I hope you're feeling better. 3) As for the last post... I don't think that it is that unbelievable for him to sya he loves Tracy. I think it is unbelievable that he did it the way it was done. I think that they have loved each other for a long time but neither realized or would admit to it. I also don't think he was in love with Skye. Not to take anything away from her b/c I do like Skye, but, while I think there was an attraction, I don't think he can love anyone who is that close to Laura's personality again.

Hey... To Regency, just wanted to wish you a happy birthday!!! I hope you have a great day. I am a few hours early, but I guess that depends on where you are in the world! I agree with this, but while I think that she probably believes him but is taking it with a grain of salt and scepticism, I also think that she is protecting herself. She isn't going to show how it effects her b/c the love of her life is going to marry his on Thursday... in her own backyard! I think it is a bit of both. I also think she looked great, just to throw that in there.

I know that's what it was saying, but she was saying that she had to do that because she is not at Susan Lucci's calabre. I don't understand this. Not to take anything away from Lucci (I'm not personally a fan, but that's got nothing to do with this), but everyone I know who watches the show loves Tracy, her returns bring the show back from the toilet and she is the reason most of us are still watching the show (obviously that last part is just here, but whatever). I think most of Lucci's fame comes from the fact that she lost so many daytime Emmy's and was still constantly nominated. She may be talented, but I don't think she is any better than most on daytime, while I think JE is. That is obviously only my opinion, but that's what I meant yesterday. ps. I don't think they've divorced. I know that a lot of the tings we think will happen don't and they get all turned aroiund and confusing, but I think they would have straightened it out at least to the point that the two in the marriage would know whether or not they are married. He is saying they are divorced, butt tomorrow Tracy says "I'm your wife", so I'm going to go with no, he's lying. I don't care how quick the quicky divorce is, he still can't get one without telling his wife!

I have a quick question for everyone. I don't know if any of you watch passions. I don't, personally I think the show is terrible, but I was wondering if any of you had some clips at all. The actor David Bailey used to be on the show before he died last year. I'm sure at least some of you know who he is b/c he is a famous soap vet (ryan's hope and another world, namely). I've never met him, but he used to be married to my cousin Lois. They had a son who is also an actor. After David died, he was asked to do a few episodes and I was wondering if anyone had the clips so I could check him out. I'm sure it's going to sound cheezy, but there is a reason for everything. I'm sure everything will work out and this is just one of those character and strength building tribulations that everyone's got to face, but if something were to happen to her, just trust that there is a point to it and you'll both gain something from it. I don't think that we are made to face anything that we aren't equipt to handle. I'm sure what ever happens will be tough, but you'll get through it. My grandfather died when I was 4 (which is not something uncommon for a lot of people), but he was young and it took a long time for my mother to realize whatthe reason was (or at least what she thinks it was). She always thought there was a reason for everything, but she was a daddy's girl and they are from an old italian family where he was the patriarch who held everyone together. He took care of everyone from all of his siblings and their kids to distant cousins and immediate family. In the few years after he died, doctors found a hole in my uncle's heart, my great uncle (grandpa's brother) died, his nephew was murdered and a few other things happened. My mom decided that he was meant to go first b/c if he had seen everything that had happened to his family it would have torn him apart and it would have killed him anyway. That was my relatively long story as my evidence of the everytihng happens for a yata yata yata theory, but it's a common enough and corny theory that I like to add a little to back it up. I hope all ends well and I'll be praying for your friend! Kristin PS (nothing to do with the previous post): This is what I've decided I want to see on GH, a scene with Luke and his old jazz dancing with Tracy. Of course this would be after he says he loves her and they end up back together when Laura's gone, but that's what I want. He used to break out the jazz every chance he got, but not anymore. I love it, I miss it, and jazz always makes for a sexy scene (one that is romantic more so than trashy) so I'm all for it

not normally one to be announcing my birthday all over the place, but since i don't actually know any of you and, therefore, won't be sent any gifts... 22 today!!! My birthday wish, at the moment, (aside from the obvious... Luke chooses Tracy over Laura that we are all wishing for) is for some great scenes for JE this week. Not that that isn't also an obvious choice. I am, however, revising my prediction. I still think that he will just say no at the wedding, but that is just my wishful thinking and imagination running away woth me since we know they get married, but instead he is not divorced and he can't legally be married to Laura, but since she will be gone shortly thereafter, it doesn't matter. I know a few have said basically this, but I'm just casting my vote. I guess it is my plan B since I want Nov 16th to come around and the writters all say "fooled ya you gullable lot, he doesn't want to be with her of course, he's already got the better of the two! butw e had you going"

Can you do me a huge favor and miss the show more often?! I'm sure that's asking a lot, but I'm sure someone here could provide clips for ya and it may work out for you anyway, there'd be more clips to put up if your bad luck with missing the show brings us more episodes!!

ok, call me crazy all, but my prediction (based on the "Laura is heartbroken" and "In essence, this is the end" quotes on the photos in the above link) is that Luke is going to refuse at the wedding. "Do you, Luke, take Laura, yata yata yata. NOOOOOOOO!!, I'm in love with Tracy... take that", give or take a few words, but the sentiment will be the same. If I'm on with this I'm going to make my way to emmy predictions, so long as these are the submitted story scenes, and the psychic friends network

I knew being an optimist pays off!!! No disappointment coming my way so far. I don't think she's leaving either. I don't think they'd have this much build up for the tracy/luke story if she's going to be leaving. So we can all rest easy and thank anything and everything we want to b/c it's all good!! I know I might be speaking a bit soon, but like I said about optimism...

I'm pretty sure they're allowed to submit more than one, so I think it will work out. That said... I am very sorry for the L+L fans and the reunion, but I will selfishly still be very overjoyed at the T+L stuff!!! I don't know that they were getting back together as much as the characters would just be together again in scenes and everything to have flashbacks and mark the anniversary b/c we all know she's leaving in a month, so how much can the really do. I thini she is supposed to come back, fix her screwed up kids, remember she killed her stepfather and go back from whence she came.

As much as I usually hate the writers for screwing Jane out of some great story potential, I think they got it right on the money today. She finally told him (pretty much) that she's been in love with him for a long time, but it was fantastic!!!!! I was so afraid that they would make her twist all around and come out saying "I love you, Luke. Forget lLaura, you should be with me". Instead she said she doesn't get "Luke and Laura", never did and gave himn reasons why. It was very logical and thought out, and she didn't say anything else to him until he commented on her observations. He caught on, smart fella, and he feels the same way (or at least that's the way I'm watching it... look at his face when she told him!) I told you my karma was good and things work out in my favor. now if we can all just keep believing hard enough, maybe she'll get the guy and the contract renewal in the end!!

ok, now I know we're just supposed to accept everything the writers do and be happy with it.... (I am not missing the irony here, but I'm going with that as the general plan for a moment at least). I know the we know more than the characters do in that GF is clearly not staying on and that will solve Lukes ploblem with marrying Laura, but they aren't supposed to know that she will slip back into her "place", so even if Tracy does allow him to marry Laura, it won't be legal, what with bigomy laws and all, so why would she allow that and not spill the beans about her marriage? These are the things that make me mad. I guess I have a really simple life if it's tv that upsets me, but there it is... I've learned to accept it, but it pisses me off! This is what makes me thinka divorce is more likely that not, but I am still a true and firm believer that they will stay together, so help me out here guys. I'm sure we can all will it to happen. If kids can clap Tinkerbell back to life, we can will a good story for JE. Good to be back, by the way. I've missed checking in here. Too damned busy lately!

Hey MF, I'm with you on the JE's going to resign thing for all the aformentioned reasons, but also... b/c I have some damned good karma and I just want it that way. Things tend to work out for me so I'm hoping it extends to this also!!! I also agreed with I don't know whose oppinion on the language thing. For the most part I agreed with MF on that one, but I don't thingk she'd speak too much german unless it was neccessary. I think she probably can, but doesn't b/c it isn't a sophisticated sounding language... plus French is also an offical language in Switzerland, equal with German, so she could have avoided it all together.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm not from any place cool. At least not unless you're from here also. I'm from Cowtown, USA, Southern Ct. For a big old yankee state, I've got nothing but cows and horses around me... with the occational donkey and llama thrown in for good measure.
