And if you're right that the CassaSpencer story will be canceled altogether, then there's even less point to have her around. An insider is saying Maxis is going over like a lead balloon. I have to agree... it's not working. Same insider said Cassa story might be completely strapped soon and KnK is being rewritten to include Ethan. Nothing earth shattering there.

Hey Luv, WB.... and get your fingers working. This episode was one for the files. Okay, for those who haven't seen it yet... Diane sings to Max, very sexy NLG was right to not want to do Karaoke because she can't sing, HOWEVER Alexis was drunk and had a lot of fun with her duet with Mac. Lex had everyone up dancing before she fell over and Maxis kiss wasn't anything romantic, but it certainly could lead to more Tracy was AMAZING today - she had so much fun with all of that LuNacy cuteness - honestly, perhaps the best LuNacy we've had in a long time. I can't highlight everything, but they were definitely grooving together, shared at least one kiss that we saw the tail end of and a whole lot of smiles, knowing looks and touchage Luke sang most of the song to Tracy. It wasn't a romantic ballad (some Blues piece, and sorry that's not my forte) but it was almost all to Tracy, who was enjoying it greatly Climax of the entire day TRACY IS THE BACKGROUND DANCER FOR LUKE/ETHAN. Seriously. JE can move! Arguable she was drunk, but not so drunk that she didn't know what she was doing. End of the show, Max put money into the jukebox and everyone started dancing. Dax, Maxis, Scrubs, DaLu, Ethan/Lisa and eventually LuNacy. Maxie worried Spin will find the truth, but Spixie are still together as of now Ethan/Kristian (Ethina) had a short conversation and Kiefer is now aware of Krissy flirting with Ethan. Carly caught Kiefer's verbal rage. Carly goes to warn Sonny and tell him to get his ass in gear for his daughter, CarSon vibes for sure JOlivia forgiveness JaSam focusing on Franco but eventually each other Dante told he still doesn't have enough to bring down Sonny and Lulu strangely comforting about it all

Another poster on SD said it would be a cold day in hell before GF returned, so who's to know. I don't know how they could pull it off in time for Christmas since they are already taping NYE. Someone would have spilled something and GH needs all the publicity they can get, so they're not about to bring her in secretly. Keeping a story under wraps is one thing, keeping a publicity hog like GF under wraps is another. But even if she does show up, what can they do? LnL2 smiling around the Xmas tree when we all know it's a fake? Give Lulu advice about yet another guy? Tracy's already been there-done that. Acknowledge Ethan? Well he's Tracy's step-son, not Laura's. And if she's brought on at this time it's during TG's winter vacation so she won't have much to do with him anyway. There really isn't any logic to bringing her on - it's not like they are going to write for her. I think it's more teasing and heaven knows the LnL hardliners are a terribly gullible group it that regard. But in the grand scheme of things, I'm with most of you - it doesn't matter. LuNacy though practically MIA is solid, and I for one can't wait to see what will happen today. I hope if the song isn't totally sung to Tracy, that we get some good eye-sex while Luke is singing.

I'll wait for the official announcement. Since they are taping Christmas either this week or next and are probably 4-5 weeks out now, it doesn't make much sense. I saw it on DD and I know the source is fairly reliable but I can't imagine this much official silence when she'd have to be in the studio now to make it happen. With all things it's wait and see, if she is - what does GH need with another publicity/air hog. If she isn't, life is fine. Either way I'm looking forward to the Spencer story heating up because this Franco is all mob all.the.time again.

That was my reaction to that particular piece. Of course the fans of EWCBO are all over it and proof that their dreams are coming true, but Guza very carefully says if she was coming back now would be a good time. It would be so much easier and better press if he said something definitive. I think it was just a way of getting out there "hey, don't blame us if it doesn't happen - we were more than happy to be at the table". In fact the only definitive statement in the entire article is that LuNacy is solid. After that, I'm good. Enjoy OLTL Lainey, but I had to stop watching - the whole thing is far too sappy for my taste.

Meh.... I don't think it's scrapped. The drug story was started under the scabs and Guza didn't like how it was going and felt he needed to put more attention on Claudia. Both bad choices but there were reasons. The Cassidine story includes big names and old history (which the other didn't) and has already publicly been cast. If they weren't prepared to start it in October, then they had to wait until January. TG has another vacation coming up, and then he's on for 5 months straight until next summer. At this point there wouldn't be enough time to truly get it rolling. It's just a shame that was all the taping that was done with JE, so we aren't seeing her. I agree Luke's placement in this mob thing is a bone for now, but at least TG looks like he's having fun. As for Ethan, I'm sure TG wouldn't like to see NP leave after all the work they've done to establish him and repair the Ethan/Tracy relationship, but I doubt he has the power to change decisions. I think it's far more likely that A: and insider guessed correctly about NL but wrongly about NP/JC after GV was let go, because those were the three names mentioned, or B: the plan was for Ethan to leave but when Ethan/Kristina got such a positive response at Spixie's un-wedding, they decided to see where that could lead. The Kiefer/Kristina story seems changed too. Bottom line is that the Spencer family is being solidified for a reason and we just have to wait for it.

Spoilers I've seen recently: Spencermaines together for Thanksgiving with the Q's. Ethan is supposed to rescue Kristina at some point (that's obviously being set up) Cassidine/Spencer story doesn't kick into high gear until after the New Year Rebecca leaves of her own volition

Wow... now that picture has her looking so young! She was really a cutie. Thanks for posting it. And I'm with you on the Lucky thing, Hooked. Yeah, it would be nice if Luke would shut Lucky down - but he never has. Lucky has been ripping Luke a new one for years and he just takes it. Tracy is the only one who's ever shoved it back down Lucky's throat. Luke has a particular genius for guilt, and I think he feels Lucky's treatment is his punishment for.... whatever. I mean Luke freely admitted how miserable he was in Laura's life, but he stayed anyway. Luke had no problem explaining his staying with Tracy to Lulu and to Nicholas, but he never had that conversation with Lucky. And Lucky is the one who's constantly pushing Laura/LnL. Everyone else has moved on except him. Must say it was sickeningly gratifying that they are still writing Lucky as narrow minded and self-righteous. The other day's scene with Jason really pissed me off because I KNOW if GV had been doing it, he would have taken Jason out. But since JJ's Lucky is so lame compared to Jason, there was no real threat. But today I only laughed. At least when GV was self-righteous it fit. This time is still looked like a kid trying to play with the grown-ups and not making it. The best I can figure is that they are really setting Lucky up for a huge fall, and it will probably be Luke (with Tracy's help) - the one Lucky keeps treating like [!@#$%^&*] - who will actually be the one there for him.

LuNacy is in mediapics too. Just wish THEY were the ones in the afterglow... oh well.... And I'm with you on JJ, Hooked. Just imagine what GV could have done with this type of writing and attention? He'd be kicking SB's Jason around the room. That might be the real reason GV was never given anything - he'd be the star for sure. JJ can do this and he'll never eclipse Jason at this point. Clips are handy for me too since I don't always get to see the show on Tracy days.

I don't see him changing his tune. Wanting GF back (btw, was that what he said or how GF-ff's want it interpreted?) doesn't mean the same as wanting LnL back, and that's what he said was to be de-hyphenated. He's talked about the direction they are moving Luke in and TG is a company man - he will sell the desires of the writers. I think he's still making Luke as authentic as he's able. I see a pretty solid LuNacy with a few acknowledgements that Luke has been in touch with Laura. Nothing more, nothing less. BTW, it's no surprise that GF came up during a joint interview with JJ. A joint interview with Scott Clifton would have brought different questions. I'm just impressed that the latest soap rag interview included question of JJ for BOTH GF and JE. That's not happened before. It's not all LnL/Spencers of the 90's anymore. 2009 is a different reality, and no matter how much EWCBO is mentioned, if she's not coming back for any reason it's moot.

Yeah.... Personally I don't think Laura is needed on the canvas (unless she comes back for her death). But regardless, TG has yet to say anything negative about anything. Just a few months ago he was pretty focused on "De-hypenating" Luke, so who cares if EWCBO is around or not. Jane is still is "Favourite" acting partner. Who can blame a man who has JE, NP, JMB and now JJ from wanting a full deck. I imagine he'd say the same thing about TR too.

Well they have had LuNacy playing some serious tonsil hockey, and Tracy gave Luke real tongue, so I think it's rather inconsistent. I doubt it's policy, but I do agree that we should be having more romance and some bedroom scenes for LuNacy.

Actually I just picked up again last week. I've been gone from SOC for ages. And you're right - it is the same garbage over and over again. But it's like smelling blood in the water, the desperation is too tempting at times. There are some good head over there, and that's why I stick around. I'm sure it's pissing some off that anyone is still a LuNacy fan considering how many are constantly spinning for EWCBO. What can I say.... I'm shallow.

Oh, it's downright comical at SOC. Olivia, Jax and Kristina are seen as bad people. Alexis and Lucky are now seen as "coming to their senses" because they were helping SaSon. And of course Sonny is the one that is right.... honestly, they are in a world gone mad. At least we had Lulu with Spinelli, Dante and Johnny. That grouping (with Maxie) are very entertaining to me. As for the so called "cast integration". There isn't much difference. Instead of that cute new detective we have Lucky. Instead of Maxie we had Spin, but everyone else was the same - Sonny, Jason, Carly, Claudia, Sam, Lulu, Dante, Johnny, Michael, Kristina, Alexis, Molly, Morgan, Olivia. Truly the only ones missing were Luke, Tracy and the window dressing of Flub and Mike. Not much change really.

Was Michael able to get an interview, Hooked? No Tracy today. Lucky was practically kissing Jason's ass - that's something GV's Lucky would NEVER be caught dead doing. So not amused.... The upside, Lucky was acknowledging Carly as family so perhaps the Spencers are being solidified afterall. GV's Lucky didn't do that either.
