Here are some spoilers/breakdown for the week of intervention--I've heard Luke returns to town not rehabilitated (I guess since he skips out of rehab he will come back no further developed or redeemed in his own eyes. I have to admit I'm not loving this depressed version of Luke. I really like fun-loving luke better! So one of those pictures has the image of luke in the dungeon with tracy cause I recognize his outfit. It looks like it is projected on the wall or something. In another scene there is one of him and lulu looking off at an image of lulu/luke. I have a feeling either it is a series of flashbacks interspersed or it is a dream type deal. IN some of them luke is bound to the chair. In the first one with tracy it looks like he is almost on a jail bed or something sitting down. On my phone i could look at them bigger by stretching the screen.

hello! I'm so wiped out. Been an emotional day or two and exhausting. I could not sleep a wink last night. I came on but for some reason it clicked into the beginning of this thread and I started reading back on page 1. Up to when Genie was back in 2006 i skimmed through and everyone was freaking out that JE was not going to re-sign that november. Here we are what...4.5 years later and luke/tracy are still together. Ms Q there was this post you made about OMG what is lunacy are not really married and luke duped her for 18 months and it was a phoney document etc and we all know tracy wouldn't fall for that but guza could make her really dumb, etc. You were so on target! LOL Everyone was still bitching about JE getting no airtime. So funny. Anyway, hope everyone is doing well.

no she is not on recurring. I can say that with pretty much certainty. I think a lot of them took cuts to minimums. Tracy is on next week. At least on the 14th..perhaps it spills into two episodes. With Luke and perhaps lucky and maybe another

I think in 2007 they mentioned her birthday. It was unspoiled so we were all like WTF when the episode opened with luke clinking glasses with her saying "Happy Birthday tracy" and them on the Q couch in that hideous blue outfit she is wearing in TracyQ banner! Then Luke kissed her hand and arm and then they laid down on the couch until scotty walked in and ruined the moment!

I agree with you 100 percent nex! I think she was forthright and classy in those articles.

guess we are back up. No luke today so been reading a bunch of genie articles that popped up in the last hour. Interesting. She said she got a call 3-4 weeks ago from Maria bell right after her oprah appearance. she said she had put it out there what she wanted from GH and they never responded and she was contacted by Y&R saying they liked what she was describing she wanted to play and they thought they could created a character like that who would fit into the canvas. She said GH never contacted her at all and she has been back in LA for two years wanting to work. What is interesting is that for all the people who said genie turned them down flat and didn't want to come back vying for Luke--that is exactly what she said she wanted to do--come back and play the dynamic between laura/tracy and luke. Being that tracy was now vulnerable for falling into love with Luke and Laura having lost luke become strong. But GH wasn't interested. Anyway, I wish her well on Y&R and as a fan of JE, I would trade her blink and you miss her appearances on GH for a role on another soap. Even if it is for a year or whatever. And I agree with Ms. Q and ILTQ--any actor truly wants to act and have good story. yes they might stay put because truthfully where are you gonna go at that stage of the game with soaps all dying out and not many roles for women in their 60s, but I don't believe for a minute that they wouldn't want to have more story. I remember Jane saying that Anna Lee went to her grave complaining about lack of story and airtime.

Hey lainey The book is so bad. I have a promo copy and I was like okay I'm going to read at least one story--the luke/tracy one. It is totally annoying cause you start reading and it is in that total gumshoe stupid spinelli fantasy that is one the show and then the story starts and then it is interrupted by Diane questioning spinelli etc. I read that one story and even having a free copy here, I seriously could not read further. It is about Luke being MIA and Lulu saying he didn't leave in his usual way etc and asking spinelli to help her with the case so he follows tracy who seems to be acting strange and all dressed in asian/kimonos etc. He follows her to some underground tunnel to china town and some stupid mystery name or something that he ends up figuring out and goes some other way to get to where she is. Turns out she has luke all tied up in some underground pleasure pad or something where she can have him locked up while she goes and does what she pleases with whoever she pleases and he has to wonder when she might come back to visit him or something to turn the tables on him and has some women watching him so he can't escape. So tracy tortures him some and leaves and then spinelli sees that luke isn't really captured at all. He undoes his ties or ropes or whatever and spinelli questions what he is doing and he says he is letting her have some fun cause she is so happy thinking shei s in control blah blah blah and he will let her have fun for a few more days before he hits the road again....cause he is helping the guard go back to see his family in china and how they talk about how they love their wives etc and have become friends. Silly So the interesting thing that I keep seeing people say is that Genie's character will be the ex-wife of Tristan Roger's character and the father of Cane whose real name is ethan played by Daniel Goddard. Apparently Kin is there for a few days only filling in for someone temporarily. The genie fans seem very excited and happy. The LnL fans seem upset that they won't get their "riding off into the sunset ending".

morning all sad soap news...my most credible person I know told me last night that it is done deal and AMC/OLTL are gonzo. AMC later this year and OLTL to follow suit and it was Frons ultimate decision. They also told me they saw some of the intervention scenes being taped and je/tg had amazing stuff. It didn't sound like after luke leaves tracy will have much (of course we are used to that) but there is nothing at all planned for Edward (no dementia storyline) and that with Annie doing her pilot and too many stories goiung on, there is no plan to pick up ethan/maya anytime soon and the little ethan/maya/edward story dropped. I'm just hoping when TG returns in the fall JE will return too. I hate coming into the home stretch where we have to wait til fall when there has hardly been any material this year. I guess maybe quality over quantity--coming up. At this point, I can just hope that Guza is really gone, so there will be some chance before GH is gone too to find some balance

my husband interviewed them yesterday. They were quite entertaining he said, (even though I'm not a rooster fan) I have the book as they sent promo copies. I seriously though cannot see myself reading it. I tried the forward author's note and was like "no" But love their lunacy love!

ethan has scenes with luke probably later next week. Then some with Krissy I think about dealing with her jealousy over brenda's kid and sonny's attention or some stupid thing like that. I really wish it was tracy finding luke trashing the haunted star instead of nik. Who knows about guza...I'll believe that when I see it.

ethan will pop up I think next week sometime. It is strange though that he is totally been MIA and Annie (maya) I wonder if she is ever comin back. her pilot should be wrapped up around now.

Well today was jake's offscreen funeral and sonny didn't go cause brenda didn't go and she dind't want to cause a scene with carly. Luke didn't go, jason didn't go cause he didn't want to intrude on liz/lucky, so instead he went to see Joss who luke was visiting (like luke gives a [!@#$%^&*] a bout joss or jake for that matter til now when he killed him). No Tracy--but then again I know there is no Tracy til week of 11th. There is a whole lotta luke though coming up
