I checked transcripts/watched the clips again 'cause I couldn't remember what was said exactly: Luke: Crankybuns was obviously so threatened by the prospect of my financial independence that she put a lien on the haunted star, and now I can't get a dime out of my own joint! Tracy: Well, that is exaggeration as always. He is not penniless. I have gone to great lengths to make sure that he has an adequate allowance. Luke: An allowance? An allowance? Yeah. You were trying to emasculate me, and I ain't having it. Alan: Neither am I. Luke: Thank you, Alan. Alan: If he doesn't have a stake in his own casino, that means he doesn't have to work, and we'll never get rid of him. There was still no $20 bill onscreen though, so I'm assuming the second part of the scene (or the middle of it) was cut. Oh, when rewatching the beginning of the episode, this cracked me up: Luke: I'm warning you. I'm dangerously close to the limit of what I'm going to take from you. Tracy: [sarcastically] I'm quaking in my pumps. :lol: Ooh, I remember another cut scene. Remember the media pic from Xmas with Dr. Julian, Alan, and Tracy?! That never happened. I guess I can't complain too much 'cause those were such good episodes for us, but still... Dr. Julian and Tracy scenes were so much fun!!! We should've gotten to see that one! Okay, folks, I am off for the rest of the afternoon!

Hey, didn't mean to spit out all those facts like that... I spent a lot of time on another board last night and was in a very defensive mood. hooked, interesting about Anthony Z and the Q's... And this is so sad, but what do they mean by "entire Q family?" Monica, Edward, and Tracy? Wow...What they have dwindled to. Thanks for the information though. It will be nice to see the remaining Q's in scenes together again. And so happy that Scott gets some scenes with them too. Still mad about the Nik/Scott/Tracy thing. And I know things get cut all the time in the soap opera world (Greg Vaughan used to talk about watching GH and being like WTH! They cut like 3/4 of the scenes I filmed!), but it bothers me when it happens to Tracy 'cause she doesn't get that all that much to begin with. hooked, looks like you called it about TIIC changing the person who was supposed to tell Scotty about Logan... I really, really believed (from the recap wording) that Tracy was going to tell him, got preoccupied with something else, and then Nik had to tell him. BUT... Per SON Previews, Tracy still tells him. I bet their info is outdated. Right now, I am VERY angry with TIIC! How awesome would Tracy/Scotty have been? It's one thing if it's supposed to her but like I said, something comes up (i.e. she gets a call from Luke or something and runs out of there so fast, letting Nik take care of it). But for TIIC to actually CHANGE THE SCRIPT?! What a rip off. Heaven forbid she gets an extra minute or so of screentime... :angry: Now am I being reminded of the other goodness they cut/changed... Reminds me of her return the first time when USA Today called her "evil" and TV Guide called her "rich bitch." I guess these article writers are no longer watching the show and are using descriptions of Tracy that are way out of date. Tracy hasn't been uber-wicked in a long time... As for the validity of that...Not sure, even if it is ABC. Sites like to steal each other's information, which is really funny when the information isn't accurate. Anyway, I am remembering what Tyler Christopher said about Genie's return... That she had scenes with Lulu only, that he wished he had scenes with her. Also, Genie said it was a mother-daughter story. Laura finding out the truth doesn't sound like just a Lulu/Laura thing to me. ALTHOUGH...I am seeing some rumors that the original plan was just Laura and her daughter, but after complaints, GH decided to change the story. Which could be true. I mean they changed AJ's killer to please viewers though ended up pissing them off even more; they brought Alan back somewhat to please viewers; they changed Lila McCall to Baby McCall to please viewers and certain actors; etc... Bright side: Laura finding out would mean story and screentime for Jane (that's not in a sweeps month)!!! We had some good episodes last time she returned.

I wonder what the "something happens" is that causes Nik to tell Scott and not Tracy. Better be a good something happens that warrants her time offscreen. On the bright side, Nik and Tracy MetroCourt scenes are fun! Shall we recall? I think that first one is calling for a caption. EDIT: I think Guza should have sent Tracy to Wyndemere for the Nik scene 'cause she hasn't been there yet! Would give him a better case for his "all over the place" statement. hooked, I don't want to rain on your parade, but one scene??? What is the point??? GH could just give Nik a line: "Tracy called me. Lulu took Edward's gun." I am almost kind of regretting wanting her back before Luke. I still want to believe a little bit of our girl is better than none, but this is less than a little... Are 3 scenes a month really worth it?

Yes, definitely a clip day. Actually, I think I would have preferred no Tracy at all. I will treasure this comment forever. Well, Tracy's no longer missing, so the banner and avatar had to go. I haven't made a new one, but I thought the one I chose was rather appropriate. LOL. hooked, from that side shot, I guess it kind of seems like we are reaching the "Take a bus" hair. But not sure. That would indicate it's growing out, and I'm no longer convinced. It's been 6 months since the first appearance of the dreaded 'do. She had plenty of opportunities to let it keep growing, and she didn't. At this stage in the game, we may NEVER see the oomph again. Ever. For the record, I'm not completely opposed to the short hair. Just DO something with it! The people in Hair/Make-Up are professionals, aren't they??? Why can't they fix it up a bit? Shallow, but JMB isn't looking so good lately IMO. I didn't think she looked all that great last time she was on with JE, but I knew the actress was sick... Is she still sick? Overworked? Anxious about her wedding??? 'Cause she used to look so much cuter and softer... I'm not saying all soap stars have to look fabulous or that it's wrong if you don't look fabulous (I wish I looked fabulous - haha)... It's just, she looks different than she used to, and it's not a better different. Knowing me, though, it's probably just the hair... EDIT: I bring possible scoop. Yes, it involves Lulu.

I have to run (I'm going to be late), but TQ showed up. Probably has one more scene. hooked, I regret to inform you that she cut her hair again. The outfit is the one from her birthday with Alan interrupting them (it has been worn after that too). If the new person in wardrobe put her in this, there is no hope. She just truly looks "OH MY GOD. WHY?!" Gotta run!

Judging by the wording, it doesn't sound like it was cut... "Something happens" seems like Tracy gets preoccupied with something else and Nik is the one who has to tell him (damn though, how AWESOME would that Tracy and Scott scene have been)? If it was the latter, the recap should have been worded, "The writers were going to have Tracy tell Scott the news, but then they decided to change it and have Nikolas tell him." I might be looking too much into this, but check out the tense of the verbs, LOL. "Something happens" as opposed to "something happened." Oh, wait, what if the "something happens" is something lame that gets Tracy offscreen like "Tracy needed to go on a last minute business trip to Europe; Nik, why don't you tell Scott?" I guess we probably will see Tracy in some capacity, but it still sucks that she can't be the one to inform him. So Scott and Tracy hate each other, but at least they have some sort relationship and a ton of history. Nik makes no sense at all to me. The police make more sense than Nik. Sooooooo stupid. I don't care if Logan's body was found in front of Nik's clinic; that actually should be a big reason why Nik shouldn't tell him... "Oh, hey, they found your kid's body outside my clinic. Sorry." (ok, so it wouldn't be like that, but still...) Well, bright side is that Tracy should be on today. And I still have the last 2 parts of Lady Ashton's clips to watch.

Did we complain last summer, though? I mean, in August, we sure did, but looking at June and July, she fared rather well. If I am not mistaken, she was on at least once every single week while I was in Mexico. Figures the first day I come home is the first day of what would be a rather long drought... (well, we got her on August 8th and 15th, but that was it 'til September, and even that was for just 5 episodes). Maybe I should go back to Mexico for a couple months! Might do wonders for Tracy's screentime. Have fun, TL! We are going to miss you! About the wardrobe...Why are they NOT auctioning Tracy's outfits??? I could come up with some off the top of my head that I'd rather not see her in ever again. hooked, you have mail. Am so hoping for more than a couple of scenes with our girl tomorrow... Maybe she and Edward will be on in the beginning before Lulu comes home? This is really an unfortunate summer for her. ShadyBrook, in terms of screentime and story, has been her best summer ever since being paired with Tony Geary. Such a shame they don't utilize her outside of Luke and his daughter.
