Awww...I am glad you wrote instead of doing homework! So sweet...too bad we couldn't have a scene like this on the show!! Hope everyone is having a good day...one more month til TG gets back!!! IN case anyone is interested... SOW Interview w/ Genie Francis On Laura's Return: Laura wakes up and responds to Lulu when she visits Laura to talk. Lulu is lamenting killing Logan and her fear of going crazy like her mother did. The story is really about the psychic connection between mother and child. Laura's love for her daughter is stronger than her illness. GF says GH has gone on and on about how alike Lulu and Laura are, and they are, but it gives Laura the opportunity to tell Lulu how they are different and why. GF says it's nice to be able to inject a little history into the character. SOW asks how they are different and GF says she's not sure if today's audience will even know Laura was born to Lesley but given to Barbra Vining. So Laura has basic abandonment issues and confusion about who she is and when things get tough, she just goes inside herself and blanks out. Laura has the ability to just flip a switch on her memory because it's too painful to deal with. That's not the case with Lulu. She always knew who her mother was and was raised with her. SOW asks how Lulu reacts to her mother suddenly waking again. GF says she is ecstatic because she's yearning for her mother. This isn't something Laura says, but in an odd way Lulu going crazy is a way to be close to her mother and a way to hang on to her and be like her. GH hasn't had her actually say that but if she were Lulu's mother, she'd be saying that! It's written in a way that it's really Lulu's story and she's there to support it. She's coming undone and Laura is there to help her through it. SOW notes that Laura reveals she's been drifting in and out of normalcy but forbade the doctors from telling her family. Why? GF say that Laura tells Lulu she didn't want to put anyone through it if it's only temporary. She doesn't want to get their hopes up just to have them crash down. SOW asks if Lulu wants to tell the rest of the family that she's awake. GF says that she does but Laura asks her not to because she doesn't want to disappoint them. She's extremely secretive about not wanting to see anyone else. SOW asks if Laura asks for status reports on Luke, Lucky and Nikolas. GF says no. They want to know if Laura is able to put Lulu's mind at ease. GF says she starts to mother Lulu right away and reassure her that they're going to get better. They share a couple of embraces. SOW says it's not a one way street and wants to know how Laura feels when Lulu explains that it was actually Scott who killed Rick Webber. GF says Laura is relieved but disappointed to hear that it was Scotty. Why wouldn't he come forward? Why would he let her think she was a killer? SOW says Lulu still feels guilty about Logan and wonders if Laura is surprised to hear that she killed Logan? GF says she's shocked. Lulu explains what happened and Laura points out to her that it was self-defense and she doesn't have to feel guilty. It was an accident. Laura is trying to get Lulu to forgive herself and move forward. SOW finds that interesting considering that Laura's catatonia resulted from her inability to forgive herself. GF says correct, but she still has a physical issue now that she's dealing with. The issue of drifting in and out. It's not like she just remembers she didn't do it and is cured. It doesn't happen like that at all. SOW asks if if her waking up is some residual affect of the experimental drug she was given. GF says it's not. The way they wrote it the last time was that what started as an emotional issue became a neurological issue. The way she's approached it is that her love for her daughter is stronger than her illness. SOW asks if she has a sense of how long this run will last. GF says she doesn't. She's committed to working at GH for the entire month of August but she's also supposed to do a couple of weeks in October. SOW asks if TPTB are planning on having her work with TG after he returns from vacation in September. GF says she can't imagine that they wouldn't be working together but stranger things have happened. SOW asks if there's been any discussion about anything beyond the fall. GF says no. SOW asks if she would be interest if GH raised the possibility. GF says yes she would be interested in a fair deal. She's been interested in that for a long time now. She thinks they really have issues of losing the audience and not having enough money. Their creative vision was to carry on without Laura and at some point she has to accept that. She's grateful for the time she's gotten this time around and it's always nice to go home and visit.

From the dish... Nikolas seeks guardianship over Lulu. Lucky protests and goes to the Q's for help. Nikolas is clear that with Lucky that he will do whatever it takes to help Lulu, even if it means letting her see Johnny. Tracy comes back and wants Lucky to have guardianship.

Good cliffhanger Angel2devil! Hey all. Had a nerve-wracking day but alls well that ends welll with some medical tests. All is fine. Nothing new and am trying my darndest to stay away from my addiction...this twelve-step withdawl process is very hard! I have only peeked in a couple times today! I can't wait til next week in a way when school begins and my life can get back to having some routine and schedule and structure, so I can be more productive!

Lainey, QT--I totally agree with you...Tracy is not considered a Spencer by anyone really-not even herself! With her not being in the Q stuff..makes me wonder... Anyway...I am sure Tracy will be around a bit when Luke returns...just am amazed that even Edward gets a spoiler! And these were paraphrased, so that is true. Plus these are very general stuff...and from what I am told, the reporter who interviews Guza or whoever can pick and choose what parts they want to print. And Ms. Q is right--when they do talk about her, it is not even true really. Just would have been nice to see her name mentioned some place--any place. QT--I feel like we are back to our late night gmail chat discussions place!! Cause that is what I am sort of thinking...

I don't get the canary thing...I always mean to tell you that.... As if--we will get to see Tracy at another location! I gotta hand that positivity to you though! JE is taping one day this week...according to someone, so I have a feeling she will be back before Luke..probably the week of the 8th for an episode. Lots of possibility for at least sightings if they go to the Skate wedding together; the scrubs possible wedding at end of October (Tracy and Luke would have a reason to be at the scrubs wedding) Johnny's upcoming trial that edward is supposed to be on the jury for (what a freaking joke right--um...does this show have a legal consultant--can you say conflict of interest?) and with the Lulu stuff. Maybe she can get her episode count up...right now she is at 46 for the year--according to our resident expert Ms. Q--her worst year since she retured was in 2005 with 77 episodes! She has a long way to go to catch up to that one!

Someone just told me they did mention that Tracy is off looking for Luke today (the Qs are on). Good. At least they mentinoed her.

Some more supposed info... Watch for John J. York (Mac) to spend time on "the other side" as the character checks in with GH: Night Shift on the 7th episode. When Robert Scorpio, has a life-saving surgery, brother Mac lends his support. Thankfully, once the Laura story is completed, Lulu and Johnny's screen time will be reduced considerably. Get ready for musical couples. The mob story is just getting heated up and will peak with the killing of Karpov and his men. There are rumors that Dylan Cash may not be as down for the count as originally thought. I'm told the recast is being, well, rethought. I asked a person I know who is close to the GH set about the rumors of a brewing rivalry between Laura Wright and Sarah Brown, mostly on Wright's part, over screen time with Steve Burton. I was directly told that "Laura isn't like that" and that the whole idea is ludicrous. Expect to see more story play out between Elizabeth and Jason. It's far from over. Genie Francis will actually be doing 2 stints on GH. The first begins on August 25th when Lulu is crying and pouring her heart out to catatonic Laura. Laura begins to stroke her daughter's hair and says, "It's OK, honey. Mommy's here." I'm told that the story will not be visions as much as Lulu being the only one to hear and see Laura's "return" and there being a question as to whether it's real or Lulu is imagining it. Francis will return again in October.

Bumping the thread...trying to stay out of here cause I am too negative! Here are the fall previews summed up... Skate - There will be a wedding. The old Sonny will be resurrected when something happens at the wedding or in the aftermath. Sonny being kinder will be tested. Jason/Karpov/Mob - Big umbrella story involving Spin, Maxie, Liz, and Carjax surrounding the wedding. Jason's leadership is put to the test. Sason will be in a conflict like never seen before. Soprano City - VP plays Maximus, father of Max and Milo. max is in trouble because he said he runs the family. Maximus develops a thing for Diane. First airs on 9/15. Carjax - They love each other but have been struggling. Carly can't help herself when it comes to Sason and things will get worse before they get better. Jax goes back to his ruthless corporate side. The Counterfeit Drug Tale: Another umbrella story. The prince and the farm girl get closer. Lusam become the adventure couple. Spinmax have their own on and off romance and Matt will factor in. Matt has another connection in PC. Lulu/Laura: Mother/daughter story and we will see if it is real or not. Luke will be involved when he gets back. The Spencers will end up in a new place after all of this. The Zaccharas: Don't underestimate any of them or think you have them figured out. Anthony and Claudia will have new sides to them and Claudia will find out what happens when somebody gets to her. Robin/Patrick/Anna/Noah: "Patrick proposed; Robin said no. There are no plans for them to marry right now, but they will have to fight their way toward a future together. The baby will be born at the end of October. Scott/Ric/Alexis/Jerry: Jerry pursues Alexis even more but does he have any ulterior motives? The jury will be key in Johnny's trial with a mix of old favorites and new ones. The Q'S: Monica is sober and dealing with it. Edward will claim financial difficulty to get out of jury duty for the trial. He will have a large role in the trial. (Total conflict of interest um Edward on Johnny's jury? Let's hope Tracy attends the trial with Luke perhaps and with Edward on the jury and that Tracy and LUke show up at Skate's wedding which is supposed to be an all cast event that lasts two weeks...would really help her episode count this year! ---------------------------------------- What Will Happen: NS Robin catches Robert trying to sneak out of GH. Kyle sees his brother, Leo, in a new light. Claire has her hands full with a lively corpse. GH: What Will Happen - Laura's love for Lulu results in a miracle. Jax makes Karpov an enemy. Jerry overhears matt's confession to Maxie. Jason and Elizabeth act on their feelings.

QT--Good to see you! So here is a drop in the IL--the closest thing to a tracy spoiler I think we are going to get!! erry does not threaten Sam. As the person who put the scoops up I should know. Jerry tells Sam not interfer with his relationship with Alexis. Sam says she's not going to stand by and let her mother get used. Jerry tells Sam she doesn't know anything about him or his relationship with Alexis. Jerry insists he is loyal to Karpov. He attempts to keep his relationship with Alexis in tack. Telling her only with her can he be a certain part of himself. A part of himself he didn't think exsisted anymore. Alexis softens but still questions what Jerry is up to. Jason feels the pressure when his enemies start to seek out his weaknesses. Liz and Jason will share a few meetings. Jason tells Liz they can't keep doing this because his enemies are looking for anything to use against him. Liz becomes cautious but it's clear that some are already suspecting the connection there. Tracy should be seen at Shadybrook at somepoint in regards to LuLu. Anthony wants Johnny free and clear of LuLu. She's basically a curse on Johnny, like most women are on men. In Anthony's mind. Kate becomes anxious over her impending wedding and tries to bury herself in details of the wedding. She knows something is wrong, she sees the warning signs and there is a sense of foreboding. Patrick and Matt become rivals at the hospital. Matt's past is up in the air. Maxie and Matt start to bond more. They talk about their pasts. Spinelli can not make the impression he wants on Maxie and notices the slight bonding between Maxie and Matt. Nikola feels connected to Claudia. Nadine is frustrated over the connection there. She sees something growing and wants to fight for Nikolas.

Someone just told me they didn't recall seeing Tracy's name for next week (25th) or the following week either (the week of the st) but they weren't sure. I think we are safe to assume she is offscreen til at least the week of the 8th if she is indeed taping one day this week. I guess if she pops up, we will be surprised!
