  1. Even if they're not #1 or #2, if one of them falls to #3 or #4 for example, the tournament organizers shouldn't put them in the same side of the draw.  The organizers need to setup the best possible finals match.   Now, I don't know the rules. Do the organizers need to follow the ATP rankings for seeding, or can they make judgment calls when it comes to seeding?

You would have loved Santa Barbara.

I have actually rewatched some old Passions episodes recently.  I like watching old scenes of Kay, whether played by Taylor Anne Mountz, Deanna Wright or Heidi Mueller.  Deanna was my favorite, but they were all good.

You might remember that I always loved Andrea Evans.  She was such a good actress.  I was sad to hear of her passing.

    How have you been, Toups?

I'm doing good, man.  Yourself?  Yeah, I think I would've loved SB too but it was before my time.  Loved TAM, Deanna and Heidi too.

Michael Sabatino in drag. 🤣  I totally forgot he was on the show.    LMAO at that last clip about Julian's penis being upside down.  So ridiculous.  Rebecca was so over-the-top.  😂

  3. Alcaraz vs Djokovic in the finals. See, this how you set up a tournament, by having these two in different sides of a draw.  These is the match up most people want to see at the end of the tournament.  Just hope none of them get hurt and the match is competitive.

Totally agree! As a kid I remember hating Rebecca, but as I got older I just realized that Andrea was so good with the comedic OTT stuff she went through on that show, that I couldn't help but start cracking a smile towards the end of the show's run.....When she returned a few years later as Tawny on Y&R and then B&B I had that same smile on my face watching her! I was hoping for years she reprise either Tawny, or Days or GH would have picked her up (even if would probably waste her) just to see her onscreen again...

This is one of my favorite moments at 12:04...All these scenes are iconic IMO!!

OMG, Ivy in the wheelchair.  LOL!  I totally forgot about that. Thanks for posting that. I haven't really rewatched a lot of Passions since it aired.  Just watching some of those clips makes me really miss the show, especially its wacky humour.  You really need phenomenal actors like Ben Masters, Andrea Evans, Kim Ulrich, Juliet Mills, and Kathleen Noone to pull it off.   Sunset Beach, Passions, Gary Tomlin's OLTL - I miss the hilarious insanity of those shows.

  5. I loved her as Rebecca Hotchkiss!  Even though Rebecca was such a bitch, a snob, a somewhat racist character (the names she would call Theresa....LOL), I couldn't hate Rebecca, and it was because of Andrea's portrayal.  She and Ben Masters were one of my all time favourite on-screen couples/duos.  RIP Andrea.

  6. I Can See You is so damn good!! It's a sexy song. LOL  I don't think she has a song that sounds like this.  It reminds me of some Haim songs.  She's BFFs with them so I can see her being influenced by their music.

I enjoyed the video too: the callbacks to the Mean video with Joey King and Presley Cash being in it; Taylor Lautner basically doing the same action moves that he did on his SNL monologue where he attacks a cardboard cutout of Kanye LOL; Taylor's dresses being behind the glass; Speak Now era Taylor literally being in a vault; the floating balcony from the Speak Now Tour; and then them driving over the "1989TV" bridge, signalling that 1989 Taylor's Version is next.

Electric Touch and Timeless (one of her best love songs) are also favourites of mine from the Speak Now Taylor's Version vault tracks.   I've been waiting/hoping she goes back to more instrument based music, so if she can do something like I Can See You (the indie-rock-pop sound) or Electric Touch (pop-rock/stadium rock type of sound) for her next original album, it would be so amazing.  Please, Taylor! 🙏

  7. Good for Olivia!  Love her music.  I really think she's the next big star.   Love seeing Cruel Summer continue to rise each week.  It's gaining so many streams due to the tour - so people are finally discovering it. It's always been a fan favourite.   If Taylor wants the song to go #1, she needs to drop a remix or two on Friday.  It would pretty much guarantee the song to go #1 with the help of new sales and streaming.

I never had accounts at Facebook or Instagram.

Then Threads is not for you.  LOL. I think I've gone past the point of caring about "privacy" when it comes to apps.  To me, it's just the price you pay for having a smartphone.  Oh well.

  9. The "Data Link to You" that Meta may collect from you for Threads is the same as Instagram and Facebook.  So if you have one or both of those apps, you wouldn't really care about "privacy" if you want to try Threads.  I have both so I will definitely take a look at Threads.

PR bluster. Trying to keep up the confidence and not turn audiences away in opening weekend thinking the movie is doomed. Happens all the time. Don't be shocked to see Muschietti quietly released in the next year.

I disagree.  I don't think you make a commitment to a director to give confidence to a movie, especially to a movie that's not "yours" (Gunn's, Zaslav's).  But we'll see who will be right.  :)

  11. So why make the announcement the day before the movie was being released?  Why not just wait to officially make the deal with Andy?  To me that says, Zaslav/Gunn both made the decision no matter what was going to happen at the box office.  They both loved The Flash, so they were both on board with it creatively.

  12. I doubt the box office of The Flash will have anything to do if Andy leaves.  James Gunn chose Andy for this project knowing what the box office projection was going to be.  I'm willing to give Andy another chance because The Flash went through so many regime changes/delays, and the star of the movie was so problematic that they (Ezra) couldn't promote the movie.
