I truly believe she loves working in daytime.

The one thing I hate about the Alex is he isn’t written as he was raised as a part of the Johnson family. Earlier on he mentioned “Grandma Jo” and his love for her cooking, but Steve is “Mr. Johnson”. I hate they did the whole Step/Alex pairing they really should be written as cousins.

Speaking on this topic, has there even been actual storyline of a woman being abused, like Ike/Tina, by their husband showcased on daytime? I know Curtis abused Kate on Days, but that was all backstory and happened offscreen.

Phillip's child with Mimi is Pocket and was given up for adoption years ago.  He's never mentioned and the only kid Mimi is raising currently is her daughter with Rex.  It would be interesting if Tyler/Pocket came back though. 

Which would have been a better story than this mess with Alex being Victor’s.

I presume the name "Whitley" comes from "A Different World," even though there isn't an actor correlation there. That's pretty much the only time I've ever seen the name.

Kim Whitley who is a “doppelgänger” of Paulina. I wonder why they didn’t cast her.
