Funny thing is, both B&B and Another World have a similar trajectory. Good for most of their first 15 years, not so good for the remaining 20 years. 

Honestly, I don't know how much longer the soaps are going to be on the air. The times are different, and they can't be making money like they used to.

It's a *big* deal due to the cost involved. Videoland/RTL & Cala are licensing the show from The Bells, they pay for X amount of episodes at a time, and then they are both broadcast on their respective networks. I believe Videoland get's *first look* and then it repeats on RTL Lounge and then Cala airs it throughout their network slots. So it's just all about making the most out of their money. VL's two episodes a day is kinda perfect. Yeah I'd love more but whatever I'll take what I can get and if the official youtube keeps going we'll have plenty of sources lol

Your right, I will take whatever they give too. I just meant all the episodes should be shown like Dallas on IMDB tv.

You’re welcome! I’m just sorry I couldn’t have started sooner . I mean there’s literally no way that I could’ve started sooner but hey you get my drift.  But with that said I’m so excited to build up the archive and knowing that it’s going to take some time for Videoland to catch up and then surpass where we will be. 
 

So some simple (dream) math.

*if* were working on the assumption I’m posting 2041+, then we have roughly 730 episodes to fill in the gap. At the current rate VL is going (10 episodes a week) Which will be roughly 73 weeks. Thus in less than a year and a half from now we will have Videoland meet Cala.

In that time *roughly* we should have an additional 365 episodes aired on Cala. Thus by the time Videoland and Cala meet we should be watching episode 2406 which will be October 26th 1996

Now at that rate VL should overtake Cala when we get to 2771 / April ‘98… which will be in 147 weeks / nearly 3 years from now we  

 

Thanks for uploading and  figuring out the "dream math". Seriously though, Videoland and Cala should drop more episodes. The shows have already aired, so it shouldn't be a big deal.

I'm sure we are all grateful for the YT uploads Amy provided at the time, but watching around episode 650 at the moment, it's clear she would go to great lengths to disguise the file on YT by adding in different end credits, so a lot of the credits repeat themselves and are not the original broadcast version for the episodes. At least we have most of the footage, which I feel is more important ultimately, but it's a shame a lot of the early episodes are not truly complete. Huge thanks though to all the Angels including Amy who have worked so hard and to share with the fans of the classic episodes!

This what a lot of people have been saying. It was season 3 &4 that has big cuts and the tracking was horrible. I'm going to start to go through season 2 tomorrow and see where it starts late.

I have to go through the ones that are missing the beginning. It will.take awhile. As I recall, the tracking was way off for most of the season 3 and 4 episodes.

I was wondering, because if someone does manage to get the credentials and can download in high quality, there were some of Amy's videos that were missing sound or had problems with the sound not being synced to the video, and it would be great if those could be downloaded again in the best quality. Amy's were uploaded to YouTube first and that causes some quality loss. I think they were all after episode 250 though. She didn't post Season 1, Marquise posted the DVD versions of those.

Some of those episodes too started a minute late sometimes as well. It would be great to get those in a nicer quality.

I made a mistake with renaming 3351 and two empty uploads almost came up.  I tried to rename 3351 and delete the extra two files but I was unable to.

 

I'll try to upload one month a day from 2000 onward that I can fill in.
