Faris brings the journalistic view that's been missing. Honestly interesting to see how they mesh anything will be an improvement over this past year. I will say though Perez and Wallace did improve. Honestly ABC should reassign Wallace to ABC news.

Candace brought huge buzz her one week there and ABC will do anything to sign her. It shows they miss Hasselbeck who brought the different view. Candace is what they want.

Lisa Ling was too long ago. I liked her but she was very serious. Ling has her own series now and she left the show 13 years ago

Candace versus Raven about the lesbian cake has brought the View some buzz. Producers love her edge lol. She will refuffle people's feathers

Hasselbeck was the reason Rosie was a smashing phenom first go around. Those two toe to toe brought great tv. In fact the big rosie versus Liz feud was one of the highest views of all time. Rosie was a total bore second go around a very dull panel and her fights with Whoopi were very painful to watch. Hasselbeck is the third longest View co host behind Barbara and Joy. She was on 10 years.

Joy won't come back at all she doesn't mind guest hosting to fill in that's it. Candace Bure will get Nicole spot they want Raven versus Candace to be the next Rosie versus Hasselbeck. The problem is once Hasselbeck left the edge went with the show and got very dull.

Wallace was very dull and lacked any edge in conservative chair. She was nice but lacked any spark or edge Hasselbeck had. The best tv was Rosie versus Hasselbeck u was glued abc it was one of their highest rated episodes. Look for Candace Cameron Bure to replace Wallace. They loved Candace buzzed moment with Raven. It brought lots of great buzz and people were talking about it. Wouldn't be shocked of Candace is her replacement. She's Hasselbeck glory they loved. I think ABC now regrets Hasselbeck not being on the panel anymore.

Rosie Perez while she improved she never took off. Nicolle is not exciting enough she lacks the edge Hasselbeck brought

I think they should give Rosie P another chance because she's really warmed up. I hate excessive changes and she's blending well. Give her another season she's so much more comfortable now and seasoned

How about Whoopi, Nicole, Sherri, Rosie P and Raven as the new panel. Joy Behar is the temp fill in when needed.

Sherri should be brought back she brings much needed spark to the panel and she's a fan favorite

I love Raven she brings a much needed young demo to the show which skewed so old at the beginning of the season. I think Nicole and Rosie have improved since Rosie O left they seem way more relaxed. Everything has gotten better since Rosie O left the show

I would love to see the View end at season 20. It's the perfect season and time to say goodbye

The show is much improved since Rosie ODONNELL left. Everyone seems so much more relaxed and having more fun. Nicole Wallace and Rosie Perez are getting more comfortable in the job. Whoppi looks much happier. It said morale has massively risen and ratings have gone up since Rosie left. It seems like her exit was a blessing for the View. I am enjoying the show alot more. Cristina and Stacy London are great btw.

The biggest thing is bring Bill Geddie back. He was the heart and soul of the view. Fire Bill Wolff. I hated Rosie this go around she was dull, seemed bored and never really gelled with this group. The only time i saw Rosie be more like hersekf is when whoppi was on medical leave.Rosie and Whoppi are way to big of personalities to be on the same panel. It's like putting Jennifer Lopez and Mariah Carey on the same panel it doesn't work. Nicole who I was really tough on has improved. Rosie Perez is terrible she looks lost and not prepared. She doesn't come off very smart at all.

Whoppi seems alot happier since Rosie left. Much calmer and more relaxed.

Firing Bill Geddie who was the creator and giving him and Barbara zero consulting on this season showed u lose your creators the ratings dwindle. They had no creative power or anything to do with this season. Bring back Bill Geddie and let Babs consult. Meredith vieira show was renewed and she stated she would never return it's been there done that. Lisa Ling has a very successful show on CNN. U know who might be good is Debbie Matenopolous she has grown up and she looks great and was adorable on Meredith vieria show. Debbie returning would be nostaligia.

What season were u watching? The show was painfully bad this season. Zero Chemistry With these women. It's a far cry from the original chemistry Barbara, Star, Meredith and Joy had. Bill Wolff has been an awful exec producer for the show. The View won't be cancelled because abc would lose the time slot to affliates. Rosie did have personal issues but I don't think she would have been brought back next season.

Honestly Rosie Odonnell leaving is good. She stunk this time out. First time she was must see tv and what I really see now wss key to success first go around was her electric chemistry with Hasselbeck. She was a tyrant behind the scenes and putting Whoopi and her together it didn't work at all. Bring back Bill Geddee as exec producer and go back to basics. I would keep Whoopi and Nicole who has improved.

Rosie Perez is awful she doesn't mess. I have a feeling she will come back to ride her contract out. ABC wanted to save face by not firing her.

Lol I just thought of Julie Chen being on the housewives of Beverly hills lol and she's now guesting on NCIS.

Much cheaper than soaps that's for sure. I don't think any of the networks regret any of their decisions canceling soaps for cheaper alternatives.

John CBS is a business. ATWT was doing terrible when it went off the air. The show skewed old. The Talk wasn't a success at first. It only had like 1.8 million but it grew over time with finally finding the right panel which has clicked chemistry wise. They all look like they are having fun. I love Aisha Tyler on the show. The talk is doing almost 500000 more viewers that ATWT on a cheaper budget. The View needs to go to basics and got old fan favorites mixed in with younger viewers. Barbara Walters exec producer credit has been in name only this season. She hasn't consulted or had anything to do with the show this season. She retired and when she did she sold her ownership to abc. Bill Geddee were exec producers for 17 seasons. When new people come in the tru original vision gets lost. Again I think the view should end in 2017. 20 years is a good place to end. Have season 20 be the farewell season .
