That spoiler is actually interesting!
Agreed, I was shocked that's the dirt Phyllis got on him.

Spoiler for the Adam and Phyllis stuff
SpoilerAdam finds out that The PR department of one of Tuckers recording labels kept it secret that a major artist raped multiple underaged girls while on tour.
Tucker and Audra both were apart of the cover up.

She is simply misinformed. She said repeatedly that Fi-Core writers are allowed to write on nonniuion shows & not allowed tow rite on union shows.
Oh yeah, that stuff and her saying soap actors don't do 90 pages a day, I stopped defending her. But her initial statement wasn't worth that reaction

Wow. So yesterday and today's episodes had much better pacing and I liked characters that I normally dislike:
The Ava-Sonny scenes...finally the Nikolas twist is coming closer!
The Cody-Dante-Sam scenes (what a perfect group of friends acting normally in that age group).
The Curtis scenes...finally the character has gotten some meaty material and the actor is doing a great job with it. Hope they have him find solace with someone other than Portia!
Willow remains boring as ever, but that final Michael scene where he's saying how lucky he is was sweet.
Absolutely felt the same way
And that Abbott Elementary actress... I agree, I never got what she said that was so terrible. Scabs should be referred to as such. She didn't say anything negative about the shows or the cast.

So, how was the first scab episode?

The people reading the social media for Peacock who answer questions about a streaming service and don’t deserve to get flack for reports of an abusive person at Days of Our Lives.

I remember DF (EJ) did a podcast when he first joined the show and he said he was told by Albert that he needed to lose weight and get into shape.

He was invited to the Y&R party. He chose not to go. His words.
Many 40+ year veterans are recurring or appear whenever the show has a need for them. Not all of them spend their time complaining all day on Twitter about it. Any issue the producers or writers have with him or he with them is between those two parties. Fans should not speculate on it nor should they assume one side is right or wrong. No one knows anything, even if they claim to. He was last seen in November 2020 doing his police work job, which at the time, the show was pushing younger actors in similar roles.
In the end, no one should expect to have a job forever, especially not on a soap. Even Susan Lucci got fired, and she's STILL the biggest name attached to daytime TV outside of Oprah despite her not appearing on a soap in nearly 12 years.
The show is preparing to move to a new studio home, like The Price is Right, due to the TVC renovations. Same for The Bold and the Beautiful. They likely told him to get his junk out so they don't get accused of losing or trashing it.
I was joking. Yeah. That's what I assumed. Any idea on when bold and YR are supposed to move? I read that months ago when it announced that TPIR was.

Just theatrics, I expect. I believe his last appearance was in the autumn of 2020? SURELY they weren't still wasting a dressing room on him? "Sorry, folks, you can't go in there --- that's Doug's dressing room! We're expecting him back in 2029!"
True lol, probably just told him to get his boxes before they're incinerated

Sorry to hear Lauralee Bell is such a terrible "writer", lol.
If Doug Davidson had just hushed-up five years ago, he'd probably still be getting a couple of episodes a month like Christian LeBlanc does -- instead of nothing.
I'm shocked they let him keep his crap there for 3 years.

LOVE THIS!! She is my key choice for Olivia Jerome recast but, until this, more Leanna Love is everything.
Ohh, never thought of that casting. That would be interesting!

This would be a good time too bring on Diana. Brad promised a whole new generation of character in 2023.
RJ is simply idling. They need to at least attempt to find the successor to Steffy/Liam/Hope.
Brad promises alot of things..

Hopefully with all those duties he'll burn out and be gone because at this point I'd be happy for someone else to take over.
I don't think that'll happen. He's about to surpass MABs stint. We'll see tho

Amanda Beall and Jeff Beldner no longer listed as writers as of Monday's (US) Y&R.
Beall is still listed as a producer. So I guess she can discuss story with JG, she just can't put pen to paper?
So. He has:
Exec producer duties
He is the Head Writer
A Breakdown writer
And now a script writer.
Has this ever been seen before? One person doing all this work.
