I'm not going to lie I cried, somebody posted on You Tube a quick 4 minute scene of Edward/Tracy/Patrick/Emma and as soon as John came on screen in the wheel chair I lost it! I didn't even have the volume up because i'm still at work, but I think just seeing JI looking so fraile almost killed me.

Ok, so I don't know too much of what happened between Monica/Tracy/Edward/Emma/Patrick but just reading what eveybody is saying about John is making me tear up at my desk. I also read that one of the writers Michelle Val Jean tweeted that this will probably be John's last day as he is still sick!

Omg! Thank you, I'll have to try it tonight.

I've got a question for anyone who can answer, apparently Google is blocking all websites that can convert You Tube clips to wmv format. Is there anybody out there that knows where I can find downloadable GH clips??? Please!!

Fv says the scenes with Edward with Tracy and patrick and Emma are so emotional that everyone on set was crying and he had to catch his breath to yell cut

I know for a fact that I'll be crying my eyes out for sure! I just finished watching today's episode and I have to admit when Sam and Jason were choosing baby names and they decided on Edward as a middle name I was totally tearing up, I think it's just the thought that Edwards days are limited and the fact that JI is sick that got me going.

Here's a thought, I know it will never happen in a million years........but

Can you imagine Edward, Tracy, Patrick and Emma all in one room, both Edward and Patrick and getting sicker and Tracy and Emma end up bonding because both their 'daddies' are dying. In the end Emma ends up bonding and liking Tracy over her grandma Anna?!?! That would be a kick to see, but sadly it would never happen.

Monica was pulled out of the vet closet today, she made an apperance in the JaSam fantasy episode!

I read a spoiler that said Edward makes an apperance on Sept. 11.

Did anybody else happen to notice that Tracy was wearing higher heels than she usually does? They seemed a bit higher than normal and after Todd made that crack about how he thought Tracy would be taller, she seemed taller today.

I read a spoiler that said Anna forgives Luke, which is total BS.

I read a quick little blurb that said that since Tracy is the only one who doesn't seem to be getting sick, she goes to GH to see if the doctors can use her to help find a cure.

Tracy/Joe are 1000x better than Luke/anna who are just all sorts of wrong

So, i'm reading the live timeline on Twitter and SoapZone and today was suppose to be the day AnaL hit the sheets! Yuck!!! But then I read Joe went to visit Tracy at the Q mansion and..............I don't want to spoil it for anybody but OMG!!!!!!!!! :) LOL

You know, I'm so on cloud nine about Steve leaving I can't even concentrate on the Joe Jr. thing. Lol

I know his departure means even less for the Q's but more airtime for others has got to be a good thing. And if what Jane said at that press conference is true, she is suppose to have a big story coming.

So Duke's body was riddled with bullets and died in his wifes arms and now he is back and very much alive and well.

All I can keep thinking about is that scene from Soapdish where the shows main character is decapitated and he is now back on the show alive and Whoppie Goldberg saying "how am I going to write for a guy who has no head he has no lips no vocal chords, what am I going to do?!?!?"

I think Duke coming back from the dead would work, had it been like 12 years ago. I've been watching this show for 17 years and I have never seen him, they should have brought back a fan favorite who has been on the show more recently, someone for "new" fans to remember because 22 years was a long time ago, heck 24 years if you count the last time Ian played him.

I have to agree with Remos, in that him coming back for Luke and Anna after they could not stop talking up a triangle between Luke, Tracy and Anna is BS. It's like they cannot give the poor woman a story all her own. After 30+ years Jane deserves it!!!

Oh, I almost forgot, I read a spoiler that said everybody on GH gets sick EXCEPT for Tracy. Don't know how true that is but once again she is being pushed out of a potential story.

What audience are they talking about? I see the online fans very negative about Luke & Anna. Whatever. More FF material for me. I wish the surprise was Alan today.

^^^^That's what i'm saying!!! No board I have seen where anybody likes the thought of Luke with Anna. It is such a missed matched pair, tie that in with the ick factor and it becomes embarassing. Like literally i'm embarassed for them, and for me, that is the WORST feeling in the world, I ffw whenever they are on. And its not because I'm a Lacy fan!!!

Exclusive: General Hospital Chief Valentini Explains Today's Shocking Return of Duke Lavery

Not only did mobster-turned-good guy Duke Lavery die on General Hospital way back in 1990, he was gunned down before our very eyes and took his last breath in the arms of his wife, Anna. So how come the guy suddenly popped up on today's episode of GH alive and well and looking just like Ian Buchanan?

The Emmy-winning Buchanan played Duke from 1986 to '89, then Guiding Light vet Greg Beecroft took over the role and it was explained that Duke — now calling himself Jonathan Paget — had undergone radical cosmetic surgery. (So radical he even lost his Scottish brogue!) Since Buchanan is now back in the part, does this mean Paget wasn't really Duke? Or did Duke go back under the knife to reclaim his old looks? If so, can we please have the name of that plastic surgeon? GH exec producer Frank Valentini has some splainin' to do!

"Our audience is very excited about the growing relationship between Luke [Tony Geary] and Anna [Finola Hughes] and their story looks like it has really good legs...so what's the best thing to do? Make a triangle!" Valentini tells TV Guide Magazine. "We will eventually find out that the Duke Lavery we saw die all those many years ago was an imposter. This is the real Duke."

Valentini and his head writer Ron Carlivati jumped at the chance to hire Buchanan, who was rather abruptly dumped from his current role as scum lord Ian McAllister on Days of Our Lives. "Ian is a fantastic actor and when he was suddenly available Ron quickly came up with an idea and — boom! — we ran with it," says Valentini, who tells us it'll be about five weeks before we see Buchanan on screen again.

"In the interim, Luke and Anna will find themselves in a new place with their romance and they will be very surprised by the intensity of it," reports the exec. "Anna will, of course, be shocked and conflicted, she'll run the whole gamut of emotions when she finally comes face-to-face with Duke. She's going to want a lot of answers and Duke is really going to have to prove himself."

Let's not forget Mr. Spencer in this crazy-ass equation. "Needless to say, Luke will not be happy about Duke's return," Valentini says. "He's really going to have to fight for his gal. This is a very big story for all three of them."

I still think AnaL is the grossest pairing on GH ever, it makes Flea look awesome!!! And we all know how bad that thing was!

I did a little research on this Joe Jr. character. He is 12 years younger than Jane he just so happens to be the same age as Finola so that means both Tony and Jane each have a new love interest 12 years younger. That makes them even.

^^^and Luke is magically in Switzerland saving Anna. So it's most definitely a new day tomorrow.

BTW, what in the world was today's episode!?!? Lacy are being civil, Tracy is bring Luke soup, letting him borrow her jet so he can "save" Anna? I'm so confused! Lol

hmm how does tracy go from walking out of luke's room at end of today to waking up in bed wiht Joe jr tomorrow?

tomorrow I think is a new day....

is that what happened??? Seems weird.

I can't stop laughing, we can get technical and say Tracy is next to Joe Jr. in bed but lets be honest here....she is weariing one of the Metro Court's ugly ass brown robes and Joe Jr. is shirtless. They totally did it!

And I love how the promo shows everybody watching TV for like the first time EVER! This storyline will only work if some of the characters actually die I can hope this is FV's way of cleaning house but sadly it won't happen. I think it might be time for Olivia, Steve, Spinelli, Johnny and Ewen to go bye-bye! I bet the only person who dies here is Jax since he isn't really on the show anymore.
