Isn't it sad, nex, that we can only expect 1 day of Tracy a week? Granted today was a good day. A very good day (decent screen time, decent material...heck, JE got more to do than Steve Burton for once!). But still...I want more. I think the motherhood thing has ways to go, or at least I'm hoping. Guza made it sound bigger than what happened today, but this is Guza we're talking about. Plus, with all the supposed rewrites and the sudden spoiler drought, I don't know. It just seems like things aren't in our favor. Doesn't stop me from hoping though. POSSIBLE SPOILER _ _ _ _ I'd guess sometime once FH returns (she's on vacation). Anyone know when that is? *sigh* We know nothing. LOL.

I'll have more to post later, but here's a recap for MinervaFan (I'm so glad to hear the good news about your dad, by the way. ) and anyone else who's interested... CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR TODAY'S SHOW _ _ _ _ _ Scene 1: No Tracy yet, but Dillon and Lulu have spent another night in the boathouse. Dillon starts rambling. He fears that his mother already knows, that's she going to "do what they do in the army...like a bed check," and then she's going to be angry. Lulu decides to sneak back in the mansion. Dillon isn't too sure. Scene 2: Dillon enters the living room from the patio. Edward/Alice are there. He's not subtle at all about what happened the night before. Lulu comes in. Dillon is rambling again, something about a CD. He wants to borrow it from Lulu. Alice joins their conversation (I guess she has the CD or something, LOL), but Edward stops them. He's not buying this. He knows that the two of them were out last night...joy-riding in his Bentley. Enter Tracy (don't have much to say about the wardrobe, except that I liked it...the 2 necklace things might've been a bit much, but nothing outrageous): "Oh, they were joy-riding all right, but not in your Bentley." Dillon has a comment about his mom being weird if she doesn't have her coffee. Tracy tells Edward the truth, that Dillon/Lulu were having sex. Scene 3: Not too much Tracy. Edward does most of the talking. He's angry that Dillon took advantage of Lulu. Lulu insists that's not true. Lulu is late for work and asks Dillon for a ride, but Edward is going to take her. Their conversation isn't over. Dillon's about to bolt, but Tracy stops him. Dillon says that he/Lulu are careful, and that he wants to be with her. "Since when?" asks Tracy. Scene 4: Tracy thought that Lulu/Dillon were just a one time thing. She wants to know when he started having sex with her. Dillon doesn't respond at first, but tells her it was when Georgie cheated on him with Diego. Tracy asks if he's sure. Dillon takes a seat at the table, and Tracy joins him. Tracy doesn't believe it. She says Georgie is faithful. Dillon tells his mother that Lulu saw it with her "own two eyes." Tracy gets up, pats Dillon on the back, and is all, "That explains it." Scene 5: Lulu enters the living room and sits down. Tracy shows up right behind her. She tells her that she's clever, but Lulu wants her to go away. Tracy says they have a lot in common (and instead of going into Daddy issues, absent mothers), she points out Luke, and the fact that they both think for themselves and they both want Dillon away from Georgie. Tracy tells Lulu what she did to try and break up Georgie/Dillon (even mentioned the naked pictures thing), but she couldn't because they love each other. Georgie wasn't intimidated by Tracy, so Tracy wants to know why is it that when Lulu decided to be with Dillon, Dillon/Georgie went kaput. Scene 6: Tracy says the only proof Dillon has is Lulu's word. She asks if Lulu would stoop that low. She gets thisclose to her face, and Lulu denies everything. Tracy wants to know if she thinks she can build a relationship on a lie, knowing that she had to con a man into sleeping with her. Lulu says Tracy does it all the time (Me: WTH?!?). Tracy backs off from Lulu, who tells Tracy that she feels terrible, that Dillon makes her feel like a different person, and that she tried telling Dillon the truth. When he thought she was being noble, she liked him even more. Tracy brushes Lulu's hair out of her eyes. She wants to know what really happened that night. Lulu tells her that Diego/Georgie were in the boathouse, but they weren't having sex. Dillon overhears. Scene 7: Lulu wants to know what Tracy is going to do. Tracy's not going to tell Dillon because he wouldn't believe her. Tracy tells Lulu that they've come a long way and that she doesn't hate her. Oh, and if she squints her eyes like "this" (JE has a cute expression here), she can even see herself in her. Tracy isn't going to threaten Lulu because she knows she is going to suffer enough. Tracy has never met a love that's worth holding onto that is based on a lie. If she continues with this, Lulu is going to get hurt. She wants her to tell Dillon again, cut her losses, and maybe someday, the two (Dillon and Lulu) could end up friends. That's all Tracy's got to say. Beyond that, Lulu is on her own. (Me: Does this mean the advice spoiler happened one day before it was supposed to, and that Tracy won't be on tomorrow? *cries*) Special thanks to GreenAppleJones of SZ (I used his/her recaps as a guide...)

So...About this breadmaker...I did have the 2000th post. I'm thinking Keith should let me borrow it for at least a little while. Heh. We better stop before we scare any new posters away. ILoveTracyQ, wow, sounds like a crazy day. It was ridiculously hot here too. I didn't even want to get into the car to go to bank, and my car has air-conditioning, LOL. Yeah, the more than 2 days/week hardly ever happens anymore, but there was awhile there when she did have 3 days/week (May 2005, late November/early December 2005--I only remember this because I was excited that TQ was on 4 whole days the week of my birthday, LOL, middle/end of Jan. 2006--between the "Tracy fakes her death" SL and "Luke returns with a chimp" SL, and even some of March/April--Tracy plays hostess/vow renewal/freezer madness.) Of course, some of these appearances were maybe 2 minutes total, and appearing 3 times/week every now doesn't mean it's the average. Heh. An irritated an infuriated Tracy makes her way in the den, yammering about Justus and Daddy and their plan to oust her as ELQ’s CEO, but as soon as her eyes meet with her father’s, she realizes something isn’t right. It doesn’t even take a millisecond, but she knows what would upset him to that extreme…her mother’s death. Justus begins to tell her, but she wishes to delay the inevitable. Justus: Brace yourself, Tracy. Tracy: Whatever it is it's not going to work. I called my attorneys. I called my attorneys, and we made an appointment to -- to put an end to this little power play. So don't think you can stall me! Don't! Justus: Lila died in her sleep last night, Tracy. Tracy: No! No! No! Tracy sits by Edward’s feet as he strokes her hair. He tells his daughter that Lila loved her…even at her most exasperating, but Tracy already knows this. She recalls her mother comforting her after Dillon was born prematurely. Tracy: …I thought I'd walk in that door with my baby in my arms, and now I don't know if he's going to survive, mother. Lila: Oh, Tracy, dear. He's a Quartermaine. And you know as well as I do Quartermaines are fighters. Now that Lila gone, Tracy doesn’t know who she is going to count on for hope. Tracy: Daddy, when she'd take my hand and I would look into her eyes, you know what I saw? I saw hope. Hope is what I saw. Where am I going to find the hope, Daddy? Upon hearing the news, Ned returns to the mansion. After approaching “Grandfather,” he proceeds to comfort his mother, who pushes him aside. Tracy: I have to help Justus with the arrangements. Ned: No, mother, mother, mother, come here, come here. Just come here, come here. Tracy: Ahem. Sweetheart, there's a lot to do -- She finally lets him hold her as the rest of the Quartermaines begin to arrive. Ned: No, please, just stop for a moment. Just stop, stop. I'm right here. Just stop. When Dillon enters, he goes straight to his mother’s side. Dillon: Mom. Tracy: Oh -- hmm. Dillon: Are you okay? Tracy: I'll have to be, won't I? We'll all -- we'll all have to be okay without her. Later that afternoon, after wisely remaining quiet during Jason’s visit, Tracy lashes out at the family. Tracy: Well. Would you look at this charming tableau? All of us, gathered here together just like a real family. And all it took was my mother's death…Don't you realize that's what's wrong with this picture? This is not a fair representation of what this family really is, which is far from appropriate! I deeply resent the hypocrisy that's on display in my dead mother's name. Edward wants his daughter to stop. It’s her pain, not her anger, and he doesn’t want her taking it out the family. He pulls her closer. Tracy: I just -- Edward: I know. Tracy: Want my mommy! Edward: I know, I know, I know. Tracy: I want my mommy! After embracing her tightly, he lets her fall to the couch, where Alan steps in and hugs her. That episode literally had me in bawling my eyes out. I know I couldn't have been the only one, LOL. Right?

*prepares for a mega-post* *waves to tracyluver, Keith, nex, and angel* Lots of lurking this afternoon. OT--Vacation is a wonderful, wonderful thing. If I had internet access, I'd live there forever, LOL. Overall, nice weather too (eh, it rained a lot on Tuesday and a bit on Wednesday), but if I'm going to get caught in the rain at an amusement park, I'm glad that I had on sandals, a swim suit, and those "squishy" shorts that dry really quick, LOL (it was an amusement/water park). Anyway...It was nice to get away (missed this place though!) and spend some time with the family even if they drive me crazy. Oh, and totally random, but I didn't know we were in Eastern Daylight Time until 10pm (EDT) Sunday night, LOL. The governor changed the time zone on us. We've been going to Monticello, IN for years. You just can't change time zones. Monday's Comments First things first...Wardrobe/Hair: It's July in upstate New York, isn't it? So, why was Tracy wearing clothes better suited for fall? Even the colors were all "autumn-y." At least the jacket was new. As for the hair, it looked straight in the "Oh. My. God." Previews, but I think it might've been a bit wavy. I liked the curls better though. And LOL at your comment about the wardrobe, smirks. Glad to see you posting again. Random stuff... 5 segments, my TQ friends! She appeared in 5 segments, and that last one that alternated between Robert/Lulu and Tracy/Dillon was so neat. *thanks the Soap Gods that I got Tracy/Dillon after all* A big LOL at Tracy telling Dillon to put his clothes on and him telling her he’s not going to change in front of his mother. "Oh, but you'll get naked and have sex with your step-sister in front of her?" Heh. Did anyone else laugh at the whole "I was chasing after the Willoby's (sp?) dog. I'm sorry, but the mental image of Tracy chasing after a dog? Hilarious. And we got an explanation for why she would be in the boathouse to begin with. "I was a teenager once." Loved that bit. She *gasp* compared herself to Lulu. You know what that means? The OGW (one good writer) realizes that Tracy/Lulu are similar. (LaineyBev mentioned this scene too.) Too bad it took so long. *pause* Will not complain. How much did I love Robert's, "Tracy might be this, this, and this, but she cares about your father, and by extension, she cares about you." Yes, she does. *patiently awaits that Lulu/Tracy spoiler to play out* Note to GH's lighting department: Some of those scenes were dark. Really dark. I get that it was night, but still...Anyone else notice? If not, it was probably just my TV. Heh. Tuesday's Comments We bring this up a lot, but I'm tired of Tracy's short/infrequent scenes. There's 7 segments per episode, and rarely, does our girl appear that much. *thinks* I'm guessing the Luke/Tracy "What could've been" was the last time this happened. Anyway...3 is better than none. Must. Not. Complain. *zips lips* I'm still loving the alternating scene thing. I loved the 2 adults advising the teens on rebound relationships. (I mean...Tracy Quartermaine...being a good mom? Hmm...The jealousy spoiler was supposed to happen this past week. It might have happened with Skye/Robert. I didn't watch Wednesday's show, so I'm not sure. I'll welcome the Robert/Tracy/Anna spoiler though. It's sad that it's all about jealousy games, but I am watching GH; I must lower my standards, LOL.

Maybe a business SL, with them as rivals (and when Jax returns in August/September, he can join Tracy's side, LOL), because we all know GH would never pair TraLo romantically. Tracy/Robert on the side might be nice too, but with Anna back, looks like our girl will have to take a back seat to that (and how much does it annoy me that TR and FH get more to do than JE...) Ooh. Maybe Robert can try to double cross Tracy while he's working at the HS, and since she said the next man who tries to con her is in for a big surprise, she can plot some kind of revenge. Or...Robert will live up to his word and romance Luke's wife...I want dinner, dancing, flowers, etc. And then it could turn out to be real. And then when Luke returns in August, he'll have lost Tracy and will have to win her back. Except uh oh. He leaves again. Tracy divorces his sorry butt, and when he returns he has nothing, but lo and behold, Laura is well, and Luke has her. And Tracy's finally free. But oops...GF's return is supposedly temporary. Laura slips back into her catatonic state, and Luke is all "Poor, poor me." Tracy finds him drunk. He wants her bad, but she doesn't want him. (Oh, and this point, I guess the Robert/Tracy dinner/dining has come to an end; and Tracy/Jax/Ned (yeah, I'm adding him in) have successfully kept Lorenzo away from ELQ). Tracy/Luke are on friendly terms, and Luke starts treating her with respect. Meanwhile, Skye's back in town, 9 months pregnant, in November, and she/Tracy get locked in the Q freezer. Skye goes into labor (oh, it's Thanksgiving, by the way, LOL), and Tracy flips out. Eventually, the Q's hear both of them screaming, LOL, and come down...except the baby can't wait to come out, and Monica ends up delivering it. With all the excitement, Cook forgets about the turkey and it burns, and voila...There's your pizza dinner. If JE re-signs, Luke will continue to try and earn Tracy's trust. And then Christmas comes, and Luke surprises Tracy with a ring...Except it's must too soon to re-marry, and Tracy won't accept for the time being. He continues making nice-nice, and in February (all right, so I'm into the following year), on Valentine's Day, he tries again. (I don't care how cliched this is, LOL). And she says, "Yes." They're not going to waste any time. Big wedding is planned for May Sweeps...Right before Luke says "I do," Laura shows up in the back of the church...Kidding. I'm done. Way too much rambling. And some of this is a lot of wishful thinking. The first part could happen though (Tracy/teens, Tracy/Robert). Ask and you shall receive, LOL. SPOILER ALERT _ _ _ _ _ Week of July 10th From Wizard: Tracy gets the shock of her life when she finds Dillon and Lulu in bed together. Tracy convinces a reluctant Robert to have a "talk" with Lulu. From SON (this site): Robert and Tracy are concerned about Lulu and Dillon's attentions, and Robert gets a thrill out of seeing Anna jealous. (This might be about Skye. I don't know.) From ABC.com: Tracy is shocked and disgusted when she walks in on Dillon and Lulu having sex in the boathouse. Dillon defends their relationship, but Tracy vows to pull the plug on it. From SOW Sneak Peeks: Tracy finds Lulu and Dillon in bed together. Week of July 17th (maybe) From Wizard: Lulu confesses to Tracy. Tracy gives Lulu some much needed advice. From WUBS: Tracy talks to Lulu about her recent actions. Will she be a nice step-mommy or a hysterical one? Most of them are variations of the same thing. Wizard gets the gold star for spilling them first though.
