I just saw this on SoapZone: For the Thanksgiving Day episode, the entire Quartermaine clan comes together to love Edward… Edward isn’t doing so well. This causes clouds to form with Monica… Heads will roll when Monica learns that Tracy prompted A.J. to go off the grid I'm thinking this means he isn't actually dead yet?!?! Anybody hear anything different??

I have a completely off topic random question....has anybody here ever been to Portland, OR? If so do you have any suggestions as to what to do or see? I'm going there this week for an extended weekend getaway.

It's official......Lucy Coe is coming back to GH!!!! According to SOD she will be consulting on the Nurses Ball. It's a short stint, but it's a step in the right direction as far as i'm concerned. I have to admit I have been enjoying GH as a whole lately. My FFW fas been getting break lately.

When seeing Tony's response to these questions I get the feeling that he misses his "work wife" He is also right that without conflict on soaps the relationship dies and they become obsolete. TPTB could have written them a bunch of different ways, instead they are still on very good speaking terms and are still friends, what person on the planet goes to their ex to talk about their problems?!?

Saw this on Daytime Confidential: Could Dr. Alan Quartermaine (Stuart Damon) be paying another ghostly visit to Port Charles? A recent issue of Soap Opera Uncensored reported Stuart Damon was recently back taping at General Hospital. Don't expect the man who gave Monica (Leslie Charleson) her house to be in Casper mode this time. Word on the street is several of Alan's loved ones will imagine having conversations with him during a trying time for the Q family.

Lainey and Remos, I agree with both of you I thought I could like Lacy as friends because at least that meant they were still in each others orbit. But i've decided I hate it!!! Hearing Luke talk about Anna is like hearing him talk about a distant family member, there is no emotion it's like Tony is sickened to say the words. Just being in the same room with Jane and his face lights up and he seems excited to be there. Yesterday when Luke and Lulu were talking and he said he was 'crazy' about Anna, it just seemed fake to me. TPTB are trying too hard with them, there is nothing there and I can only hope that they will come to their senses and see whats in front of them. I found myself last night on my phone watching old You Tube clips and vids of the two of them together and the more I watched the angrier I got at the thought of them not getting back together.

So Luke and Tracy were on today, I don't know much sorry but reading the twitter feed and SoapZone I do know that they were on for a bit discussing Joe Jr. and Anna. And I guess it was Duke's idea to kill Kristina because he wants what Sonny has?!? I have no idea what that means but that was wha he said.

^^^seriously!! I cannot keep up with the all the episodes. With all the stupid issues I've been having with my computer it takes me like an hour to convert and download each episode and I haven't even edited.

Ok, I think there is just one bad thing about Tracy/Jane being on so much.......it takes so much time to get her episodes downloaded and on my computer. Lol

Hooked, i'm with you I love Todd I think because he goes on and on about how he is not a nice guy. There is none of this "i'm just misunderstood" BS that Sonny and Jason have going on, he owns the [!@#$%^&*] he does and makes me laugh while he's doing it. He is different he is a funny good bad guy. I also find myself watching the whole show instead of just ffw-ing through most of it, I actually want to see whats happening with the other characters. I did love Tracy and Monica yesterday and I do think this needs to be a once a week kind of thing like ILTQ says. As for Lacy and weather or not they are done, I won't discount them just yet, it just means they are like everybody else on the show. I mean JaSam were on/off off/on for YEARS and the second they get married BAM they are over. The same can be said for Sonny/Brenda, Sonny/Kate, Maxie/Spin, Maxie/Matt, Flea/Mac a wedding means death on a soap and if they last it's because TPTB aren't writing for them. So to me this just means they are being treated like everybody else no different, no less.

Question, does anybody know when Tony comes back from vacation??

I don't know if i'd say the original is always best, but here is my problem with Kelly Sullivan, SHE IS MY AGE!!!! I cannot understand for the life of me why casting would hire a chick who is 15 years Maurice's junior when they are suppose to be playing childhood sweethearts!?!?! I like Kelly don't get me wrong, but they made a big mistake giving a 34 year old a 25 year old son. I know it happens all the time in soaps ie. JE and WK are only 6 years apart but the problem is Kelly looks her age if maybe she were in her 40's it would work better but when I watched yesterdays show I couldn't help but laugh my ass off!!! Also, a bit off topic but I have to wonder about this whole Joe raping Kate thing, because she is having flashbacks of Joe on top of her, but here is a question, while I don't pretend to know much about women getting raped only from watching Law & Order: SVU, but who takes off all their clothes? Clearly Joe does not have his shirt on in her flashbacks, but who does that? Don't they usually have their shirt on? I don't know it just seemed weird to me.......I have a feeling Kate has ANOTHER personality inside her, look at OLTL Vivki/Nicki were on for many many years before her other alters came out Jean and Tommy, there might have been more but I can't remember it was years ago when I watched. Just my thought!

knh, you beat me to it, I just saw on Twitter that John died last night. I guess last weeks was in fact the last we would ever see Edward Quartermaine! Thought I would share this too..... From his daughter in reference to his final day on set: As our Dad moves closer and closer to joining our Mom, I thought I would share a bit of much needed "happiness" for the Ingle clan. For those of you that have followed Dad as "Edward Quartermaine" on General Hospital for all these years, I wanted to let you know that Dad was able to return to the set on August 24th, for what will undoubtedly be his last performance on the show. His scene was small and he had very few words.... but his presence on the set was monumental. Beginning with a standing ovation by the entire cast and crew as we entered the set, to the line of people waiting to hug and wish him well, it was a day that he (and we) will remember forever. Several months ago, Dad had said that " if he only had one more day on the set of General Hospital, he would feel like he had won".... On that Friday, with the help of one of his caregivers (Anthony), a wheelchair van and 2 of his daughters, (myself and Chrissy), that goal was realized. Entering the set of GH was emotional for Dad and it was obvious why he has loved being there all these years. Chrissy and I joked and said it was the ONLY "Hospital" we have enjoyed visiting since January! Ha! The filming did not take that long and Dad did a good job. The cast and crew were patient and worked with Dad to get a scene that was meaningful. Standing there watching the monitor, we were struck by the reality that it was not Edward Quartermaine who was on the set....it was Dad surrounded by people who love and care about him. It was truly a wonderful afternoon. None of us know what tomorrow holds, but today we will hang onto the memory of August 24th and the love and support that was shown for our Dad. For anyone who might want to see the show, it is being aired tomorrow (September 11th), on ABC at 1:00 p.m. (PST). This is a new time slot for GH, for those of you who watch the show. The producers said it was September 11th, but then we heard that it may be a two-part episode. Might want to set your tivos for both days just to be sure. Last but not least,"Thank You" again to all of our family and friends for your love, prayers and support over these past few months. We truly CAN feel it:-)

Here are SoapZone's spoilers for this week, nothing we didn't already know but....... Sonny sells Joe Jr. out to Tracy, by unmasking the cad. Tracy washes her hands of Joe Jr., just like that. Joe Jr. endeavors to win Tracy back by reminding her that they have something too good to pass up. Tracy just will not give Joe Jr. the time of day. Tracy cannot overcome her destroyed trust in Joe Jr., try as she might.

^^^LOL Someone said on Twitter................you know that akward moment where you've screwed someone 3 times & now to embarassed to ask their last name...... :) This is not who Tracy is, I can't imagine what they are planning with her, and if this is suppose to be the beginning of her "big" storyline.
