soapnet march preview Beware the Ides of March! That's what they say. And while we're not 100% sure what exactly we should be bewaring, we'll say this to Sonny Corinthos: beware the jury of your peers. Because this March on General Hospital, Sonny's on trial, and the stakes couldn't be higher. While Dante's feelings grow ever more mixed about the prospect of sending his own father to prison, Claire -- the hard-nosed federal prosecutor tasked with bringing Sonny down -- will stop at nothing. And the focus soon turns to Michael, who the prosecution thinks has vital testimony to give. Dante's tasked with interrogating his little brother -- of course not knowing Michael's the real killer -- and Sonny has to defend one son against the other. One thing becomes clear: Sonny, Carly, and Jason need to get Michael out of the country and off the witness stand before he incriminates himself. But can Michael just sit quietly at an island hideout? At the same time, Sonny's trial begins, and in an amazing (and kind of insane) development, three Port Charlesians with whom you're familiar will be on the jury. How did they even find three Port Charlesians who are neither Sonny's ex-lover or child? One of the great mysteries of daytime. Anyway, try and guess which familiar faces will have Sonny's fate in their hands. Claire is going to try her best to make Sonny look like a murderer in these jurors' minds, though. Look for her to succeed pretty spectacularly on more than one occasion. You know how Sonny has a tendency to blow up and say things he shouldn't? ... Yeah, that happens. Twice. And one's a death threat. While Sonny's got all own drama to deal with, look for another event to take place this March that puts everyone -- and we seriously mean everyone -- in Port Charles under a big umbrella story. Jason, Sam, Alexis, Sonny, and Luke will come to the forefront -- with Sonny and Luke's longtime friendship playing a huge role. OK, that's heavy -- so how about some happier news? Like Spinelli and Maxie?! Yeah, no such luck there either. After Spinelli concocts a fake case designed to make him look dangerous and cool in Maxie's eyes, it all goes terribly wrong, and they both end up in dire circumstances (P.S. When does one of Spinelli's plans ever go according to plan?). Maxie's going to need Georgie's help to get out of the latest. OK, so Georgie's dead. Details! Lindze Letherman returns on March 26th, in spirit form, to help Ms. Maxie. And what does Johnny Zacchara have to do with all this? As for Elizabeth and her dramatic pregnancy, she seems more and more willing to go it on her own. She even checks herself out of Shadybrook. But Lucky makes it clear this month that he's not interested in sticking around to raise another man's baby. And Elizbeth also makes it clear that she does not want to accept Nikolas's offer to marry her. But wait -- who's the father of the baby in the first place, you ask? Well, we'll find out this month. And we'll also find out just how much Helena wants to manipulate that information to her own advantage ... There's also some big developments in store at the Quartermaine mansion. Q cousin Maya Ward makes her entrance into Port Charles, and you can expect her to quickly cross paths with not one but TWO Spencer men. And speaking of Quartermaine/Spencer cross-pollination, Skye is back! Look for her to lend a hand to her old flame Luke (we honestly can't wait to hear him call her "Blaze" again), as well as catch up with another ex of hers: Jax. Tracy's going to be really happy about this one. All this, PLUS: Robin gets called to testify in Sonny's trial -- will she gloss over Sonny's dark side? The Sonny issue continues to drive a wedge between her and Patrick; no doubt Lisa will try to exploit that as best she can.

Yah me neither. Maybe it was talked about. I heard something like if she was enjoying herself she might stay longer, but who knows. I don't think she has started taping yet. Surprise Tracy today for a few scenes with Ethan telling hm NOT to get involved with Johnny and go against sonny and how it could end badly....Tracy is ALWAYS RIGHT...luke was with lucky who was....you guessed it....crying!

which is funny cause SKye was always the one trying to get luke to step up as a father to Lulu originally remember? Back when Tracy was like get this brat out of my house! LOL Tracy/Lulu have come a long way! The good thing will be to see Tracy's reaction to when Skye pops back in---you know it has to be good for some snark!

Maybe his needs are that he is completely stressed out cause he is having to deal wiht his kids love lives, so he just wants to have some fun like he did with Anna that time. Can totally see Guza doing that to stir up some typical lunacy....luke drool over skye...tracy jealous shrew....luke plays along....tracy threatens to divorce him....he kisses her ass for a few episodes and voila she takes him back...wash, rinse...repeat for Guza! It is impossible for him to write a story for those two. I kind of wish luke gets shot and almost dies or faces prison or something...I think the heart attack story in 2007 was really the best lunacy time period. It has all been downhill since luke skipped town and helped Skye get out town (IMO of course)

so my husband interviewed NLG just now on the radio..she sounded totally scattered. She thinks GH will be the last soap standing (yeah right). LOL He did get her to mention Jane and Tony. He asked who her fav actors to work with over the years have been and she gushed about Tony how amazing he is and how Jane is one of her best friends and how she loves Mo and also ali sweeney and michelle stafford even though the yare not on GH and talked about how much she loves twitter!!!

Here is my skye returning scenario I think would be funny... She returns to PC with Lila Rae--dumps her on the Qs, tells Luke he is the father and luke/tracy are stuck with some SORAS'd little kid to deal with. Tracy would be livid as she would get stuck dealing with the kid. I'm hearing that RC is only back for a handful of episodes not long term--not sure if that is true...so I doubt there is any big luke/tracy/skye/alice story. And being that it is end of March--it is not like she is back to usher TG off for the summer.

Last week the ABC soap announced the addition of a new Quartermaine relation—African-American med student Maya Ward (Annie Ilonzeh)—and now comes word that the show is bringing back Skye Quartermaine, the lusciously wicked divorcee played by Robin Christopher. The character, last seen in 2008, will hit the air March 31. “It’s hard to write GH without the Qs,” says the soap’s multi Emmy-winning head writer Bob Guza. “Every time we drift away from the family, even though we’ve diluted them a bit over the years, it just feels wrong. So we’re looking to build them up again.” Who will Skye sink her well-mannied claws into this time? Teases Guza: “Luke [Anthony Geary] clearly has some needs right now. We’ll be doing some really fun stuff with Luke, Skye and Luke’s wife Tracy [Jane Elliott]. And Alice [bergen Williams], the Q’s maid, is going to play a big part in this, as well.” Guza also gives us more details about Maya (arriving March 31). “When you’re a member of the Ward family in Port Charles, it comes with a whole s--tload of expectations,” the scribe says. “This is an extremely high-achieving family, so Maya’s hitting the ground with a lot of pressure on her. Her drive is to be a doctor, so anything—or anybody—who gets in her way is going to be a problem.” That said, Maya will at some point be romantically linked with a Spencer, but Guza shrugs off Internet speculation that it’ll for sure be Ethan (Nathan Parsons). Instead, he hints that it could easily be Lucky [Jonathan Jackson], noting that the heartbroken cop “will be romantically unentangled very soon.” Also look for Maya’s younger half-sister, Zoe Richardson, to show up in Port Charles in April (the role is not yet cast). “She’s a bored, 17-year-old wild child who doesn’t care about the Ward legacy, because she’s technically not a Ward,” Guza explains. “She sees that Maya has a good thing going living with the Quartermaines. She shows up to get her piece, too.” Expect Zoe to eventually be paired with wannabe mobster Michael Corinthos (Drew Garrett). Though Guza is busy expanding the Quartermaines, he has no immediate plans to do the same with the Cassadines, despite recent reports that the much-discussed villain, Valentine, will turn up soon. “We have a lot of other fish to fry right now,” says Guza. “Valentine’s arrival is not imminent. This is right up there with those rumors that Genie Francis and Vanessa Marcil are coming.” Besides, the evil Cassadine matriarch Helena (Constance Towers) has other family matters in mind. Says Guza: “Liz [Rebecca Herbst] is pregnant and Helena is going to be sniffing around. Wait until you see her get her teeth into the idea of having a new heir. It’s raging lunacy!”

Per ABC SID Skye Q returns to GH on March 31st which is also the day that Maya comes to town. I bet she is for Jax now that carjax is over and sonny is gonna get the new prosecutor.

She was tweeting about having to get naked for a love scene with brandon for the 12,000 episode. You would have thought she could have stuck on her clothes for the pics! She thinks she is hot [!@#$%^&*] you can just tell! LOL So my husband might get to interview Nancy on Tues for the 12,000 episode pimping across the air. I hope they can schedule it!! Trying to book Calif for this summer nex! Maybe we can get together again!
