Well, in all honestly it has been awhile since someone posted a list of those who had been fired, so it doesn't surprise me that a list would appear right after the SR drop - the only one confirmed by others but still NOT by any credible source. Over this past year I've seen JJ replacing GV and few times, BH being fired, KeMo being fired, KMc gets fired about every four months, SB's leaving shortly (even though time and again people have been reminded his contract isn't up until next year), JJM (Mac) fired... who else.... Anyway, the point is that SD is full of BS and not very long ago I saw two legit insiders give their farewells to the board because it was so nasty and full of baiters. Until JE and TG actually say out loud, in a print interview that they are leaving, I doubt it is true. Write in to support her, of course, but it's not time to push a panic button yet.

Who knows what will be... all we can be sure of is that there will be loads of speculation before it's all over (and some of it we will never know). All I know is that LuNacy is back together next week and the rest can take a long walk off a short cliff.

What promos are you seeing? We get nothing up here (and I don't watch TV except for GH, and not even that recently).

I think the real insiders left some time ago and the baiters have been having a field day every since. You can't tell me GF wouldn't be crowing herself if they offered her something - and I don't think JE/NLG are going anywhere any time soon. As for MW, she seems quite comfortable in her role for now... so much will hinge on MB. All we 'know' is that SR is leaving, and since he wasn't well connected anyway, it's not like he ruins a story for another.

Amen on that one. Overrated much? Names I've seen bandied around - LLC, MW, SBr, SB (going to sell juice if he can't get his way), and MB (going to do something else if he can't get his way). With some of them gone that includes Max/Milo, Karpov and that ilk, perhaps Papa Z (since Johnny is connected to the Spencers, and Trevor is connected to Ric and perhaps Johnny) The names NOT being mentioned are connected to the Quartermaines, Spencers, Cassidines, Scorpios or Jones'. Honestly, I think NSII has taught them a real lesson, and they seem to be finally willing to learn. Sweeps after sweeps Guza has promised the moon and hasn't been able to deliver - in fact he has made it worse. I still think it was a significant moment at the Emmy's when TG thanked 'his friend JFP' and the writers 'including BG'. I think that was the death knell. With Guza gone hopefully the darkness of the past decade will go as well and we will start seeing the GH we remember. Sri ?? said he was not coming on board GH at the beginning of NSII, but he has been very silent on the matter since. He's proven he can bring home the goods - we will just have to see.

Hey all, I'm actually going to be around today (Wednesday) for a change. Busy, busy here... Thanks for the spoilers, can't wait to see Tracy/LuNacy in action. Next week can't come soon enough. Can't say I'm surprised at SR leaving - his character never really took off and people resented the faux-Jerry... wonder if his death will reveal that he wasn't really Jerry at all - that would satisfy the majority of viewers I think and give Alexis/Jax/Carly something to play. SBr leaving would put RH in the lurch, but perhaps they might to a Rexis re-deux... they had potential. As for Guza leaving, I think that was only a matter of time. So much of what he wanted in GH has been publicly squashed in the last few months that it doesn't leave him many openings. The 'cleaning house' I'm betting, will be a reduction in the mob garbage that has all but consumed the program. I think if they are bringing anyone else on board that person will be high on Scrubs/Scorpios (considering the high fan approval of GHII) and Quartermaines/Spencers/Cassidines. Those are truly their 'money' families and currently the only ones to build around are Tracy and Luke - the only vet characters with all their children living. I imagine Guza will give closure to LnL so LuNacy is intact when he leaves (really, they are the only vets who got his respect/writing at all); Johnny will be made Trevor's so the Lansing/Corinthos men will have family dynamics as opposed to mob ties only (which means the Z's themselves can disappear in the form of Anthony and Claudia); Alexis will be more closely connected to Nicholas, Sam and the girls; and I hope they move Diane and Spinelli into another circle so they won't be considered necessary to cut in the mob-slaughter.

Same bowls in my house. Something else I noticed - she's not yelling at him. When she's really letting him have it her arms are flailing or one is on her hip, and her face is scrunched. That's not happening. Actually she looks like she did before ewcbo's custody trial in MC when she was laying it on the line for him about what Scott could dig up from the past. The first might have him looking drunk, but the second looks like he knows she is speaking truth that he doesn't always want to hear but does anyway.

Hair might not be to some liking (insert major eye rolling here... ) but if you look closely at the first picture you see her rings are still firmly in place. As for TG's jewelry, he has always had a flashing arm band for his watch. I hope it is Mexico - that mean Tracy can get on the road at least. Lulu 'living somewhere else' could mean in relation to SB, where she's been for months. Poor TG, though, remember the picture of the two with Lezza Gibbons? He is very white now. I'm glad to finally have art. I don't blame Tracy for being mad at him - I just hope they don't continue with it like they did for the first part of the year. As long as LuNacy comes out stronger, I can tighten my seat belt.

I'm back after a crazy weekend. The older kids enjoyed the horseback riding today (Ruah earned 2 badges Guide badges and Shiloh earned 1 Cub badge), while the younger two and I were on many buses and the subway as we jetted around. It was tiring but a good day by all. I am so ready for sleep. Tomorow morning I have yet another meeting. Man, I wish I was paid for all this running around. The Tracy spoilers are interesting, although I hold them all with a grain of salt. So far we've heard: Knows about Laura: Luke yes/Tracy no AND Luke no/Tracy yes Reunion: rocky.... and that means what exactly Peril: we've heard that both Luke and Tracy are in peril (which might actually be the 'rocky' reunion they are talking about - it might not be relationship peril at all but the real physical deal) Secrets: Tracy has a secret/Luke figures it out; Tracy has a secret/Luke kept in the dark; Tracy does not have a secret TG's Status: unknown, but if he stays he's with Tracy and if he goes he's with Laura GF's Status: unknown, but there will be a 'reunion' - which can mean anything from getting remarried to seeing each other again and talking... lots of room in-between also; all we really know is that she's taping somewhere else in November, so she's gone after sweeps Have I missed anything? Honestly... I can't shake the feeling that TG is indeed staying and that the LnL stuff will be closure. I could be wrong (I have been in the past) but all this non-discloser is telling. If they were assured that TG and GF were riding off into the sunset, wouldn't they be crowing about it to bring as many of the LnL watchers back as possible to witness everything from the beginning to the end? PR wise they are not promoting LnL.... they seem to be promoting Scott/Laura ... EDIT An interview GF did was outlined on Soap Dish - including that she gets a romantic storyling when TG returns. (Note it doesn't say she gets the story 'with' TG when he returns. Given Guza's desire to hint at one thing and really do another, it makes a body think that perhaps they are going to pair Laura with Scott again and leave LuNacy (his prefered couple) alone.

This morning I was at a prayer breakfast, this afternoon we sold Girl Guide cookies for 3 hours, now I'm off to vote and this evening I'm taking Ru and Shiloh to Nuit Blanche downtown. I've been checking in to see what's happening in the land of Tracy - I like the spoilers, esp. the one about Tracy getting in hot water. Hopefully Luke will rescue her for a change. Off again. I'll check in tomorrow to see what's happening.... only one more week...

Ric actually called Mayor Floyd a "Media Whore" today. Johnny got in Scotty's face and told him Logan screamed like a little girl when he stuck the knife in 'as far as it could go'. Kate pulled through (d'uh), Sonny told her unconscious body he was returning to the mob and Robin proposed to Patrick. Alfred actually has lines. Diane was on her soap box.

Thanks for the recap, Hooked. I'm amazed that you are still having to discuss some of those issues. I'm not saying Canada is more advanced (not at all), but we're been influenced by more socially-liberal politics for so long that issues like abortion, equal pay and medical coverage are just part of the plan. Canada like Obama because he talks our language. Bush has done terribly things to you on the economic and international playing fields and Obama looking like he can bring your nation around. Also thanks for the spoilers. I was actually hoping that the only reason Tracy has been out of touch with Luke is that he's been in some sort of trouble and couldn't get to her. Luke enjoying life and not being in touch would fly in the face of their love. I know that casts Tracy in the role of hero again (and so wishing the story would come up for Luke to be her hero) but it would strengthen them even more, especially in the face of what's to come.

She wouldn't... which makes me think that was all a red herring. She wouldn't have spoken that way in front of Laura, she wouldn't have kept that secret from Luke no matter how much it cost her, and she would be the first to bully Laura into helping Lulu publically.

On SOC today there was the 'devistating' news that TG was leaving, and another posting saying that LnL were the given for sweeps. We've just got to endure the storm because rags to LnL diehards to gossips are going to have Tracy being out. And I agree MJ, we've waited so long, but this home stretch is killing us... two weeks tomorrow until LuNacy's return (hopefully Tracy will return before that).

Well, the only thing about a rehash is that they tend to be the spoilers people believe, and GHH2 is very conservative when they bring spoilers over - esp. about Tracy.

Yup, I'm good with that as well. And perhaps Saint Laura will start pointing out to Lulu that Tracy has been wonderful to her, that she couldn't have asked better for her daughter in a step-mother. Someone who that brat listens to has got to tell her she's biting the hand that feeds her.

Well honestly, who knows what? To the best of our knowledge... Tracy doesn't know anything about Lulu talking with Laura. Lulu hasn't told her and I doubt anyone else would. They all have bits and pieces of the story, and the only ones who know most of it are mentally ill. If Laura and Tracy did have an agreement it would certainly be self-serving for Tracy to keep it from everyone and say Laura wanted it. BUT, it would also be self-serving for Laura to know the one woman who could be destroyed by the truth is keeping her secret. I bet if Tracy now knew Lulu had spoken with Laura all bets would be off. She wouldn't keep Lulu tortured with the believe that Laura was only in her own mind. If they are going to go the secret between Tracy/Laura route, they couldn't make Tracy the only bad one - Laura was pretty darn selfish about it and viewers have picked up on that one in spades. EDIT Morning.... man this thread is dead when TQ isn't on... I had a thought as I was waking up this morning - Luke was with Laura all of last summer. Perhaps he does know the drug has this side effect and he's the one with the secret. I mean Tracy might have a secret too, but I seriously doubt she would have spoken like that in front of Laura on Monday if she thought Laura could hear her. If Luke does know, and he's known for awhile, that makes the LuNacy connection all the stronger - all those things were said with the full knowledge that Laura might indeed make a full recovery but he chose Tracy anyway. Tracy wouldn't necessarily see it that way, but the viewers would. EDIT AGAIN From Daytime Confidential Does Tracy know that Laura is having break throughs? RUMORS have been a rampant that she does. What happens when Luke returns and sees that his Angel is coming around? Will Tracy lose her man? RUMORS say Laura will tell Luke she's ok with him moving on as there is no way to tell if she'll ever fully recover. Could this be TPTB's way of finally giving Genie Francis the same type of deal her male counterparts are getting? Will Laura come and go as her condition improves?

Ya know, perhaps Luke was the shadow lurker but the note was from someone else.... I agree - these next two weeks (well, week and a half now) are going to be hard. You are so wise, and will probably avoid the pit of curiosity which has consumed me whole. EDIT No TQ today but lots of TQ proping from Johnny and Lulu. Johnny is starting to walk away from Lulu 'for her own good', and she was literally dragged away by the men in white today. AZ is damn cold - if he wasn't so entertaining he would be terrifying.
