hooked, it ended with Tracy showing up at Robin's. She called Anna "Granny Goose" and suspects that she is after her husband. Cut to Luke/Anna, explaining the rules of their game, and then them singing/dancing while removing their jackets. SZ cracked me up: Sweet God. Get back to Carly. I can't take this ish. If anyone told me years ago, that I'd ever ask to get back to Carly, I'd have to them to STFU! lol.

I will leave the recapping up to remos, but other than a cute line in the near-beginning "let's make love - not war," the LuNacy has consisted of Tracy nagging, and Luke wanting to live life how he wants, 'cause clearly, we haven't done enough of that. We're at the half-way point. A lot of Luke with Anthony, Lulu, a little bit of Logan, and then 2 scenes of LuNacy. 1 of them alone. And 1 of them with Anna. After minimal interaction with Luke and Anna, Tracy leaves in disgust, saying she will be home LATE. Anna notices that Tracy is mad. Luke says she's always mad, but that's one of her charms. Anna tells Luke why she's there, and they get the roulette table ready. <shrug>

Opening trailer is opening credits, right? GH updated it semi-recently, and I noticed Edward is right before Luke. As it stands, LOGAN - TRACY - MICHAEL makes about oh, I don't ZERO sense. But it's kind of neat how the remaining Q's are at the end, not mixed in the middle - end like before, where they can be easily forgotten. And it is to stupid to wonder why GH changed the opening but kept Natalia in? Glad that Stuart is there too, even though he hasn't been on contract in forever.

Am so dreading Tracy's role in the Anna/Luke mini-plot. The jealous, nagging wife role does NOT suit her. TnL, nice job. I can't wait to read the next part. remos, we need your little scenes on GH. Love the humor in the story, especially about Luke using up his quota. And SQUEE to all the ways he loves her. Nice work on the other site, everyone. I was prompted to check ABC.com after that, and it lists Lucky as a friend to Tracy. Too cute. Lulu is a foe. But then it says Emily is a friend too, so I don't know. LOL. And of course, the act of tricking an inebriated woman into marriage is a BAD/UGLY thing, but... the events that followed weren't so bad... And on the topic of BAD/UGLY, why wasn't the rape mentioned, or are we supposed to forget that? Okay, if an effort to find screencaps, I found Tracy standing behind that plant, and I missed that when I watched earlier...I know everyone was saying how she was lurking behind plants, but I thought it was just a background shot. I didn't realize it was a close-up of her looking rather stalker-ish... Not that I think she is stalking him; it's the way the shot came off. Oy!!!

Found this on TWoP: Tracy does know why Luke sticks around, but she wants to hear Luke say it. Luke is clueless about women. That scenario makes more sense than how I originally interpreted the scene. hooked, where have you been? SD is asking about you!!! I told my Mom about Jane's hair, and she goes, "Why does she keep cutting it?" And then she goes, "Have you and Carrie discussed this yet?" I think it was Tracy, by the way, who gave the tip to Alexis about the HS, thus Luke's "again" in that one line. Must have happened offscreen. Would have liked to see it, though. NLG and JE in a scene one-on-one would be fabulous! Addie, I am also sorry to hear you're having a hard time. Anything we can do to help?

Nancy, I think missjane meant he said it twice today. Not sure though. I am still wondering why I did not enjoy these scenes as much as I wanted to? Maybe it was the hair. But I will say that TG delivered the line(s) flawlessly, and JE's teary reaction throughout was perfectly done.

The LuNacy: This will probably be unpopular around here, but I didn't really like today's LuNacy until the end, and even that wasn't as spectacular as I had hoped. I don't know. It came off rather repetitve. I also didn't get Luke's line about Tracy only being interested in keeping Luke financially dependent. It all confused me. Anyone want to explain the whole scene to me like I am 5? I know remos clarified it a bit below with regards to the ILY, but I still don't get the financially dependent line and the irony of it all. Will have to re-watch... For a lovely post on the LuNacy (which you might want to read after having just read me complain), go here. The Wardrobe/Hair: Nice to see a new outfit, and it was spring-like too! Not a long wintry jacket. It even had like 3/4 sleeves, which we never see. So yay on that front! Don't know what it up with the hair, though. hooked, we might have to accept the fact that oomphy hair may no longer be a part of Tracy Quartermaine's life. I think I might go into mourning... Or at the very least take out the "Bring Back The Oomph" banner... Heh. The Acting: This was good. Awesome expressions. Tears in the eyes. Perfect delivery by TG. Real soapy goodness. None of that over-the-top dramatic !@#$ we sometimes see on this show. Not that I expected any less from TG and JE, though I will say both actors have had their OTT moments, especially TG. That was totally not one those occasions though, so good for them. The other stories: In an effort to save VHS tape space, I sat through, and stopped when LuNacy wasn't on, recorded again when they were on. This meant I had to sit through the entire show - ay!!! I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of Sonny, Jason, and Carly. What else? Oh, I know Lainey won't hate me for this, but the rest of you might. I think I enjoyed Diane and Alexis more than the LuNacy today. As for the rest, don't care about Anthony/Ric/Trevor, which is a shame, 'cause I do want to like Ric, and I used to like Ric, but I just don't care anymore. I was rooting for Maxie, and Lulu's outfit and attitude grates the nerves... Kate annoyed the hell out of me. Sam was very pretty, and I didn't mind her scene with Luke. Had to chuckle at Lucky's comment about Epiphany always being ticked off at someone. And I found myself wishing Alan was Chief of Staff intead of Dr. Ford, as he was b-tching Liz out in the open. Dude, shouldn't you do that in a private room?! And Claudia, like Lorenzo, decided to adopt an accent when saying her name only... But maybe the accent was just more noticeable in that scene. I saw that hooked (on SD) - heh. Just caught a glimpse of Tracy on GH - someone PLEASE tell me that Jane didn't cut her hair again, and it's just LOOKS like she did?! I mean, maybe it was the way her head was turned... Oy!!!

Okay, I am embarrassed to admit this, but on April 29, 2005 (THREE YEARS AGO FROM TODAY), Tracy was behind a plant yet again and also on the Haunted Star (Luke put her there). Oh the irony... That is irony, right??? Maybe coincidence is a better word... Too late for me to think. Almost time for bed - oy!

This is me stretching here, buy maybe by giving Alexis' daughter a job there, he is hoping that Alexis will re-open the casino? Tracy had a little comment about Luke hosting... And then she was in the background of the scene in which Alexis came in and closed the place down... But yeah, totally window dressing. Luke got to interact with a lot more characters, so I better not hear anyone (not on this site) say how he's tied down to Tracy scenes only and is just a supporting player...

So, that "charm" spoiler came from SOD, huh? Good chance of it being accurate...Maybe it's just me, but he hasn't been doing a good job of turning on the charm... Hi all. I miss the LuNacy. Once a week is not going to cut it. I wish for once Luke would just TELL Tracy that he is taking off. She knows about his needs for adventure. I'm sure she wouldn't object as long as she knew about it in advance... Am working tomorrow, so won't be around. But then again, I really wasn't around today. Hope everyone's day was a good one.

Lady A, been wanting to tell you that I LOVE your banner! So pretty! I don't think I'm going to like the Luke/Anna "flirting." Even if Luke does that with every woman...Time for him to step up and act like a real husband.
