I managed to watch (as in fast forward) the last 2 months and let me congratulate Bradley. You have finally managed to turn Bold into Indian telenovela. The absurd close ups and over-reacting. Liam and his hungry dog face... Hope and her longing in pain face... Brooke and her HOW dare you face... It is bad. The scenes lack any sense of real drama and conflict. Even 2002 now seems like GOLDEN era compared to this crap. But I laughed so much when Brooke just like that entered a 30 year old man apartment... snooped with few looks and JUST LIKE THAT burst into the bedroom. This is classic Brooke and I loved that scene. Laughed for hours.

Videoland have really effed up with DELETING all seasons except the last 200 episodes. This is very stupid since people want to binge watch and they will lose lots of interest that way. They should have kept the last 2-3 seasons at least. Thank God we have everything recorded.

RJ is very fresh and I love the actor. They need to give me some story though. I would love for Brooke to have a fight with Ridge and take over the company as CEO and make RJ the main designer.

And Bridget. That woman had so much trauma... they could have turned her into psycho serial killer doctor and would have worked.

I think this is the same idiot. It was a clear scam. I was sent screenshots from the official YouTube channel episodes all while this person said there are personal VHS tapes hahahah. You should actually report this to police if she scammed you. This is a crime. Give them her FB page.

There was thing absurd FB that offered full years and I contacted them. They gave me stupid screenshots from youtube clips and when I wanted to get a sample of the files... he told me HOW DARE I question him. I just told him HE IS A SCAMMER and blocked him. Maybe its the same person. Its a fb page but i dont remember the name. These people are disgusting and the will rot in hell for scamming people like you.

I never hold a grudge and when someone says he or she is sorry THIS is true proof of positive characteristics. Thank you for this apology! Dont compare the situations. They are not the same. What you are doing now is THREATENING to take anons ability to record. This is waaaay too much over-reacting to someone just ASKING if there is a way to bring the uploads back to what he was recording them. I DONT ASK for 720 HD...I am just asking if its possible for the files to be 130-150 again since he WAS DOING THEM PERFECTLY and now has changed and they are lower quality. Anyways IF YOU decide to pull the plug... I promise I WILL FIND A WAY TO record them. It may take me time but I will and I will upload them here. AND I WILL NEVER THREATEN to pull the plug. Why are you threatening to cancel when I clearly am not complaining and just asking if there is an alternative to change the recording setting to bigger files. Jesus. I am not saying that the angel is uploading in bad quality its just that we have tha vault and we have space... why not have them at 150 mb and be good quality. I am sorry if I am rude for asking. If its not possible I find it completely ok. ANd I thank the angel again.

If the 1996 angel is reading... I have a little something to ask and I really feel bad to do it. You are already doing so much... and I am so so grateful! But I would ask and I think most can agree that if its possible for the Angel to return to the bigger files... Maybe 150 to 200 mb will be perfect. These new recordings look a lot worse on TV and I think the vault has enough space to have these episodes in better quality. We have some of the most boring years with files worth 700 mb an episode... and these better classic years I think deserve better. Of course if its not possible... thats not an issue. That's really amazing @YRfan23! I guess Kimberlin Brown was bringing so much young viewers. That lady has some presence! One thing I remember now is Sheila and her music score. That tone that you all know that comes up when Sheila thinks about something or plots. That particular music suspense score left a mark so strong on me I would hum it all day and pretend I was plotting something scary. I would run in the garden humming that music and laugh hysterically as if I was Sheila and I remember at some point a neighbor started to complain of all the noise. Too bad nowadays there is no iconic music score that repeats and repeats like that anymore. Everything sounds so basic now. Back then you would hear the music and know that Sheila is around. I MISS this so much.

Thats a complete utter lie in the commentary. Thats not how Caroline died. She didnt look good. The actress lost weight and looked very sick for weeks in story. Also the final scenes were very strong. She acted amazingly. These people dont know what they are talking about. Absurd.

I am sorry if a thread like this exist somewhere. My question is in the title... is there a particular moment while watching a show that you got so hooked... you continued for years. Please do tell what that moment was and on what show, what year? For me is as follows 1. The Bold And The Beautiful First memory of being hooked on it was when Sheila was poisoning Stephanie. I would have been 4 or 5 years old, but I still remember it. I never could get that strange woman with the black hair that was poisoning that blond older woman out of my 5 year old brain. Me and my grandma would sit all day commenting about this. I would even play out the scenes in which Sheila and Stephanie were in a fight and would wear fake hair and act like I was Sheila. LOL. This was 1995 in USA if I am not mistaken and I think 2000 or 2001 in my country. 2. Sunset Beach I would watch before that but when there was this particular cursed jewels story I was HOOKED. Too bad it ended soon. But I loved it as a child. This would have been 1998 in USA and probably 2002-2003 in my country.

Dynasty. They hired Joan Collins for a 5 episode stint and the ended up TAKING over the whole show.

Hunter Tylo started so under the radar in Bold. The first couple of months her character was just supporting Caroline and Ridge story and she was there on and off... her hair was mostly up and she wore a doctors coat. Then I could feel that they sensed what they had and BOOM she looked so much better with perfect hair and makeup and now wearing red dresses and looking very striking. She was slowly becoming leading. It was amazing. BTW... great idea for a thread!

Let me just say I am not the one who started comparing actors and talent. It started in the previous thread and when it got to the offensive statement about RM I intervened. It was in comparison to Tanner that dragonflies called Ronn Moss a footnote and said that Tanner is a throwback to OG stars. If you ask me... they are similar in the talent department. Tanner for me is very wooden as BoldRestless said. He has 2 expressions on his face and that is all. But he is also not leading most of the time and I see him in very little transformative scenes. He has had only one more major thing with acting required so far and it was still very wooden. Ronn Moss got better with time back in the day. He had some good moments but overall could not get a lot of emotion across too. Ronn Moss is just iconic with the way he became a star in Europe. People are mad for him in Italy, Greece and etc. Tanner I don't think will have that durability as a TV presence and actor. That's just my opinion. To me he is very similar to other low to mid level soap actors and will probably in few years just fade out of the profession since he is not that gifted as an actor. He could do some commercials for fitness or underwear or teeth health... I think... since he is a pretty man. But that's all. I don't see a star here. Hate me for it but I don't see it. Ronn on the other hand with the little talent he had... probably had some lucky star in his life... to become so iconic and recognizable with just this role of Ridge... is amazing. I really never liked him when I grew up, but with time I appreciated him and I think NOBODY could play Ridge but him. To recast was one of the biggest mistakes Brad has made.

Ridge would clearly be a footnote if he was only played by Ronn Moss. How did I not get that sooner. How could I be so ridiculous to say that he was the star of the show, since he was not.
