I am tying up some storylines in one episode, and doing it without dialogue. It was going to be stretched out into a week, but it's not feasable.

~Brook Lyn arrives and is shocked to find out that she has a half brother. Ned never tol her about James, which angers her.
~Dillion is offered a summer internship in New York City with NYU. He will be in the city helping to film a major motion picture. He breaks things off with Lulu, who takes it in stride.
~Sam makes more apperances around Port Charles, always evading detection. She breaks into the PCPD and burns the evidence against the Cassadines. She is seen entering a warehouse where she meets up with a man who gives her an assignment. The man, who is a Cassadine, instructs her to kidnap Spencer, Kristina, and Molly.
~Luke is angry that there is no progress being made in the hunt for Helena and Sam. He feels that Robert is spending too much time with Tracy, who are continuing with their affair. To counter this and to get Robert back on track, Luke tells Tracy about the bet. Hell hath no fury than Tracy Quartermaine scorned!
~Carly, completely and utterly depressed that Jax has dumped her ends up one night at Jake's. She starts playing pool and catches the eye of a man who starts harrassing her. She tries to fight him off and an attractive younger man saves her. They end up sleeping together and then she asks his name.....
~The custody trial of James begins. The star witness is Brook Lyn. She testifies that she hardly knows her father and he barely raised her. Ned doesn't know if he should allow Ric to attack Brenda's character. In the end, he doesn't allow it. Sonny though is fair game and it does test Sonny and Brenda relationship. The court judge comes back with a judgement and custody of James is awarded too.....

TUNE IN AFTER THE HIATUS. We Will be back in June!

CARLY AND HER TWINS ARE IN DANGER

Nikolas watched in horror as his pregnant fiancée is run off the PC Connector Bridge. The outcome will have lasting consequences on the couple, as well as the entire canvas.

"Nikolas was on the phone with Carly, who's driving to Wyndemere at the request of him, when something goes wrong with her car," sets up Tyler Christopher (Nikolas). "Apparently her breaks were cut and she's run off the bridge by a black sedan." Nikolas can see the bridge from Spoon Island and watches as his love crashes into the water.

Nikolas freaks out as he's not only worried about Carly, but his unborn children as well. "Carly is thrown from the vehicle and will suffer some serious internal injuries that affect the lives of her twins," shares Tyler. "It's set up pretty well. The writers have done a good job of making sure this story plays out well."

Meanwhile, the doctors who are attending Robin & Patrick's pregnancy party are called to work (David for Alan and Steven, Kelly and Elizabeth for Carly). News of Carly's accident begins spreading through town and will eventually get back to Sonny and Jason. Jason's at the hospital when he learns of Carly's accident and immediately goes into blame mode.

"Jason blames Nikolas for Carly's accident," previews Steve Burton (Jason). "If Nikolas hadn't pressured her into driving, none of this would have happened, at least in Jason's mind." Nikolas & Jason almost get into a fight, but it's broken up when Dr. Kelly Lee (played by Minae Noji) comes to Nikolas with bad news. Carly's slipping in and out of consciousness since being rescued. Complaints of pain in her uterus and contractions cause Dr. Kelly to examine Carly. Afterwards, it is revealed that Carly has a placental abruption. Things go from bad to worse and Nikolas is faced with a tough decision.

"Nikolas is asked to make a decision no man should ever have to make. Carly's going into shock and as more time slips by, both she and the babies are at risk. Who does Nikolas save? The love of his life? Or his children" previews EP/HW Ryan Chandler. The decision isn't going to be easy for Nikolas. "It's an impossible situation to be in, but I believe we handled it well. The fallout from this story will be massive. Not only will it wrap up some of the stories we have going on, but it will kick off huge stories for the new year."

    CASTING ROUNDUP
    GOING:

Maurice Bernard (Sonny Corinthos) - "Sonny makes a bold move against the man he holds responsible for Carly's accident," previews Maurice Bernard. This incident completely pushes an already fragile Sonny over the edge. Look for Sonny to be off canvas for most of the upcoming year. "Maurice Bernard will continue to be a part of Port Charles in a recurring capacity," says Tishy Smith. An exit interview will be posted with the actor next week.

Ted King (Lorenzo Alcazar) - The rival mob boss escapes from police custody after a final scene with Anna (Finola Hughes). The actor will make sporadic appearances in 2008.

Josh Casaubon (Blake Barrington) Josh asked to be released from his contract. "There was another opportunity that he couldn't pass up. We, as a team, couldn't stand in Josh's way. We appreciate all his work and wish him well in all his endeavors. Says HW Tishy Smith. Casuabon last aired on the Thanksgiving episode.

Kiko Ellsworth (Stan Johnson) - Stan leaves town to make more out of his life. He shares a nice goodbye with Lainey (Kent King) and his mother Epiphany (Sonya Eddy).

Jean-Paul Lavoisier (Dillon Quartermaine) - As rumored in the first edition of the Chronicles, there was one young actor who was ready to leave the show after feeling the character ran it's course. Unfortunately, JP chose to leave before the show finished writing his new storyline. The role will be recast.

Scott Bailey (Hunter Halloway) - The character leaves town after the fear of god is put into him.

    COMING:

Tristan Rogers (Robert Scorpio) - Robert literally dropped in from the sky during Robin & Patrick's party. Robert will be around for the forseeable future as a recurring character. Look for a big story to begin in 2008 involving his character.

Kristina Wagner ("Felicia Jones") - With Felicia's name being dropped by multiple characters, it's only natural to assume she'd return. Kristina has agreed to return to PC for a handful of episodes beginning this month. Maxie is going to need her mother in a big way soon.

Jeff Branson (Blake Barrington) - Jeff is now available for the role of Blake Barrington. The writers have admired his work on "All My Children" and wanted him for this role from the beginning. Now that he is available, the show eagerly snatched him up. His first airdate was yesterday.

Michael Cassidy (Dillon Quartermaine) - Most known for his role on "The O.C." as Zach Stevens and "Cliff Wiatt" on "Hidden Palms," the actor has signed a 6 month deal with PC. The writers wanted to see how audience reception was to his new storyline before offering a long-term deal. He can currently be seen on "Smallville" as Grant Gabriel.

Tom Welling (Laurence Gabriel) - This role was created specially for Tom Welling. Ryan Chandler says, "The story of Laurence Gabriel is a closely guarded secret. I will say this though, Tom Welling is perfect for this role." Tom Welling, a former model is best known for his work in the CW television show "Smallville" and the "Cheaper By the Dozen" movies.

Nikki Reed ("Cassandra") - The "Thirteen" star/writer and "The O.C." actress Nikki Reed has won the role of Cassandra. Cassandra will premiere on the same date as Trey. Many actresses tried out for the role however it was clear from the beginning that Nikki Reed has exactly what it takes to be Cassandra. No other information will be given out at this time.

    STATUS CHANGE:

Kristen Alderson ("Kristina Davis Corinthos") - The young actress has been bumped to recurring. Originally Kristina was to be written out, but after negotiation, it was decided to work around the actress' school schedule.

Wally Kurth ("Ned Ashton") - Wally asked to be let out of his contract so he could take time off to tour. Wally will tape as his schedule permits. Before he left, the actor pitched a return story that will benefit the show greatly. Look for Ned to make frequent out of town trips.

    BLIND ITEMS
DONE DEAL?: Show executives are close to finalizing a deal that would bring a major primetime star to the show was a lead villain. The actor currently stars on a very popular cable show and is a former daytime actor. Look for him to be connected to big players in town.

RETURNING?: Could a character thought to be dead return? If the executive producers have their way, this actor will return sure enough. The holdup? He's currently on contract with another soap opera...and it doesn't seem like he's willing to leave. Sources say the character won't return unless they can get this actor in the role.

BIG STORY FOR 08: We're hearing that a big story has been planned for 2008 that will bring back many fan favorites throughout the course of the year, in short-term roles. All of this will culminate in a big reveal. We're hearing the show's theme for 2008 is "Question Everything, Believe Nothing". Hmmm.......

Turns out that internet leak about big names departing GH is true (see above goings).

Due to work constraints, The Citizens of Port Charles will be taking a 6 week hiatus. We will be wrapping some storylines up and creating some cliffhangers to leave certain stories open to new possibilities. The hiatus will begin in approximately two weeks time.

Sophia Bush has been cast as Brook Lyn Ashton. She will be appearing on screen in the next couple episodes. This is a contract role.

Former ATWT star and Broadway vet Larry Bryggman joins the cast in a recurring role. He has been cast as Judge William Lynch. He will be the Family Court judge for the custody case involving Ned and Brenda regarding who should get custody of James. Expect him for several episodes.

Brenda is standing outside Sonny’s penthouse, arguing on her cell with Ned. He is warning her about her relationship with Sonny yet again. “Brenda, please for our son. Stay away from Sonny. I don’t want to have to do what I may have to do. Please.”

“Ned, You are talking in riddles. What are you talking about?” Brenda tapped her foot impatiently. “What do you mean you don’t want to do something. Can’t you trust me?”

Brenda heard him sigh, “I don’t want to be the bad guy here but I will for James. He is the world to me and I don’t want to see what happened to Michael happen to James.”

“I would like to think that I am a far better mother than Carly is.” Brenda said coldly. “Look, this conversation is going nowhere. If you want to talk about James, contact Scott. We are done.” Brenda slapped the phone shut and knocked on Sonny’s door. When he opened it, she smiled and said hello.

“Hey Bren.” Sonny looked around her and ushered her in. He looked at her in concern and said without preamble. “We have a problem.”

Immediately troubled, Brenda followed his into the living room and asked, “What is it Sonny? What’s going on?”

Sonny held up the tape. “AJ was here today. It seems that Carly and Sarah Quartermaine had a little taped conversation that they want to use against us to take James and Michael away from us.” Sonny said sarcastically.

Brenda’s hand shot to her mouth, “What?” She said in anger. “Are you kidding me?”

“Do I look like I am kidding?” Sonny walked behind the couch and put the tape in a tape player. He pressed play and let Brenda listen to a minute of it where Carly confided to Sarah how Sonny was involved in numerous shootings and that the first time they got married was so that she wouldn’t have to testify against him. Sonny hit stop and said, “It gets worse Brenda. Carly goes on and on about you and how you became in her words obsessed with me and tried to break her and I up. That I drove you crazy, etc, etc.”

Knowing the implications that could come from this tape, Brenda demanded, “Sonny, what are we going to do? Besides ripping those two b!tches throats out I mean! I was just on the phone with Ned and he was hinting at something and it has to be this. I can’t give my son up and I won’t let anyone tell me how to live my life!”

Sonny sat down next to Brenda and drew her in his arms, “I have an idea. You aren’t going to like it, but it may work.” He outlined his plan to her. “Think you can do it?”

Brenda had never been so angry in her life. “Aarrgghh, I hate it but I know you are right Sonny. I’ll do it.” Not happy, she leaned over and kissed him. “I don’t care that she is your ex wife but one thing I am going to do is call Jax. He should know what she is doing.”

Sonny stood up and extended his hand. “Later. We have something important to do.”

“What’s that?” Brenda said distracted, she searched her purse for her cell phone.

“Make love.” He pulled her to her feet and the two of them kissed their way to the bedroom.

Luke strides into the PCPD and immediately catches up to Robert. “Hey where the hell have you been? Did you hear that Sam McCall went all La Femme Nikita on me and my son?”

Robert turns around and faces him, files in his hand. “I heard about what happened. I went to the hospital today and talked to Laura. She said you were out searching for Sam and Helena. You ok mate?”

“I am fine, wind knocked out of me and my ego is bruised that a 25 year old woman beat the crap out of me. But Scorpio you didn’t answer my question. Where the hell were you?”

Robert smirked, “Ahhh, you wouldn’t believe me if I told you.” He started to walk towards the big board where they were tracking leads on the Cassadine case. “Taggert and some of the force are out following up on some leads. I have some detectives near the woods of your house, seeing what we can find.”

Luke persists, “Don’t give me that bull Scorpio.”

“Let’s just say you owe me $1000 bucks Spencer.”

Luke chuckles, “Like hell I do. No way you and Tracy are doing the horizontal bop. You have to proof it to me before I fork over any money.”

Robert smiled his trademark grin, “I know you better than your wife knows you Spencer.” He pulls out his cell and pushes some buttons. “Listen to the message my friend. That’s my proof mate.”

Luke suspiciously takes the phone and listens to the message. His face turns from doubt to disbelief to the realization that Robert and Tracy were somewhat of an item. “You are meeting her tonight at Metro Court?”

“Tomorrow. I have a meeting with Alexis late. So why don’t you pay up now and I can treat her to a nice dinner.”

“I’ll have it later.” Both knew full well that Luke was never going to pay it. “I don’t carry that much cash on me now.”

“We can head right over to the bank Spencer.”

“Don’t you have a case to be working on, like who is trying to kill me?” Luke retorted. “You’ll get your money Scorpio when I am good and ready to give it to you.”

Robert laughed, “Like hell you will. Get out of here and go see your wife.”

Elizabeth steps out of the hospital elevator and heads down to Nikolas’ room. When she gets there, Laura is there alone. “Hi Laura. I brought Spencer here since I knew he is missing his father.” Elizabeth sat down. “Where’s Nikolas?”

“He’s just in the bathroom. He’s being released soon.” Laura looked at Elizabeth uncomfortably, who was now holding Spencer. “Elizabeth I know it’s none of my business but Lucky told me you two are getting divorced.”

Elizabeth hung her head. “I’m sorry Laura, it’s true. It’s just not going to work out with me and Lucky. I will always have a place in my heart for Lucky, he was my first love you know.”

Laura cut her off, “So what is going on with you and Nikolas?”

Nikolas opened the door, “Hey big guy! How is my handsome guy?” Nikolas leaned down and picked up Spencer. “I missed you.”

Laura stood up, “I am just going to go get a cup of coffee. Can I take my grandson with me?”

“Of course.” Nikolas handed Spencer over to Laura and watched as they went out of the room. “I missed you too Elizabeth.”

“Are you ok Nikolas? I was so worried about you.” Elizabeth said.

Nikolas reassured her, “I am fine. Just a few scrapes and some burns. Come here.” He opened up his arms and Elizabeth stepped into them. He brought his lips down to hers and kissed her thoroughly. “I have been wanting to do that since I woke up.”

Elizabeth giggled, “Well I won’t object if you do it again.” They kissed again until they heard a throat being cleared.

“Well, well, well. I was so right about you Elizabeth. I knew you would throw yourself at Nikolas. Did you find out I slept with Lucky yet?” Elizabeth and Nikolas stared in disbelief at an angry Emily. “No? Funny thing was, Nikolas you were there when we were having sex and you had no idea.” Emily turned and flounced away, leaving a stunned Elizabeth and Nikolas behind.

Alexis saw Scott seated at the Metro Court Bar. She was meeting him for lunch, the first time they had had a chance to be alone in weeks. “Hello Scott.” Alexis said calmly.

“Alexis.” Scott finished his drink and placed it on the bar. “Ready for lunch?”

“Lunch would be nice. I would enjoy that.” Alexis and Scott hadn’t talked much since Ric had moved into her house. “Are we ok Scott?” Alexis asked hesitantly.

Scott stood up and kissed her on the cheek. “Alexis, we are fine.” He grabbed her hand and walked towards the elevators. “Wait a minute Scott. Where are we going? I thought we were having lunch.” Alexis questioned.

Scott looked back at her and grinned, “We are. Trust me.” They entered the elevator and silence descended between the two of them. He swept the hotel suite door open and looked at Alexis. “Your lunch awaits you.”

Alexis moved into the room and Scott followed her in. Before her was a cart, with a lunch spread in front of them. There was a grilled chicken Caeser salad, warm bread and butter, and a light pasta dish. White wine accompanied the meal. “This is very nice Scott.” Alexis spoke, obviously touched.

“I wanted to show you that I am not just a regular jerk, that I can be a nice guy.” Scott confessed.

“Scott, I know you are a nice guy. It’s not you.”

“It’s not you Scott, it’s me. Don’t give me that line Alexis, you are better than that.” Scott said sarcastically as he looked deep in her eyes. “Get over it Alexis. Face it, I am attracted to you. You challenge me in ways that no one else has in a while. You take my crap and throw it right back at me. That’s sexy Alexis. When are you going to wake up and realize I am not such a bad guy?” Scott expressed.

Alexis looked down at the floor, shifting from one foot to the other. “Scott…” Alexis’ voice trailed off. “Oh what the hell.” Alexis threw herself at Scott, propelling him backward onto the bed. She followed him down, kissing him hungrily. Scott matched her kiss for kiss, their passion igniting. He quickly got rid of her suit jacket and was fumbling with the buttons on her blouse, all the while, kissing any part of skin his lips could find. "Here let me" Alexis breathed and grabbed the blouse, ripping it open and sending the buttons flying onto the floor. Scott stood up and quickly disrobed, the whole time never taking his eyes off the beautiful, now nude body of Alexis.

Scott lowered himself down and started to caress every part of Alexis' body. He moved down her body, kissing and licking every inch of skin. A low moan escaped her throat as she bunched the sheets up. Her body arched in pleasure under his touch. He brought his mouth down on one of her breasts and started to devour it. Alexis groaned, and begged for him to make love to her.

Scott complied. He eased into her and together they moved. Alexis' fingers dug into his buttocks, drawing him closer. She wrapped her legs around him so he could go deeper. "Please" She whimpered. He exploded in her and together they groaned in pleasure. After a beat of silence, Scott rolled off Alexis and drew her close.

Scott looked deep in her eyes and smiled, pushing her hair out of her eyes. "You made me work up an appetite." He commented.

"Yeah well, I am glad I shaved my legs this morning." Alexis said dryly.

"Me too!" Scott said, kissing her again.

“Nikolas!” Laura called out to her son as she entered Wyndemere. “Nikolas, I need to talk to you!”

"Alfred just told me you were here." Nikolas met his mother in the hallway and hugged her. “Is everything all right? What is wrong? How are you feeling?”

“I would be feeling a lot better if you tell me that you are not planning on dating your brother’s wife.” Laura spoke sternly to her eldest son. “Because I will be very disappointed in you Nikolas. You shouldn’t do this to Lucky. He is your brother.”

Nikolas turned on his foot and walked towards the living room. He leaned against the desk. When his mother finally came in, he replied, “I appreciate what you are saying but please Laura, whatever happens between Elizabeth and Lucky is between them. And whatever happens between me and Elizabeth is between us.”

“Nikolas, this is your brother’s wife! Yes they are having problems but you are adding to those problems! Don’t you care what your brother wants?” Laura demanded.

“And what about me?” Nikolas shot back. “What about what I want? What if Elizabeth is what makes me happy? Have you thought about that Laura, because being with Elizabeth is making me happier than I have ever thought I would be.”

“Oh my God.” Elizabeth gasped. Neither Laura nor Nikolas had noticed that Elizabeth had entered. “I’m sorry, I’ll go.” Elizabeth said, flustered. "Alfred told me to just come in."

Nikolas stepped forward, “No, no Elizabeth. Stay. My mother was just leaving.”

Knowing that she was being dismissed, Laura said to her son, “We aren’t through yet Nikolas. We will continue this conversation later. Elizabeth.” As she walked past Elizabeth, she nodded at her.

Nikolas and Elizabeth watched as Laura walked out of the room. “I’m sorry Nikolas, I didn’t know Laura was going to be here. I needed to talk.”

Nikolas sighed and hugged Elizabeth, “I didn’t know she was coming over either. I don’t know what you heard, but she isn’t exactly keen on our friendship. I think she believes you belong with Lucky.”

“I’m sorry Nikolas. I don’t know what to say.” Elizabeth replied, dismayed. “I don’t want to cause trouble between you and your mother. I should just go.” Elizabeth broke free from his embrace.

“You aren’t going anywhere.” Nikolas pulled her back in, giving her a scorching kiss.

“Tracy! Where are you going?” Edward bellowed as Tracy tried to sneak out the door. “Alan is coming home today and I want you here. We need to support him as a family. This is a difficult time for him.”

Tracy’s hand was on the doorknob. She had planned on meeting Robert for an hour, but now she was caught. “Father, I just have to run to the store. I will be back in an hour or so.”

Ned strode into the foyer, “What’s going on here? Has Alan arrived yet?”

“Your mother is sneaking out when she should be here for Alan’s coming home.” Edward fussed. “Although where she is going I have no idea.”

Tracy drew herself up and stuck her chin out defiantly. “I don’t have to tell you where I am every second of the day. Alan will still be here when I get back.”

“That is very callous of you Mother, even for you. He’s your brother. The least you can do is welcome him home before you run off to some appointment.” Ned commented. “Cook made all his favorite foods.”

Edward clapped his hands. “Good, good. The only thing we are missing is our newest member of the family, but that will come in due time. Ned, I am confident you will win custody and James will be raised here as a proper Quartermaine. I hope you have looked into boarding schools. It’s never too early you know!”

“Oh Father, shut up! I for one am glad James isn’t here. Children should be seen, not heard.” Tracy snapped.

“And this is why Dillion and I are so well adjusted.” Ned said sarcastically.

“I was the best mother to you!” Tracy said indignantly.

AJ walked out of the living room, hands in his pockets, “Oh God, are we discussing parenting skills again? Or in the case of this family, lack there of?”

Tracy shot her venom at AJ, “Like if Michael was raised here he would have turned out better than you or that gangster brother of yours? I don’t think so.” Tracy was interrupted by doorbell ringing. Tracy automatically reached out and opened the door.

“Surprise Grandma!” Brook Lyn Ashton exclaimed sarcastically, “I know you must be happy to see me.” Brook Lyn stepped past her surprised grandmother and up to her father. “Daddy? That woman that you were once married to and I are so not getting along. Can I stay here please?”

Lucky walked into the Scorpio House where his parents and Lulu were staying. The Spencer House was being fixed from the explosion. He needed to talk to his mother about his impending divorce. Although his mother was the new mayor, she had yet to go to work yet as she hadn't fully recovered yet.

Laura made her way into the living room. "Hello Lucky." She said warmly. "How are you?" She gave him a hug.

"I'm doing ok." Lucky shrugged off his jacket. "Lulu told me you heard about Emily and me."

"I have heard, yes.." Laura sat down across from her son. "I really have to hope you know what you are doing."

Lucky buried his head in his hands. "That's the thing Mom. I don't know what I want. I mean, I know it is over with me and Elizabeth. That is obvious. I just want to get everything over with as fast as possible."

Laura looked sympathetically at Lucky. She hated to see her son in pain. "Lucky, are you saying that you don't want a divorce?" She questioned.

Lucky shook his head. "No Mom. I want this divorce. What I don't want is my ex wife and my brother together."

"Well, it goes two ways. You can't expect that and then go off with Emily." Laura counseled.

Lucky laughed dryly. "Emily and I were a one time thing. Nothing will come of it. Now, I can't say the same about Nikolas and Elizabeth. It seems like he really wants to be with her. I don't think I can handle it."

"Have you talked to your brother?"

Again Lucky laughed, this time with sarcasm. "Hardly. Nikolas and I don't really talk anymore Mom. Unless it is about you or Lulu."

Laura got up to sit next to Lucky. She wrapped her arm around him. "Do you want me to say something to Nikolas. You know he will listen to me."

"No Mom. Don't." Laura looked away from her depressed son. Regardless of what Lucky last said, she would talk to Nikolas.

It was Elizabeth's first day back from work after giving birth. She was nervous, but Ava was with Jason today so she felt slightly better. Elizabeth was at the Nurse's Station when Emily approached. "Elizabeth, has Mr. Donovan's blood work come back yet?"

Elizabeth looked up from the chart she was updating. "No Emily, it hasn't. I can page you when it comes back if you wish."

"That isn't necessary." Emily stared at Elizabeth and crossed her arms. "So. I understand you have attached yourself to my brother again. Have you no shame Elizabeth?"

"Emily." Elizabeth sighed and put her pen down. "Can we please not do this here?"

Emily smiled, a fake smile. "Oh come on Elizabeth. You are just upset that I have figured out your little game. Plus, it is obvious that Lucky now prefers me to you."

Elizabeth cut Emily off. "Is that what you wanted Emily? To prove that Lucky "preferred" you? Aren't you over that crush you had on him when you were like 12?"

"Shut up Elizabeth. You have no idea what you are talking about." Emily said angrily.

Robin was walking down the hall when she saw the interaction between the two former friends. She started walking faster. "Hey you two. Stop it. This is a professional enviornment. Leave your personal problems out of the Hospital and out of earshot from the patients. Do you understand me?" Robin looked from one to the other, "I don't want to have to bring this up to your supervisors. Don't put me in that position, ok?"

"Yes." Emily stalked away and Elizabeth handed over a chart to Robin.

Brenda was playing with James on the floor of her living room. This was her favorite time, playing with her son. He was the ultimate joy in her life. She looked up when there was a knock on her door.

Brenda wasn't expecting anyone as Sonny had a business meeting and Robin was working. She pulled open the door and somehow wasn't surprised to see who was on the other side of the threshold. "Oh no you don't. Go away Carly."

Carly pushed past her into the house. "What gives you the right to ruin my life Brenda? Who the hell do you think you are?"

"Carly, get out." Brenda stayed at the open door. "My son is right here and I don't want you near him."

"Leticia! Come get Brenda's bastard son!" Carly shouted. Leticia ran into the room and asked Brenda if she should call Sonny. Brenda responded that she could handle Carly.

When Leticia and James had left the room, Brenda faced Carly. "I didn't ruin your marriage Carly. You did it to yourself. I merely placed a phone call. You have no one to blame but yourself."

"Oh don't give me that self righteous act. You and Sonny set me up and you know it." Carly walked closer to Brenda. She pointed a finger at her. "You told Jax everything. Jax would have never have known about that tape if it wasn't for you."

"What possessed you to go and tell everything to Sarah Quartermaine? Things that Sonny told you when he stupidly thought he was in love with you." Brenda said, exasperated. "Are you insane? Should we put you back in Rosehill?"

"Pot. Kettle. Black honey. That's all I have to say." Carly shot back.

Brenda angrily came right back, "You are coming into my house and insulting me? Blaming me for your mistakes. When are you going to get it into your head Carly, that your relationship with Sonny is over and now your relationship with Jax is done. Take a look in the mirror and there is the person to blame."

"Why couldn't you have stayed in Paris? You have been nothing but trouble since you have been back." Carly shouted. "Nobody wants you here, understand me? Go back to where you came from."

Brenda laughed. "Funny, because Sonny sure wanted me last night and the night before and the night before that."

"You b!tch!" Carly leaned back and slapped her hard across the face. She was breathing hard as Brenda grabbed her cheek. "Get out Carly, before I call the police." Brenda said quietly.

"Gladly." Carly slammed the door behind her.

“Oh my God, Jax!” Carly runs across the room to her husband and embraces him. She is ecstatic to see him. “What are you doing here? You didn’t tell me you were coming.” She kisses him. "I am so happy that you are here!"

Jax disentangles himself from her. “I had a feeling I was needed here. Turns out I was right.” He says stoically.

Confused, Carly asks, “What are you talking about Jax?”

“Carly, I thought you had changed. I thought you really had changed. That you had grown to be a better person. I guess I was wrong.” Jax sighed, “Are you ever going to learn?”

Carly immediately went on the defensive. “I don’t even know what you are talking about Jax. What are you accussing me of this time?”

“Don’t take me for a fool Carly. I heard everything. You are trying to ruin Brenda’s life.” Jax walked around, frustrated. “Tell me Carly, were you ever over Sonny, cause it sure doesn’t sound like it.”

“What? Of course I am. I chose you Jax.” Carly approaches him and tries to kiss him. Jax pushes her away. “Not going to work this time Carly. I can’t believe you deliberately tried to destroy them by using a child. Do you have any decency?”

Carly stood her ground and shot back, “It’s always about Brenda isn’t it Jax. Maybe you aren’t the one that is over her. Ever think of that? You know in the entire time you have been back, all ten minutes of it, you haven’t even said that you missed me. All you have talked about is Brenda.”

“Carly, I haven't been in love with Brenda for years, but I can still love her. But that is besides the point. You aren’t the person I fell in love with. I can’t believe I was actually considering having a baby together.” Jax sighed. “But we are through Carly.”

Carly wipes her eyes as tears threatened. “Don’t do this Jax.”

“You should have thought about us before you went and potentially destroyed other peoples lives. You were the one that spilled the secrets of Brenda and Sonny to that Sarah Quartermaine. What were you thinking?” Jax demanded.

“I was lonely and I missed you. I needed a friend and she asked the questions.” Carly’s face dawned with realization. “What a minute, how did you know what was on the tape?”

Jax answered, “Brenda called me and played it to me. Like I said, we are through.” Jax walked away, leaving a slumped Carly in tears.

AJ throws some bills on the table and hisses to Sarah, “Let’s go.” Quietly they got up and walked out of the restaurant. Once outside, AJ turned on Sarah. “What did Patrick mean in there? You had an abortion?”

Sarah burst into tears. “AJ, I didn’t want to tell you because I thought you would think less of me. Patrick left me and I found out I was pregnant. I had no money and yes, I had an abortion.”

“Why didn’t you tell me? I am your husband for God’s sake!” AJ said angrily. “I would think you can tell me anything. That’s what husbands and wives do Sarah. We don't keep secrets from one another.”

“I’m sorry AJ. Isn’t it enough punishment that I can’t have children? I should have told you, yes. But I wanted Patrick to feel the same pain I did.” Sarah begged. “That’s why I told Robin. Can’t you understand that? Haven't you ever wanted revenge on someone?”

AJ walked away for a minute and came back, his face full of emotions. “I don’t agree with what you did to Robin. Patrick I don’t care about. He hurt you and it makes me want to hurt him. Just Sarah, tell me everything ok?”

Sarah sighed with relief. “No secrets.” She hugged her husband and kissed him. “No secrets.” Sarah looked over his shoulder and narrowed her eyes.

Robin opens the door to the Brownstone to find Patrick standing there. “Patrick, what do you want?”

Patrick leans down and kisses her deeply. “I have been wanting to do that all day.”

“Patrick, nothing has changed. I am still angry.” Robin insisted.

“And I still love you. I can’t help it if Sarah wants to ruin my life. We just can’t let her ruin ours.” Patrick said passionately.

Robin leaned up against the doorframe and crossed her arms. “Patrick, I have been hurt so many times in the past. I am afraid you will do to me what you did to Sarah.”

“I didn’t know she was pregnant! If she had told me, I wouldn’t have left.” Patrick insisted, grabbing Robin’s hand. “Honestly, I don’t know if she is telling the truth about it at all. She has obviously lied about a lot of things. She taped a conversation of her and Carly’s to be used in Brenda’s custody fight. If you don’t believe me, ask Brenda.”

Robin snatched her hand away. “Patrick, right now I don’t know what to believe.”

“Believe this.” Patrick pulled her in his arms and kissed her again.

Brenda and Sonny, hands entwined are walking out of Metro Court. Jax came back, and Carly was exposed. Brenda couldn’t be happier.

Carly appeared out of nowhere, eyes red rimmed and tear stains down her cheeks. “Jax is gone. Thanks to you.”

“You brought this on yourself Carly. You went after me and my son and I fought back.” Brenda replied.

Carly got in real close to Brenda’s face, “You will regret that you ever messed with me Brenda.”

    The Next Day

Sonny opens his penthouse door, expecting Brenda. He was surprised to see AJ standing there. “What do you want AJ?” Sonny asked bluntly.

Confidently, AJ asked. “We have some things to discuss. Can I come in?”

“What for? I can’t think of a damn thing you and I have to discuss.”

“Oh you will want to hear what I have to say.” AJ states, “It concerns Michael.”

Sonny shrugs and steps aside. He closes the door firmly and turns to face AJ. He rubs his chin and asks, “So uh, what do you need to see me for?’

“I want my son back Sonny.”

Sonny shook his head automatically. “No way. Not going to happen. Quit wasting my time and get out!”

AJ folded his arms and smirked, “Well Sonny, I think it will happen. See I have in my possession a recording of your ex wife spewing all the rotten things that you did when you two were married.” AJ pulled out of his jacket pocket the tape. “That Carly always had a mouth on her, but we both know that don’t we?”

Sonny stood there and shot back, “I don’t believe you. You think that by showing me a tape I am going to give you my son?”

AJ flipped him the tape. “You can have this. I have the original. In fact, I suggest you listen to it. Carly sure knew a lot about Brenda.” AJ taunted. “Oh, by the way Sonny. Remember that Brenda is going up against Ned. Ned can use this tape to take James. Do you want James taken away from her as well?." AJ paused and let that sink in before walking towards the door. "Think long and hard about what you will want to do in regards to my son. I want you to sign over your rights to me. I will be back and you better have an answer for me.” AJ opened the door and closed it behind him. Sonny picked up a glass and threw it at the fireplace.

“Emily, have you seen the patient in 305s chart?” Patrick asked.

Emily looked up from the Station. “Sarah has it. I saw her go in there a few minutes ago with his results. Why?”

“Oh. Thanks Emily.” Patrick stormed into the patients room and said to Sarah, “Dr., may I have a word with you?”

Sarah looked up and nodded. “Of course.” She turned to the patient and said. “Let me know if you need anything.” She followed Patrick out of the room and asked. “Yes Dr Drake? How can I help you?”

“What were you doing with my patient?” Patrick asked, trying to contain his anger. “I was looking for his chart and you had it. I had to ask Emily Quartermaine where it was.”

Sarah twirled a piece of her hair, “I apologize Dr Drake, I wasn’t aware you were looking for it. I was asked by my mother in law to check in on him” She said innocently. “It won’t happen again.”

“See that you do that Sarah. You already ruined my personal life.” He pointed a finger at her. “Stay away from my professional life!”

“No Patrick,” Sarah’s eyes narrowed, “You ruined my life. Payback is a !@#$%^&*], isn’t it?”

Monica settled herself down in a chair across from Alan’s hospital bed. She was making her lunch hour visit to her husband. Alan opened his eyes, “Hi Monica.”

Monica grabbed his hand and stood up. She leaned over and kissed him on the lips. “How was your night honey? I am sorry I didn’t get a chance to get in here earlier but I had surgery early this morning.”

    “Ok.”

“Your speech seems to be coming around. Emily tells me that you are walking around more. That’s great Alan. You are making excellent progress.” Monica chatted. It was still difficult for Alan to talk but all his visitors were aware of that. “Your father is so ecstatic that he won the baby bet.”

Alan’s mouth opened and he slurred, “Figures. Fath, Father loves monmoney.”

Monica squeezed his hand, “That he does Alan.” Monica closed her eyes. “Oh Alan I miss you so much. I miss you at night in our big bed. It’s so cold there.” Monica wiped tears from her eyes. “God I am so selfish. Here you are in a hospital and I am feeling sorry for myself.”

“Don’t cry Mon. S’ok. Miss you too.” Alan replied. “Getting better. I feel better.”

“I am just happy you are ok Alan. That you are still here. Something funny happened this morning.” Monica quickly changed subjects. “I was getting ready for work and I overheard Tracy on the phone. I think she is seeing someone.”

    “Tracy?”

“She said, I will see you later at the same place. Then when she saw me, she grilled me on what I had heard. I told her nothing. But she has been out late a lot.” Monica confided. “It’s about time your sister met a man. Maybe she will move out of my house!” Monica laughed

Alan laughed with Monica and his eyes started to close. Monica watched him as he fell asleep, happy that he was still alive and getting better.

Laura and Lulu were in Nikolas’ hospital room. He was asleep from the morphine he was given for the pain. He had suffered some burns from the small explosive that went off on the Spencer’s porch. The doctor’s admitted him for observation and he would be released later that day.

Lulu stood up and started walking around the room. “Mom, I wish there was something I could do to help. Why won’t Dad let me help?”

“You are helping me Lulu, by staying out of the way. I know you want to be in the middle of things,” Laura softened her tone, “but with your father you never know what will happen.”

Lulu sat down. “How do you do it Mom? Through all the adventures and the Triple L and the whole on the run stuff, how did you do it?”

Laura smiled at the memories, “It was scary Lulu and it was hard. I love your father with every inch of my soul. I wouldn’t trade him for anything. But I get scared. I know your father will protect us always. I have faith in him and our love.”

Emily walked in then and cleared her throat. “Mrs. Spencer, Lulu. I just need to take some vitals on Nikolas.”

Lulu looked coldly at Emily and said to her mother, “I am going to the bathroom and getting a drink. Do you want anything Mom?”

    “I’m fine honey.”

Emily efficiently took Nikolas’ blood pressure and took his pulse. She wrote them down on his chart and said to Laura, “I want to wake him up and see how he responds to some stimuli. It may be too soon because he was just given some morphine not too long ago so he may be too tired. If everything checks out, we will take the IV out and you can take him home soon.” Laura nodded as Emily said softly, “Nikolas. Nikolas, it’s Emily and you are at the hospital. You need to wake up. Then you will be able to go home soon.”

Nikolas’ eyes fluttered and he licked his lips. He had a hard time focusing and he coughed a few times, trying to get out of his slumber. After a minute, he said, “Elizabeth! Where are you Liz? Come back to me Liz, I need you.” Nikolas then fell back into his drug induced sleep.

Emily and Laura stared at each other in stunned silence.

    CASTING ROUNDUP

EXTENSION: Stephanie Gatschet's (Serena Baldwin) short-term contract has been extended. Though the actress has lingered since her arrival, her character has some new found direction, as fans have seen as of late. Though she hasn't been upgraded to contract status, she is expected to begin taping more over the next couple of weeks.

GOINGs: JACKIE ZEMAN (Bobbie Spencer-Drake): Due to storyline reasons, the character of Bobbie will be off the canvas for a few months. Zeman, who has worked tremendously over the past two years is going to take a long needed vacation. "She will be back." says Tishy Smith. "Port Charles will have changed a bit since her departure."

ASHLEY JONES (Sarah Webber): In what will be a storyline dictated exit, Ashley has been released from her contract. Ashley's Sarah was brought on to break up Patrick and Robin. Since the Patrick and Robin storyline went in another direction, there has been no story for Ashley. "We have appreciated everything Ashley has done in the year she has been with us. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of bringing her back with no real direction. She has been a true professional. We wish her well in all her endeavors." Ryan Chandler has to say about Ashley Jones on her exit. Looks like those rumors of an AJ/Sarah pairing officially can be squashed. We can confirm the actress will return later next year.

    BLIND ITEMS:

UNHAPPY DIVA?: There is a rumor going around the studio that one actress doesn't like her surroundings. Sources say she was under the impression her storyline was going to be bigger than it has been. Rumor has it that she may be looking for a way out of her contract. TPTB are actively looking for her replacement if she gets out of her contract.

TO RE-SIGN OR NOT TO RE-SIGN?: We hear that the contracts of two actors are coming up. One has enjoyed a pretty good run in a front burner story and is heading for a new romance. Though he's enjoying his story, he only signed on for a year and 3 short term extensions have already happened. If he does leave, expect the role to be recast right away.

The other actor signed a short term contract and is ready to leave. Setsiders say he feels his character has run it's course with the writers, and doesn't want to re-sign if he's not going to have a prominent story.

EXIT RIGHT?: There's talk of a dramatic change in the look of the canvas coming up. A few actors could find themselves receiving their walking papers

    QUESTIONS:

Each week, Ryan & Tishy will field questions from the viewers. Hopefully you'll gain a bit more insight into the show.

Q: Emily has been written in a very different way and is far more aggressive. Why is that?

We want to make Emily a true Quartermaine in every sense of the word. One complaint we've read about the character of Emily in the past is that she is very weak. Well our Emily has gone through a lot in the year she's been off canvas. We'll eventually a little more of her growth in the future.

For now, she is very angry at Monica. It's because of Alan & Monica that Emily wanted to become a doctor. Emily sees Monica's actions as just another betrayal to Alan and the family. She is going to channel that anger in a very unique way.

Q: Robin is now pregnant. With her HIV status, how could she not pass it to Patrick and her unborn child?

We've done a lot of research on this story. With the type of HIV that Robin has, she has a very small chance of passing the HIV to either Patrick or her child. Both Robin and the baby will take a protocol to make passing HIV a smaller chance. So it is possible that she doesn't pass the HIV to either Patrick or their baby."

Q: What is the mystery involving Sam and does she have feelings for Lucky?

Sam is proving to be a Cassadine through and through. As readers know, she is being controlled by Helena. Helena's hatred for the Spencers has flowed through her veins for decades. She finally has an opportunity to hurt Luke where it counts.

As far as Sam's feelings for Lucky....she does have feelings for him, but how much of that is legitimate and how much is a ruse? Thanks to Helena's influence, you have to question if they are real or not. This will be a huge story for us coming up.

Q: The story between Lorenzo and Sonny is heating up. What is going to happen in this mafia story? What can we look forward to?

The Mob War will play through November. Without giving too much away there will be a lot of drama. Some will be unresolved, some will end. There will be causalities. The fact of the matter is, the mob just doesn't fit into our vision for the blog and it hasn't since it was created back in January 06. Anna was brought on to rid Port Charles of it's criminal essence and there's a chance she could succeed next month.

Q: What is the state, in your opinions, of the mySON TV blogs, and how do you compare them to real daytime dramas right now?

We feel as if everyone is putting forth their best effort right now. Gone is the feeling of "competition". We're all supporting each other by providing constructive feedback and showing the writers that what their doing isn't being wasted. One thing that's different than it was maybe earlier in year is that showing of support.

As far as the real daytime dramas go, I get more enjoyment from reading some of the blogs than I do with their real life counterparts. Many of us blog writers follow the "Single Vision Theory" and that's why the blogs are doing as good as they are.
    <HR>
    CLOSING

We just want to thank everyone for continuing to support not only our blog, but the other mySON TV blogs as well. We also want to give a special thanks to Salem Lives writers PhoenixRising & Roman for giving us the inspiration to do this kind of entry. If it wasn't for them, we probably wouldn't have done the Chronicles. Their Salem Lives Insider has been a great feature at mySON TV and we hope the PC Chronicles will as well.

  10. Tishy
Rumor around the set says that one veteran is not happy with her storyline and is tempted to walk back to her ranch! Executive Producer/ HeadWriter Tishy practically cut off her leg to get her on the show so the last thing this blog needs or wants is this to happen. A big storyline has been promised for her, with a two month vacation time off between now and then.

Lindze Letherman has been let go. She asked to be released and there was no future for her on the show. Letherman wants to try her luck elsewhere. We wish her all the luck.

Another character, a Quartermaine will be gone by the summer. However, he doesn't know it yet....

Come summertime we are casting several roles to work on a project in the hospital and also to work at MetroCourt. The following roles are rumored to be in search of:

"Tucker", a twenty something in the army who is a friend of Lucas Jones
    Lucas Jones
    Brook Lyn Ashton
    Serena Baldwin

Casting is close for three of those roles, however Serena Baldwin is proving hard to cast. Over 100 18 to 20 year olds have been considered and have been rejected. Looking for a blonde, etheral, kind beauty. Suggestions are welcome

All will be in a storyline with Lulu and another character who will soon be on the canvas. Look for some to mix with Lucy, Carly and Brenda.

“Thanks for the coffee. See ya!” Lucky called and headed out the door of Kelly’s . He almost knocked over Emily in the process. “Oh Emily, I didn’t see you, I am sorry.”

Emily smiled up at him. “It’s ok Lucky. You didn’t spill anything on me.” She paused, not really sure how to act. “Um, how is your Mom doing?”

Lucky sighed, “My father is going all vigilante going after Sam McCall and Helena Cassadine. I can’t go back to work full time yet and Lulu is all freaked out.” He sipped his coffee and gazed at her over the lid of the coffee. “Good news is that my mom is getting out of the hospital today.”

“Oh that’s good! I wanted to come see you, but it just seemed sorta awkward because of you know.” Emily’s voice trailed off.

“I know.” Lucky looked around, “Look, are you busy right now? Do you want to take a walk in the park? It’s a beautiful day, one of the best days of the spring so far.”

Emily glanced at her watch, “Sure, I am on second shift at the hospital so I don’t have to be there until three. Is something wrong?” Emily asked as they headed towards the park.

“Elizabeth and I are divorcing, so no, there is nothing wrong.” With that, Emily’s jaw dropped.

Sarah was walking towards the Nurses Station when she caught glimpse of AJ. She quickened her pace and called out to him. He turned, smiled and waited for her. “Hi Sarah. Have a moment?”

Sarah nuzzled up to him, “For you I have plenty of moments. What’s up? Here to see your father?”

“Yes. I don’t have any meetings right now so I thought I would come see my Dad. How is your day going?” AJ asked.

Sarah started to walk towards the group of couches by the elevators. “Good. I get out in an hour and am going to Metro Court to see if Carly is there. If she's not there, maybe tomorrow. Like I said yesterday, she was very hesitant with me at first. But I brought up the fact that I couldn’t stand Brenda and Robin and she was practically my best friend.” Sarah threw her hair over her shoulder. “She just told me some basic stuff about Brenda, stuff we already knew. Like how she went psycho and ended up in the mental ward when she was the face of Deception.”

AJ lowered his voice, “I know that if anyone can get anything out of Carly, it will be you. You are very persuasive.”

“That I am and I want to make you happy!” Sarah sing songed. “How about we go out to dinner tonight?”

“I think we can manage that.” AJ leaned down and captured his wife’s lips in a deep kiss.

Jason stood in the middle of the living room of Wyndemere waiting for Elizabeth. He didn’t get out of the police station until very late so he stayed the night at Wyndemere. Ava was asleep so he didn’t want to wake her. “Elizabeth!”

“I’m right here.” Elizabeth was carrying Ava and her diaper bag. “Jason I appreciate this.”

“It isn’t even an issue Elizabeth.” Jason flatly stated. “Until Sam is found and away from Helena, my child will not be here.” Jason looked at Nikolas. “My security is a hell of a lot better than yours and I can shoot a lot better than you.”

Nikolas put Spencer down in his playpen, “Jason, it’s ok.” Nikolas leaned down to Cameron’s eye level. “Hey buddy, you going to come visit me soon?”

    “Yep!” Cameron grinned.

“Awesome! High five” Nikolas held his hand up so that Cameron could slap his hand. He then stood up and looked at Elizabeth.

“Um, Jason, do you mind bring Cameron out to the car so I can say goodbye to Nikolas?” Elizabeth said imploringly. "I won't be long."

“Two minutes.” Jason held up two fingers. He dropped his hand and grasped Cameron’s hand. “Let’s go Cameron. Mommy will be outside shortly.”

“Elizabeth, I don’t want you to go. What if Jason has guns that are easily accessible? Cameron could get his hands on one just like that?” Nikolas crossed the room. “Have you thought about that? Maybe you going there is a mistake.”

Elizabeth gazed into Nikolas’ eyes, “Nikolas, I know all this and Jason and I have talked about this. He has one gun in the place and it is locked up. There is no way that Cameron can get it.”

Nikolas stepped close to Elizabeth, “Do you want to go?”

Elizabeth swallowed hard and her heart started beating faster. “I think that for my children it is for the best.”

“That wasn’t the question Elizabeth.” Nikolas whispered.

For a long moment the two looked into each other’s eyes. Finally she whispered, “No.” Nikolas and Elizabeth lean towards each other and tenderly kiss. Nikolas pulls back and smiles. His hands capture the sides of her face as he kisses her over and over. Elizabeth matches him until Ava starts to cry. "Nikolas I have to go."

Jason walks in the room. “Elizabeth, your two minutes are up.” He said impatiently.

    Elizabeth sighed, "Bye Nikolas.

Ric, holding Molly, knocked on the door to Alexis’ house. She looked like she hadn’t slept in weeks. In fact, she hadn’t looked this bad since she had the cancer. “Oh Molly, it’s so good to see you. Your sister just got home about fifteen minutes ago.”

Ric stood at the door. “Alexis, can I talk to you about something?”

Alexis nodded and opened the door wide to let him in. They both walked into the living room where Kristina was playing and Ric set Molly down. For a few moments, they watched the children play. “What’s up Ric?”

“I want to talk about Molly.” Ric started to say.

“I gathered as such but may I remind you of our custody agreement.” Alexis pointed out.

Ric expected her to say that, “Now I know what you are thinking and I am not going to use this to try to win custody of Molly. What I am actually thinking is this. And Alexis, think about it before you say no.”

Alexis dropped her head in her hands, “I feel like impending doom is coming. Go ahead Ric.”

“I think we can both agree that we want Molly and Kristina safe. I very much appreciated you calling me yesterday and having Molly stay with me.” Ric began saying. “Now until Sam and Helena are found”

“No! Molly is not coming to live with you!” Alexis jumped to her feet. “I want my daughters with me!”

“Alexis,” Ric calmly said, “I asked you to please listen. I am not issuing an ultimatum. I have a suggestion. You can say no and that will be ok.” Alexis sat back down and Ric said, “Now, why don’t I move in here until Sam and Helena are caught. I will sleep in the spare room. Just until they are caught.”

Alexis threw a sidelong glance at Ric. “Let me think about it. I will call you later. For now, I want to spend time with my kids.”

Ric stood up and walked towards the door. “Please, think about it. I bet Sonny would appreciate it too.”

“We’ll see.” Alexis closed the door behind him and let out a deep sigh. Then she started to cry.

    CASTING ROUNDUP

    GOING:

JUSTIN BRUENING (Lucas Jones) - After a great run that earned him a win for Outstanding Younger Character, Justin Bruening has decided to exit Port Charles. "Justin has been a wonderful addition to the cast and though I wish we could have kept him, it's been great being able to write for such a complex character," says Head writer Tishy Smith.

Bruening joined the cast of Port Charles last October. Though he originally signed a 6 month deal, the writers were so impressed by his work, the two were able to broker a deal to get him to stay. "We have loved his work here and he has done a wonderful job. He wants to move on and try his hand in other endeavors. He will be greatly missed" said Ryan Chandler. An interview has been scheduled for next week.

    COMING:

CHACE CRAWFORD (Lucas Jones) - With the departure of Justin Bruening approaching, PC execs began looking for a replacement with the blessing of Justin Bruening. After a long search, execs came to an agreement with actor Chace Crawford. Crawford currently stars in Gossip Girl. The writers took notice to the 22 year old Chace after seeing him in the movie "The Covenant," and kept him in mind for a future role. With a huge story coming up, he couldn't turn it down. "We are so excited for Chace to come aboard and I know he can jump right into the huge story we have planned for him," HW/EP Ryan Chandler told us. Chace first airs next Monday.

KIN SHRINER (Scott Baldwin) - Scott is coming home! With daughter Serena's storyline increasing, she will need her father. Look for the Spencers and the Baldwins to immediately rekindle their feud. "It's good to be home. Port Charles will always be home to me and I love the storyline that the writers have in store for Scotty." Shriner states.

Look for Lucy to make contact with Scotty this week.

EXIT RIGHT PART 2? - To update what we brought to you last week, there have been a LOT of closed door meetings in the Executive Offices that have gone well into the midnight hours. Rumor has it that there will be major cast shakeups. No one, even long time vets are safe. Cast members who never had to worry before are now beginning to worry. Why is this happening? Might it be the swarm of actors and actresses of all ages coming in and out of the offices with their agents? A very big storyline seems to be in the works....

    QUESTIONS

Q: It looks like that with Bobbie turning herself in, she'll be doing some jail time. But what about Maxie? Isn't Maxie just as responsible for Brandon's death as Bobbie?

Bobbie was drunk and drove the car that killed Brandon. Maxie drugged Lucas' & Dillon's drink, causing their residual feelings to come to the surface and set it up so Brandon would see it. While what Maxie did is unethical, she did not cause anyone to die. However, Maxie definitely has been feeling guilty for her role in his death and without giving too much away, it will be addressed.

Q: Why is Lucas so harsh on Bobbie?

Bobbie never accepted the fact that Lucas was gay. She went out of her way to try to prove he wasn't. When Lucas began his relationship with Brandon, she never addressed Brandon by name. She was ashamed of her son and he knew it. Lucas was very hurt and now to find out that his mother has lied and betrayed him yet again, well this could be the final betrayal. We know that some weren't very happy with the way Lucas reacted after learning the truth, but we ask that you bear with us as we further along the story. There is a process that Lucas will have to go through.

Q: Will we see the Cassadines more in the future? Now that Sam and Lucky are together, will the writers utilize the Cassadine/Spencer history?

You better believe we will be capitalizing on the Cassadine and Spencer history! Luke is not happy that his son is involved with a Cassadine to say the least. We will be expanding on this story in a big way. Helena is not done with the Spencers by a long shot. Expect to see more of her evil ways in the upcoming months.

    Q. What made you and Tishy come together as a team?

Tishy: Ryan has this blog which eventually Jen joined as the Executive Producer. Tishy had her own GH inspired blog as well. Over time, the two of us realized a lot of our stories were very much alike. There were several stories that we each changed. "When work got too busy and I had to take at least a six week hiatus from writing my blog, Ryan asked me to think about joining his team. Of course I said yes once my work responsibilities were complete. And I have loved it ever since."

Ryan: Pretty much what Tishy said. I loved the way she wrote and it seemed as if we were always writing the same thing, lol. She has a lot of great ideas and is a great person to work with. I wouldn't have been able to imagine these last couple of months without her. She's awesome.

Q: Do you have a theme for your blog?

“Bobbie, I am so glad you could meet me today. I apologize for having to cancel last week, but with the Cassadine case everything is going nuts.” Mac sat down across from Bobbie at Metro Court where they had decided to meet for lunch. “Might I say you look lovely?”

“Yes you can.” Bobbie says pertly. “How are you Mac? What’s going on with the case? Have you been able to find Sam yet?”

Mac picked up a menu and started perusing it. “We have some leads, but nothing concrete yet. This case is taking over my life.” Mac said. “Your brother is turning into my shadow.” Mac cracked.

“Laura’s scheduled to be discharged today so I doubt you will see Luke today. Bobbie said as she and Mac ordered. “She’s doing surprisingly well. She is itching to get out and start her job as mayor.”

Mac played with his napkin and said easily, “I will be much happier working with her than with Scott or Ric. I think she will do a great job. And may he rest in peace, but Laura will be a lot more competent than Floyd ever was.”

“Now Mac.” Bobbie said as their food was placed in front of them, “Scott isn’t a bad person, he is just misunderstood.”

Mac laughed, “If you say so.”

“I say so!” Bobbie chewed her salad thoughtfully and waved her fork. “How are you dealing with everything?”

“You know what Bobbie? I don’t want to talk about it. Not because I am avoiding anything, it’s just that I am getting to a place where I am not thinking about my mistakes all the time.” Mac put his fork down and took a sip of his water. “So I would rather just sit here, have a nice conversation, and enjoy your company.”

Bobbie smiled, “I think we can handle that!”

Jason opened the door of his penthouse to discover an impatient Carly there. “Hey Jase, I need to talk to you.” Acting like she owned the place, she sailed past him and into his living room. She turned around. “Oh, Ava’s here?”

“Yes. What do you want Carly?” Jason said, stoically sitting down.

Carly sank down in a chair, “Jason, I am really worried about you. How are you doing with this whole thing with Sam? You don’t even mention her. At least to me. Have you talked to Sonny about her? I know you have to feel something and you have to get it out.”

“Carly, I don’t want to talk about it.” Jason replied. “I appreciate the concern, but I am not in the mood.”

“This is me Jason, your best friend.” Carly crossed her legs, “You know you can tell me anything.”

Jason set his jaw tightly, “I know I can Carly, but talking about Sam is off limits. At least for now. But I know that I can talk to you if I need to.”

Carly was slightly mollified. “Come on Jason. You thought she was dead, we all did. Now she is alive and we don’t know what is going on with her. That has to make you feel something Jason. I just don’t want you to keep it bottled in.”

Jason raised his voice. “Don’t you think I know this Carly?”

Footsteps could be heard running from up above. Curious, Carly asked, “Who else is here?”

“Jason, I need to get a snack for Cameron.” Elizabeth ran down the stairs and stopped short. “Oh, I didn’t realize you had company.”

Carly whipped around to Jason, “Were you going to tell me that she was here? Jesus Jason. Is she living here or something?”

“Last time I checked, Jason didn’t have to answer to you Carly.” Elizabeth remarked.

“For the time being, Elizabeth is staying with me until Sam is found. I want my daughter safe.” Jason explained.

    “But..”

“Carly you can either accept it or you can leave. Your choice.” Jason crossed his arms and looked at Carly. Elizabeth went into the kitchen, got Cameron’s snack and silently went upstairs.

Carly raised her chin and faced Jason, “I can accept it but I don’t have to like it! Promise me she will be gone when Sam is safe?” Jason nodded. “Ok. Look, I have to go. Give me a hug.” The two embraced. “Jason, you are still my best friend and if you ever want to talk, you know I will drop everything to help.”

“I know Carly. I just have to work through this Sam thing myself.” Jason said as Carly walked out the door.

Robert was heading into the hospital to meet Robin for lunch. It had been a while since he had seen his daughter and they didn’t have the best relationship. He wanted to repair that so meeting for lunch was a start. While waiting for the elevator, his cell phone rang.

    “Scorpio.” Robert said brusquely.

“It’s Tracy. Meet me at Metro Court.”

“Now why would I want to do that?” Robert said smoothly.

Tracy’s voice came across the line, “I want a repeat. Room 416 and be here in a half hour.

“Should I bring a bottle of wine?” Robert asked.

“Of course. Remember this Robert, I am an impatient woman.” Tracy hung up the phone.

All thoughts of Robin forgotten, Robert turned and headed towards his car. He didn’t notice that his daughter was on the roof, watching him leave.

From the heavy trees and bushes lining the Spencer property, Sam watched as the Spencers pulled into their driveway. She saw Luke, Lucky and Nikolas help Laura out of the car while Lulu jumped excitedly up and down. She watched as Laura hugged each of her children and kissed her husband. Sam gazed intently as Lulu wrapped her arms around her mother.

Sam heard Luke ask Nikolas to unlock the house. “This wasn’t supposed to happen this way” Sam thought as she watched helplessly. Nikolas jogged up the walkway and took the steps two at a time. In front of the door was a brown package. Looking at it, Nikolas knew instantly what it was and who it was from. He just didn’t know how much damage it would incur. He turned and started to run down the stairs, yelling at his family to hit the ground.

An explosion filled the air and Nikolas was knocked to the ground, unconscious.

I wanted to get some feedback regarding my blog. I would love any and all criticism. If you aren't a registered member here, and want to participate, email me at [email protected]. Thanks!

    1) In this blog, what couples are your favorite?

    2) What character or characters would you like to see more of?

    3) What characters should I cut my losses with and move them to other storylines or even write them off the blog?

    4) With Sam McCall back as a full Cassadine, where would you like to see her go from here? Do you want to see her as a bad girl or as a victim?

    5) One of my focuses was to incorparate the Quartermaines and the veterans more. Am I acheiving this goal? If not, what would you like to see?

    6) The main storylines going forward for the next few months will be the Spencers/Cassadines, Brenda and Ned's custody fight, Robin/Patrick/Sarah/AJ, the breakup of Lucky and Liz and Alan's rehabiliatation. The umbrella storyline that will incorparate most of the characters will be the Spencers/Cassadine. What storyline is your favorite and what is your least favorite.

    7) Any characters that you would like to see fall in love or lust?

    8) If you have any storylines that you would like to pitch, let me know, I may use them with your permission. In other words, what would you like to see happen? Tell me what you like in general and what you dislike in general.

    Thanks!

I am going to have to stop writing the blog for the time being. I just have way too much on my plate right now to continue. I work in customer service in an inbound call center. I have to take special licensing (called the Series 6 and the 63) to continue at my job. The time that I would have for writing will be spent studying. When it is over in a few months, I will be back and writing as much as possible. I am in the middle of stories that I believe in and that I can make grow. So if you have been a reader of mine, thank you. If you haven't, take the time to catch up and read back. You may like it!

    Take care!

Carly pounds on Jason's door, eager to speak to him. She hasn't been able to track him down for a while now and she really needed to talk to him. He opened the door and she pushed her way in, "Jeez Jason, what the hell have you been doing in the last few weeks? You are never around. I was going to bring the kids over to see you but I wasn't sure you would be here."

Jason sighed, "Sorry Carly, been busy."

Carly throws her purse down, "Been busy he says. Like the rest of us haven't been busy. How are you? What's been going on?" She chided.

"Well, you are going to find out anyway." Jason started.

"Oh I know, you're the daddy of Liz's baby. I hoped you told her to take a flying leap into hell for not telling you." Carly said, sitting down.

"Actually Carly, that wasn't what I was going to tell you. And I will be helping Elizabeth." Jason glanced over at her and confided, "I have been seeing someone."

Carly's mouth dropped open, "No way! Who?"

"Alison Barrington." Jason quickly shot a glance at her to shut her up before she said anything and continued, "It isn't anything serious. We are just enjoying each other's company right now. More like a friendship, but a little more than that."

Surprised, Carly said, "Wow, Alison Barrington. Wow."

"Is that all you have to say?" Jason said cautiously. He knew how Carly was and eventually she would have an opinion, "If you have anything to say about it, tell me now."

Innocently Carly looked at him, "What makes you say that Jason?" She said sweetly.

"Because you have an opinion on everything."

Carly shrugged her shoulders, "I barely know the girl. If she makes you happy, thats good enough for me." Carly stood up and walked around his penthouse, Jason warily watching her. "I have a favor to ask of you."

Jason knew she wanted something, "What is it Carly?"

She smiled up at him, "Jax and I are getting married and I want you to be my best man. I want you to stand up next to me. Were getting married in two weeks." Carly paused, "Please say you'll do it Jason, please. You're my best friend and I can't get married without you."

    Jason sighed, "OK."

Brenda was putting the finishing touches on her makeup. James was with Emily and Nikolas and Sonny was picking her up shortly. She scrutinized herself in the mirror. She had decided on black leather pants and a red cowl neck sweater and threatened to expose her shoulder. She had pulled some of her hair back, and curled the rest. Despite herself, she wanted to look her best tonight.

She heard the doorbell ring and the butterflies fluttered in her stomach. "You can do this Brenda." She whispered to her image. She walked down the staircase to where Sonny was waiting. She felt like this was her very first date ever. "Hi Sonny " she said brightly as she reached the bottom of the stairs. "You look nice." He was dressed in a black Armani suit with a midnight blue shirt underneath.

"Thank you, you look gorgeous as well. You ready?" Sonny indicated the door. She followed him out to his Mercedes. He opened the door for her, "What, you're driving? No driver tonight?"

Sonny got in the driver's seat, "Naawww. Thought it would be more fun just you and me. Can't make my move with Max here." Sonny glanced over at Brenda with a half smile on his face.

Brenda laughed, "Oh whatever." She looked out the window and asked, "Where are we going anyway?"

"There's a restaurant about a half hour outside of Port Charles that I thought you would enjoy. It serves French food and is very elegant."Sonny replied.

"Sounds good." She lapsed into silence as his car smoothly drove through the snow. "I can't believe that we are finally getting snow. I hope it doesn't amount to much." Brenda commented idly.

Sonny pulled into the restaurant's parking lot, "Ahhh, I am sure it won't be bad." Soon they were seated in the elegant, candlelit restaurant. After they ordered and got their drinks he sat back and contemplated Brenda, "I never thought you would come out with me."

Brenda shrugged, "I never thought I would either Sonny."

    "So why did you?"

"I don't know." she answered honestly.

Sonny rubbed the rim of his wine glass with his finger, "Are you back for good Brenda? Please, be honest with me. This is me you are talking too. I really want to know."

Brenda's eyes were luminous, "Yes Sonny, I am staying. For good."

"I would like to think that some part, well, some part is for me." Sonny's eyes bored into hers.

Brenda visibally swallowed, "Sonny, I came back for my son. You have children. Everything is about the children now." She was saved from saying anything more when there food arrived. "Tell me about Michael and Morgan."

On safer ground, Sonny and Brenda lapsed into conversation about their children. They shared stories and they made each other laugh. She told him how scared she was the first time James fell and bumped his head the first time. He told her about the joy he felt seeing Morgan walk the first time. All in all, Brenda and Sonny enjoyed their dinner.

Once outside, the snow and wind had picked up dramatically. The rushed to the car and Sonny started it up. He looked over at Brenda who was rubbing her hands together. Sonny grabbed them and put them between his. She slowly raised her eyes to his. He leaned over and kissed her thouroughly. He leaned back and whispered against her mouth, "God Brenda, I want you."

So, I was suppossed to be taking these licensing courses. Well, I got a promotion and they got pushed back until the end of May. I start the course in the end of May. I am in training for a month until the end of April. So I will start writing again. I am excited to start again. I did need that break to bring things together. I apologize for starting and stopping again. I will have to stop when I start the tests, but for the time being, I will get a few episodes a week out.

Expect at least one this weekend.

Thank you everyone for your patience, and keep reading all the blogs!

The explosion rocked the porch, blowing off the screen door and sending particles flying. Nikolas is thrown to the ground by the impact of the explosion. Lucky and Luke race to him and roll him over and over, extinguishing the flames that caught on his clothes. Lulu and Laura watch in horror as they watch the flames go out. Lulu quickly pulls out her cell phone and dials 911.

A noise is heard in the bushes. “What’s that?” Luke shouted. They see a flash of black and movement. “Oh my God, she’s here!” Luke yelled. “Come here and hold your brother!” He yells to Lulu.

Lucky and Luke run off into the bushes after Sam. They could see her up ahead as she darted in and out of the dense trees and bushes. Every tree branch was hitting Lucky’s injured shoulder. “She’s getting away!” Lucky yelled wincing in pain, out of breath all ready.

They could see Sam reaching a clearing next to a road. “Sam!” Luke yelled. “Sam, stop!”

Sam suddenly stopped and slowly, cautiously turned around. The two Spencer men stopped about ten feet away from her. “Stay away from me!” She yelled frantically.

“Sam, what’s going on with you.” Luke asked, breathing heavy. “Where have you been?”

Confused she looked from one man to the other. “I, I don’t know either one of you. I have, I have never seen you before.”

“Sam it’s me, Lucky Spencer and I am a police officer. I need to ask you some questions if that’s ok with you.” Lucky said softly.

Sam was very agitated and unsure of what to do. She looked around wildly. “What did I do? I don’t want to go anywhere with you.”

Lucky started to advance slowly towards her. “Sam, I am your friend here. Do you want to see Jason? If you come with me, you can see Jason in an hour, I promise you that. And us Spencers always keep are promises.” Lucky was about five feet away from her.

“Who’s Jason? I don’t know anyone named Jason.” Sam said softly.

Lucky matched his tone with hers. “Jason is a very good friend of yours who misses you terribly. He wants to see you very much. I can…”

Tires screeched behind Sam and a commanding voice yelled out, “Samantha! Samantha! Let’s go!” From the car, loud classical music pumped into the air. Sam turned and looked at the car. When she turned back around she had a cold, detached look in her eyes. She turned and kicked Lucky in his injured shoulder. He screamed in pain as blood started to pour from his wound. Sam followed up with a left hook which felled Lucky. Luke charged Sam, who quickly sidestepped him. She turned and faced him. She jumped and grabbed the tree branch above her. She swung herself so that she kicked Luke so hard that he stumbled and fell over, knocking him unconscious. Sam ran to the car and was gone as Taggert and some of the other officers came running into the clearing.

Scott arrives at the courthouse to pick up Alexis. She had called him earlier that day saying that she needed to speak to him. He was whistling as he opened the door to her office. Her secretary motioned him into Alexis’ office.

Scott opened the door, “You wanted to see me counselor?”

“Come in Scott.” Alexis looked up from the file she was working on and took off her glasses. “Have a seat Scott.”

“What’s going on Alexis?” Scott asked easily as he sat himself down in a chair.

Alexis stood up and walked around the desk. She perched on it and faced Scott. “Scott, I have to tell you something.”

“I knew it, you are in love with me and want to get married.” Scott joked. “If you want, we can take off to Vegas and get hitched.”

Alexis shot him a look. “I just wanted to let you know that until Sam is found, Ric will be moving in with me.”

“WHAT?” Scott shot up from his chair, “Like hell he is!”

    Alexis was taken aback. “Scott.”

“That no good ex husband of yours in not moving in with you! That, that parasite will be trying to I don’t know, try to get into your bed if you know what I mean” Scott said, walking around the office and crazily waving his arms around.

    “Don’t be ridiculous Ric!”

“See, you are already calling me Ric! What does that say about us Alexis!” Scott raged. “I can’t believe this. If you were that worried about Molly and Kristina why don’t you have me move in with you? Or go to Wyndemere? You already have plenty of security Alexis.” Scott accused.

Alexis spoke quietly, “Ric is Molly’s father and I don’t think it would be a good idea if you moved in Scott.”

“Well I don’t think it’s a good idea that Ric moves in with you.” Scott practically shouted.

“Scott, it’s not like you and I are together.”

Scott walked forward. “Oh yeah!” He roughly pulled her to him and kissed her passionately. He kissed her long and deep and his passion turned to gentle tenderness. He released her and stepped back.

Alexis raised her hand to her lips. “Oh my.” She sunk against the desk, stunned. “Oh my.”

“Hi Carly.” Sarah said as she breezed into the Metro Court. “What’s going on?”

Carly looked up from her clipboard and smiled, “Not much Sarah. What brings you here?”

“AJ and I were going to have a late lunch but he got called into a meeting at ELQ. Since I already had the time off, I decided to come over here anyways.” Sarah looked around the nearly empty restaurant. “Want to join me?”

Carly was bored with what she was doing so she shrugged and said, “Sure. Let’s sit by the window.” Once they were settled and had ordered, Carly asked, “How is life at the Quartermaines?”

Sarah shrugged, “Good. You know what it’s like being in the Quartermaines. You never know if you are doing the right thing.” Carly laughed. “How is your marriage? I heard you were married.”

“I am. My husband is in Australia with his sick mother. I came back here with the kids because of Alan.” Carly confided.

Sarah feigned sympathy. “I am sorry about your mother in law.”

“She’s very nice, but I always feel like I am in the shadow of Brenda, you know?”

Sarah paused while their food was being placed in front of them. “What is so special about Brenda anyways? Does she have some kind of hold over men? AJ told me that a long time ago, they tried to urge her not to date Sonny.”

Carly took a bite of her salad, “Well, she was a lot younger when they started dating, like 18. Even when he said he wasn’t in the mob, he was and she was always in danger. Trust me, I know first hand what it is like to be involved like that.”

    “What do you mean?”

“Both Brenda and I have been shot at because of Sonny. I have seen more guns, my children have seen more guns because of Sonny.” Carly confided, “Don’t get me wrong, Sonny loves his kids and is a great father. But the danger and the guns just got to be too much. It literally drove me crazy. That’s another thing Brenda and I have in common, we have both been in hospitals because of Sonny.”

Sarah’s mouth dropped open, “Wow. Carly I had no idea. I am so sorry. I know you hardly know me, but you can talk to me anytime.”

Carly continued to talk and talk. She needed a friend and Sarah seemed trustworthy. An hour later, Sarah got up to leave. “Carly, let’s do this again. OK?”

“I will see you soon anyway, as Ned wants me to come over soon. I said I would help him get custody of his kid away from that tramp.” Carly said spitefully.

Sarah picked up her purse. “Great, I will see you. Take care!” Sarah walked away confidently. When she was outside and in her car, she turned to AJ. She opened her purse and took out a small tape recorder. She rewound it and hit play. Carly’s voice filled the air. “See honey, I told you I could get you Michael back.”

"This, this is your son? Brenda are you serious?" Sonny stammered. "When? How old is he?"

Ned stood up, "Now is the time that I will leave. Brenda, call me if you need anything."

"I will Ned. Thanks." Brenda waited until Ned left before answering, "Yes Sonny, he is my son. James is six months old."

"You know I have to ask this. Is he mine?" Sonny asked.

Brenda sighed, putting her hand to her eyes and facing him, "No Sonny he's not. I know you are trying to populate the city of Port Charles, but James is not yours. He was born on time. The last time we slept together was over 18 months ago. There is no way James is yours. It's impossible that he is yours."

"Is he Jax' baby?" Sonny asked.

"I really don't see how that is any of your business. But for the record, the father is not Jax either. That is all I will say about it. It's not something I want to discuss. Please respect that." Brenda said sternly.

Sonny sat down, "I get it, I get it. Can I at least see him?"

Brenda turned to James, "James, this is my friend Sonny. Want to go see him, maybe play some games? He has a son a little older than you, maybe you two can be friends." She handed James over to Sonny, "Not like Carly would ever let James within a mile of Morgan."

Sonny laughed, "You got a point there. James you are a handsome little boy. You have those dark beautiful eyes like your mother. God Brenda, you were always beautiful, but now even more so. Being a mother agrees with you."

"I love him with all my heart. But Sonny, James and I were on our way out. We are going to the Scorpio house to see what I can do for Robin. I know she's a mess. She and Felicia were always close and I want to see what I can do for her." Brenda paused and took James back. She grabbed his coat and started puttin git on. "I take it you will be at the funeral?"

"Of course. Here, I will walk you out." Sonny offered.

    "Thanks."

There was a knock on Lucy's penthouse at the Metro Court. Dressed casually in sweats and wiping tears she answered the door, "Scott, um, what are you doing here?"

He stepped in, "I thought you might like a friend."

"Thanks, but I think I would rather be alone."

"I don't think so. Let me come in for a little while." He walked past her and into the living room.

"Ok." She drew her hair back and went to sit down on the couch. She cleared her throat, "How is Serena?"

Scott sat across from her on the coffee table, "Serena's good. She's in her senior year at high school now. She wanted to go to boarding school so I let her go. She's happy where she is."

"I still write to her occasionally. I hope she gets my letters. I always send them to Gail and Lee. Do you think we can we call her later?" Lucy asked hopefully.

"Tonight's not a good night. She has a field hockey game. We always call each other on Mondays. Why don't you come over to my place tomorrow and you can call her? I know she would love to hear from you." Scott offered.

"Really? She would?" Lucy asked., her face lighting up.

Scott patted her knee, "Of course she would. Now tell me Lucy, how are you really doing?"

Lucy looked away, tearing welling up in her eyes. "Not very good."

"Oh Lucccyyy, come here." He sat down next to her and gathered her in his arms. She curled up in his arms and cried. When she finished crying, she looked deeply in his eyes and kissed him longingly. She pulled away and kissed him again. "Lucy are you sure?"

"I need you Scott, more than ever. Please Scott, make love to me."

Brenda knocked on the door to the Scorpio house and waited while Robin answered. "Hi Brenda, Hi James. How is my godchild?" Robin asked.

"He's good. Sonny came over and found out about him. He naturally assumed he was the father. Anyways, how are you doing?" Brenda asked, giving Robin a much needed hug.

Robin closed the door behind Brenda and said, "Not well, I think we are all shocked. My father, Mac, Bobbie, Maxie, Georgie, Dillion and Patrick are here. There is a ton of food here. So many people came by with food. The Quartermaines sent their cook over with a turkey and all the trimmings. Maxie is a wreck, so whatever she says to you, don't take it personal."

Brenda shrugged off her coat, "I won't." She followed Robin into the living room and greeted everyone. "Hello everyone. I am so sorry for what has happened."

Everyone looked at Brenda in shock. Seeing her carry a baby was shocking. Bobbie recovered first, "Brenda who's this?"

    "This is my son, James."

Bobbie walked over, "Oh I have to hold him, it's the grandmother in me. You don't mind do you?"

Brenda shook her head and handed James to Bobbie. Brenda walked over to Mac, "How are you Mac. I am so sorry. What can I do?"

Mac mumbled, "There is nothing that can be done. The funeral will be in two days from now. We are waiting to hear from Sean Donely to see if he can get Frisco here in time for the funeral."

Maxie brought a drink to her lips and swallowed, "Don't count on it. When could we ever count on Frisco. My mother dies and we won't be here. He is not a true father."

"He'll try Maxie" Georgie said, from her perch next to Dillion.

    Maxie huffed, "Yeah whatever."

Robin brought Brenda over to Patrick, "I'm sorry you two are meeting under these circumstances. Brenda this is Patrick. Patrick Drake, this is my best friend in the world, Brenda Barrett."

Patrick shook her hand, "I have heard about you. Welcome back. And congrats on the baby."

"Thanks. I'm surprised Luke and Laura aren't here."

Robert walked up to them, "Luke and Laura are at home with Lulu. Naturally she is upset. She saw most of it I understand."

Dillion looked at Georgie and squeezed her hand, "Georgie, I need to go outside and get some fresh air. I will be back momentarily. You don't mind do you?"

Georgie nodded as Dillion walked outside. Once outside he called Lulu. Lulu was sitting dejectedly in her bedroom staring at the wall. She saw that it was Dillion calling and said, "Dillion! I am so glad you called. Where are you?"

"I am at Georgie's." Dillion sighed, "Oh Lulu. I don't know what to do. She is a wreck right now. Everyone is. I want to see you but I can't leave Georgie right now. It will devastate her. Maybe in a little while when everything quiets down we can be together."

Lulu closed her eyes. She knew this was coming. "You have to do the right thing."

"I can't leave her right now Lulu. It will kill her."

Lulu whispered, "I know. Give her my best." She hung up the phone and turned into her pillow, bursting into tears.

Elizabeth knocked on the door to her old loft, hoping that Lucky will want to see her. After a few minutes, she goes to leave when the door opens up. “Hi.” Lucky stands there looking at her, “What uh do you want Liz?”

“I was hoping you and I could talk Lucky. It’s been a while and I was just, hoping, you know that you and I could try to talk.” Elizabeth said.

Lucky opened the door wider to let her in, “Um, sure, come on in.” He followed her into the living room and said awkwardly, “Want a drink or something?”

Elizabeth sat down, “I’m ok.” She waited for Lucky to join her before beginning, “Look I know we haven’t talked in a while. I wanted to give you some time to cool off. But we really need to talk. Cameron misses you a lot.”

“I know, I miss you.” Lucky slipped and Elizabeth’s eyes brightened., “I mean, I miss Cameron too. We do need to talk. I need to get past these feelings of betrayal. I know in my head that you wouldn’t have gone to Jason if I hadn’t gone to Maxie. The fact that she is dead because of me just makes it harder.”

“Maybe you should talk to Lainey about it. I thought the police department was going to make you”

“Things sort of fell to the wayside. I will make an appointment with Lainey. I will make it right now. Will you wait a second?” Elizabeth nodded and Lucky went to make the call. He came back and said, “I have an appointment for tomorrow at one. Will you come with me?”

“Of course. I have an appointment though at two. Jason comes with me to my appointments though. Is that going to be a problem for you?” Elizabeth asked.

Lucky shook his head, “I have thought a lot about it and the whole chain of events started with me. This is just a fact of life. I can’t help it. I have to accept Jason.” Lucky laughed ruefully, “I don’t have to like it, but I will accept it.”

“Thank you. You have always known that Jason has been a friend of mine for years. You know, maybe after the baby is born, you and I can go into couples counseling. The baby is due any moment so obviously it would have to be after that. What do you think?” Elizabeth asked. “Because I miss you a lot Lucky.”

“I think we should.” Lucky said, “About the living arrangements…”

Elizabeth stood firm on this. “I think until we get everything squared away, it should stay as it is. Nikolas doesn’t mind me staying there and he has a nanny which helps me a lot. He and Emily broke up, were you aware of that?”

Lucky shook his head, “No I wasn’t.”

Elizabeth sighed, “I don’t know what has happened to her. She seems to think I am after Nikolas. I swear to you Lucky, I am not. You are the only man I want.” Elizabeth stared deep into his eyes, “Please know that.”

Lucky grabbed one of her hands, “I know. I know you aren’t making a play for Nikolas or Jason. I trust you Elizabeth, more than you ever know.” He leaned over and lightly kissed her. “More than you ever know.”

Scott walks into Kelly’s to grab his afternoon sandwich when he immediately notices Ric there, shaking hands and working the crowd for their votes. Annoyed, Scott walked over to Ric. “Lansing, trying to stir up some votes I see?”

“Actually Mr. Baldwin,” Ric started, “I am here to listen to what the people want. Are you aware of what the people of Port Charles want?”

The people at the counter were listening intently at the exchange between the two men. “Yes Lansing, I think I do.”

    “Enlighten us.” Ric said sarcastically.

“The people, and” he gestured to the people at the counter, “correct me if I am wrong will ya? They want better schools so that their children can get a good education. The potholes fixed on Main street.” He looked over at one man at the counter, “You know what one I am talking about, the one right in the middle of Main Street that when I was driving down there I almost lost my entire car down?” The man nodded and Scott continued, “They want lower taxes and more jobs.”

“They also want crime off the streets. That is what I am hearing from all the constituents.” Ric declared hotly.

Scott replied calmly, “That’s your vendetta against Sonny speaking again. I thought we were going to have a debate. How come you haven’t contacted me about it yet?”

“You want a debate?” Ric started.

    “Did I stutter?”

“Fine. Three days from now at MetroCourt. I will contact Bobbie and see if we can have it there.” Ric threw out.

Scott grabbed his sandwich to go and his coat, “Better let me call Bobbie Ric.” Scott drawled, “After all, I am not the one who locked her daughter in a panic room.”

Ned was waiting outside the Quartermaine mansion for Brenda when she arrived home. “You and Sonny are together again Brenda? After all that monster has put you through you run back to him again?”

Brenda slammed shut the door of her car, “For God’s sake Ned, let me at least get out of the car. Who told you that I was with Sonny anyway? Lucy with her big mouth? What are you still sleeping with her?”

    “Does it matter?”

Brenda was indignant, “Yeah it does! You are accusing me of sleeping around when you are doing the same thing. When did it become all right for you to do it and not me? Plus, Sonny and I are different.” Brenda paused, “Oh my God, I can’t believe that I said it.”

    “Said what Brenda?” Ned demanded.

“Sonny and I have a history together. You can’t change that Ned. I am not that same 18 year old girl he got involved with.” Brenda crossed her arms defiantly, “And don’t you go lecturing me about my love life choices. Must I bring up the name Katherine Bell?”

Ned walked around and shouted, “Don’t you go there with me and try to get away from the issue at hand here. I. DO. NOT. WANT. JAMES. NEAR. SONNY. Do you understand that? I don’t want him bonding with Sonny or spending the night. I don’t want a phone call at three am from you saying that James has been shot in a mob war.”

Brenda interjected, “Sonny is out and has been for a while!”

“That’s bull and you know it Brenda!” Ned shouted. “James is too precious to me to be placed in harms way.”

“Like keeping him here under this roof with Tracy here is going to make him the best person he can be? Come on Ned, don’t give me that!” Brenda pointed her finger at him, “You know Ned, maybe it is time for me to move into a place of my own, away from the Quartermaines and away from Sonny. Don’t worry, I won’t be moving in with Sonny.”

Ned was furious when he spoke, “You will NOT be moving out with James, do you hear me?”

Tracy had opened the door and heard Ned. She walked down the stairs and said, “Ned, why do you care if she stays or go?”

“Monica.” David peeked his head into Alan’s room where she sat, exhausted. “Can you please come here a minute?”

Silently Monica got up and kissed Alan’s smooth, cool cheek. “Yes?”

David looked at Monica with concern, “You haven’t slept in over 24 hours and you need to get some rest. You aren’t doing Alan any help here. He is progressing nicely at this moment. One of the nurse’s told me that AJ and Edward are here to sit with Alan for a while and Jason said he would bring you home. You need to shower and clean up and take at least a small nap.” David paused and grabbed her arms, “You know I am right.”

“I know.” Monica sighed and looked back at the door, “I am just afraid that if I leave, something will happen.”

“Monica, if anything happens, I will let you know right away. Deal?” David cajoled.

Monica again looked back at the door, “Ok, let me get my purse.” She went back into the room and kissed Alan again. “I love you Alan and be strong. I have to leave for a little while, but AJ and Edward are coming in for a little bit. I will be back later, I promise. I love you.” She eased open the door and walked out.

She met Jason in the waiting room and together the walked through the hospital. At the Nurse’s Station, Bobbie stopped her to give her a hug and to ask if there was anything she could do to help. Monica declined. Just then, the elevator doors opened and Tiffany emerged with her camera crew.

“Monica,” Tiffany shoved a microphone in Monica’s face, “Do you have a comment on your husband’s condition?”

Monica looked blankly at Tiffany. “What?”

Tiffany repeated the question and Monica came alive, “Who let her in here with a camera crew? I want her barred from this hospital.” She yelled out to no one in particular. To Tiffany she said, “Have you any decency for my husband and family or are you just out chasing another story?”

Tiffany was unfazed, “Monica, whether you like it or not this is news. I don’t care whether you like me or not, I have to report the news.”

Jason stepped in, “Please Tiffany, leave Monica alone. It’s been a tough night and she hasn’t slept. I am asking you nicely to please leave the hospital and leave the Quartermaines alone.” Jason said in a subtly threatening manner.

Tiffany didn’t hesitate, “Jason are you threatening me?”

“I am asking you nicely to please leave Monica alone.” Jason reiterated.

Bobbie came up to Tiffany, “Tiffany, I have called security to escort you and your crew out of the hospital with the order to not let you in again. Please leave.”

Tiffany threw her hair over her shoulder, “I am reporting the news and there is the thing called the Freedom of Information Act. I will get what I want Monica, one way or another.”

Monica had reached her breaking point, “Like hell you will!” She swung a fist and connected with Tiffany’s nose.

    The PCPD

Alexis and Nikolas are at the PCPD when Luke comes racing in, followed closely behind by Robert. “Natasha! Helena was at your place? What happened?” Luke shouted belligerently. “Were you there? Did you see them?”

Nikolas was on the phone with Jason and handed Robert the picture of Spencer. “These were left at my house when I was out taking the girls for a walk.” Alexis pushed her hair back in frustration, “Nikolas is calling Jason right now. Maybe Jason knows where Sam might be hiding.”

“Scorpio! This woman shot me and my wife! What is this God Forsaken Task Force doing about this?” Luke shouted.

Robert scanned the photos and the note. “Spencer, don’t talk to me like that. I will not talk to you when you are flying off the handle.” Robert faced the cops in front of him “Not that it is going to do much good at this point, but we are going to send these to the lab for fingerprints. Also I want every photo lab in the city checked to see when they were processed. Taggert, these aren’t digital, these are a 35 millimeter camera. Take every available cop with you.”

Jason ran in, “What can I do? What’s going on, did someone see Sam?”

Robert ignored Jason. “I want the park searched with a fine toothed comb. Nikolas, can I send a team in to Wyndemere to see if there is any evidence?” Without waiting for an answer, he continued, “Luke, want to come out to Wyndemere with me? Jason, want to go to the park with Cruz and Castillo? They will be the lead detectives over there, but stay out of their way Jason. If you are in the way, the will arrest you.”

“Did you get that picture of Sam I gave Taggert?” Jason asked.

“I did and my brother is at the TV station right now. Her face will be all over the place in a matter of hours along with the fact that a threat was made against the children. I do not want the contents of the note to be leaked to the media because every crazy will be calling in. Is that understood?” Everyone nodded. “Luke, is that understood? I have no qualms in locking you up.”

Luke had a look of intense hatred in his eyes, “The Cassadines will pay and I will be the one to do it.”

Alexis broke in, “Robert, what can I do? She is my daughter! I refuse to sit by idly while you go…”

Nikolas laid his hand on her shoulder, “Alexis, I know you want to help in finding Sam. But remember Kristina and Molly. Do you really want Ric finding out about this on TV? Or Sonny. They have a right to know what is going on.” Nikolas said sympathetically, “You and the girls can always stay with me. I have more than enough room, even with Elizabeth and her two children then. I will hire the best security I can.”

“I will be there tonight Nikolas.” Jason said aggressively, “In fact, I want Elizabeth out of there.”

Alexis knew she was defeated, “Now is not the time for this. Just go find Sam and together away from Helena!”

Carly impatiently rang the doorbell at Sonny’s penthouse. Michael and Morgan at her feet. Banging on the door she called out, “Sonny! Come on, open up!”

Sonny opens the door and sweeps up Michael and Morgan in a big hug. “Hey boys! Daddy misses you!” He kisses each of the boys and puts them down. They run into the living room. “Hi Carly, come on in.”

Carly peers past him, “Is the tramp here?” Carly says sarcastically.

“All right, you can leave now Carly. I am not in the mood.” Sonny tries to close the door.

“Ok, ok, I won’t call her a tramp!” Carly throws up her arms and mutters, “Even though she is one.” She walks in and Sonny closes the door. “No Sonny, I want to talk to you about something. About Michael.”

Sonny instantly became concerned. “Why, what’s going on? He’s doing ok in school, right? I talked to the teachers and none of them indicated he was in trouble.”

Carly put her purse down and looked around intently, “Seriously, Brenda isn’t here is she?”

“Carly I promised you that when I have the boys for the day, it was just going to be me and the boys. If something were to change, I would tell you.” Sonny crossed his arms, “Now tell me, what’s going on?”

“I think he is a little upset with you and Brenda.” Carly started to say.

Sonny angrily responded, “Oh don’t give me that Carly. Don’t use Michael like that. I thought you were better than that but apparently I was wrong” Sonny walked over the table and poured himself a glass of water. “Don’t use our son because you are jealous that I am happy with someone that isn’t you.”

Nostrils flaring, Carly said, “I don’t think she is a good influence on you or our sons. And I don’t want to have to pull you out of a depression because she will leave you.” Carly put her hands on her hips and shot back, “What happens when she is forced to choose between you and James. Have you thought of that? She will choose James, you know that.”

Sonny’s earlobes started to turn red as he said, “Carly, I am warning you…” His cell phone rang and he barked, “What?” He listened and quickly hung up. “I have to go. That was Jason. He just left the PCPD.”

Carly instantly turned worried, “Is he ok? What’s going on?”

“Yes, it’s Sam. She left pictures at Alexis’.” As he was saying that, his phone rang again, this time it was Alexis. “Yes, I am on my way there.” He started to walk to the door. “Carly, I am going to get Kristina and then I will be right back. Can you stay here for a bit? Maybe an hour.” Without waiting for an answer, Sonny yelled, “Carly, I am warning you, don’t piss me off!”

Ned sat down in the Quartermaine living room and surveyed the room. Edward, Monica, Justus, AJ, Sarah, Emily and Dillon were there. They were just waiting for Tracy, who had stumbled in the front door moments earlier. She mumbled that she wanted a Bloody Mary and she would be down in a minute. Ned rubbed his hands together. He was going to tell everyone that James was his son.

Tracy walked in and grabbed her drink. She was still wearing yesterdays clothes and sunglasses. “All right, what is this family meeting about? Is ELQ about to go under because if it isn’t, I am going to be really mad.”

“No Mother. I have an announcement to make.” A feeling of expectation descended the room. “I have a secret to tell you. Something that I have been hiding for months but now I think it is important that you know.”

Dillon stood up, “Wait a minute, before you say anything else. I have to know. What is the date?”

Monica answered quickly, “It’s the 19th Dillon. Go on Ned.”

“Like I was saying, I have a secret.” He looked at Dillon strangely. “But first I want to say that I am so sorry that I have hidden it from all of you for so long. It was the wrong thing to do. I just didn’t want to make any mistakes. So I am sorry.” About to confess, he was interrupted.

“Ned, just spit it out!” Edward said, rubbing his hands together and smiling.

Annoyed and still hungover, Tracy half shouted, “Oh for God’s sake just say it Ned! You sound like you are about to tell us you are gay. We all know what it is. James is your son!”

Shocked Ned said, “You all know?”

“We sure have Ned! In fact we all have been making hundred dollar bets on when you were going to tell us. Hand me the money. I was the closest if I recall.” Edward said. “I bet he would tell us March 31st.”

Dillion went to the desk and pulled out a notebook. “Let’s see. I was way off, I said July 4th. Monica said February 15th. Tracy said, and I quote, “June 1st because he wants to torture me. He already made me a grandmother before so now he is doing it again.”

Tracy looked at Ned, “Congratulation Ned. I am off to bed. I didn’t sleep last night.” Tracy left the room.

“I can’t believe you all knew.” Ned said. “Why didn’t anyone say anything?” Stunned, he fell back against the pillows in his chair.

AJ gave Sarah a glass of iced tea, “We figured you guys would tell us in your own time. When my parents called about Felicia, they told me that you and Brenda had a kid but not to say anything because you two were being all secretive. But yeah, we all knew. James looks so much like you and Brenda.”

    “I am just stunned.”

The door opened and Brenda walked in with James in her arms, “Hi everyone. Is this a bad time? I need to talk to Ned for a moment.”

Edward chortled, “Oh Brenda! Let me see that beautiful son of Ned’s. I am thrilled that you two have a child together and even more thrilled that I just made $700.” Dillion brought out the envelope with the money from the bet. “Come on Brenda, I want to hold the next Quartermaine heir!”

Brenda looked helplessly at Ned. Ned laughed, for the first time in days. “They knew.”

“Patrick!” Robin ran into the living room to see Patrick sitting on the couch watching NASCAR. “Patrick, our guests are going to be arriving soon and I need your help. Can you help me with the hor d’oerves?”

Patrick eases himself off the couch and follows Robin into the kitchen. “We did a great job cleaning.”

Robin throws him a sidelong glance, “No, I did a great job cleaning. You were at the hospital while I polished and dusted and washed the floor.” Robin leaned up and kissed him. “Will you take these out to the living room and put them on tables please?”

“Sure thing.” Patrick took some plates of shrimp and stuffed mushrooms into the large living room. He came back into the kitchen and looked at all the food. There was a plate filled with sandwiches, a veggie plate, various cheeses, a green salad, a rotini salad, scallops wrapped in bacon, crème puffs, chocolate mints, a fruit tart and various cheesecakes. “Wow Robin, this is a lot of food.”

Robin looked up absently, “Brenda said Sonny is going to bring lasagna too, both veggie and meat lasagna. He is so particular about his lasagna. Do you think we have enough? I have coolers of drinks throughout the house so I think we have enough wine, beer and soft drinks.”

The doorbell rang and Patrick kissed her, “We have enough. You look hot but take that apron off and I will go get the door. It is probably Brenda anyway.” Patrick walked through the house and opened the door, greeting Sonny, Brenda, James and Jason. He told them to make themselves at home and Robin would be right out.

Soon all their guests started to arrive. Nikolas, Elizabeth and Lulu arrived together as had Emily and Lucky. Robert and Mac came together with Luke who promised Robin that he could only stay a few minutes before getting back to the hospital. Noah came with Bobbie and an uninvited Carly. The last to arrive were Lainey, Justus, Edward, Tracy, Ned and Lucy.

Brenda sidled up to Robin and whispered, “You will not believe what happened yesterday. Sonny and I were, you know, done and Carly comes barging in like she owned the place. Thank God I had my bathrobe on, but Sonny didn’t.”

Robin gave a horrified laugh, “Oh my God Brenda, what did you do?” She took a sip of her wine.

“The only thing I could do, I just sat there with a smile on my face while Sonny yelled at her to get the hell out. She was early bringing Michael and Morgan over and I was going to be gone by then.” Brenda popped a shrimp in her mouth, “I shouldn’t be eating these but I am going to anyways. So she called me a tramp like always and I asked her how it was like to always have my seconds. She really didn’t like that. I even mentioned that I had Jax on speed dial and I wondered how he would like it if he knew she was barging into Sonny’s bedroom like she was queen of the mansion. James then started to cry and Sonny kicked her out. It was a lovely scene. Keep me far away from her. Promise me that?”

“I will. Bobbie brought her I think, I can’t exactly say go home you aren’t welcome. I have to go mingle though. I want to go see Robert and Luke.” Robin walked away, laughing.

In a corner, Mac was sitting with Bobbie. “Bobbie, I don’t know how you do it sometimes. I still have trouble getting up in the morning. The last thing I see before I go to bed is Maxie and Felicia..”

Bobbie reached out and grasped his hand. “I know. The last thing I will ever see for the rest of my life when I close my eyes at night is my precious BJ. It’s tough and you have to get through it. There are other people in your life who count on you.”

    “That’s true.”

“Look at what you did with Robin. You took her in and she is an amazing doctor. Yes Robert is her biological father, but you raised her.” Bobbie squeezed his hand, “You have a lot to be proud of Mac Scorpio.”

Mac looked down at the soda in his hands, “It gets hard sometimes.”

“Well that settles it, you are coming to dinner at the Brownstone this week and I am not taking no for an answer.” Bobbie said smartly.

Jason was talking to Elizabeth when Carly strode across the room and interrupted. “Jason, I need to talk to you right now. It’s important.” She completely ignored Elizabeth.

Jason crossed his arms and turned to Carly, “Carly with you it is always an emergency. I am trying to have a conversation here. Can it wait? We can talk later.”

Carly threw a disdainful look at Elizabeth, “No it can’t. It’s important.”

Elizabeth laid her hand on Jason’s arm, “It’s ok. Just come over to Wyndemere after the party and you can see Ava.” With that Elizabeth walked away.

“God Jason, what ever possessed you to sleep with her?” Carly demanded. “I can’t believe you are even here with Sam on the loose.”

“Carrrllllyyyy. This better be good.” Jason said coolly.

Carly raked her fingers through her hair, “It is. What is going on with Sonny? I walked into the Penthouse and he obviously just had sex with that tramp Brenda. You have to convince him she is not right for him.” Carly said angrily, nostrils flaring, “You are the only one he will listen too. She will hurt him again. The father of that child will come forward and Brenda will go running back to him.”

Jason attempted to walk away but Carly grabbed his arm, “Look Carly, this is none of your business. You married Jax. Are you upset that Sonny has moved on or that he has moved on with Brenda?”

“Stop it Jason.” Carly hissed. “I just don’t want to see Sonny get hurt.”

Jason shrugged off Carly’s arm and walked away, “Right Carly.”

It was an hour into the party and the doorbell rang again. Laughing at something her father said, Robin went to answer the door. The latecomers were AJ and Sarah.

“I hope you don’t mind that we are late. My shift just got over at the hospital and we went to see Alan.” Sarah explained.

Robin ushered them in. “No, no, I am glad you were able to make it. Please come in.” Robin hugged AJ, “I am so glad you are back in town. Now have some food, have some drink.”

Sarah held up a plant. “We brought you a gift.” She was holding flowers.

“Oh Sarah, you didn’t have too. Thank you very much. I am so glad you are back and that you are happy with AJ. AJ is a wonderful guy.”

    “Thanks Robin.” AJ said.

“Have you seen my sister?” Sarah asked, “I was wondering if she brought our niece with her.”

Robin pointed towards the living room, “Elizabeth is in there with Nikolas I think. Go make yourselves at home!”

Sarah’s eyes narrowed as she walked into the living room. Today, her revenge against Patrick would begin.

Brenda hands over James to Edward. She smiles at Edward and kisses James. “Ned, can you and I talk for a minute?” Brenda smiles to everyone and walks out into the foyer, Ned following her. “Ok, the DNA test came back and of course you are the father. I had no doubt about that but Scott wanted that done. Do you want James today and tomorrow? I know its short notice, but you haven’t seen him for a while.”

Ned nodded quickly and said briskly, “Yes Brenda I do want to see him. I have missed him. How are things?”

“Fine. Scott will be getting in touch with you about a custody schedule.” Brenda said shortly, unsure of how she should act.

“I don’t want my son raised around Sonny.” Ned walked around the foyer, Brenda watching him. “When Sonny is out of your life and not an influence on you, then I will gladly allow you to have custody. Until then, I will instruct my lawyer to file an emergency custody hearing.”

Angry, Brenda said, “I am not an unfit mother and you know it Ned.”

    “Those are my terms Brenda.”

Brenda picked up her coat and walked towards the door. “Well, please remember that I came here in good faith. I knew you would react like this and was advised not to even allow you to see James. I didn’t think that was fair to James. I will see you in two days. Call me if you need anything.” Brenda closed the door firmly behind her.

Knowing that he had to face his family again, Ned opened the door to the living room. Emily, Monica, Dillion and Justus were on their way out. Ned watched as AJ and Sarah cooed over James, Edward beaming from ear to ear.

    “Where’s Brenda?” AJ asked.

Ned sat down on the couch, “She left. She and I don’t quite see eye to eye.”

Edward drew his brows together, “You and Brenda can work anything out. I trust you will for this precious little boy.”

“I am afraid that James will be growing up under the influence of one Sonny Corinthos.” Ned confided. “AJ I am sure you can relate.”

“Oh yes.” AJ scowled. “What can I do to help? I don’t want another Quartermaine child raised by that man.”

Ned sat back in the couch, “Brenda and I are going to court. I am fighting for custody. In fact, Carly came to me and wants to, I guess you could say, join forces with her. She says she doesn’t want Michael and Morgan near Brenda.” Ned rubbed the back of his neck, “I don’t know what to do here.”

Edward spoke up angrily, “We need to ensure that miscreant doesn’t raise that child! Maybe we can use Carly to get Michael back in here as well.”

AJ piped up, “If there is one thing I know about Carly, she has always been a jealous person. And has always been the most jealous of Brenda.”

“Why don’t I see what I can do?” Sarah asked. “I mean, I want AJ to spend time with his son. I definitely think that both these goals can be accomplished. From what my sister has told me, Carly’s only friend is Jason right?”

    “True….” Ned said slowly.

“I can befriend her. Play on her jealousy. Have her tell me information about her and Sonny from when they were together which you could possibly use Ned. I don’t know, maybe it would help.” Sarah asked.

Edward walked around the room and pointed at AJ, “AJ, the smartest thing you ever did was marry this girl. I like it and I like her.”

Ned said uncomfortably, “I don’t want to get too dirty. I just want my son.”

“And I want my son too Ned. Sonny shouldn’t be allowed to raise both our children. Does that seem fair?” AJ asked rhetorically. “If Sarah wants to try it, let her. She is a Quartermaine now.”

    “Ok.” Ned finally agreed.

Edward smiled in joy, “Finally a chance for the Quartermaine heirs to be raised properly and not by that good for nothing reprobate!”

Robert’s phone rang and he squawked, “Scorpio”

“It’s Taggert. I got something in a Walmart in the next town over.” Taggert drawled. “One of the clerks positively identified Sam McCall as a woman who dropped some pictures off. I showed him her picture and he immediately identified her.”

    “Excellent work Taggert.” Robert started

Taggert broke in, “He actually wrote down her name and number off the slip. He calls her a goddess. I have put out an APB on her, this time with the alias, get this, Laurie Spence. That’s what she called herself.”

Robert snarked, “Oh Dear God. Luke will flip out. Are you bringing him down to the station?”

    “Already on the way boss.”

“We’ll meet you there. What’s this kid’s name?”

Taggert laughed, “Spinneli. And boss, he’s a weird one.”

Patrick stood at the Nurse’s Station and waited for Robin to come down the hallway. When she approached, she coolly said, “Dr Drake, I understand you need a consult? How can I help you?”

Very cordially and professionally, he handed her a chart. “Please take a look. Should I go with the first drug cocktail? That seems to be the best route for my patient.”

Robin scanned the chart for several moments and then handed it back, “I concur. Is there anything else Dr Drake? I am rather busy.”

“Actually there is.” Patrick looked around and grabbed her elbow. He guided her towards the elevators. “I want to talk about the other day and Sarah.”

“There is nothing to say Patrick.” Robin said coldly. “You lied to me. You played me for a fool. Now Sarah can’t have children because you were too busy moving on to your next conquest to even think about her. What if that was me Patrick?”

Patrick lowered his voice, “I didn’t love her Robin.”

“That’s not what she said. Makes me wonder if you really do love me Patrick or if when you get bored, you will move on.”

“I mean, I thought I did, but you taught me how to love. I didn’t know what love was until I met you Robin. You have to believe me.” Patrick pleaded. “I love you Robin, you know that.

“I don’t have to do anything Patrick and I don’t believe a word out of your mouth. I will be at the Brownstone.” Robin stormed past Patrick, leaving him staring after her.

Carly was sitting at a table in MetroCourt, going over the books. So many thoughts were going through her head about Jax and Sonny and her kids, she could hardly think. It was times like this that she missed Courtney.

Carly was startled when a Raspberry Iced Tea was set in front of her. “Hi, you must be Carly. I don’t think we have met. My name is Sarah. Sarah Quartermaine. Mind if I sit down?” Sarah didn’t wait for an answer as she sat down.

Bemused, Carly said, “Now, how can I help the wife of my ex husband.”

“Well we have a couple things in common.” Sarah said confidently. She paused and took a sip of her drink, “We both dislike the most sanctimonious women in Port Charles.”

“I would assume that you like your sister.” Carly replied.

Sarah smiled, “I was talking about Robin Scorpio and Brenda Barrett. They have done things against us and need to pay. Interested?”

Carly was very interested, but didn’t let on. “I might be. Go on….”

Carly walked confidentedly into the Brownstone looking for her mother. Carly was dressed for the day in a brown suede skirt, creme colored cashmere sweater and high heeled, knee high brown boots. Bobbie was nowhere to be seen, in fact the first person she saw was Noah, "Hi Noah, have you seen Bobbie this morning?"

Noah was getting himself some coffee, "No Carly, I don't think she has gotten up yet. I haven't heard her moving around yet. Do you want to go check?" Carly shook her head and Noah asked, "Well want some coffee?" When Carly declined he asked, "How are you Morgan? Is Bobbie babysitting for you today, I know she has today off."

Carly shook her head and sat down on the couch. She got a book out for Morgan to read, "No, I just need to talk to Bobbie so I thought I would visit. I can wait until she comes down."

"Ok, see you two later." Noah left for the hospital, leaving Carly alone with Morgan. Soon after Noah left, she heard voices. "Great." she muttered.

Patrick and Robin came down the stairs, arms around each other. Robin was tickling Patrick and he was laughing. He leaned down and kissed her soundly on the lips. Neither one noticed Carly until she spoke up, "Why don't you two go back upstairs? I don't want to see you two macking on each other." Carly said sarcastically.

Robin disengaged herself from Patrick's arms and said, "And a good morning to you too Carly. What do you want?"

"I didn't realize I needed a reason to come here. This is my mother's house." Carly stated, hands on her hips.

Patrick walked up between the two of them. "Ladies, let it go. Good morning Carly. I just heard Bobbie getting up, she should be down in a few minutes," Patrick glanced at his watch, "Robin we have to get going, I have surgery in an hour."

"Yes, don't let me keep you." Carly called out to the retreating form of Robin. Since that night at the Metro Court, Carly couldn't help it. All she saw was Sonny kiss Brenda and it was driving her crazy. She needed to talk to someone about it and she couldn't talk to Jax. Every time she tried to get in touch with Jason, he was unavailable, which was also driving her crazy.

"Good morning Carly, what brings you here this early? Not that I mind, but this is unusual for you." Bobbie walked over to her daughter and kissed her cheek, "You brought my grandson too, I never see enough of Michael and Morgan."

"I just dropped Michael off at school and swung by here to see if, you know, we could talk." Carly confessed.

Bobbie sat down and picked up Morgan, "Uh oh Carly, what happened? Is everything ok with you and Jax?"

Frustrated Carly threw herself down on the couch, "Things were great with me and Jax until Brenda came home. Jax swears he is not the father.."

Bobbie interrupted, "Don't you believe him?"

"I know I should. Jax doesn't lie to me. I just get this feeling. She just gets under my skin. I can't stand it Bobbie. She had Jax first and could probably snap her fingers and he would go running back." Carly snapped her fingers and exclaimed.

"You don't know that Carly. You have to have faith in him. He trusts you, even after everything with Sonny."

"That's another thing. Sonny. Arrgghhh. Brenda is going to go after him just to prove she can. She even let him kiss her at Metro Court right in front of me the other night. It is driving me crazy."

Bobbie got up to get herself a cup of coffee and offered one to Carly, who declined, "Carly, you have to let Sonny go. You made your choice. Whoever he wants to be with is his decision. Jax and you are going to get married and he loves you. You should see the way he looks at you." Bobbie took a sip of coffee and regarded her wayward daughter, "Carly, trust in Jax. He loves you."

Carly stood up and started pacing the room, "I know, but now that Brenda is back in town, he won't even set a wedding date. I am pushing him for one and he won't commit to one. I feel like I am losing control."

Bobbie stood up and embraced Carly, "Carly, you have to stop being so insecure! Trust me when I tell you that Jax loves you and you two will get married. Probably sooner than you think. You can not let Brenda get to you. So she and Sonny kissed, so what? It doesn't matter. You have to concentrate on you and Jax and Michael and Morgan. Ok? Now, let me cook you some breakfast." Carly followed Bobbie into the kitchen, her fears temporilarily subsiding.

Dillion opened the door to Kelly's and sat down. He had a breakfast date with Georgie and he was early. She was having a hard time bouncing back from losing her mother and sister so he made it a point to see her every morning before classes at PCU. He was looking at the menu when he heard a noise and looked up, "Oh, hi Lulu."

Cautiously Lulu stood before him, "Um, hi Dillion. Are you meeting Georgie here?" She moitioned towards the door.

Dillion nodded, "Yeah. This is the first time she has been back to Kelly's since Maxie died. She's having a hard time but she wants to confront it. So we are meeting here for breakfast."

    "That's nice of you."

"Oh God Lulu," Dillion took off his glasses and wiped at his eyes, "I am so sorry I hurt you."

Lulu held up her hand, "Dillion I don't want to hear it. Look, do you want some coffee?"

Dillion sighed, "Yeah I'll take a cup." Lulu poured him a cup and Georgie walked in at the same time. Georgie stopped and looked at the stairs with trepidation. She took a deep breath and sat down across from Dillion. "Hi." Georgie said.

"Hi, how are you this morning?" Dillion reached over and grabbed her hand.

Lulu smiled at Georgie and asked, "Hi Georgie, do you want some coffee?"

"I'm fine." Georgie answered automatically, "I'll take some coffee." She watched as Lulu filled her cup and walked away. "Anyway, this is so weird coming here. I keep expecting Maxie to come down the stairs."

"I know Georgie. Listen, have you thought about what I mentioned earlier? Maybe counseling with Dr Winters could help you." Dillion asked.

"I'm thinking about it." She smiled hesitantly, "God it is so hard to be here. I just can't be here anymore. Could we go? I'm sorry, let's just grab something on campus."

Dillion stood up, "Mind if I go to the bathroom? I will be back in a sec." Georgie sipped her coffee and nodded her consent. Dillion walked to the back of Kelly's and visited the restroom. When he came out, he bumped into Lulu. "Oh, sorry Lulu."

Lulu backed up, "It's ok." She moitioned to the front of the restaurant, "Are you two leaving? Georgie has her coat on."

"Yeah, it's really hard for her to be here so we are taking off." Dillion stepped closer, "God Lulu, this is so hard for me. I miss you so much. I don't want to hurt you but I have to tell you. I really miss you."

Lulu looked to the floor and then raised her head, "I miss you too." she whispered in the moment before Dillion leaned down and kissed her hungrily.

Alexis met her attorney, Scott Baldwin outside Ric's office. They were there to present him with a custody agreement. Alexis was nervous but tried not to show it. She was dressed in her finest business suit to help with her confidence. She just hoped that Scott could pull this off. She opened Ric's door. "Good morning Ric."

"Alexis, what are you doing here?" Ric looked up from his desk in surprise, "What are you doing with Baldwin here."

Scott walked up to him and extended his hand, "Morning Lansing, I am here to represent Ms. Davis in the custody suit of Molly Lansing. Don't mind if we sit down."

"What the hell? Get out of my office!" Ric half shouted.

"Well, we can either do this here on Ms Davis' terms or we file for sole custody. Trust me, you will not like what we have on you. Every single skeleton in your closet will be dragged out for everyone to see." Scott said smugly. "The choice is yours Lansing."

Alexis spoke up, "Ric I would really like to get this settled. I think you will find the terms to be more than acceptable."

Ric sat down in his seat and tossed his pen down, "Fine, show me what you got."

Scott opened up his briefcase and took out a file. He opened the file and took out several typed documents. "Lansing, Ms Davis is willing to let you have Molly every other weekend and every Wednesday night. Plus she will allow you to have Molly for two weeks in the summer."

"That's so kind of you Alexis." Ric said snidely.

"It's a hell of a lot more than I would've given you." Scott replied, "Of course, you cannot take Molly out of Port Charles without Ms. Davis' permission. If you don't agree to this, we will go to the courthouse after we leave here and file for sole custody. Trust me Lansing, you will lose."

Ric looked at them scornfully, "Like hell I will. Alexis is an unfit parent and I can prove it. She associates with scum like Sonny Corinthos and I don't want my daughter around him. No deal."

Scott lifted up one of the documents and glanced at it. He spoke sarcastically, "We will present to the court that you tried unsuccessfully to take Molly when Ms Davis was having cancer treatments. A time when Ms Davis needed Molly the most. Good job on that one Lansing." He paused and looked at Ric, "We will also prove that you committed adultry with Samantha McCall, now deceased, who was Ms Davis' daughter that she was forced to give up for adoption. Jason Morgan will testify that he saw it committed as well as my client. Busy man Lansing." Scott said sarcastically.

"Our marriage was over by then and we were both drunk. I can argue against that and you know it. Who is going to believe a thug like Morgan?" Rick spit out angrily.

Scott went on like Ric never spoke, "Carly Corinthos. You held her hostage in a panic room. Nice touch. She will be happy to tell the world everything you put her through. Jasper Jax will also testify on your treatment of Ms Davis and how she is with Kristina and Molly. Nikolas Cassadine and Emily Quatermaine will corraborate Jax' testimony. Several cops, the mayor and Mac Scorpio will be character witnesses."

Ric broke in. He had broke out in a fine sheen of sweat. "You are lying."

"Try me Lansing. Just try me. Now, to top it all off, Elizabeth Spencer. Your ex wife." Scott looked up at Ric, "Trust me it was so hard for me to go to a Spencer."

Alexis spoke up, "Scott." with a warning in her voice.

Scott looked at Alexis and raised his hands in defeat, "Ok, Mrs Spencer will testify that even though the two of you were married for a year and she had a child, Cameron although he is not biologically yours, you have never made any attempt to see him voluntairily after the two of you split up. Cameron was in your care for a long period of time and you have never seen him. She will also testify that she thinks Ms Davis is a better parent." Scott looked at Ric. "If you want, I can read more to you or you can agree to sign this very good custody agreement and this weekend starting Sunday morning you will have Molly until Sunday evening at 6pm. If you don't agree to this, we will file immediately after we leave."

Ric looked coldly at Alexis, "This is Sonny's idea wasn't it?"

"No Ric, not everything has to do with Sonny." Alexis handed him a pen, "Sign it. I think you will agree I am being more than fair."

Ric sat back in his chair and contemplated Alexis. "So you are giving me no time to think about this."

Scott cooly said, "Lansing, I would sign it. If it was up to me I would have told you to go to hell and we would be seeing you in court. Alexis wants Molly to know her father and she isn't even asking for child support. Sign it."

Ric leaned forward and grabbed the pen. He scribbled his signature across the bottom of the agreement and said, "There you go. Now get the hell out of my office."

"Bobbie are you there?" Mac's desperation could be heard through the phone line, "I need help and I don't know who else to go to."

Bobbie said down in a chair and calmly asked, "Mac, where are you? Are you ok? Have you called Robert or Robin? They are really worried about you Mac."

"I am in a hotel room outside of Poughkeepsie. No, you are the only person I have called. I can't face Robert yet, I don't want them to be ashamed of me. I have been here for several days and Bobbie," Mac's voice broke as he started to cry, "I feel so alone. I need you to come up here. You are the only one who understands what it is like to lose so many people."

"Ok Mac," Bobbie stood up and started to walk upstairs. "I am going to throw some clothes in a bag and come stay with you. We will work through this. I am here to help you but I will tell Robert you are ok."

Mac was crying harder, "I can't get the image out of my head. Maxie won't fade. She haunts me Bobbie. So does Felicia. Bobbie, does it end? When you lost BJ, did she ever stop haunting you?"

"Oh Bobbie, I still dream of BJ and I always will. I still dream of Tony." Bobbie was quickly opening drawers and throwing clothes and toiliteries in her duffel bag. "They aren't haunting you, they are visiting. Think of the good times."

"You don't understand me Bobbie!" Mac cried angrily, "I can't think of the good times, I only see Maxie taking a gun to her head. I thought you would understand tragedy. They aren't visiting, they are taunting me. Saying over and over again that I was a horrible father and husband. I can't get rid of them! You have to help me."
He continued to sob harder that it sounded harder for him to breathe.

Bobbie shoved the last of her clothes in her back and zipped it up. She rushed downstairs and grabbed her keys. "Mac, I am on my way. Give me your number and I will call you right back. I will stay on the line with you the whole way there, OK? I will be there as soon as I can."

    "Thank you Bobbie." sobbed Mac.

Jason walked into Sonny's penthouse and made himself comfortable on the couch. He looked up when Sonny walked in, "Hi Sonny, you wanted to see me?"

"Yeah Jason. Did that shipment arrive from Miami on time and get distributed?" Sonny poured himself a drink and offered one to Jason, who declined.

"Yes, everything arrived on schedule and is on it's way to our distributors. The money is on it's way to the Swiss account as we speak." Jason reported. "How are things with you? Have you heard from Carly?"

Sonny sat down across from Jason and crossed his leg. "She and Jax made it to Austraila fine. The boys sounded excited to be on a new adventure. She wanted to pass on hellos to you."

"Thanks." Jason sat there and stared at Sonny for a few moments. "Something on your mind Sonny?"

"Nawww." Sonny smiled before taking a drink.

Jason immediately looked concerned. "Sonny is there something that I need to know about?"

Sonny debated telling Jason and decided too. "Brenda will be around here a lot more." Right then, there was a knock on the door and Max opened the door. "Mr. Corinithos, Emily Quartermaine is here to see Jason."

Jason quickly glanced at Sonny and half stood up, "You mind?"

Sonny shook his head, "Have her come in here. I will go in my study. I have a couple calls to make." He stood up as Emily walked in. "Hello Emily."

Emily walked purposefully towards Jason and sat down, throwing a quick hello to Sonny. She waited for Sonny to exit before saying, "Jason I have to talk to you."

Immediately Jason looked worried, "What's wrong? Is it one of the Quartermaines, is someone sick?"

"No," Emily shook her head, her hair flying in all directions as she looked serious. "It's Alison Barrington."

Jason's brows came together, "What about her?"

"I don't think she's right for you Jason. I think it's too soon after Sam and I am afraid she is using you. I just get this feeling from her that she is, I don't know, trying to get too much out of you right now than you are willing to give. You also have so much going on with Elizabeth and the baby. I don't think it's the right time for you to have a girlfriend right now."

Jason leaned back and stared at Emily. "Emily, did something happen between you and Alison? Where is this coming from?"

Emily sniffed, "Nothing happened." she spoke quickly.

Jason spoke quietly and in a way that suggested that he didn't want Emily to ever mention this again, "Emily stay away from Alison. You really don't know what you are talking about. I don't appreciate you bringing up Sam. I would like it if you please left." He spoke with controlled anger.

"Fine." Emily stood up and made one more attempt, "Just think about it, she's all wrong for you."

"Enough." a now angry Jason said.

Alexis down the path, heading for Kelly's to meet Scott for lunch. He had called her earlier and cajoled her to meet her for lunch. Finally to get him off the phone, she agreed. She was surprised that he was there before she was. "Hello Scott." She laid her coat over a chair and stared at him. "What do you want?"

"What makes you think I want something?" Scott demanded, "You know Alexis, I am starting to get a little bit perturbed that you always think I want something from you."

"Don't you?" Alexis shot back, "Like an endoresment for mayor? Do you really think you can win against Ric? Scott, you were almost disbarred."

"Thanks for reminding me." Scott said wryly. "I would think you would want me to beat your ex. Hey, I figure you owe me one as I won you custody of Molly for you with no publicity." Scott looked up and saw Lulu approaching, "Lulu, two coffees."

"Lulu, a roast beef sandwich too. Thanks." Alexis said. "I knew that would come back to haunt me. You are incorrigible Scott. I should endorse Ric just because you said that."

The door opened as Alexis said that and they heard a familiar voice, "Oh I don't think I need your endorsement Counselor." Ric stated, hanging up his coat. He arrogantly stated, "I will win this election without the help of you. Baldwin here is a joke, not even a real candidate. I will win in a landslide."

Scott grinned up at Ric and said mockingly, "Oh come now Lansing, are you afraid of some competition from me? You know you are. I can smell it from you."

Ric scowled at Scott, "Baldwin, the day I am afraid of you is the day that Alexis here finally does the world a favor and locks up my brother in a prison cell and throws away the key. Which means never. I will stomp on you like an ant."

    "Do you really think so?"

Alexis interrupted, "For God's sake you two, will you please put a sock in it. I would like to eat my lunch in peace and not have to hear you two debate on who's better."

Ric smiled, "That's exactly what we should do. Scott, we should have a televised debate to show the people of Port Charles who the best candidate is for mayor."

Scott leaned back in his chair and smiled confidently, "You got it. Name the time and the place and I will be there with bells on."

Ric grabbed his coat, "I'll get back to you."
