That would be kind of weird since you are just meeting your cousin for the first time. Wouldn't it be better for you (and for him, if he needs to work that connection) for you to be able to spend time with your cousin one-on-one and bond, rather than bring some third party? And then once you are on good terms with your cousin you can give him the nephew his info? Bringing him along kind of sets the tone for meeting your cousin as "great to meet you, um I'm more interested in what you can do for this other guy than spend time with you." Plus if your cousin is in the entertainment business (which I'm guessing he is), he probably gets hit up for this sort of thing all the time, and from personal experience it can be kind of awkward. Just my two cents. Edit: PS. I hope everything works out. I wouldn't want the nephew to spoil your visit to your family and meeting your cousin!

I finished Harry Potter! Whooooooo! I'm so tired now from reading most of the day. hooked: your friend's son's costume sounds very cute and clever. knh: very cool news from your prof! go for it! any new decisions on your post grad plans? Tracy sinking where Tracy slaps Ashton. hooked: am I getting the scenario right? if you do have those, I'd love to see them sometime.

I went to several HP events yesterday culminating in a midnight party for adult fans. And it was fun, but it was also hot and super crowded. And there were moments where I thought, ugh, I should have just ordered it on Amazon. I did get the book shortly after midnight and I'm about a 1/3 of the way through. The plan is to finish this afternoon. HG members keep voting! The Lucky and Sam supporters are coming out in force. Tracy has been holding a steady lead, but she hasn't gone up by much in the past couple of days. And in the couples game LuNacy is way ahead at 55, but people are getting annoyed at their lead. One of the other players posted: "What is w/ all this Luke/Tracy love? I hate them together!" Go show some LuNacy love!

*waves to remos* Thanks for the clips, Ms. Q! And hooked! I loved the TrAsh dancing clip. So good. I only caught a few minutes of the show. Enough to decide that Tracy wasn't going to be on. Was I right? I love Anna, but this Eli Love plot is sooo stupid. My bit of positivity about today's show...it looks like they aren't allowing Jason hair products in jail. His hair is looking less slicked and helmety. ~bsg

Ugh...I hope that they don't try to do another Skye/LuNacy triangle. At this point in Tracy and Luke's relationship it makes NO SENSE to introduce Skye back into the mix. As Luke has said to Tracy, she's the only one that gets him. Luke: For the first time in my life there is woman in it who pushes me to the edge of my experience--who challenges me. I am your husband. You are my wife and it will remain that way until you decide otherwise. Take that RC! Plus Tony Geary himself said that he was uncomfortable with being paired with all these younger women. Hi guys! Happy Harry Potter Eve to all that are going to get the book at midnight. Thanks again for the clips, nex! I finally had a chance to watch them. JE looked amazing. I'm telling you, I think Shadybrook is good for her complexion. I loved Tracy's mothering of Lulu. Aww. And most of all I love the writers acknowledging the family dynamic there. Lulu is referring to Tracy as her stepmom and saying that they are "sort of family." Edward and Monica are concerned about Lulu and Edward referred to Tracy as Lulu's stepmother (has he ever done that before?). I also loved how Edward and Monica knew that if they let Tracy out of the bin she'd find Lulu and she did. I agree as well, MH! I liked how they could sort of put aside their differences (sort of) and be on the same side when it comes to keeping Lulu and Logan apart and there was a nice quality to their interactions in this episode. Thanks for all of the spoilers, TL. I want Luke back. Luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuke! Come home to Tracy! I did feel sorry for her when Edward said he was sending her back to SB and it was like she couldn't really even fight him on it. It was sad to see her without that fight in her. She wasn't totally resigned, but still. No lamb chops and lemon soufflé. hooked: those clips were awesome. Aww, I love Tracy and Larry. Instant coffee??! Lady A: I think I'm boarding the TrAsh bus (errr, limo). Got an extra seat?

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! You must be excited to be almost done! Sad that there is no Tracy to watch (and also sad that in trying to put something away in the freezer a one liter bottle of Dasani water fell off the top of the refrigerator and landed smack on my big toe. Thanks, TL! When I went to vote, I knew something was wrong since Tracy and Luke had been way up there. It just took me awhile to figure out what happened and how to fix it. I think he did cover the song as well, knh. I've never heard his version, but I really like Dylan's and at my friends' wedding they had another friend of theirs sing it. She had a really beautiful gravelly voice that lent a nice quality to the song. Are you almost done with your class? Does that mean that you've almost officially graduated? hooked: that's so awesome. I'm glad you found the tape. Very cool that Tracy is part of the episode. How did he edit in the proposal and put together the whole surprise?

hi guys! Just popping in before heading off to my college roommate's wedding. I've loving everyone's song choices! Viva la Tracy playlist! nex: When I read your post I couldn't get Fiona Apple's Criminal out of my head. Which I'll admit is a song that I enjoy and haven't thought about in a long time. I checked out Jeff Austin Black's "Criminal" and I loved it. Nice choice. One of my favorite songs that I listened to a lot when my husband was away before we got married was Bob Dylan's Tomorrow is a Long Time. Since I've thrown out a LuNacy agnst song, this is my choice for Luke on the road missing Tracy. Awww. Tracy is rocking it at HG! Keep voting! ~bsg

Is there any hope for TQ being on today? Though I can't really complain. As Ms. Q said, it's hard to remember a week of late when she hasn't been on. MinervaFan and Lainey: I love your summer o' smut ficathon idea. Tracy needs some love over the summer while Luke is gone! Speaking of Tracy love...my best friend and I love making themed playlists and our latest one is a soap opera themed. And I was thinking, maybe Tracy needs her own playlist, too. Some of the videos that MinervaFan and Ms. Q put together have awesome Tracy themed songs, what else would you guys add to the list? They could be just Tracy or related to Tracy and any of the relationships in her life. Colette, do have a video ipod? If so, how easy or hard is it to convert the files to watch on an ipod? I think TL and I were chatting about video ipods the other day and speculating if you could watch clips on them.
