  1. We already have a thread! LOL.

    Who's watching the red carpet?

Palin and Baldwin was weird. But, I think it proves that comedy/humor bonds us all together. No matter what else we believe in. So, that was kind of nice in a way.

I'm looking for my faves. One of them (Dan Aykroyd) has already been interviewed. Just trying to spot Dana Carvey, Norm MacDonald, and Bill Murray now.

    This is gonna kick ass.

One skit I heard about is David Spade doing Total Bastard Airlines again. And, Betty White is gonna be on board. I hope that don't get cut.

And, I'm praying for some Church Lady!

  2. I'm getting back into B&B and reminiscing about some the old days of the show. Like 92-06 (when I watched)

My favorite couple was Darla and Thorne. But, I also loved Thorne with Macy. Sally Spectra was an awesome kickass older woman. As was Stephanie. I loved it when Stephanie/Brooke fought. I also loved everything involving that crazy bitch Sheila. On B&B and on Y&R both.

I never cared much for Ridge. Thought he was a player. I thought Taylor could do much better than him.

Thorne was the Forrester I liked the most. And, Sally was my all time favorite character on B&B.

Now that I'm getting back into the show. I decided to watch the first episode...and try to go/find them in order. The first episode was amazing IMO. No wonder this show has went so far. What ever happened to that cop named Dave that Brooke was talking to in that episode? Anyone know?

  3. I'm not up to that part yet. Haven't seen Dale being an a-hole.

    Or, his possession by Bob.

Damn, I cannot wait till tonight/tomorrow morning. Sucks only having one DVD player in the house. LMAO.

Only 3 more discs to go though. Woooooooo!

  4. That's a real shame. That was an amazing season-ending cliffhanger & a great shock.

I can't wait to actually see it.

I still wonder how they are gonna fit that in if Kyle MacLaughlin comes back (and I really believe he will)

It would not be Twin Peaks without Cooper. It just wouldn't.

  5. Piper Laurie is still going strong after a zillion years in the business, and wants back in to Twin Peaks.

Piper wants to come back as Catherine. Niiiiice! smile.png I'd like to see that. Even though that woman puts the fear of God in me. (I've watched Carrie way too many times.)

Well. I'm up to Season 2 episode 11. Leland's dead....Bob's gone into another host (I've already been spoiled on that. Poor Dale. sad.png ) and Lucy is torn between her baby's daddy being Andy or Dick. Love love love this show. Also. David Duchovny in drag is hysterical. He doesn't make a pretty woman.

Also. Some a-hole checked out Fire Walk With Me at the library. And, I have no idea whether it'll be back on Friday so I can rent it or not. Damn. :(

  6. I just started watching the show. Been ignoring it for far too long because I thought it would be out of my interest zone as I like to call it. But, I was oh so very wrong. I finished the whole first season in 2 nights. Now, to go get the second season and Fire Walk With Me.

Also...I've had a thing for Kyle McLaughlin since he started playing Orson on DH. So, this show totally works for me for many reasons. I'm a horrible person.

  7. I was watching back then and none of those scenes bring back any memories. I googled the storyline, and I'm drawing a blank. This must have been Guza/Pratt but after they killed Rick Webber and Genie Francis quit. I stopped watching for a few months, and was already sick of Jason, Sonny, and Carly.

What happened was. Sonny had a thing with Sam. And, he got her knocked up. She was gonna get an abortion at first. But, changed her mind when Sonny arranged for Jason to help take care of her and the baby. Alexis and Sonny's daughter Kristina had I believe it was leukemia. She needed a stem cell transplant. Alexis and Sonny asked Sam to donate the baby's stem cells. Alexis just kept pushing it (She didn't know Sam was her daughter then either). So, Sam agreed to have the baby early to do the stem cell transplant. Well, when she went into labor there was a problem and she went into a coma, and the baby had an issue with the placenta. So, they had to do a c-section. And, the baby died.

  8. I know. That's why I'm pretty sure I'm gonna hate him as Jason.

He's the complete opposite of Burton. I'm not saying Burton was great. But, he made Jason who he was. Miller is too hammy to be the Borg.

  9. I was watching episodes and clips from 2004. This scene is so sad. I don't care what I think of Jason/Sonny/Carly. This scene was still one of the saddest ever on GH.

I miss when this show had substance. It's now all cheese and no meat.

  10. Yeah. I didn't like M'Fundo either. I thought he was extremely miscast (too young) and very weak as Justus. Though alot of that may have just been Guza's bad writing. And, I forgot all about him singing during the hotel fire. That was full blown racist.

And, that little tidbit about Tim Stickney just rekindled my love for him. He was so outspoken and a great actor. I miss him on my screen. Though, I cannot say I blame him for not going back to soaps. I wish he'd do primetime though.

Oh, and wasn't Justus found dead in the trunk of a car or something? I think so, right?
