    3) Sheila does the same thing - cleans it up, but instead of covering for herself, she's protecting Steffy. Now that would've at least been more twisty - Steffy killed Finn and Sheila covers for her.

This would have been a way more compelling storyline. I could totally see Sheila blackmailing Steffy with this to get access to Hayes.

  2. I will be curious to see if Finn’s demise spells the end of Sheila (for now) or sets up what could be a years-long conflict with Steffy. Contrary to some opinions, I think this week has been great—my only issue was the poor buildup to it, which is par for the course for this show.

Also, if Sheila does try to pin the murder on Deacon she will lose her only lifeline on the show. Does she still have Mike Guthrie’s number?

She never really stopped; she is really adored in those circles so she gets work all the time if only because having "Barbara Crampton" on the DVD box of a low-budget horror movie means a producer has almost a guaranteed floor of sales.
Down to her being front-and-center in small movie posters despite having a two-minute cameo.

Yep, my friend who is an amateur film director in Ohio is a fan of Barbara Crampton due to her filmography. I don’t think he has any knowledge of her having been in soaps LOL.

  4. I must say I am shocked at how much I’m enjoying this show. Sheila and Deacon were a desperately needed shot in the arm after a pretty weak pandemic comeback, and Krista Allen is showing a lot of potential. And I am enjoying the little callbacks (I just watched the episode where Brooke refers to the BelieF formula!) and occasional classic music cues. I’m sure this won’t last but I’m certainly enjoying it in the present.

When B&B started airing in the UK on a channel I was able to watch, it started from mid-1994. Over those mid 90s years, I remember one occasion where Macy and Brooke interacted (possibly Macy inviting Brooke to her wedding to Thorne) and being surprised that they were so friendly with each other as they had never spoken onscreen up to that point.

Equally, I had no idea back then of the backstage drama with Kimberlin Brown and Hunter Tylo but I was always curious as to why Sheila/Taylor had no interaction whatsoever (or rarely even discussed one another). I now know the reasons and that there was some interaction during the BeLieF storyline but not again until 2002. I don't remember one single scene, group or otherwise, that they shared from 1994 onwards.

I vaguely remember Sheila going to Taylor’s house to see Thomas (right after she threatened his life in front of Stephanie) but aside from that minor interaction, I don’t think they ever were in a scene until 2002.

They did interact some Macy's mom and Taylor's dad were engaged.

One particular scene was where Macy said she was no longer drinking while a concerned Taylor noted Macy was looking at alcohol on the table wanting to drink it...but otherwise..no other scenes.

Did Sheila and Macy ever interact?

Gotcha. I don’t think I saw that episode.

I think Sheila and Macy only interacted a few times. Once, when Sheila spiked Macy’s orange juice to get back at Thorne, and again when Sheila eavesdropped on a convo between Macy and Sally (when Stephanie had been poisoned).
