Aww...We were treated to a sweet Luke/Tracy scene. And our girl was even wearing a NEW jacket! I hope there are some good scenes tomorrow. And I was thinking the same thing about the fanfiction, ILoveTracyQ. LOL. Quick Question...Was it JE's original idea to do Luke/Tracy? I know she's always wanted to work with TG, and at SZ, someone said she pitched the idea, but that TIIC didn't go for it until TG suggested it. Anyone know?

First of all, Dillon? Ugh. Moving along though...You have me wondering, ILoveTracyQ, but I doubt it's going to be that in-depth. About Lulu...I bet she's fine. Or at least she looks fine in the spoiler pics. Dillon appears to be upset. Georgie is comforting him. And then there are Skye/Dillon/Georgie/Lulu pics and a Skye/Mac one. It must be all related; Tracy better have a decent role. Also...I'm optimistic (ME? Optimistic? LOL) about the Tracy/sympathetic spoiler just because the first 2 spoilers (Lucky warning Luke and Luke reaching out to Lulu) are supposed to happen, so the 3rd one should too. Right?

coolkid, I'm not sure if I would say JI stayed "true" to Ed. I've found JA's Edward to be out of character on occasion, but in terms of overall personality, his Edward seems to be more reminiscent of DL's Edward IMO.

ILoveTracyQ, isn't SZ fun sometimes? I wouldn't have the guts to post there.

I'm sure most of us have seen the Episode Counts. I love Luke/Tracy, but is that ridiculously low number of episodes/year worth it? But then...Even before the pairing (Jan. thru April), JE wasn't given much to do. So I guess it works both ways, as in the Luke/Tracy pairing adds to her screentime, but it also takes away from it.

So...Pratt says Tracy and Luke love each other? Something must have gotten lost when the quote was paraphrased because I sure don't see any of this "love."

TG is on yet ANOTHER vacation. What does this mean for JE? Her screentime is limited even when TG is not on vacation. Good news is that Tracy/Lulu share at least once scene the week of Jan. 16th. But then come Feb. Sweeps, when Luke is going to be all over the place (with Robert and others), where is his wife going to be? TIIC are only going to give us so many "Edward is dying/dead" scenes, assuming that spoiler is accurate.

Also...I read a spoiler at TWoP, and I'd imagine the poster found it elsewhere: Lucky warns Luke about Lulu. Luke reaches out to Lulu. Tracy realizes that Luke wants to be good father and is sympathetic. The first 2 parts of that spoiler have been listed elsewhere. Hopefully, the 3rd part comes into play.

ILoveTracyQ, maybe I'll write my own version of February Sweeps if GH screws it up. Chances are they will, which reminds me...Here is a story set around Feb. Sweeps 2005. It's an entire cast fic, and Tracy's role is limited, but her scenes are enjoyable to read. The author, JapanSakka, has a very good grip on the character. As for the Luke/Tracy/Quartermaine scene...I'd have to watch it again, but I hope you're right. About the rumors...I wonder if there was any significance to Ned's "That's a wrap! Goodnight everybody!" I'm guessing not, but I interpreted it as WK telling cast/crew, "All right everyone. See ya at the next holiday!" But maybe...

Any thoughts on Edward's upcoming death (now that is appears to be official)? As we have discussed before, I suppose it is better than him disappearing into the Q Mansion. And JE should get good material out of it, so that's a plus. But there's something about one less Q that just doesn't sit right.

Here's a spoiler from SoapDish, but since it is from SoapDish, we should still consider it a rumor, LOL: Luke overhears Tracy talking about her feelings for him. Could be true, right? If so, I wonder who Tracy is talking to. And is Luke going to throw it in her face with his same old, "HA! I knew you were crazy about me," or will he be sincere? LOL. I agree, coolkid. It could be so much worse. Also...I'd like to believe that JE gets the best material for a woman over 50, but I'm not too sure. She is paired with TG (sort of), and her material is "fun" most of the time, but the comedy is tiresome. LC had much more substantial material this year, although Monica is practically limited to propping her children.

coolkid, you are too funny! And that's a compliment! As for the wardrobe...Other than that outfit, there hasn't been much of a change, so I'm not too sure.

ETA: Well, she was on, but I was rather disappointed. As for our girl's scenes...I liked the fact that Ned put his arm around his mother (in the background go figure; it had to be something WK added in). And I also liked the Tracy/Monica part of the montage although I sort of wished Tracy let Monica hug her. For being Christmas and all, the episode could have used much more family interaction. Most of the people at the hospital party didn't even have dialogue (and half of those who did had what? 2 or 3 lines?)! Not that all the actors need dialogue to make the scenes work, but still...Last year's hospital scenes were much better overall.

Once again...All from SoapDish, so make of it what you will. LOL. Skye's "bonding" with Lulu will last no longer than what we have seen so far. Tracy will play a much bigger role in Lulu's life than some people may think. I hope it's a "good" role. There was also something in one of the magazines (weeks ago) on 2006 Previews/Predictions that I don't believe I posted here: The Spencer Clan continues to grow. Luke becomes a father figure again, but when he needs some support, will Skye step in, or will Tracy come through in a way that no one could have predicted? I like that one. As always, guess we'll see. And if anyone wishes that I stop bringing the SD rumors over here, I will. (because most of it is likely to be garbage)

SPOILER: Any thoughts on the latest Dillon/Tracy spoiler? I'm not liking how Tracy has to "force" Dillon into doing anything. And then there's the spoiler, "Dillon sees her vulnerable side," which I took to mean as Lulu's, but GHH2 has it as "Dillon witnesses his mother's vulnerability." I like that spoiler.

ILoveTracyQ, me? Reading Soap Dish? Never! I want Tracy to have a life outside of Luke. As you mentioned, Luke is out and about, but Tracy has disappeared. Can TraLu be my favorite "couple" too?. That's such a cute name. LOL. It's time that Luke/Tracy fall for each other. There is no comparison to Luke/Laura (as you posted), so why NOT go for it?

As for RC...I haven't heard anything official, but you are right. Her contract does expire this month (if it hasn't expired already). I'm glad you enjoyed the latest chapters. I added more this afternoon. I read "Fate" and Amanda was the name IIRC, so maybe it IS ClinkBoom! She should come over and post with all of us. Coolkid, Dillon's dream was fun episode, despite that ongoing music. As for Tracy/Coleman, I'm not sure if I ever bought them in love. It all happened way too quickly. And it's funny how you mentioned "EVIL" mode because I just saw this on another site. Look at what Tracy is reading: Click here. I even boxed the "important" part. LOL. I don't want to see Tracy turn soft permanently (and that should NEVER happen), but GaP can still write in her vulnerabilities. Jane Elliot can only interject so much, and she does it well, but the writing just isn't there. And I think GaP are more so lazy than afraid. BTW, I also love reading your posts.

At last but not least...Look what I found! LOL. Right Click. Save Target As. The file has been corrupted, so you cannot view the clip, but the audio is still functioning. It's JE and Jerry verDorn in a 1981 GL scene (as Carrie and Ross). And here is a photo of them from SOD August 3, 1982.

ILoveTracyQ, I understand completely, and I agree. December as in LAST YEAR? Sounds about right. Except for that 10 second scene is January (because that is so much better -- sarcasm --) when Dillon told her that he needed to see her. And Tracy, in a loving tone, asked "What's wrong?" Of course, Emily and "Connor" were hiding behind the bar, so does it still count?

Oh! LOL. I remember some more. The 2 second scene at Michael's memorial: "I love you with all my heart and always will." "I love you too." Aww. And the couple scenes where Tracy blackmailed Dillon into keeping quiet about Alan's hit-and-run. And finally the brief scene in Kelly's (before Georgie interrupted) once Tracy found out that Dillon blabbed all to Emily. It is so sad that I can recall all the Dillon/Tracy one-on-one scenes in the last year. Sad because it makes me look ridiculous. And sad because there were so FEW that I can recall them all.

Oh, I am so glad I did not watch. This is right up there with: "The only time I ever saw my mother cry was when Lila died, and that was because of the will." And WTH is with Dillon referring to his mother by her first name? And WHY is Ned (and Tracy for that matter) NOT at this trial?

On a lighter note, coolkid, I'm enjoying your fanfic so much! I was laughing out loud at the Laura/Carly part. And yay for 150 (soon to be 151 posts)!

And ILoveTracyQ (or anyone who knows), question for ya I've been meaning to ask. Someone on SZ posted that Mitch was Tracy's 10th husband. Are there a whole bunch of unnamed husbands between him and Lord Ashton? Or am I missing something? LOL. I ask because the poster seemed serious, and then I remembered in the Tracy/Edward/heart attack scene, she told him that some of the men who married her liked her; a few even loved her...So it makes sense that Mitch was not husband #2. But #10? Just wondering...

And finally...a cute tidbit. I read (from another poster, who read this in a magazine) that Jane Elliot wore slippers during most of the Liz/Lucky wedding. I don't blame her. I certainly couldn't keep dress shoes on for those extra long shooting hours.

But I forget thats the same man who "raped" Tracy and who kidnapped her,drugged her, and got her drunk and married her.

To which I add: Watched her struggle for breath as Alice held her in a headlock AND refused to rescue her when Vinnie Blue Eyes kidnapped her because hey! He'll still receive the $$$ if she dies. *sigh* And what has me wondering is that people (myself included) still want Luke/Tracy to remain a "couple." Granted Luke/Tracy are fictional, but still...I have no idea. LOL. And coolkid, at least Luke said something after Lulu called Tracy "Satan" in Monday's episode.

As for Christmas...Can we please have a Tracy/Ned/Dillon/Brook Lynn scene? I don't see a Luke/Tracy kiss happening unless Tracy unknowingly stands under the mistletoe, and Luke decides to catch her by surprise.

Good Parts From Yesterday:

Luke: We've had some fun -- the push, the pull, the gamesmanship.

Tracy: The blackmail, the humiliation, the kidnapping.

This is good, right? The part where Luke admits, "And so did I."

Tracy called Luke on the times he and Dillon schemed together (against her).

And the whiteboard scene; I loved Tracy's reactions!

So...What did yesterday's episode tell us? Tracy is enjoying her marriage to Luke and is not going to give him a divorce. Except yeah...We know that already. And Skye is no longer going to sit on the side-lines? Guess we'll see if this leads to anything...Although it doesn't look like we'll be seeing our girl until the Christmas episode.

ILoveTracyQ, Luke is back to referring to Tracy as his wife. I'm also hoping Lulu/Tracy end up bonding, but it seems doubtful now. And I would definitely love to watch Luke charm Tracy to death. Oh, what could have been/could be with this SL.

As for the Skye/Luke spoilers...Ugh. Ugh. Ugh. My Skye love is wearing thin, and it's not because she dislikes Tracy. TPTB either need to move Skye/Luke foward and forget about the Luke/Tracy marriage (and I hope this does not happen), or TPTB need to place her in someone else's sphere. I'm not enjoying Skye's role in this SL at the moment. And if the info. from SoapCentral via TV Guide is accurate, then neither is Robin Christopher. I wonder what this will lead to.

ILoveTracyQ, about the clips MarlandRulez posted, is Real Player installed on your computer? If it is, then you can temporarily set it as your default player since the clips will only play in that program. Maybe that will work.

I don't quite get that though.....if they're paid a "salary",then why not use the vets,like Jane,since they ARE more expensive,why not actually give them meaty screen time when they are on?

Exactly. If she is being paid per episode, then she should be used more frequently per episode with all the supposed budget problems. She is going to be paid the same amount, whether she appears 5 minutes or 15 minutes, right? Ugh. Makes. No. Sense. Well...Here's my theory: Jane Elliot does not need long and frequent scenes to earn her $$$; she can earn it all with miniscule airtime and TIIC know it.

It appears that the majority of next week's spoilers take place on Monday. Tracy has Lulu arrested on Monday per Cable Guide Spoilers. And according to the spoilers here on SON, Lulu is not arrested until after Tracy/Jax, so that also happens on Monday. Perhaps Luke/Tracy is on Tuesday? Oh, I don't know! 4 days last week AND 4 days this week! I hate being spoiled (even though her scenes were shorter and less frequent than certain other characters *cough* Jason and Sam *cough*).
