWCBO - in-house term that means Emmy Winning Chair Bound One. I'll let you figure out who that is. And don't worry about being out of the loop - our loop is big and stretches from Florida to Texas to California to Toronto to Australia... and we can stretch it further.

Doesn't matter - just the fact that someone can come up with it was worth bringing it here. I got stopped at the Lulu/Ethan marriage. If TG has to be 'worked on' (I know what he want, Hooked, I'm just saying he shouldn't have that kind of power over other characters) you know a discussion of their marriage is certainly not happening. Now LuNacy being kidnapped by Hells Bells..... ya know, not totally outside of the realm of the plausible. We saw Tracy sick for the first time - didn't think that would every happen either. Being married to Luke puts a big bullseye on her chest. Mine too, Lisa. I'm not sure how much of that is accurate, but the list of safe characters and recurring characters certainly seems legit to me. When was the last time we saw Epiphany? I brought that over specifically to underscore the status of JE - last year there were many upset people when it was suggested TG was leaving and I knew he wasn't, but didn't have the evidence. Unfortunately without TG, JE wouldn't have a story. Outside of the Helena bit from her article, we are also getting no spoilers about April and the re-opening of GH. I just hope they dress Tracy a little more in line with the biotoxin bit, and not some overly flowy piece of fabric that's 3 sizes too big for her. Hey... that's a suggestion to management: save costs by using less material on Tracy's clothing - she can still be modestly and fabulously dressed while being tailored! EDIT And here's a little more grist for the mill from DC..... Are the Quartermaines actually getting a storyline? RUMORS have Tracy accusing Luke of trying to scam Edward. What's this all about? I'm not completely sure but there are RUMORS out there that Ethan will try to pull one over on the Q's. Will Luke want in on the deal? Nikolas and Monica are worried about Rebecca. CRAZY and RANDOM RUMORS… The Q’s, Elizabeth, Luke, Alexis and Lucky all have a part in Helena’s return.

More stuff of intrigue on SD.... Frons is going to flex his muscle even more around GH. He is not happy with the ratings and the viewer complaints. Scrubs are a big concern for Frons. Be is not happy with the response from Robin's PPD arc and wants Guza to fix it. He also wants NLG to be given more to do. Her fans have been very vocal to Fron's office. Frons is also upset about the response from the younger set. In general fans are not happy with storylines. Fans will soon begin to see fixes in the Spixie story. Spixie fans should be pleased. Guza wants to salvage Jolu but Frons believes taken too big of a hit. The Johnny character has gone way down in support. Frons adores JMB and feels if he is going to successfully remove her from Jolu, the time is now. He likes Lulu/Ethan and is working on TG. The redemption of Claudia has not been well recieved at all. Frons is giving Guza one final chance to change it around. Seems in line with what I've been reading - perhaps it's even the same insider. But who's writing this show? Why does TG get a say on a couple pairing? Love the man but geez, do the job YOU are paid for, not someone else's. CarJax - wedding plans, blissful living ClauSon - post-coital mob/party talk JoLu - dealing with Kate and Crimson's expectations JaSam - still working on this problem called Spinelli Diane sighting - brings post-nuptial agreement for CarJax, and she gets line of the day. CarJax says they don't have a pre-nup so why would they need a post-nup, 'cause they are going to stay married forever. Diane *laughing* "Sorry... how many divorces are there between the two of you? We're working on double digits now." Someone is watching the DVD from Jerry, and we find out that someone is Rick. And Jason might actually get a brain!

LB, we have to be highly skeptical of everything we see. Even though there is heat in ClauSon there is also the matter of a bullet and a child. As for JMB, who knows. I like the girl but it seems TPTB don't know what to do with her right now that they've killed the mini-ewcbo foolishness. But at any rate, the canning of MW and RiH, the recurring of SH and JJY along with the acknowledged GV and BH doesn't surprise me in the least. IR is only there by the grace of CarJax, and if they are writing Jax knowing about Michael but not telling Carly, that is a HUGE reason to break them apart. The rest are expendable storyline wise. JE is tied to TG. Knowing that he has signed for 3 more years and that she's not up for renewal until next fall at the earliest, makes me comfortable in my easy chair as I watch the excapades on GH, the behind scenes and on the boards.

Morning all... stuff was shared at SD yesterday at some point that speaks to what my instincts have been saying for some time for some time. I have been watching for the past week as so many people have come here to discuss contract status, why certain actors are being bumped to recurring or let go, the ratings and fan response received at Prospect. I would like to tell you all to be very leery of anyone who comes here and tells you that fan response is pretty much identical to feelings here. One thing I can assure you, this board and its posters is not indicitive of the general GH audience, most of whom are offliners and less inclined to pick any storyline or development to bits as net fans tend to. As for the contract info, I found it somewhat amusing that while all of the contract insiders got right what was pretty much an open secret which is the Greg Vaughn and Rebecca Herbst are now recurring, they were dead wrong about Leslie Charleston and totally missed the other actors that were bumped at the same time as Herbst and Vaughn. And no one talked about what, as of right now, is coming as far as cast and contract issues. As for fan response, what has been reported here seems more geared at making this board happy than anything resembling the truth. Spixie - The pairing gets a positive response but the Adventures of Spinelli has recieved a large and loud backlash. Expect to see the pairing continue but not in the same front burner capacity it has been. Scrubs - Mixed response but more negative than anticipated. Jasam - Mixed response but more positive than anticipated. Luke and Ethan - Very negative fan response. Writers are scratching their heads trying to find a way to make this storyline more palatable to the audience as it is a spring baord for much of what is planned for Luke and Tracy going forward. Winifred - Character will be exiting soon due to strong fan dislike. Rebecca - Fans are warming up and seem to be pretty evenly divided between those who want her with Nik and those who want her with Lucky. Fans are also confused about the sudden halt to the LNL2 reunion. Extremely negative response to the Sonny/Claudia pairing. There is almost no fan support for this couple although it looks the writers will push through with it anyway. I have also seen alot here about the Lulu/Ethan buzz which puzzles me since it is pretty much non-existant. Alexis - There have been a lot of calls recently demanding a storyline and love interest for her. There are always alot of calls for more of the Quatermaines. A storyline was pulled for budget reasons. Trevor is Johnny's Father Two actors in peticular are unhappy with their current storylines. JMB - Unsure of her place on the show at the moment. She's not on the rollercoaster high she was on when Johnny/LuLu were the 'it' thing. KeM - Happy with her increased focus but fears regression of character. She was hoping her character would branch out. She's already voiced her fears about ending up stuck back in the 'penthouse' again Frons has made some new demands about two actresses. Give Nancy Grahn something to do - With some upheavals on the horizon, and fans consistantly upset- Nancy is being pulled off the shelves curtesy of Frons. More or less Guza has been told 'Give her something to work with NOW.' Make Sarah work in Sonny/Claudia or pull out the stops with something new. -Guza is planning on the Michael SORAS storyline as being that remedy.. one way or another. Now personally, I would have preferred to see TC removed from the safe list and have GV put in his place, but I can't have everything. Interesting about JMB - she's the one I want to 'save' from that list. I can also see SBr being gone - after this long I don't see how they are going to make it better without changing Sonny completely from Revenge Boy to Shared Responsibility Man. Not going to happen. I like Claudia, but she's pretty much became a bust when they put her back in Sonny's World. She Carly-dark, and pretty useless as characters go. From the above list and what we see on screen, I'm predicting that the stories will go something like this: 1. Tracy/Luke/Ethan (side order of Lulu/Lucky for the time being) 2. Rebecca/Nicholas/Monica/Edward (side of Lucky) 3. Sonny/Carly/Michael/Claudia/Jax (side of Jason/Monica/Edward) 4. Sam/Jason/Spinelli/Maxie (side of Alexis) 5. Robin/Patrick (side of Liz/Mac) If the rumours about WK are true, and he come back, we could be getting some Ned/Tracy/Edward (side of Luke/Monica) too. The remaining Quartermaines are pretty secure. I know the cuts will be painful - especially if your's is one of the favourites, but from a buisness perspective with the largest cast in the industry, I'm not surprised but this at all.

Interesting tidbit I saw on SN... "General Hospital": Week in Review Funniest Moment: Tracy Quartermaine is often the source of some of the better comedy on this show, and things were no different at the Haunted Star this week. When Lucky showed up and saw his dad fawning all over his con-artist protegee Ethan, there was some good old-fashioned chest-bumping on Lucky's part and a whole lot of father-son angst with Luke. Enter Tracy. It's not so much of a surprise that she'd side against Lucky -- they've always been prickly with each other, and she's taken a shine to Ethan besides. But when Lucky started unloading on Luke's crappy paternal record, Tracy stood up for her hubby too, snapping, "Did it ever occur to you if you'd been a better son, Luke would've been a better father?" HA! Wow, that is soooo Tracy: mean, outrageous, and completely self-serving. Bonus points for the fact that we can totally see her using that same argument on her (absent) son Dillon. I guess beauty is in the eyes of the recapper.

rofl.... that is a great name for him. Honestly, if anyone should be removed from that generation TC is the one to go. His occasionally good scenes are with TG - and all they talk about is how screwed up his love life is. We can do without that. Isn't his ass supposed to get deported anyway? I'd love to know how things are behind the scenes with TG/JE and their stories with JMB, NP and whomever. The rest is old news. Hopefully the backlash to Lucky's treatment the other day and the news of GV loosing his contract will get some better story for Lucky. He can be such a vital character if TPTB would just see past their SaSon fixation.

Mmmm, I guess we are to add bad editing to the list of complaints against GH. I realize Lulu is supposed to be caught in the trap of stupid, but I'd much rather see some LuNacy action than Lulu's look of confusion again. Oh well, I guess we should be happy knowing LuNacy got some action! They are putting on the sexy with these two and it is wonderful to see. What a difference a year makes, eh?

Today, Friday March 13th. No Tracy... LuRe (Lucky and Rebecca) are fabulous flirting and heading out for the evening Nicholas can't stand it but can't say anything either, so he vents with Liz CarJax bedroom action ClauSon living room action (after planning a party to show who's in charge of the mob in Port Chuck) Scrubs continuing drama - Robin lied boldface to Patrick about her day, then drives out of town while Patrick expects to take her to dinner But the best of all is Spixie - Maxie finally tells Spinelli she loves him. Squee (that's from the Diva, btw). Very sweet... lots of tears and kissing So what's next for the B*tch on Wheels? Any dates/expectations around next week?

Hmmm I didn't have this reaction and I still don't. I AM watching it on YT and going back over their scenes and it gives me a thrill. There wasn't much there for dialogue anyway, good, bad or indifferent, and once again they were interrupted. We were actually talking about it in the BR last night that Luke kept stroking Tracy's leg even though JoLu were there, and for her part Lulu didn't have any reaction at all - and you can't convince me she wasn't seeing them. So that must be a fairly regular encounter for the young thing. There certainly hasn't been enough LuNacy this calendar year (although there has been lots of Luke and Tracy on our screens) but what they have had has been great. We have that scene in January, the bail out, pulling Luke to observe the Rebecily thing and now this. But each of them has shown the connectedness between LuNacy and their obvious sexual attraction. It's interesting that an LnL hardliner has been saying that s/he now sees Luke's attraction to Tracy and that today was the 1st time s/he's seen the sexual chemistry. I liked it. I want more, but I liked what we got. How do the rest of you feel - I get the sense that since NYE we are seeing a very different LuNacy... they've taken it to the next level. They are more sexual and committed somehow. It just feels like something deeper, more solid. Perhaps it's because the 'what if' has been answered. Ewcbo did return and Tracy still has the ring and the name. We all know the way soap operas work - the rollarcoaster ride. But after almost a complete calendar year fighting about their potential divorce, I'm really feeling the bedrock of LuNacy. While I would love for them to stay in their sexy bubble for awhile longer, I actually am ready for their next big challenge. BTW, in watching their last scene, did anyone else her a kiss after Luke told Tracy they should take this conversation elsewhere and the camera was on a confused Lulu? I've been replaying it and I swear it sounds like lip smacking.
