GC Memorial. Michael arrives to assist Phyllis in packing up and getting ready to go home. He asks her how is she feeling?

Phyllis: Gee let me see, I’m blind, now I can’t walk and some one is after me and I have no way of defending myself.”

Michael thinks back on his conversation with “Sheila” The Mystery Woman.

He tells her everything is going to be ok. He promises. She sheds a tear as he pushes her wheel chair out the hospital. Phyllis is very depressed as she cannot but help the tears streaming from her eyes. She wonders how did she get here. Phyllis asks Michael who does he think is doing this to her. Michael is unable to say the name Sheila Carter.

Episode 69: Mystery Woman is after Olivia

At the Athletic Club Keemo is sitting at a table as he looks at his Rolex. Then Gloria arrives and apologizes to him for being so late.

“Looking at your beauty Gloria all is forgiven.” He says as he stands up and grabs her hand to kiss it. Gloria tells him he is too kind. They sit. He tells her he took the liberty of ordering her some champagne. He proposes a toast. “To our new venture and to whatever else that may come of it.” They clank their glasses and sip. He then pulls out some paper work from his soft bag brief case. Keemo tells her he drew up the paper work for their new investment deal. Gloria smiles. He asks her has she thought of a name for her restaurant yet. She sits back and says you know I have not. She takes a moment to think of a name. She looks into his eyes. “You know I think I am going to keep it the same. You know the name recognition thing.” Keemo smiles at her. He says it’s a wonderful idea. He writes in the name on the contract. He then hands it to her. He says once she signs this the rebuilding can begin. He tells her to take her time looking it over. Everything is on the up and up. “The contract explains I am a silent partner with a 49% stake and you with 51%. “She smiles at him again and signs the papers. They both smile and toast again.

The mystery woman who is in the hospital was able to slip into a nurses uniform to have her way around the place. She is on a mission. She slips into Olivia’s private office and begins looking through all her files until she comes across the one she was looking for: Phyllis Newman‘s. The mystery woman puts it in her bag and slips out of Olivia’s office and leaves the hospital.

Malcolm walks into the Athletic Club where he sees Cane and sits with him. Cane thanks Malcolm for meeting him on such short notice. Malcolm says it was no problem plus it was about the kids. Malcolm asks him what’s up. Cane tells him that he’s been consulting with a lawyer and he has learned what Neil did was illegal. Neil has no legal grounds to take the twins away from him. Malcolm is very interested. He asks him what’s next? Cane tells him that’s the reason he asked to meet him. He tells him he is considering having Neil arrested on kidnapping charges and he wanted Malcolm’s input on it. Malcolm sits back and thinks about what Cane just told him. Malcolm tells Cane to do what he feels he needs to do and that he has his full support. Malcolm also tells Cane it’s time Neil learns he is not God, super dad or perfect. Cane tells him thank you.
