  1. Week of April 30th:

Tracy gets advice from Alan's ghost as she agrees to continue to help Luke fight off Scott.

I'm assuming it came from Got Info.

    MagicHappens:

Oh no! What's Scotty going to do?

    Thanks for the spoiler!

hooked, I would join you, but I just returned from an orientation/dinner thing a half hour ago or so, and I have to work on a Spanish linguistics report.

  2. Thanks Deb! :D

    Luke Vs. Scott!

Althought the Internet has been a buzz with the rumors that Logan is Scotty's son, Guza play coy with regards to their connection. "What you see isn't alway what you get," he says, hinting that perhaps Luke play a bigger role in the young man's past than anyone realizes. Meanwhile, even with Laura out of the picture, the men in her life continue to butt heads. "Scotty' love for Laura hasn't died," says the writer. "He's going to act on his feelings which puts Luke in the postition of having to try to protect his wife from her first love, which also puts Tracy in a very compromised position. Tracy has been battling against the love of all time for a while now. How much is she going to put up with? How much can Luke ask of his wife before she just snaps and says no?"

Well, it'll be nice for her to find her pride, but this better not mean the end of LuNacy, which would also mean the end of JE's screentime. Seems as Luke is being moved into Logan's past. Me: WHO. CARES.

pinkpopsicle, I will read your stories soon! Thanks for the screencaps!

Hmm, I might've spent more time fast-forwarding than watching Tracy, but I can't complain too much because she was actually in 4 segments (first two and last two), although she only had one line in the 3rd one (a very stupid, "Oh, Tracy, what are you saying" line). Good news is...Between the way today's episode played and the sweeps spoilers, I do believe Tracy is scamming Scotty. :D

  4. I have about 2 minutes. Ready. Set. Go.

MinervaFan, loved the fic. So sweet.

*begs Regency to post her fic* Please. :) Actually, I'm just going to beg her to post here. I can do without the fic; I just miss you stopping in. :)

hooked, as of right now, there are ZERO mentions of Tracy for the week of the 23rd. I have a feeling she's not going to be on at all.

From ILoveTracyQ at SoapZone...I thought it was interesting speculation. I hope it's fine I'm bringing it over...

    SPOILER (from above):

How far will Tracy go to help Luke protect Laura from Scott?

    SPECULATION:

She wondered if Tracy would volunarily commit herself to ShadyBrook to keep an eye on Scott [and Laura too, I would assume].

    Thoughts?

  5. GH Sweeps Previews:

Luke/Tracy/Scott: "Scott has his own plans for Laura, which puts Tracy in an interesting predicament. Just how far would she go to help Luke protect Laura? Also, Tracy is still haunted by Alan, so the Q's may have to take matters into their own hands regarding her sanity."

    My comments:

Um, they're not really going to toss Tracy in ShadyBrook the entire summer? Are they?!? I was just kidding when I said that would happen!!!

    :o

    OFF TOPIC POST
    Feel free to ignore.

All right. I attempt to go to bed at a reasonable time tonight. I lay down 10:30 central or so, and I'm so close to falling asleep, all relaxed. Life is good. And then...The cell phone goes off and scares the hell out of me. Note that the cell phone is in my pillow case since I use it as a back-up alarm; yes, I'm paranoid. I check to see who's calling. It says, "Desconocido" (Unknown, in English; yes, my cell is in Spanish). And then I freak out for about 1.2 seconds since after all what kind of "unknown" person calls close to 11pm? Completely unknown. Didn't give me a number, area code, nada. Point, Stace, get to the point.

So, the point! I answer and hear this older man's deep voice, "Staci?" I flip out again before realizing that it's the director of the study abroad program. He is sorry for calling this late, but he wants to remind me about our informal orientation tomorrow evening at a Mexican restaurant. Seriously...He couldn't wait until tomorrow morning?!? I was so close to sleeping, soooooooo close. You know how you can tell? And well, I could tell! And now, I'm wide awake, and my heart is still racing. Gah. I am too young for this. Breathe, Stace, breathe. And with that, I must head out. Thanks for reading. :)
  7. Welcome to megan!

Thanks nex! (don't get fired!) Was I supposed to laugh when Tracy mentioned what flavor of oatmeal Laura eats? 'Cause I did, and I sort of feel bad about it. Also, the end of that scene? So sad. :( A bit OT, but wow! That clip was of EXCELLENT quality!

Class dismissed. Please read act one of Shaw's Mrs. Warren's Profession for tomorrow and be prepared to discuss Edwardian morality in Industrial Age England for a grade.
I'm glad I never had you as a professor! :P I was lucky. The college literature class I had consisted of reading a bunch of very, very short stories and poems (my teacher collected some and edited them into a book; he even included 2 poems he wrote, LOL). And during the NON-GRADED discussions, I sat there, and attempted to pay attention. Our exams were scantron/fact-based (i.e. What color dress did Mary wear in [insert title here]...) I have to say, I actually read the stories. No way you couldn't and still know what color dress said character wore! LOL. And yet, here I am, insisting that I was lucky. Hmm....

About screencaps...I can do them too in WMM and touch them up in a photo program, but I usually get them from Clarissa. I won't make you do extra work, MinervaFan. Clarissa or pink popsicle will have them up eventually. Thanks though.

Special thanks to an anonymous poster from SoapDish (in Canada):

    *~Tracy!Recaps~*

    Segment 1: No Tracy.

    Segment 2: No Tracy.

Segment 3: Alan/Tracy. Talking about Luke and Laura. Tracy knows Luke will always love Laura and will never give up on her.

ABC has returned to regular scheduled programming. I'll edit in.

Heads up, we all know my recaps are going to be huge. So if you don't want to know details yet, don't read.

Segment 4: Tracy's in a brown, sparkly, rather bulky jacket. Hair is UGHHHHHH! Alan/Tracy still discussing Luke and Laura. Tracy: The best thing Luke can do is let Laura go and let Nikolas handle this. Alan: That would be sensible, but Luke is not sensible, especially when it comes to Laura. Tracy doesn't know why she puts up with all of this. Alan tells her it's because she loves him, that she's been waiting for him her entire life. He gives her a run for her money. He compares Monica to Luke. Luke cheats on Tracy (Me: Still?). Monica cheated on Alan. Luke steals Tracy's money. Monica threw Alan out of the house that he gave to her. Luke rocks Tracy's world. Monica rocked Alan's world. Luke enters through the patio. Tracy asks, "Bad day?" He tells her about the guardianship issue, when Laura readmitted herself to ShadyBrook, she made Nikolas her sole guardian. She knows. :o

Segment 5: Luke: How do you know? After Laura relapsed and Luke took off, Tracy went to ShadyBrook to make sure all the arrangements were taken care of. That's when the staff told her Nikolas was handling everything because Laura made him her guardian. Luke doesn't know why Laura would do that. Tracy says it's because Laura wanted to leave Luke with the memories of her as a woman, not some patient that's going to need to be taken care of. Luke is unsure: How do you know that? Tracy: I would have done the same thing. She says she and Laura are nothing alike, but as women, they want to preserve their dignity. Laura wanted to save the man she loved from the pain of having to care for her. Luke is a little angry that Tracy didn't tell him. Tracy said it wasn't even an issue 'til Scott Baldwin showed up. He has to protect Laura from him.

    Segment 6: No Tracy.

Segment 7: Scotty is about to enter Laura's room. Tracy: Not so fast. Scotty wants to know what she's doing there, asks if she's going to smother her with a pillow (:o) to end this fight over Laura once and for all. Tracy's here to warn the staff about Scotty. She is going to tell them he is not allowed anywhere near Laura's room. Scotty says Tracy should be happy that he's going for guardianship because it frees Laura of Luke. Tracy is going to make this perfectly clear and is going to explain it in words that Scotty can understand. She is Mrs. Luke Spencer, and if Luke Spencer doesn't want Scotty near Laura, then neither does she. Meanwhile, Luke enters Wyndemere (I'm assuming, didn't catch it). He goes to Nikolas: We need to talk about your mother.

Previews: No Tracy. Luke: I have always taken care of Laura! Nikolas: You're not married to her anymore! Craig lurks.

    Catching up...

Wow, look at all those analyses of yesterday's episode. I'm going to believe what the rest of you are believing. They've either just started sleeping with each other or will be soon. Perhaps later this week, right? At MetroCourt...with OLIVES!

Also, the "noodle" scene...He said, "noodle me about..." (I believe the "about" is quieter, but it's in there). So...Are we thinking it has the same meaning?

And you all need to head to SOC...I bet the thread will be deleted shortly though. It's the "Oopsie Daisy" one.

Finally, I just want to say again how happy I am that Keaton and tracyluver stopped in the breakroom last night. I hope you both will continue to join us in there.

  9. ·

    Edited by Ms. Quartermaine

nex, SoapZone has detailed recaps. For now, I just have some random comments:

I will never to be able to hear "oopsie daisy" again and keep a straight face. Edward actually seemed concerned about Tracy. He wants her to get professional help (and not once did he mention she would probably lose ELQ in the process). Nice exchange of touching dialogue between Tracy and Alan involving an "I love you, and I hate that you are dead." Tracy gets a speech to Luke about what he means to her, how he makes her feel (more or less). No ILY, although I thought it would happen. The scene is still sweet.

    Hmm, what else?

"Hanky panky" isn't played for comedy, but it's very short, and Scotty needs to come back another time. Speaking of hanky-panky, there are references to "last night." Luke and Tracy have obviously been sharing the same bedroom, which is awesome news, but it's kind of like, "Well, when did that happen?"

And that's all I got for the time being. I hope that holds you over. :)

For those interested in outfit, it's the same one from the "What Lies Beneath" Soaps In Depth article. I'm inclined to say it's from the same day today's episode was filmed, but the hair doesn't match up IMO. One has "oomph." The other doesn't.

Edit: hooked! Hi! We posted at the same time! :o (I just mentioned the hair/wardrobe in this post, but you beat me to it, LOL).

  10. tracyluver!

    angel!

    HI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Long time, no see!

Won't spoil a thing, except that I was satisfied, and you all know how much it takes to satisfy me. Now, that doesn't mean I can't find things to complain about because believe me, I can. :P However, I don't do this often, but kudos to whoever wrote today.

  11. Oh wow. Getting to bed after 1 and having to get up before 6 is never good, at least not for me. Wake up. Wake up. Wake up.

hooked, welcome back! LOL @ the instruction manual. Good luck with that.

    knh, I mean,

if the person is even accurate, the viewers will find out that Tracy knew about the rape for quite a while. Luke was the one to tell her, but this all happened offscreen. It wasn't cut. It was just never written in the first place.

    Hope that clears things up.

And SQUEE...Tracy might be on today.

Welcome to totem~cat! I hope you stick around the site and continue to post in this thread! JE/Tracy deserve all the praise in the world, LOL.

hooked, welcome back! Sounds like you had such a fun time! We're going to miss you so much when you go to London for a whole week!!! (But you all are going to miss me when I go to Mexico for 2 months, right? ;)) And I wish I was still on my IS kick. I've been lurking all over the place today. But since yesterday was productive, I guess it's okay?

Just a reminder: It has NOT been confirmed that Tracy is indeed on all five days next week. It's a nice thought, but we don't know for sure...yet. I hope it's true though. I really, really, really do!

Now speaking of next week, if another anonymous SD scoopster is to be believed,

we learn that Luke has confided to Tracy about the rape on Wednesday. It comes off like she has known for a while.

    My comments:

WTH? How can you NOT air a scene like that? When did he tell her? Why did he tell her? So…FRUSTRATED.

Also, if this person is accurate,

Tracy warns Luke to tell Lulu the truth because it can come out in the court hearing over Laura's guardianship.

    Thoughts?

Edited because IB is not the same as IS (Internet Sobriety). Also, totem, your avatar is hilarious! LOL.

Thanks knh and Lady Ashton for the avatar compliments!

Good News (if true, and I believe it is):

From SoapDish, an anonymous poster has the scripts; what he/she is spilling sounds true and goes along with other spoilers, and he/she seems sincere, if that counts...But I'm getting OT. Here's the scoop: Next week, Luke and Tracy are on ALL 5 DAYS!!!! Alan is on 2.

Bringing this over from SoapZone. The posters had to describe the actor in 3 words or less. Here are the replies for Jane Elliot (some of them are more than 3 words, heh)...

    * Awsome actress.

    * Best on GH.

    * Nails it every time.

    * Dramatic.

    * Awesome!

Lady Ashton, hi!!! Haiku's don't have to rhyme. It's 5 syllables, 7, then 5, I'm almost positive. Glad to hear you're writing TrAsh. Heh.

MagicHappens, he did assure us, but Ted King did the same thing a couple months ago, and then he announced his departure. I think a lot of the times the actors have to lie. We still don't know if it's official about Scott though...

MinervaFan, good luck with whatever you do!

EDIT: I changed my avatar and banner. The quote/font on the banner is not looking right though. Gah. Whatever. It's staying like that...for now.

EDIT #2: Ok. I didn't like the text at all, so I got rid of it. Will maybe do more with it later. But now, it's time for me to be productive.

TracyLuv, nooooooooo! The both of us can't do internet sobriety! Especially with hooked heading out for vacation. The thread will be even more quiet!!! :(

Lainey, I admire your positivity, but SZ's Scoops and Spoilers sometimes consisit speculation based on spoilers.

I still believe the woman just took the drinking spoiler/hanky spoiler and assumed it's drinks and then sex.

    But wait!!!

Maybe they WILL have sex, admit to loving each other, and just in time for their anniversary, Tracy will be revealed to NOT be scamming Scotty. Then, we can watch Luke/Tracy explode. TG will go off on his summer vacation, and in the end, we'll be forced to wait 3 months to see what happens.

    Shutting. Up. Now.

MinervaFan, I heard Sonny tripped UP the stairs and then fell and rolled down them. You might have to watch that and tell me about it, LOL.

    OFF-TOPIC

This 10 page paper is kicking my butt. I'd rather be writing a SPANISH paper right now than this crap. Question: Is it okay to use the passive voice? My Spanish linguistics professor always tells us it it's fine to do use it in English, but since he's not the one that's going to be grading this, I don't know. The class isn't an English one, but I still get points for proper grammar/sentence structure and all that, and I don't want to lose what should be easy points. Oh, and whose dumb idea was it to create APA style? Was MLA not good enough? I've used APA about once in my lifetime before this assignment. And wow...I just gave you all a whole lot of unnecessary information, LOL. Apologies. I feel like ranting. What I really should be doing is focusing. Hmm, maybe I need dinner? Think that'll help? Okay. Signing off now. Probably won't be around tonight. Ms. Q is going to be lame and write her paper...on a Friday night. Of course, now that I think about it, talking about a fictional character in the "breakroom" might also be considered lame. Haha. Okay. REALLY. GOING. NOW. *goes in search of dinner*

    EDIT: Anonymous Scoop:

Tracy has a touching moment with Alan's ghost.

See, this is a nice spoiler, isn't it? Too bad it's not an official spoiler yet. Just a rumor. Anyone could've made it up. Or even it's true, it might be cut.

  16. Happy Belated Birthday, MagicHappens!

hooked, have a safe and fun trip!

    pinkpopsicle, thanks for the screencaps!

    From TV Guide:

Ex-lovers Tracy and Scotty make a dirty deal, just like in the old days.

The more spoilers that come out about this, the less I less excited I am about next week. Someone tell me GH is not going to destroy LuNacy.

    Rumor:

Scott Clifton has been let go. Someone on SOC got it in an email, so we'll see.

  17. And into Thursday, maybe?

After the deal, there needs to be an ultimatum and drinks and the dum, dum, dum...realization.

About those 8 days (which was actually back in January)...Luke wasn't even around. Imagine that! Tracy getting airtime without her husband! A woman having a life outside her man. What a concept. I. HATE. GH.

Gah. I have a meeting in about a half hour, and I still have so much to do. I should've been doing it earlier instead of skimming the Jason thread at SOC. If it's still there, and you don't like Jason, you should visit. Our very own smirks is kicking all sorts of butt, and there are also some others who are cracking me up!

*takes some chocolate from ILoveTracyQ and passes it to next person*

Holy crap! Tracy and company have the main section in the PreVUE at this site. Jane Elliot even got the photo! CLICK ME FOR DETAILS.

Guess the drinking and the almost sex is not the same night? Unless "realization about their relationship" has something to do with sex, but the drinks are at the MetroCourt...Agh! I have no idea!
