Minervafan, do you know what I am doing wrong. when I go to view them they say they are uploaded already to sendspace (mulitple) and there are links. I think I am supposed to cut and paste the link in the search box, but it is not finding them. I know there is something simple I am missing or doing wrong. Let me know if you have any trouble. Or hopefully Mrs. Q will let me know what I am doing wrong when she is on later today!

There was also a couple from 10/11/05, 1/5/06 and 11/30/05 if anyone has them. I got a bunch from GQ Daily, so thanks for that resource. I think I better burn a CD soon or my memory is going to all be filled up with all the videos I have dowloaded!!!

Oh yeah, the other two were 6/23/05 and 6/24/05 when Luke comes up and hugs tracy from behind in the hospital and she gives him money. I know that has been in a lot of the videos.

Lainey, ratings were for the week of the 8th. I agree that balance was the main reason, but it's so hard NOT to give JE/Tracy all the credit, LOL. And Cybill Shepard is close to JE's age. I just checked IMDB.com. CS is 3 years younger; born in Feb. of 1950.

More rumors: I'm not leaving space... Emily tries to move back in with the Q's after Alan's death but Monica tells her to go. Nikolas proposes at the end of sweeps and Emily says yes. Monica is trying to put on a brave front and keep it together. She doesn't want Emily upseting her life because she's worried about her. Monica will try to put on a brave face in the face of tragedy. There will be a number of big Tracy/Monica scenes that result of this.

If Alan must die...PLEASE let the Tracy/Monica stuff BE TRUE!

Also, per an anonymous poster, Luke and Tracy grow closer. SoapDish is skeptical though, 'cause that insider also said Ric and Alexis make a "packed," and there were other grammatical errors as well.

I agree, Jane is outspoken and likely says pretty much what comes to mind, but I think she's less outspoken at work than she used to be, mainly because back in the day she was probably the leading lady of her age group on GH, but now....she's a lot more expendable in the eyes of TIIC, and she knows this, I'm sure.

She's still got a kid at home, true...and Adrian in college, and I doubt she'd up and quit.

She loves working with TG and he LOVES working with her.

So I doubt she'd up and quit.

I also agree I'm so over fretting if GF comes back. I think actually it's inevitable. I wish it weren't. It may happen next month or next year, or it may be never while Lacy is paired, but who knows? I'm not gonna sweat it anymore.

I'm just going to enjoy the spark that TG/JE bring.

OK...I finally figured out the whole hellagood site and how to sign up for it and it was finally validated, so I put a clip request in there so I could stop annoying all of you guys who are so generous to help me. Of course, I did notice that Ms. Q and Nex were filling others requests. The dates I wanted were there but they were all expired from sendsapce. OH...it is so GH to have tracy and luke finally get together for real and then laura show up. It would be for great scenes though for Jane!

I could see Leslie Charleston wanting to leave maybe...but not JE. She still has a kid at home and one in college and is single mother, etc. I am sure she has money, but as she has even said, she is luck as there is not much for for 60 year old actresses in the soap world. I don't think she would just up and quit when she finally has her dream of working with Tony Geary in a love story.

But that is just my hopeful thinking. The Qs would be so strange without Alan and Monica. It would be Tracy and Edward.

Do we know from a reliable rumor/info that genie is for sure coming back? I hope not, but if she did and Luke and Tracy got together first for real, then it would be good to see her as she would have to be angry when she found out about all the lies, etc. OK...I am just rambling so I better shut up now--ha ha.

I am putting off writing a poem I need to write for a friend's 50th birthday party this afternoon!!

TOTALLY OT: Moving Tales, Part One: Yes, Fey and I are moving to our own apartment this weekend, so I will be pretty scarce. I did get one good surprise--Brandenberg Telephone Company told us that they couldn't install until Monday AM, so I thought I'd be without Internet Access all weekend. We brought some boxes to the townhouse last night, and there was a sign from Brandenburg saying, We were here, your phone works, thanks for the $60.

Of course, there was another note from the water company saying, Wow, you weren't here and we couldn't turn on your water. Call us, dudes, and we'll get ya flushing. Of course, this is 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. Several frantic calls to several City offices (including the after hours emergency police dispatch unit--don't ask), and Kevin the Water Guy shows up and turns on our water (without entering the apartment, I might add....grr...)

Anyway, that's the story now. We're moving today--we'll never get everything done, but hopefully we'll have our stuff totally cleaned out of Fey's mom's house by the end of the week. Oh, and did I mention it's supposed to snow? *rolleyes*

Back OT: MsQ, I love the Tracy spoiler about pursuing the Angela Monroe thing. Maybe KMo will leave the show for primetime, and Tracy will be the cause. Naaah, Edward would just banish her. I finally saw all the episodes from this week. Dillon, I once loved you. I once thought you were the hope of the Quartermaines. And while I am glad you're going back to film, because it's where you belong, I (a) hate that you failed to acknowlege how supportive your mother has been through this, ( hate that you lump her in with the likes of Edward, when she has been really good to you this year, and © only made your "stunning" revelation to cover for Lulu, who is trying to IMPLICATE YOUR AUNT in a murder in order to take the blame off her mother. (Go, Girls to Tracy, who is just calling every single thing these days--she really is the Kassandra of the Quartermaines. She's right, almost all the time, but nobody listens to her.)

Thanks for the feedback on the the Change of Habit story, btw. I've been having so much fun with this one. The first story I tried to write hit a roadblock, but I so wanted to ship them. I'll keep adding to it--yeah, it's going to be smutty at some point, but in a cutesy, 60s Elvis movie kind of way. Oh, and ILTQ? Don't feel bad. I thought Elvis was cute in that movie, and I'm not even attracted to men!

I was watching the scenes from Wed. when Monica was saying to Tracy, "at least both your sons are alive" when they were on the couch. She did her eye close thing when someone was talking to her and then interrupted with, "and now he's obessed with Jason....you all are!" I thought it was pretty funny. I was wondering if she added "you all are" in there meaning the writers, etc that the whole show is about Jason and the mob, etc. Maybe it was a dig!!

I downloaded all those old clips finally and hope to watch them today in between a million activities going on in my house. Has anyone seen any old tracy/scott clips? I sure hope that Tracy and Scotty get to share some scenes coming up. Only another week of GH or so til Luke and scotty come back!

Possible backstage info. about SD/Alan's departure. SoapDish might just be bored. I'm sure cast members are upset, but the following might just be "real life fiction" (if that's even the proper term). Just passing it along...

[Leslie Charleson and Jackie Zeman] are asking to be let go because of SD and because of what they feel are the continuing ageist bias practices at GH currently. TG and TR are rumored as lending their support as well. There have been lots of meetings with LC and JZ - I heard that execs are trying to convince them to stay - but LC has been inconsolable. Execs, stupidly, are surprised that fan backlash has been high. Some of the younger actors on set are now upset because they feel they are being blamed for SD leaving - but JI is telling most that it is not them but execs that are to be held responsible. It is not a happy time now, and SD has been visibly shaken and upset through all of this. JE and TR have had to take KMc from the studios a couple of times as she was seen crying openly regarding SD's firing. Sometimes in my job you learn a lot just by listening, and everyone is upset about SD. That is all I know.

The fact that TR is mentioned has people wondering, since we all thought he hasn't been filming. Well, since he hasn't been let go, I guess it's possible that he's still around on set and such.

There is also another rumor from a different "insider" - Scott Clifton is no longer with General Hospital.

OK, so first let me say, "THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH" for uploading those clips. Nex, if you have the other few or any others you wish to share, I'll take anything you got! I am so mad I am going for a girls night out tonight, as I wish I had to watch them all and download them now. BUt I have to leave to drive carpool and take my kids to art lessons (darn kids--getting in the way...ha ha).

I am so so sad about SD. That rumor sounds like a rumor though, as in reality, I can't imagine the other LC and JZ quitting--don't think too many jobs are that easy to come by for them, although it would be nice if they were taking a stand. But if LC left, then the Qs would just be Edward and Tracy. JE better not be getting any ideas.

I was thinking as a way for Ned to come back, that maybe Alexis needs a quickie marriage like sonny and carly so that she can have a spouse so that rick can't say she is an unstable mom with her cancer, etc. Jax is away, so hey, maybe Ned would come back and play husband on paper for her and then they can really fall back into love!

I know I have all of those clips, when I get home I will post what I can.

I tested the breakroom about 10 minutes ago. It's STILL down. *sniff*

Woo! Cable Guide Spoilers weren't repeating themselves, and our girl is ON! (as others have mentioned)

Make-Up/Hair/Wardrobe: Eh. Make-up seemed kind of harsh. Nice hair, even if it's getting too long IMO. And GAH to the jacket. It's the "That's it; I'm done" one she wore when Luke left in November. Might have been better if was open and not buttoned or whatever.

Sort of OT: Leslie Charleson looked VERY sad throughout the episode IMO. If I could have, I would have reached through the screen and gave her a hug (and I'm not the kind of person who goes giving people hugs all the time, LOL). Anyway, it's gotta be about Stuart Damon.

Brief recap: Dillon calls another meeting, so Lulu can continue her search. The Q's are less than thrilled and all start moaning and getting up to leave, but Dillon stops them. There's some discussion of Sam. Alan is hilarious: "Sam ALSO quit the job at GH, and I gave that one to her." (I'm leaving out context. Sorry!) Lots of lines about the Q's family ways, who's got approval/who doesn't. Mentions of Ned and AJ. Monica to Tracy: At least your sons are both alive. Me: Ouch.

Anyway, Dillon has this whole spiel, goes on and on. Edward accuses Tracy of putting Dillon up to this. The word "nincompoop" is thrown aroung AGAIN. Alan sides with Tracy. It's nice. Edward: Jason is the ONLY Quartermaine worth a damn. Tracy has a bit to say about that. Wants Daddy to spare them of Jason's "imaginary virtues." Edward mentions Jason's going to give him his heir. Alan: Is Jason having a child? Edward's all, "I don't have confirmation, blah, blah, blah, but it's going to happen" (or something). That's all for the Q's. Well, Dillon and Lulu have a bit more. IIRC, Dillon pretty much put all the Q's down. Stupid boy. And, well, that's all I got on that front.

I loved the scenes of Q chaos/meetings today. I liked Tracy sticking up for Ned and saying at least he got it right. And defending him when Edward said he is a wanna be in leather pants. Tracy said, "My son is a successful record producer in New York". Like she was actually proud of him. I agree...the nincumpoop line was funny the first like 5 times, but now it is getting old. I am glad that Dillon is going back to do what he wants to do. Tracy was supportive of in in the past saying her son had permission to follow his heart.

Sad to think when Tracy and Edward are all each other have left when Alan dies. Isn't it hard to watch the Qs knowing he is going to die in like 3 weeks. Do you think Sam might be Alan's long lost daughter or something from some past affair....maybe she is Rae and Alan's real daughter as Skye wasn't right? Just a thought for after he dies for a way for Sam to be in the family. Although they she would be Jason's half sister and there goes the Super Couple so I will retract that--ha ha.

I can't believe we have had 8 days in a row...there was GH's birthday gift to us!!!!

Can I ask a stupid question? What is the AU story? I haven't been around this board for too long and I keep seeing it mentioned. Sorry for sounding ignorant.

Also...while I am thowing the clip requests out there, (I promise I will stop asking for things soon--ha ha) the last one I was hoping to see was from 9/18/2006 when luke/tracy talk about lulu's decision to abort and they talk about not wanting to be 18 again, etc. and then at the end he thanks her for being stand up about the whole thing.

OK, all you clip queens out there...does anyone have the clips from when Tracy found Dillon and Lulu in the boathouse (I think it was July 10, 06) or the Tracy/Lulu scenes on July 19th where Tracy confronts lulu that she knows she lied about finding Georgie with Dillon and that Lulu should tell Dillon the truth?

Don't go to any trouble, but was just wondering if anyone had them. I tried to request a clip on one of those sites but must have not done it correcly. Either that or nobody had it.

MinervaFan, congrats on the apartment! And sorry for the not-so-good rumors. If it's any consolation, Wizard is reporting that Tracy (along with Luke, Lucky, Dillon, Monica, Tracy, Mike, Mac, Georgie and Edward) fear the worst for their loved ones, when they learn of the hostage situation at the hotel. Of course, this also means Emily/Skye/Jason are the Q's with Alan when he dies (unless he dies at GH later). But, if I'm going to be positive, yay! Tracy and Luke are outside TOGETHER during Sweeps.

So, Luke's coming home soon. Yay! Thanks for the spoiler, ILoveTracyQ. About today...I wish I could give details. Just more of the same with Tracy/Sam, although Tracy had this hilarious spiel. From what I could gather today, Sam was either a porn star or a hooker or something. Tracy was hilarious when Sam said she had no idea of what Tracy was talking about and she never used the named Angela Monroe, Tracy said, ooh, maybe my PI was wrong. I am so embarrased, he was trying to make a fast buck...I hate people like that...but not as much as my father does (or something to that effect).

The other thing she told Sam was that if she didn't want Edward knowing about this or Jason, then she should quit ELQ immediately and make a plausible story why so the blame didn't get traced back to Tracy. She was at the top of the stairs listening when sam quit and told edward it was because of Jason.

I do think that Jason wouldn't care what sam did in her "past life". I really, really hope they don't make her tracy's daughter. I mean that is just stupid. What about that fanfiction that said she had a little girl who Paul and Jenny got to keep when she took Dillon. But that wouldn't add up since sam is clearly older than Dillon. I thought somewhere I had figured out that sam was about 26.

I love it how her whole delivery/projection changes when she is faking being nice today at the start!

Did anyone notice that patrick told Skye "her husband's tests show he is o.k. to be moved". Since when did skye and lorenzo get married? Or did I miss something???

I noticed Tracy was in the middle of the show commercial promo thing today in her white jacket. Maybe the new writers came in and said, "hello people???? Why are you wasting the best character on the show???"

Rumor #1: Evil!Manipulative!Tracy vs. Poor!Wittle!Sam

As part of her plan to keep Sam, Jason, and their offspring far, far away from ELQ and her own children’s inheritance, Tracy pays off a doctor to tell Sam that she cannot conceive again. This, of course, does not stop Sam from sleeping with Jason. So! Sam is also told in the “rare” instance that she DOES end up pregnant, it’s important that she terminate the pregnancy for her own health.

Rumor #2, 3, 4, and 5: It’s quirky, it’s quacky, it’s Quartermaine! Well, not so much the third part, which is just SAD.

a) Tracy has the “real” dirt on Sam McCall. Sam’s mother is not who we are led to believe. Sam is going to be HEAVILY integrated into the Quartermaine’s lives, and as it turns out, she might be related to Jason after all. Speculation is that Guza's watching AMC and Sam is Tracy's aborted daughter, OR, more likely, Sam is Monica’s daughter, possibly the real Dawn Winthrop.

b ) Sam and Edward’s “bonding” served a purpose. It will be BIG when Alan dies. Insider reports the death is going to be sad (well, duh), but that it’s giving the Quartermaines a SL, and no, contrary to popular belief, it will not be more Jason/Sam propping, and it’s not another “I’ll believe it when I see it” thing. It is supposed to be happening. John Ingle/Edward will benefit the most.

c) Alan’s death appears to be a suicide. PC’s residents believed that he killed himself because “the truth” about Rick Webber’s murder was about to come out. In reality, Rick Webber’s killer killed Alan.

d) The Quartermaines’ screentime is expected to increase, slowly but surely. The Q’s will be occupied with corporate dealings, a murder mystery, JAX (?!?!), and Luke. ***

Rumor #6: Saving the best for last, but will it happen?

LuNacy made the list for the GH couples set for 2007. When asked for more specifics, the insider revealed that their marriage will be consummated. ***

I finally deleted a bunch of old shows from my tivo as I was afraid I was going to run out of room! I tivo'd 24 tonight. I am sure it was awesome!

My little boy who not only got stuck in the seat belt today, came down with strep and was so sick! Luckily my pediatrician was in the office on a sunday doing paperwork (he is like a throwback and doesn't have a computer even) and saw him and got him on antibiotics immediately. What a difference a few hours make with right drugs in your system!! He is like a new kid.

That's it!!! Now that would be an interesting storyline. If he won't leave her the business, she should go head to head with him (and take 90% of the company's business with her on the way out!!).

I'm tired of this blind family loyalty b.s. What the heck have they given her - aside from grief?!?! Well, yeah, there is the wealth but that's a birthright, she didn't have any say over which family she was born to. I say to hell with them Tracy. Become his worst nightmare. Sink him! You can do it!!! (And it would be even better if Luke was at your side helping you do it, but that's another story).

Come on you guys... this would be a Quartemaine storyline we would all pay to watch. Who knows, maybe after Alan takes Sam under his wing, after Alan's death, Tracy will become enraged enough and do exactly what I'm suggesting. Could happen....

Does anyone have the 5/2/06 soap opera weekly article interview with Tony Geary where he talks about his thoughts of the characters of luke and tracy and whether or not they have sex? I saw a reference to it in a post a while ago (I am trying to catch up).

I just had to literally cut the back seat passive restraint seat belt in my van because somehow my 6 year old son got stuck in it all twisted up and it was in a locked position and he couldn't get out. He was getting a huge mark on his stomach from it digging into him. Only my child...I can't even imagine how he did that. Can't imagine how much it is going to cost me to now take it to the deal to replace the whole seat belt.

Good lainey!! Just maiking sure you're hanging on to that optomism there.I agree with you that she is creative and get away with just about anything. I just worry that TPTB don't neccessarily care what they do to the vets. As a character, Tracy can do what she wants and no one can touch her, but in the writing, I don't think they always put her first, especially if the story is used to prop someone else... which it almost always is.

As for the inheritance... Lila's had gone to Justus I (don't know what's happened to that now that he's died), but Edward's and what he still make from the business are up for grabs.

OK, I am so far behind watching all these videos, but I just watched the "you can't go home" one and it is so great! I forgot some of those funny scenes. Made me day.

Yes! I do. I think they're going to be the next Luke and Laura. I really do! (I am POSITIVE TIIC is going in this direction)

The twist is -- she has lots of her father's attributes and he has lots of Laura's attributes (Shhhh. DON'T tell Tracy!!) What I mean by that is -- she's the dare-devil risk taker, and he's the creative thoughtful one. He brings her down to earth. In the L&L relationship, Laura brought Luke down to earth.

There is a difference between illegal and creative. My Tracy is very creative. She could do it!

OK...one more thing i just thought of...what happened to all of Lila's inheritance now that Justus is dead. Didn't he get it all in that stupid contest. And he has no wife, kids, etc. Don't know what made me think of that.

Maybe Luke will help Tracy get revenge and that can be their little adventure/plot together. I sure hope so. Not a jumping out of planes, running and hiding from assasin's adventure or unfreezing the world, but revenge and plotting and scheming, etc. is more their style.

But if it turns out that Alan's heart gives out because of the stress from Lulu's "investigation" (love how college freshmen make the best PIs!), I can't see her targeting Lulu. Just me.

Oh..I just have one question (thanks by the way for reposting the clips of tracy in the metrocourt. I will look at them in a bit), why does Tracy NEVER go to the office. For the CEO of a major international company, she sure spends a lot of time at home. I mean Edward and Sam go to the office, but she is just sitting around the mansion calling her PI to dig up dirt? So busy with this that she missed a motion by the lawyers. That makes no sense.

Do you think they are going to make Dillon fall in love with Lulu for real now? That would be pretty twisted to have step siblings be a couple with their parents married too....only on the soaps!!!

OT-Some of you are familiar with my aunt, you know, the one who loves Tracy? Well, anyway, can someone explain this to me?

Aunt: I know you don't like her, but Carly is the only female character that dresses like she has class.

Me: (biting tongue) Well, online, people have noticed that Laura Wright's wardrobe has improved.

Aunt: No, no, no. Her wardrobe has always been very good. Since this actress has taken over the role, GH dresses Carly very well.

I tried to watch these clips of tracy in the metrocourt with the napkin in her shirt, but when it went to the sendspace page it didn't show the file waiting to download, it showed them already uploaded which is different than every other time I have gone there. Did anyone else have a problem viewing these? If you have them accessible, is it easy to send the link again. I know I am such a pain.

One day I will be able to contribute something to this site when I figure out what the heck I am doing--ha ha. My son is going on his first "ice skating date" tonight. Some little girl called and invited him to meet her there. Oh my gosh....not sure I am ready for this! These little 13 year old girls are aggressive!!!

Okay, folks, weighing in on the ring thang. Lainey, sweetie, stop hyperventilating. *hands Lainey an inhaler* It's okay.

My first thought--we are far too obsessed for our own good. I'm absolutely sure that no one else in the universe (besides maybe Jane and her director(s)) have noticed the ring.

My second thought--it's not an accident. Jane did it on purpose--either her idea or the director(s).

The reason: Either (a) to set up that Tracy divorced Luke (which is doubtful, but not entirely a bad thing) or ( to set up that Tracy is going to give Luke an ultimatum when he returns. Both reasons are GOOD from a Tracy standpoint. They say that she is done with this farce of a marriage and that she's going to stand up for herself. By taking off the ring, she is symbolically putting her foot down. She is saying, I've had enough, I'm not going to take it, and I'm not putting this symbol of fidelity and trust back on my hand until it actually means something...to both of us.

Either way, it's good for LuNacy. Trust me, Lainey, a ring-free Tracy is GOOD for LuNacy. I've been saying from the start that there needs to be a shake-up and reconnect for anyone in PC to take LuNacy seriously. Luke has to earn her trust, and he hasn't been doing a good job of it. Everybody seems to know now that Tracy loves Luke, but nobody has a clue (except Lulu and maybe Dillon) that Luke loves Tracy.

That has to change. Everybody has to know that the love is mutual, or Tracy will always be at the disadvantage in the marriage. And this can never become a real or stable couple until they're on equal footing. I think Jane and Tony know that, and I'm beginning to think (in their own feeble way) so do TIIC. The strength of LuNacy has always been that they were equally-match opponents. LuNacy suffers when one of them has the upper hand too long, and this one-sided love turns Lunacy into yet another tragic thang that can't go on forever. Balance the love--make it mutual--and you can still have them jockeying for power, playing their little power games, setting each other up--all from a position of mutual love and respect. Then, it's fun. At this point, it's kind of sad.

So, yeah, Tracy. Take off that ring. Reclaim your power. And when he's groveled and begged and proven his love to you, then go and reclaim your husband.

Oh, and MsQ? I LOVE the Jane Elliot banner. She's so squee-licious!

I am laughing this morning totally agreeing that nobody else in the world would notice that about her wedding ring. Especially watching it live. I did remember though that tracy noticed the day look took his off when laura came back. So maybe she was like what the hell am I wearing mine for!

I totally agree that when he comes back this time, even though she will want to take him back...she is "done" as she put it at the haunted star that day and is going to make him beg and grovel and prove his love. I think she will even try to make him jealous with scott or someone.
